It would have been better, if I didn't sit on the first roll my neck was hurting.. though is a suggestion, the first roll should be close or the seat numbers should be take off. Which mean you entitle to sit any were, the earlier you come the chance you get it a seat of your choice. It had a good time though.

So this was the WORST. The theatre was not near a restaurant so we opted to eat in the Theatre. I ordered a hot dog without the bun since I am gluten-free and fries. My drink was from a machine which had half the beverages empty. I got 1/2 a coke. I should have known we should leave then. Oh btw the food came to $54. So we go down to the theatre where our movie is supposed to be playing but it was completely dark with nothing on the screen. I alerted an employee that something was wrong and after going back to see what was being done 2 additional times we left after 45 minutes and still nothing on the screen!!! Still no movie although the lights did come on. I was so MAD!!! We left. Drove back to hotel and watched a Netflix movie in the room. If i could give less than one star, I would. This was a negative 5 stars.

Seating was amazing and I liked how you chose your seats at the register vs going in and finding a seat. and I loved how you bought tickets and snacks in 2 different areas.

They need to do a deep clean. It smells and trash was all on the floor. I like that the police were there trying to move the kids from in front of the theater that were just walking around.

This use to be the go to theater but it has become unbearable to enjoy a show with all the teens and their disrespect. Some are wild and yelling out during the movie and the theater is trashy. Hate taking my dollars elsewhere but I have to do it.

This was my first time at this theater while visiting from out of town. I was surprised by the large variety of concessions and it made it easy to purchase the tickets online without having to print them out...just scan at the door. The only reason it received 4 stars instead of 5 is because the auditorium seats were really small and hard to maneuver through without stepping on other patrons' feet....much smaller than most theaters I've been to. And I'm not sure if it's just an Atlanta thing but a lot of patrons there were dressed like they were going to the club. And this was 3pm-ish. It really surprised me.

This place is absolutely filthy. Garbage all over the floor in the lobby. 1 cashier in concessions which takes forever. The theaters and bathrooms aren't clean at all. I've never been to an AMC theatre that was completely trashed. The employees were sitting around and texting.

To Whom This May Concern: I work for the Georgia Department of Agriculture, and for the audacity of this establishment to be in operation, is an affront to consumers who pay their monies for cleanliness and sterile practices, to only be met by pure disgust. I viewed the 10:45 P.M. showing of Shaft, the lobby appeared as though it had not been cleaned for decades, the movie auditorium was filthy; trash on the floor, in cup holders, and overflowing trash cans. The restrooms, were a sty; each toilet was filled with urine and toilet paper all over the seats and restroom floors. The concessions, were disgusting- residue all over countertops, window panes, and popcorn covered the floor. And staff? Just lolly gagging around, not wanting to be bothered but there to earn a paycheck anyway. I can understand that at such late showtimes, staff may be limited, but that does not constitute for poor customer service and cleanliness of a business that the public frequents. It is only within my hope, that management can see this location is in desperate need of improvement across the board. To say the least, hope their cognizant of a visit from state officials to encourage better sanitation practices- not just when expected, but on a daily basis.

So... the movie went out for at least 15min. We just sat there and waited because they don't like to give refunds. I purchased some pretzel bites and they were cold, but my friend's popcorn was better. I try to support the businesses in the area that I live in, but they are making it so much easier to make the drive to Parkway Pointe or SouthLake.

When we pulled up there were 4 police cars sitting with their lights on, this made us apprehensive. The bathroom was dirty, theater wasn't that clean, the popcorn smelled burnt when we entered, and the overall experience was just blah.

Still room for improvement. Needs to be upgraded to match the true AMC experience. While you can reserve your seats they are still uncomfortable. Recliners need to be installed, bathrooms upgraded, decor and all.

This place can use better management. I went out to complain about a person in front of me watching a baseball game on their phone the whole time. Management just told them to turn it off, soon as they walked away they turned the phone back on during the whole movie! The Woman Behind Me was snoring and other people were also on their phones throughout the theater. The lights was very distracting ruined my Movie experience! Will not go there again. Did not give me a refund!!

***********WARNING********.... Visit this theater with caution. My car and a friend’s car were broken into here. This area has a history of car break-ins. It’s really not worth the risk. The sad part is there are always police in the parking lot and the thieves still manage to break in.

The parking lot has no real lighting and is unsafe late at night. Then we caught the last movie and they told us that the kitchen for hot food is closed only popcorn candy and drinks are served. Why are you selling movie tickets but the kitchen is closed. Where do they do that at.... said to say black neighborhoods. The excuse was because the kids working there have to go home early. Smdh. I will say though the manager accommodated me this time but it's bad business and Lose of good money and customers. I Dont expect to go back a second time.

I loved the movie "little" Just FYI you will experience a big ratchet crowd! Movies ATL has changed the price of the movies from $9 to $12 and they have not changed the seats but they have made it a requirement to choose your seats before purchase

The theater is dirty and so are the bathrooms. People in the theater are on cell phones and talk the entire movie. When you tell security they come in once, tell them to stop, then never return. The patrons go back to what they were doing. They let infants in the theater which is crazy. The babies cry, toddlers play on the steps. And this is in rated R movies. I don't see the purpose of security if they don't monitor the theater.

Staff was decent, helpful and responsive. Downhill after that. Heavy, inconvenient, rude police presence who would drive slowly up the middle of entire parking sections, blocking traffic while people are trying to park. If someone goes remotely their direction, they come to a complete stop in the middle of the drive way, blocking traffic both directions, until the customer halts turns and goes another way. Just plain ignorant. And yes there was typically parking on the other side of the cop. Their customers... rude to each other and loud. Multiple people stealing seats (seats are assigned on the ticket) and refusing to move when informed. Many played dumb to the fact or tried to con the legit tocket holder that they were wrong. People pulling out phones and using them as if they are at home! Opening Friday, Avengers Endgame.

May 12, 2019(10:15pm showing) my friend and I goes to see The Intruder... the Ticket taker was polite... we proceed to the hall where the movie is showing and its Trash up and down the hall and also falling out of the trashcans... we enter the room of Intruder and its 2guys cleaning from top working their way down but from the looks of the theater they wont be finish within 10mins before the movie start... so I goes to the front to ask for a manager so the guys can get help... I walk over to the manager and explain to her in a calming manner and she cuts me off with an attitude and say "Well they didn't tell me they needed help I send someone to help" I told her why you cut me off that was rude of u... she goes on to say I cut you off because you kept talking I didn't know when you would finish.... AMC what kind of customer service is that!!!! I just wanted the guys to receive extra help so we could watch our movie.... she didn't have to be rude and dismissive... but I guess.... next time I'll go to Regal... or to the AMC on Cobb Parkway

This theater is horrible,I stopped coming to this theater YEARS ago because it is so ghetto and ratchet!!! Went last night and two people were in my reserved seats, upon waiting to get concessions a woman was in there walking around with her behind literally coming out of her shorts,and security did ABSOLUTELY nothing. This is a family-oriented place,and kids are around,she shouldn’t have been allowed period in the door dressed like that!!! This theater is the worst,I will continue to patronize Cobb AMC,only reason I came here was the showtimes were earlier.

Temperature inside theatre was too cold. Felt like a meat locker. The theater itself was junky food and trash was all on the lobby floor not to mention the floor was sticky. Management needs to host a clean up staff for daily cleaning of the theater.

I agree with many of the other reviews. The first thing is that upon pulling into the parking lot there is what should be AT LEAST a two way stop with incoming traffic having the right of way. They also only have one working kiosk for electronically scanning a device and picking up your tickets. Upon entering, the tv screens for the menu at the concession stand were turned off so I could only guess at the options. Decided not to get anything so I am unable to speak to the food. The seats are regular theatre seats, at least they're able to rock. I can’t speak to the cleanliness of the bathroom, but my shoes squeaked the minute I stepped of the carpet all the way to my seat due to sticky floors. I made an attempt to enjoy the Endgame movie. A random individual opened the door and screamed the ending of the movie into the theatre. Other patrons of the movie were loudly expressive towards the movie at numerous parts. The wrappers being opened were definitely not from anything provided in the theatre. And a family snuck in towards the end of the movie. Mind you, allllll of this took place with only about 10 people at this earlier showing. I dreaded the thought of what a full theatre would have been like. I also want to agree with the other comments about individuals constantly on their devices. If you want to fully enjoy your movie or are accustomed to more amenities, take 10 minutes to potentially consider going somewhere else. Gave it two stars because the movie did at least work and the volume was a nice level.

First time going, took my 13 yr old niece to see Lion king 3-D) and the tickets was almost sold out for the 8pm movie, however, there were 2 seats available in the front row, close to the screen. Very close you can touch the screen, hell you really don't need 3-d glasses.

Theater is decent, clean. Popcorn delicious. They just don't have recliner seats like a lot of other theaters do nowadays. But of course that's not a must have. You may just miss it initially when you first get there when you're use to it.

Because this theater used to be something else... it doesn't yet meet up to the AMC standards. The seats are assigned which I'm finally glad they did this, but it's not the reclining theater seats. They have the rocking type chairs. The sound and picture quality is good in the actual theater though. The numbers on the seats can be a little hard to see though.

Ok so usually I give this AMC 3 stars. Its typically filled with loud obnoxious teens an people talking through the movie. Soda machines usually out of soda. Today was an early Monday film so there was no one there. It was a good experience.

Not bad. I just took my son to see Shaft and it was a very good movie. The bonus part of the whole deal is that some lil dude was sitting in my seat. I ordered F10 and F11. He had F11 but he said he ordered his tickets online. Now I just heard the popcorn dude tell him his tickets are for tomorrow. So we talk and guess who it was? It was one of my favorite characters of the HBO hit series "The Wire" Sargent Carver professionally known as Seth Gilliam. I should have got a quick pick to validate my story but I waited to the end of the movie and he left before it even finished.

ITS NASTY IN THE LOBBY. The consession staff pat there hair all 30 minutes that i was in line. Everyone has cell phone lights all over the theater. Kids are walking in and out duing every show. People talking during shows. The sound is so low in #8 i could not hear the movie when people laugh. I spoke with the 20 year old manner and he cared less about any concerns her. WILL never ho there again. Oh and the parking lot is pit dark. yes a officer was there but again pit dark.

So Tickets are extremely affordable, food was great, regular price for everything else, fresh popcorn, excellent staff, very polite, I like this location!!! It could be cleaner, not the staff fault I saw how people will leave they trash behind when the movie finished, ridiculous... Take your trash out!!! Any way, if you want a cleaner place we can all help taking our on trash out!!!

This theater is in a prime location for premier business. The prices are reasonable, but this venue is despicably dirty, theater and bathrooms. My excitement to see The Lion King was dimmed by the sticky floors and the vast interruptions by the clientele talking, walking, and being on their cellphones during the movie. I will have to pay all over again to see the movie, without interruption, at another theater.

This place was horrible. No one seems to care about the appearance of the theater. Popcorn and trash was everywhere. Gnats were flying around the bathroom the seats had trash and popcorn in the cup holder. It smelled really bad. I will NEVER GO BACK GO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN.

Went to see a new horror film released very recently, and the parking lot was maxed out as you'd expect. The kiosk to use your credit card was easy to use. We stood in line to get popcorn and drinks for a good 20+ minutes, as there were only 3 concessionaires working and their level of enthusiasm was at a 2. The seats were very comfortable, but the theater itself was uncomfortably hot. I mean I was in a serious sweat it was so hot in there. Other than that we enjoyed the movie. The crowd was raucous and annoying, but it was College Park so there is that.

Tuesdays are $5. This theatre has nice friendly staff. Its always clean and smells fresh. The seats are always comfortable. Yesterday I thought the sound was a little loud however my husband Tony thought it was just fine (normal). Overall we love this theater.

I left right as my movie began. The screen was literally yellow! It's like the tint was turned all the way to the left and the sound was nowhere where it should be. It was extremely low. Everyone on screen looked like a Simpsons character. The theater signs had the wrong movies labeled on them so everyone was confused as to which theater their movie was playing in. I wanted to give this spot the benefit of the doubt but it definitely needs a lot of work. I won't be back until some changes are made.

Not happy that the young man told me there were no more fries and when someone comes sits down after I do she has fries in her container... this movie theater is fine however at times it is plagued with vandals in the parking lot so I was happy to see the police making rounds in the lot that day. If we could get these vandals to stop this would be something we could all enjoy and more.
