I like this theater because they have a wide range of selections and often play movies that I can't find at other theaters. That being said, of the 4 most recent times I've been I think my chair was broken 2-3 times. Assigned seats so its a little hard to change. The assigned seats are pretty cool though. I'm disappointed they left moviepass (or no longer have screenings according to my app anyway).

I was extremely disappointed. The place looks very nice, classy, the chairs are super comfortable. But this is supposed to be a place where I buy a ticket to watch a movie. However, the priority seems to be on selling food and drinks throughout the whole viewing. There is no stop time, they take orders even within the last 30 minutes of the movie. It's non-stop. The couple in front of us ordered a total of 8 times, and each time we had to endure the flashlight on while they looked at the menu, talking to the staff to place the order, then several minutes later receiving the food, etc. The room is kept slightly bright (much brighter then a regular movie theater) so the waiters can keep walking around. It is EXTREMELY DISTRACTING! You cannot even buy a simple popcorn and soda at the front, and bring it yourself! No, you need to order it from your seat, adding more traffic by the staff to take your order, then deliver it, and then come again asking you to sign the credit card receipt in the middle of the movie. You guys need to seriously put a time limit when people can place orders. After the movie starts, we need silence and no distractions.

Very quiet with a very premium and exclusive vibe and feel to the place. Priced are also very reasonable. May not have many choices of movies at times but they have the big popular ones. Parking may be an issue at times.

Gorgeous new theater in the redeveloped Kentlands Market Square. Upscale bar area in lobby. Food is ordered at your seat in the theater, there are attendants/wait staff in the theater. Food was great. Seats are large loungers with reclining seats, cup holders and trays for meals. The prices are high, for two people the tickets were around $30 and the food was about the same. Expensive if you were bringing a family. Seats are positioned in groups of two. Lots of theaters, staff in hallways to help guide you and welcome you. I'd say it's more of an adult experience than a place to go with a family. The location offers rental space for parties etc.

Two thumbs way down. You can not cancel your tickets online and they will only process a refund if you physically go to the box office. I mean it 2019.... it should require me getting in my car and driving to a location to do a simple cancelation.

They did a great job with this theater and the staff is working really hard to make everyone's experience superb. These theater seats are the most comfortable of any theater that I've been in. Unlike other theaters that serve food, Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas has a wide variety of reasonably priced food options. Not only is the food reasonably priced, but it was good too! My chicken sandwich was made with fresh ingredients and tasted great. This new theater is just around the corner from us so my husband and I will be going quite often!

Had a horrible time there tonight. Went there after dinner to enjoy a movie and the entire time there was like pounding and pipes rattling. We were on the back wall and it was so loud I could even hear/focus on the movie. Very disappointing!

Very disappointed the construction makes the place looks very filthy and ugly, I wasn't aware of the place being under construction and my grandkids are allergic to dust, to top it off we went inside theather #12....20 minutes before the screen time and we had to let the employee know the place was very dirty with the trash of the previous screened movie it seemed they forgot to clean it after the ending of previous show...i rate the place a 0 it doesn't look or feel safe to meet Coco walk standards.

I was truly stunned, especially given the weather was freezing. I tried to plead with him, and he just responded “tough luck, you’re suppose to make movies on time.” If they’re looking to OFFEND their clientele, then kudos-they’re doing an excellent job. If you’re looking to fail in the U.S. market, Cinépolis is a great place to look for pointers.

This place is five star all the way!!!!! Great seats, service is spot on and each seat even comes with a service button. The only upset was that they didnt have their liquor license yet. Once they get it in a few weeks which is what I was told, I'm coming back!

Very affordable prices for reserved seats. It's stadium seating, however, the seats are not as comfortable as other reserve seating theaters such as Landmark or Cinebistro. However, the prices can't be beat-two matinee tickets are $15. The theater is low-key and quiet, and construction within cocowalk/Mayfair is to fault for that. Parking is validated at around $2 for 3-4 hours. Concessions are decent. All in all a good value!

The Cinepolis Luxury theater definitely feels very luxurious. Everything is modern, new, clean, well designed and super comfortable. They literally just opened this week, so the dine in experience is not well polished yet. But once the ushers and servers get more experience, I can see this as a very nice place for a upscale date night.

I’ve been to most movie theatres in Miami (Sunset, Landmark, Falls etc). Cinépolis is a blend of Landmark and Brickell City Centre. It’s very easy to get tickets whether it’s online or at the theater. I ordered online for the movie I went too and it took me less than a minute to get my tickets at Cinépolis. I went in the afternoon since it gets busy at night and for a smaller line for snacks. I will say this about concessions, you’re always gonna want popcorn at the movies and price shouldn’t be factored when it comes to popcorn, just get it because you are going to want something to munch on during your movie. There’s also a bar for drinks if you want to come for happy hour before your movie starts or if you’re craving some alcohol to get through a movie with your kids. Anyways, the theater I went to has the normal recliner chairs that’s paired with a small mini table to put stuff on and the classic cup holder for drinks which is convenient. I think that the theaters in general need to better cleaned before a next showing especially the floor and the chairs. Like the many theaters I have been to, my movie experience was alright and I’ll be probably be back in a few months.

Never fails to draw an audience I despise. They talk or use their phone through the whole movie, kick your seat, or loudly eat a picnic-sized meal. Sometimes it smells bad. But--it's convenient to walk to from anywhere in the Grove and is more affordable than others. Needless to say, if I don't care about the movie or the person I'm with, this is where date night will be.

Under construction so the outside looks like the aftermath of a disaster movie but the theater was still in order. Got to the movie about 5 minutes late and one of the staff escorted us to our seats which impressed me. This is going to be my new theater choice when I'm down south instead of the landmark although the landmark is a bit spacier and has the fully reclining seats.

So price of ticket was great to pick your seats. Food is super pricey as to be expected in most theaters. But what got me was the duct taped seats and electrical tape on the armrest. Other than that is was okay experience.

What a disappointment that a chain of cinemas so well known in Mexico does not offer the same quality or customer service. You have for sure that is the first and the last time I visit this cinema. All of the seats are broken from the backrest and so that "no one realize it" they put the trays that serve as transport for the popcorn (photo attached). Also my icee just falls down because the rest arms are also broken. I talked to the manager of the place and his solution was to give me another tray so that the backrest did not go “further back than normal”. The AC was too low, it’s summer, and this is Miami, come on! the parking lot is a whole disaster, there are not enough spaces I had go seeking a place for over 20 minutes. The entire plaza is under remodeling and it seems like you are in a maze because there are a lot of doors closed and no signs of where to go or how to get to the cinemas.

Management did try to fix my chair, but I gave up and told them I'd rather spend the time watching the movie.

clean and comfortable, its new so that should be a given. two stars for doing the minimum. as for watching the film, it is never dark in the theater. blacks on screen are at best mid-tone grey. its like watching an oled tv with the sun shining on it. very poor movie presentation. unless they turn the house lights WAY DOWN, i will not be going back, and i live a 5 minute walk from the place. I am so disappointed.

Pretty much what everyone else said. Place has gone downhill. Prices are somewhat competitive, but I'd rather go elsewhere. The armrest on my chair had 6 inches of horizontal play in each direction and my girlfriend's chair rocked in such a manner that you'd think it wasn't even bolted to the floor. Additionally, some inconsiderate patron left a soiled pair of underwear next to the sink. Disgusting.

I thought the ticket prices were fine but to market as a "luxury cinema" is misleading. There was nothing luxury about the place. Carpet with a funky smell, cloth seats that don't recline, nor waiters to come to you, nor anything else. I bought the tickets online only to realize that I mis clicked, the theater doesn't offer returns or exchanges over the phone.

Matinee price was reasonable but the line to get food was slow. I ordered an entree and it was delivered to me in the theater, which was nice. The chicken was a bit overcooked but the fries were really good. The seats were not very comfortable compared to other theaters I have been to. The elevator from the parking garage was acting up but you can just walk from the garage around the corner to the theater stairs. The construction made it a little confusing.

The downgrade is solely because they charge you a service fee for online ticketing through their own website. This is ridiculous. Good thing I can walk there and buy tickets without the service charge. Other than that, it is a great theater. New and clean and very high end. The seats huge and there is a ton of space between seats. They are full leather electric recliners. Each seat comes with a "tv" tray to hold food and there is a "end table" between every two seats. There is a full menu of food and all food is delivered by waiters. I found it distracting from the movie to eat a meal during the movie. Next time I will likely stick to popcorn, candy, and drinks.

This is a great place to watch movies. Great seats that recline, and they have a nice bar and restaurant area - so one can order food prior to the movie. I love that it is reserved seating - so you can just show up to the theatre when the movie starts.

I used to love coming to this theater. The commodity the cinema used to bring was spectacular, from the customer service to the variety of food they offered. However the theater is now run down. Most of the seats are now broken, with black tape running across the seat and arm rest. Even though management have been told multiple times, nothing has been done. The prices are fair enough to consider watching, but all the while trying to adjust yourself comfortably throughout the whole time you're trying to watch the movie. The staff is decent depending on the time of day you are going to watch the movie. The night staff seem like they do not want to work there, and thus providing horrible customer service.

Last year my family and I watched Jumanji and it was by far the best experience there could be to watch a movie. Terrible. There theater we sat in smelled like a well and recently used locker room. The seats were broken and the concessions expensive. Parking is a mess due to all the construction. Really it is not a nice experience currently. You can skip this theater with 0 regrets. I don't like too give negative reviews but I feel I must if it will help others about a disappointing experience and save a good amount of their hard earned money.

This movie theater is pretty nice. The theaters are smaller, the popcorn was great, friendly staff, and lots of food-snack choices. Parking lots are great(close to shops and movies). Remember to take your parking ticket into the theater and stamp it for the discount. The ticket validator is near the main entrance. Good time for the entire family. I will definitely go there again.

Reservations are required for most shows. “Luxury” premium seat theaters are not as nice as some. Chairs rock but do not recline. Movie sound was also more loud than clear. Overall, reservation process and theater amenities were typical, and theater was better than some, not as good as others. Location is good, near many restaurants.

My favorite local theater. Very nice respectful crowd comes here so you get to enjoy the movies with integrity if that makes any sense to you. Lots of demolitions & renovations going on around the whole area so lots of confusion for newbies to get around but once you find the parking lot and get inside the theater you'll be just fine. If you're looking for a super upscale up to date everything brand spanking new kind of theater then this is not your place for the time being but they still have all the up to date technology. Cool thing is since their revenue has gone down considerably due to all the construction going around, their ticket prices are fairly cheap atm so I'm taking advantage for the time being!

I love to watch a movie in the dark, it's magical. Here the lights are on and there is no magic to watching a movie. Waiters walk between the rows all the time and interfere with watching movies. I wanted to tell them to leave and not interfere, because it annoyed. I’m watching a movie, and around the vile smell of french fries, like in McDonalds. I did not like this cinema theater.

I will have put 5 stars. But 3 stars is to wake them up from beeing the only one in the grove and not taking care of little things. Like when you are in looking for your room, this smell of restroom spread in the corridor. Then coming inside the Room. Lucky if you find a seat not broken or place where to put your drink not spilled because you accenditaly put your arm on the side seat. Some screen need to be cleaned or replaced.Beside of those little inconveniences the Theater work well sound is beautiful.

Pretty much what everyone else said. Place has gone downhill. Prices are somewhat competitive, but I'd rather go elsewhere. The armrest on my chair had 6 inches of horizontal play in each direction and my girlfriend's chair rocked in such a manner that you'd think it wasn't even bolted to the floor. Additionally, some inconsiderate patron left a soiled pair of underwear next to the sink. Disgusting.

Matinee price was reasonable but the line to get food was slow. I ordered an entree and it was delivered to me in the theater, which was nice. The chicken was a bit overcooked but the fries were really good. The seats were not very comfortable compared to other theaters I have been to. The elevator from the parking garage was acting up but you can just walk from the garage around the corner to the theater stairs. The construction made it a little confusing.

Nice cinema in The Grove, with a bar/restaurant on site. It's great to be able to reserve your seats online if you purchase through Fandango. Seats are a bit worn, but comfortable, and the restrooms were clean, and the staff very pleasant.

Live directly behind this theater,trying to sell my home. They put the employee smoke break area 3 feet from my property line. I posted a sign no smoking which is ignored, Tried to speak witb management but everyone is busy. When people go through the home the break area is tight there closest to my home. I smell smoke when the people smoke. After months of a serious life disruption due,g construction that included 5 porta John's 3 feet from my property line 8 feet from the house it is replaced with the entire smoke break area.,..awesome!

The AMC in downtown crown honestly has better food than this place, and more competent staff. The theatre itself at cinepolis is very nice, but the aweful food and poor service likely doom this place to close within a year if they don't improve.

I’m not sure how the complaints are warranted this is the nicest theater I’ve ever been in and customer service is world class. My wife said it’s the four seasons of theaters and we love the four seasons. Yes they serve food during the showing. That’s their business model. Don’t complain about a water park if you hate water. That out of the way... it’s an incredible theater and not crowded at all YET so go now! Pricing is way less than it should be. Food is good, flatbreads were okay but to be fair I’ve never been wowed by theater fare.

I went there with my son after his graduation last Friday. When I was buying the tickets, the computer screen showed the best seats taken. There wasn't such thing, the truth is those seats were broken (the he backs of the chairs do not stay vertical, they go all the way backwards). All seats smell terrible. However, picture and sound quality were ok, that's why I gave them 2 stars. That place needs an upgrade.

As of January 20, Coco Walk complex is under total renovation. This means that all the interesting shops and charming eateries are GONE. It seems that the only thing left intact is the movie theater. There are at least 6 movies playing in different theaters. The seats recline (perhaps a bit too much), but they are nevertheless comfortable.
