Fast delicious but pricy

Seriously do not waste your time and money. Seats are great but they took away the blankets and it is always freezing in there. My last 3 times there all was horrible. Theater was not ready in time. Food was served cold. I have never gotten hot food there and the food takes forever and it's always cold when they bring it. They serve nachos in the wrong dish and they don’t taste good

I agree with another comment on here. Price does not match the experience. We ate half our meal (about 20 mins after) before we got our drinks not to mention we had to ask for them. When they got there, they were wrong . Will not be returning..i prefer cinebistro after this experience.

The theater was very clean and well kept, as were the restrooms. The food was pretty good. I wasn't expecting it to be so good. It's still like Applebees quality, but really not too bad. It wasn't annoying having them serve food during the movie either. It was kind of cold in the theater, but not too bad.

This theater takes the term date night to a whole new level. Everything was absolutely seamless and luxurious. The chairs were beyond comfortable and the food was amazing. My favorite was the frozen alcoholic beverages. It truly took the experience of watching a movie to another level. Definitely a place to go for a nice date night. I will be coming back.

Tickets are very expensive, even considering the location (check for yourself). Worse than that is the fact that they left the lights on in the theater for 25 minutes after the movie started, ruining the experience. Also, they wouldn’t validate parking, claiming the machine was broken and referring to a guest service desk that was long closed. If the experience was better, it would be worth the price, but as is, it’s better to go to Coconut Grove or somewhere else.

I was harassed by an unruly employee and both general managers of CMX. I've made attempts to contact the corporate office to file a complaint and resolve the issue to no avail. The service, the food, and the staff has gone progressively downhill since I've started visiting CMX. HORRIBLE management.

Now it is a movie experience that is not woth the price. When the opened the offered blankets and service up to almos the end. Now the service is one hour into the movie. Also BE AWARE on the app the make the seat as UNAVAILABLE when you get to the theatre is almost empty!!! Just to add the convinience fee!!!

Luxury movie theater experience. They have an expansive food menu which includes everything from gourmet popcorn to bottles of wine. The seats are comfy and fully reclinable. They also give you a comfy blanket to stay warm. There aren't a lot of seats in each theater so the experience is truly private like.

Very nice theater, but extremely overpriced for the service and food. Can look to spend $150's if you plan on eating dinner, enjoying the movie and having a drink for 2. In my opinion, simply not worth it. Additionally, there is a mandatory gratuity included on service, despite them just coming by once to bring you the food and a second time to check on you. Again, I recommend other theaters.

Worst service on earth, they have no idea what they doing, managers are incompetent and rude, and when you order pop corns and a drink they take 30 mins to finally arrive in the middle of the movie. They really need to step it up. Thanks

First of all, I live in Brickell since 2001. I lived the development of the whole Brickell Centre. I had very high expectations of the movie theater, but getting in there was good as well as the welcome. Once I entered to the theater itself, the smell wasn't great. As soon as I sat could watch the moving table dirty and I requested to be cleaned as well as my companion's. Attached picture. If you stare the entire room you could see broken poltronas. My rest head was not in its place. Who is responsible of preparing the theater for the show. Is he/she doing their job. But beyond that, what is the management doing. I had payed 50 dollara for the movies. So I expecte way much more. Besides my friend ordered pizza: awful. But the grilled Salmon was awesome. Service is not outstanding, it is regular. So I rated 3 stars but because they movies theaters are cheap for the image and marketing they project to the public. Corporative Offices, pay attention of what you are doing with this property. Sometimes profit damages the name and reputation.

Seating and theater design is fantastic. The seats are super comfy, completely reclineable and plush. Even come with blankets, reminds you of a business class flight to Europe or Asia. The food is mediocre and the call buttons weren't well attended.

I LOVE LOVE This Place!!! Came here for the inauguration and I have not stopped coming since - The Service at the actual movie theater is “above and beyond” and the menu is full of interesting things. Very yummy too. - I wish they could do online reservations though because I’ve gone there many times but in some cases I have had to leave saddened due to lack of seating - eh. But I still come back!!!!

Unfortunately the service doesn’t match the comfort. Two hour film and we only saw a server once. Used the buzzer multiple times at midnight to place an order but no one showed up. Finally I left my seat at 12:33 and they said the bar closed at 12:30. I’d been trying to order for 30 minutes already!

This place is definitely not for people they love animals. When I was sitting down in the lounge where the bar is in a section with 2 zebra pillows I realized that they are real. I was shocked and stood up , didn’t want to sit in between 2 dead zebras they got killed to make a pillow out of the fur. This made me really sad. Not sure if I wanna go back to this place and support this . Other then that , I liked the service and the seats in the cinema are very comfortable.

I booked a 3D showing of Toy Story 4 last night, it wasn’t. I am currently sitting in Aladdin, screen 5 the next day. I am still waiting for over 80 mins. For my pasta with shrimp. The two call buttons have been on red the last 50 mins. I got out to ask an attendant 10 mins ago. There is no update as yet as to where this pasta is.

Service was bad. We got there 30 minutes before the movie started to be able to order with time and no one was taking orders. (Even though we kept pressing the bottom to call for help) A server showed 5 minutes after the movie started saying that she was covering for the server that couldn’t make it. We had to eat in dark cuz they took the orders late and later on she didnt bring the drinks and since no one was answering to the bottom calls I had to stand in the middle of the movie and go look for her since we almost finished our food without drinks or water. It’s a shame because the place is really nice and confortable and the food was great!

Located on the 4th floor of the Brickell City Center (kinda mall). Check beforehand Online the availability of tickets (and buy it online). Clean cinema and friendly staff! If you’re too early, visit the location nearby for snacks!

Nice place good atmosphere. Minus they let toddlers come in movies that are not for young kids let them run around during the movies screaming up an down aisle way, playing on the stairs, an swinging on the arm rail. Not one time did the parents get approach about the kids (2) disturbing the peace an my assistance button did not work so my service was limited. And they took the blankets away.

It’s hit or miss with this theater. You can have a great experience and then other times you’ll have an experience where you wait 45 minutes in the movie for someone to never come and then have to leave the movie to find a manager so you can have someone take your order. Sometimes the food comes out cold or drinks are made incorrectly, however they replace them at no charge. This shouldn’t happen at a luxurious theater where you’re paying a premium over a regular theater. The waiter/waitress shouldn’t even serve the food if the plate is cold. I have been here multiple times with a chef and he cannot believe the chefs in the kitchen even let the food leave the kitchen like that. It’s embarrassing when you’re trying to show people something great and too many things go wrong... The quality of the picture and sound is great. The seats are also very comfortable. Just wish the service, food, and drinks could match that. Hopefully there are improvements and I will update my rating.

I'm not sure if this place is a social experiment to see if folks are willing to take the bait and pay an arm and leg to see a movie. The atmosphere is really great but no way should two movie tickets cost $52. I came close to swiping my card until I realized that other theaters nearby offer the same experience and tickets are only $13 each. I would hope the management gets a grip on reality and really adjust the seating prices to reflect what it should really cost to provide the service. Also the bar area food is average and expensive.

Only one problem: you will not want to go any other cinemas after this one. 4 stars because i ordered a vodka tonic. Took forever to come and i got a straight vodka. When i told the waiter he apologized but came back with vodka on ice. Still no the right one. He took long to bring back the change and pretended a generous tip.

We always go to this movies, every single week expecting that something changes.. tonight we had to leave the room because the air conditioning was wayyyyy to cold! I was wearing two pullovers because I already knew that is always freezing over there but come on! Who wants to lay down freezing for two hours! It just ruined the whole experience. I had to find ways to keep myself from freezing till I had to leave the room! We complained three times and they told us they turned it off but this never happened... now my husband and I are home With headache and we never coming back to this place.. it all makes no sense! Last week I bought tickets for Endgame premiere online. My credit card was charged for tickets for a movie I never got to see due to an error on CMX ticket system - so it was explained to me when I called the theater and later came in to try speak with a manager. - their best advise was for me to call my Credit card bank and ask for a chargeback. I don’t this is the best approach to tell an upset customer but okay I took it since it was the only alternative they gave me. Definitely need improvement in their customer service department.

This is the way to watch a movie! Super comfortable seats that recline unlike the ones from the theatre at Dolphin Mall. I like that you can order before and during the movie. Friendly staff. Overall great experience. A little pricey but I'll be coming back.

Their website mentions a promotion called “Tempting Tuesdays” but the person at the ticket office told me “we are not that kind of theater that does promotions”. I have no problem in paying full price. The experience is worth it. But the condescending reply was completely inappropriate. I turned around and went to the awesome Silverspot theater at the MET, where they had $10 Tuesday tickets for the same bistro+full recline experience. The guys at the ticket office are kind and informative. I won’t be visiting CMX again any time soon.

Extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had here. My husband and I were treated horribly. We have both tried to contact customer service, and the business even replies and says “upper management has been contacted”, but no one has made an attempt to address the issue. We’ve spent over 5,000 dollars at this business, and the managers and an employee harassed us during our last visit.

I’d give 0 star but unfortunately google doesn’t let me to do it. I was at this place with my kids to watch Lego Stories movie and before movie starts fire alarm went off for entire building and they asked us to leave the facility which we did. Next day I called and ask about the refund but their very smart manager told me nothing was wrong and people who left the building came back and resume watching same movie. I will also report this issue BBB and consumer lines.

OK, so yes, the chair was comfortable, but the screen was tiny, much smaller than had I gone out to the "burbs." But I could forgive that had it not been for the 35% gratuity that they sneakily say is 18% and then hope you will tip more. I got $30 worth of stuff....which was $42 after automatic gratuity. How is that 18%? That is more like 30-40% by my math. Anyway, if you are rich and don't want to sit next to strangers, maybe this would be a good option for you. As for me, I will pay my usual $10 and go into the suburbs and watch the movie on a big screen!

If you’re looking to watch a movie in a big screen very comfort sitting, this is your place. Now, if you’re going to watch a movie very comfort and expecting to get a service, please do yourself a favor and don’t throw your money away. I went with all my family to watch avengers at 11.15pm. Our server kindly approach to us after 5 min sitting in there and ask us what do we want to eat/drink... while we place the order, we immediately pay for the order. After 20 mins we haven’t get any of our stuff while we see everybody else being served, we had to call our server somehow and tell him that he forgot about our order, he seems surprised and went fast to get our 3 popcorns.. 10 mins later he brought our popcorns, but forgot our drinks.. besides that he brought popcorns that were made probably 4-5 hours early, we tell him that he forgot our drinks and that we want fresh popcorn because they were super old.. he came back to us and took the 3 popcorns, after 40 mins of waiting for the stuff that we pay, he never show up with the order. So i visited cmx brickell lastnight and after waiting for service that never came, i went downstairs and spoke to the manager named trevor, who seemed very apologetic and he told me that he will take care of me. A few minutes later a server greeted my fiance and i to take our order. When she gave me the bill i told her to take that to trevor because i shouldn't have to pay a bill so late into the movie. The movie only had about 20 minutes left. She left and when she returned she said that trevor is not waving my bill and that i must pay for the food. Even though she was a nice woman and trevor was a nice man, i am very disappointed in the fact that i waited so long for service and was still expected to pay.

Nice place good atmosphere. Minus they let toddlers come in movies that are not for young kids let them run around during the movies screaming up an down aisle way, playing on the stairs, an swinging on the arm rail. Not one time did the parents get approach about the kids (2) disturbing the peace an my assistance button did not work so my service was limited. And they took the blankets away.

It’s hit or miss with this theater. You can have a great experience and then other times you’ll have an experience where you wait 45 minutes in the movie for someone to never come and then have to leave the movie to find a manager so you can have someone take your order. Sometimes the food comes out cold or drinks are made incorrectly, however they replace them at no charge. This shouldn’t happen at a luxurious theater where you’re paying a premium over a regular theater. The waiter/waitress shouldn’t even serve the food if the plate is cold. I have been here multiple times with a chef and he cannot believe the chefs in the kitchen even let the food leave the kitchen like that. It’s embarrassing when you’re trying to show people something great and too many things go wrong... The quality of the picture and sound is great. The seats are also very comfortable. Just wish the service, food, and drinks could match that. Hopefully there are improvements and I will update my rating.

I'm not sure if this place is a social experiment to see if folks are willing to take the bait and pay an arm and leg to see a movie. The atmosphere is really great but no way should two movie tickets cost $52. I came close to swiping my card until I realized that other theaters nearby offer the same experience and tickets are only $13 each. I would hope the management gets a grip on reality and really adjust the seating prices to reflect what it should really cost to provide the service. Also the bar area food is average and expensive.

I'm an old man and it's the best movie theater I've seen in my life. Five star rating for comfort. Ordered some cmx nachos and it came cold. Never had cold $16 nachos in my life. Something Told Me Not to eat it but foolishly I did eat half of it. One hour later I started to feel ill to my stomach. Prune juice and a half a gallon of water cleared up my problem. cmx is lucky I'm an ex Navy medic and know how to treat minor ailments. It's a good idea for cmx to get out of the restaurant business and stick to snacks.

Last week I bought tickets for Endgame premiere online. My credit card was charged for tickets for a movie I never got to see due to an error on CMX ticket system - so it was explained to me when I called the theater and later came in to try speak with a manager. - their best advise was for me to call my Credit card bank and ask for a chargeback. I don’t this is the best approach to tell an upset customer but okay I took it since it was the only alternative they gave me. Definitely need improvement in their customer service department.

Their website mentions a promotion called “Tempting Tuesdays” but the person at the ticket office told me “we are not that kind of theater that does promotions”. I have no problem in paying full price. The experience is worth it. But the condescending reply was completely inappropriate. I turned around and went to the awesome Silverspot theater at the MET, where they had $10 Tuesday tickets for the same bistro+full recline experience. The guys at the ticket office are kind and informative. I won’t be visiting CMX again any time soon.

I was at this place with my kids to watch Lego Stories movie and before movie starts fire alarm went off for entire building and they asked us to leave the facility which we did. OK, so yes, the chair was comfortable, but the screen was tiny, much smaller than had I gone out to the "burbs." But I could forgive that had it not been for the 35% gratuity that they sneakily say is 18% and then hope you will tip more. I got $30 worth of stuff....which was $42 after automatic gratuity. How is that 18%? That is more like 30-40% by my math. Anyway, if you are rich and don't want to sit next to strangers, maybe this would be a good option for you. As for me, I will pay my usual $10 and go into the suburbs and watch the movie on a big screen!

Our server kindly approach to us after 5 min sitting in there and ask us what do we want to eat/drink... while we place the order, we immediately pay for the order. After 20 mins we haven’t get any of our stuff while we see everybody else being served, we had to call our server somehow and tell him that he forgot about our order, he seems surprised and went fast to get our 3 popcorns.. 10 mins later he brought our popcorns, but forgot our drinks.. besides that he brought popcorns that were made probably 4-5 hours early, we tell him that he forgot our drinks and that we want fresh popcorn because they were super old.. he came back to us and took the 3 popcorns, after 40 mins of waiting for the stuff that we pay, he never show up with the order. After spending $25 (yep, twentyFIVE) per ticket we proceed to walk to our theater number and no one checks us in? What if we never bought tickets and just snuck in? There are blankets provided per seat (which I wondered how clean they were, but I was freezing so I caved). There was an employee who came to us once to see if we were interested in any snacks or beverage, but we only saw him once? What if we got hungry later on? I don’t recall seeing a button or something that lets us call someone to order food, but it was dark and I wasn’t paying attention to that

I visited this theater on july 19. The server who approached (named keanna) looked like a little girl with pigtails. I asked her if she's old enough to serve alcohol because that's all I'm ordering. To my surprise she said she's 31 years old. Anyway, she made my experience memorable, she was fantastic, bubbly and charming. 5 stars well deserved.

I have been to this theater 5 previous times and each time the service gets worse. This time was the worst experience of all. We went to the bar to have a drink and appetizer before the movie started. The place is beautiful and we were practically the only ones there. The bartender was friendly and took our order and served us quickly. More people approached the bar and ordered drinks and our bartender completely ignored us for a while, even when we wanted to pay!! The appetizer (Guacamole & Chips) was fresh and delicious. We finally got bartender's attention, he apologized and we paid (Tip was automatically included?!) We took our seats and immediately pressed the bottom so we could order dinner BEFORE the movie started because we wanted to minimize the interruptions during the movie for ourselves and others in the theater. We waited and waited and no one came until the movie had already started. We started to order and they told us that the popcorn (Caramel) which is the most delicious melt in your mouth popcorn was not available. Are you kidding me? By that time I was was so miffed and disappointed about the service that we didn't order a thing. Get it together CMX! You lost money last night. We ended up going to dinner elsewhere and we will not be back to CMX despite the fact that we love that it is walking distance from our home.

horrible experience. love playing extra for the Adobe theater, to have the sound be completely off. not to mention the entire theater smelled like smoke, to the point that could still smell it on our clothes until we got home. most delightful part of the experience was speaking to a manager named Natalie, who insisted that we could not get a refund, because I was not there in person, even though we paid with my credit card. love spending $75 for two people, and receiving an absolutely horrible experience. if you want to pay a substantial premium for bad quality, rude and slow service, then this is definitely the place for you.

It is very nice (and expensive) theatre. It is luxuy movie watching but it is so nice to cuddle up with your spouse and recline to watch a movie. An epic movie would be ideal. This “VIP” experience was nothing special. I took my parent to an early showing at the theater. Even though we were the first to arrive and order, we were the last to be served because the server forgot our order. I used the called button to let them know we were missing out order and no one came to assist. I had to come out l, missed 10 minutes of my money, to get someone to sort our order. Definitely not a place that I would go back or would recommend. Customer services was poor. This was a waste of money, go to another cinema. Nothing impressive about this place.

Disappointing experience for the total cost. $25 per ticket plus food and drinks meant a total bill of over $150 for two people. Add to that the fact that in the ladies toilets, of the three stalls, one toilet door was missing and one had a loo roll stuffed down it. In all this was less than the advertised “vip” treatment. The theater is great! Very comfortable and you do get a sense of privacy as the seats are not close to each other. The service, however is very poor. As this used to be the only movie theater in Brickell, we had no choice but to continue going there, despite consistently getting bad service. They automatically add 18% gratuity, so the servers have no incentive to do their job. They routinely forgot parts of our order and then would disappear until the movie is over. Given the premium price, this service is unacceptable.

Second time I purchased my tickets online and selected center seats only to receive front row seats when I arrived . Besides that the two seats where separated . horrible experience. love playing extra for the Adobe theater, to have the sound be completely off. not to mention the entire theater smelled like smoke, to the point that could still smell it on our clothes until we got home. most delightful part of the experience was speaking to a manager named Natalie, who insisted that we could not get a refund, because I was not there in person, even though we paid with my credit card. love spending $75 for two people, and receiving an absolutely horrible experience. if you want to pay a substantial premium for bad quality, rude and slow service, then this is definitely the place for you.

It is very nice (and expensive) theatre. It is luxuy movie watching but it is so nice to cuddle up with your spouse and recline to watch a movie. An epic movie would be ideal. The seats are comfortable and even come with blankets! You can't afford to watch tons of movies here, but it is a treat. Food prices are normal movie theatre prices which was nice too.

The worst experience. Never going on a Friday night again. People coming in and out during the movie, talking, completely disruptive. Totally disrespectful, this happened during the entire movie; making us leave at the end. There is no control in place; security came in and did nothing, and when told the customer service people about it they offered us tickets; but did not care at all about the situation. Hi is the most amazing movie theater I have ever been in my life and the most wonderful thing is that is a couple of minutes off my house...my wife and me went Saturday night the 29...parking very good...service in the theater were professional and fast ..my wife order a pizza and I order a salmon grill ..the food was delicious and the price not bad at all there were only one major thing the recliner in room # 2 seat C -4 was not working ...but I know these things happens ...we will come back very very very soon !

This “VIP” experience was nothing special. I took my parent to an early showing at the theater. Even though we were the first to arrive and order, we were the last to be served because the server forgot our order. I used the called button to let them know we were missing out order and no one came to assist. I had to come out l, missed 10 minutes of my money, to get someone to sort our order. Definitely not a place that I would go back or would recommend. Customer services was poor. This was a waste of money, go to another cinema. Nothing impressive about this place.

Disappointing experience for the total cost. $25 per ticket plus food and drinks meant a total bill of over $150 for two people. Add to that the fact that in the ladies toilets, of the three stalls, one toilet door was missing and one had a loo roll stuffed down it. In all this was less than the advertised “vip” treatment. Be warned!

The theater is great! Very comfortable and you do get a sense of privacy as the seats are not close to each other. The service, however is very poor. As this used to be the only movie theater in Brickell, we had no choice but to continue going there, despite consistently getting bad service. They automatically add 18% gratuity, so the servers have no incentive to do their job. They routinely forgot parts of our order and then would disappear until the movie is over. Given the premium price, this service is unacceptable.

I've been here twice and both times had an issue . First time they offered me the front row while most of the seats were empty and the table service was no where to be found . Second time I purchased my tickets online and selected center seats only to receive front row seats when I arrived . Besides that the two seats where separated . I complained about it and nothing was offered except for a refund. I decided to stay only to find that most of the seating empty . I'll never return . Seriously expensive without service

We went for the first time this weekend and enjoyed it! There is a nice bar with huge screens and the folks working were nice. We saw a movie in 3D and the effects were very cool! The movie watching experience is very comfortable with reclining chairs and a server to assist with food and drinks. Be prepared to spend a lot of money though, everything is pricey.

Very disappointed. My first time going to this theatre to watch a star is born. First off they didn’t have blankets at the seats. Second I had to ask not once, twice, or three times but I had to get out of my chair to find someone and let them know during the movie I’m freezing and it’s the fourth time I’m having to ask. These tickets are pricey because service which I clearly wasn’t getting. On top of all that ....I ordered a classic margarita on the rocks. It had so much syrup you couldn’t drink it. I had to send it back and the second one still wasn’t great but at that point I was over it and just wanted to enjoy the movie. I’m sorry but $20 for a classic margarita and doesn’t taste good is NOT ok. Overall first time experience was horrible and probably won’t be back.

Not a movie theater with food, but instead a restaurant with movie screens. Don't mistake this place for a regular movie night experience. Way overpriced movie tickets, food, drinks, and snacks. Incredible place. Perfect to go and see a movie or watch a game. The service is the best. You can order food directly from your seat inside the auditorium, or seat on one of the tables at the bar and order a beer or your favorite cocktail while you enjoying your meal.

I went to an early seating on a Friday 12pm. Already at this time there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. What does this tell you? Probably that the toilets have not even been cleaned. We were the only ones in the theater. The buttons for the service were not working on the seat. We did not know. I called the theater from my seat on my cell phone several times until someone finally answered. By the time they brought me what I needed my food was cold. This is not the service you expect for the cost. The place is very nice and movie went smoothly with comfortable seats. That is why I gave two stars.

He would only bring one thing at a time and we got there 10 min before movie started and ordered everything right away. I timed it and we didn’t get our complete order until 56 minutes into the movie!!! Each time we pushed the button he would come over and act very rude and annoyed and look at us dumbfounded and had no clue we still were waiting on popcorn and drinks... his attitude is what really set me off and made me not want to come back. Not sure we will. For the amount you are paying, service should be top notch. Also, I thought I read for the ticket price that you get free popcorn?? If this is true then we got suckered into buying popcorn each time! For $25 you should for sure be getting some popcorn one would think.

I frequently go to CMX Brickell and have had great experiences. The only negative is the Choose Your Seats ticket purchasing. I have been looking at it every morning for a few days now and every movie theater opens to ticket purchasing with the same exact preselected seats already selected. It's like that for every movie and every movie date/time. The reason this as a problem is because some of the seats that are preselected are in prime locations in the theater. I have contacted corporate and hopefully they can fix this issue.

This was one of the COOLEST malls I have ever been to. Lots of shops. Open air feeling but had a roof to protect from rain. Multi-level with bridgest to adjacent buildings and lots of escalators.

In my opinion this cinema accomplish its objective which is providing with a luxury cinema experience. Of course it comes at a cost. Be prepared to spend about $120 for 2 including tickets, hamburgers with fries and beer (Bud light). I went with my wife with courtesy tickets. There are little details like some complimentary chocolate mints. Then, the chairs are very comfortable and there’s literally a butler at your service that you can call by pressing a button. Guests can also charge their phones while watching the movie since every seat has USB ports. Food is pretty good, but again, I’d say quite overpriced. OVERALL: Very fancy cinema that is good for a special occasion since it’s expensive!

The theater itself is super nice. My rating is for the service. I went on a date at 5pm on a Tuesday. We were the only 2 in the theater. No servers ever came into the theater. We pushed the service buttons several times and no one came. Then I went out to ask the person at the food stand if they could send someone in. They said they would and no one came. 40 minutes later 2 employees come into the theater to watch the movie. I call them over and let them know that we didn’t receive any service. Another 5 minutes later an employee comes in and says that there’s only 20 minutes left of the movie so we can’t order anything. This was a 2 hour + movie. The movie itself was great though! But the service at this “dine in” theater sucks. What’s the point of paying $25 for a movie and getting no service and being told repeatedly by multiple “employees” that someone would be in soon. The seats were comfy though!!!

Terrible, the food prices are ridiculously expensive and an 18% service charge is added to even a bottle of water. There is no option to buy your popcorn at a normal movies snack bar and bring it in yourself. Waiters are not efficient, their system does not allow to change your mind while ordering; ours had to rush to the kitchen to cancel things we didn’t want before paying. Awful service.
