The staff was kind but lobby area is not clean in the slightest. The floor is sticky and there is food all over the ground. Not to mention the hallways smell like urine. On the plus side, the theatre is fairly clean.

Went to a matinee showing @ 12:20. The regular ticket counters were closed, so you bought your tickets at the concession stand. This meant the line for concessions was fairly long. AMC also has a Premier guest line. Anytime somebody was in the Premier line employees would skip over the regular line and have them go first. This led to us being nearly late for our movie even though we arrived over 20 minutes early. The theater itself was nice, but even though you have reserved seating, they are not the comfortable recliners like some theaters now have.

Decided to use the bathroom on the way out of the theater and I thought porta potties were gross until I stepped foot in the womens bathroom. Almost all the toilets were clogged and the seats didnt look like they were cleaned at ALL. Sticking to Oakmont now, before I get syphilis from this place. Please check your bathrooms at least every 5 hours..

Great theater, somewhat of a hidden gem, this theater has kept up with equipment and seating upgrades pretty well over the last 18-20 years. My wife worked here before we were married, and used to get free tickets, so it's kind of a memorable place for us as well. Not very crowded as there are several other theaters inn the area, but I like this one best.

I am an AMC premiere member. I've only been to this particular theatre a few times as I usually go to the one in Sarasota. First thing .... I was puzzled why they had ticket sales at the same counter as popcorn, drinks, and other snacks, plus the bar was closed (it was the weekend too). I went in the designated line for AMC members and wasn't even acknowledge by the people at the counter. They continued to call up other guests from the other line. When I got up to the counter the girl didn't know how to handle a Disney redemption card. I stood there for at least 10 minutes while she tried to figure it out. I finally said never mind I wont use my Disney dollars to pay for the Aladdin movie we came to see. Then she couldn't get my AMC card to populate. She couldn't find my account even tho I had the physical card and I could log into it on my phone. She got a bit sassy with me and asked to log into my bank account and pull up my statement that proves I paid for the membership. Really? By now the movie has started and I've been trying to get tickets for about 25 minutes. She brushed that off and said it didn't matter the previews are just showing. My kids like to see the previews. In the end we sat down just in time for the movie to start but had to sit in the very first row because the seats were all taken. But I didn't get the free upgrades or points that come with a AMC premiere membership. Maybe I'll just continue to go to the Sarasota theatre. I bit farther to drive but always have received great customer service there.

Just went to the movie theater in the US for the last time. I purchased my ticket and the person at the counter said I had to select a seat before I went inside. I rather look around, then pick where I want and not have to choose without seeing who will be next to me. Sorry, but this is AMC and not a stage production or music event. Before long they will charge extra for "prime" seating. Looks like it's Netflix and a comfortable couch.

Large theater with plenty of movie choices and friendly staff. Theater is updated but seats do not recline. Concession stand offers a large variety of food beyond popcorn and candy. Lobby is big and also offers a bar and arcade area. Customers can join the free program to obtain $5 tickets on Tuesdays. Have been here several times and have never had any issues.

Nice theater, comfortable seats. Nothing fancy. And usually only one side open. Prices are a bit high. And perks aren't really great. Instead of just having 1 day cheaper tickets and only at certain times. I'd be nice to be able to see a Noon movie at $5. Instead of at rush hour or just Tuesday when it's so crammed with people. Spread it out. And get more business. Or wait for DVD.

This is a great place, you can get free refills on your soda pop. You can purchase beer, and wine and drink it while watching the movie. The place is really clean and the bathroom has well. The people that work there are very friendly and go out of their way for you if there is an issue. Every Tuesday all movies are $5 all day, which is a huge Plus for me, on a tight budget that is. If you're hard of hearing oh, don't worry their stereo system in there is amazing. You can hear everything. I highly recommend this place, if you haven't been there, check it out. you'll love it.

I love this theater. I am in a list remember now and I love the fact that I can enjoy so many movies at such an affordable cost! I wish and hope that one day they will get Dolby sound theaters as well as maybe some dine in theaters like the AMC theater at Disney springs. myself and 2 friends were unable to go to a p-13 movie because it was playing after 8 o’clock. 2 of us are 18 and my other friend is 17 turning 18 in a month. This is a ridiculous rule seeing as how a majority of teenagers go to the movies after 8 on the weekends. If there is a problem with a particular group of people then punish them, not everyone should be punished for the faults of few. bad business move, just lost a huge chunk of customers! I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl but I guess I’ll go to Lakewood ranch or Sarasota! If you are under 18 don’t bother, they don’t make exceptions.

Everyone is friendly and theaters are mostly clean. It is nice that they have finally added reserved seats but they need to make the next move to recliners. When it gets busy they often seem to be understaffed. There are 2 sides for concessions but only one side is ever used.

I've visited the AMC Bradenton 20 along State Road 70 near US 301 in East-Central Bradenton on several occasions. Overall, it's probably my favorite movie theater in the Sarasota-Bradenton area. Yes, the Regal Theater in downtown Sarasota is more modern, but this particular AMC has a very cool 1990-feeling vibe to it that satisfies nostalgia. It may look a bit retro, but the facility is very well kept and has comfortable seating (not quite recliners, but nice). This particular location has a huge atrium with an arcade and bar, too. I can see it being a great place for a party or to hang out for a bit before a movie show time. I love their popcorn - the self serve butter stations are great, too. I'll no doubt be returning to this AMC theater many times in the future. I've had good experiences here. A final note - I appreciate that they have a good volume level with the movies. Some theaters crank it up and blast your eardrums. This particular theater seems to have a good handle on "loud enough."

Decent movie theater not my first choice but my preferred theater was full. I wish they would upgrade like some of the other theaters to the recliners since the price is about the same as theaters with this comfortable seating. Not enough concession people were working for a Friday night in my opinion. The line was long which made it so we were late getting into our movie even though we were about 20 minutes early for the show. Overall decent place to go to see a movie.

Was sold tickets for a 1.20pm show when it should have been a 9.30pm movie. We were shown to the wrong movie room because of this. Hubby went to rectify the situation and was told he had to pay extra because of the time of the movie. Kids had to deal with people kicking the back of their seats!

We needed a wheelchair and the attendant was extremely helpful in obtaining one. She then drove the chair and escorted us to the correct theater. The theater was perfect and the movie we saw was excellent with great acoustics (Blinded by the Light).

When I arrived, the ticket counter was closed and guests were expected to order tickets from the concession stand. Theatre seats are comfortable. They are not reserved. The screen had no problems during the showing and the theatre was not too cold. Just a bit chilly. A light jacket is enough for warmth.

Avoided the line and purchased tickets at kiosk. We picked out seats, went in, and there were people in the seats we were given and they refused to move. We had to move to another handicapped seat and of course someone else had been assigned those seats. It set off a chain of people not being able to get the seats they were supposed to have all because of two people. It was ridiculous....also 2pm start showtime was actually 2:30pm (30 minutes of loud previews....

Had to pick where I wanted to sit, and seats don't recline like Oakmont 8. Very unconformable. And also after 8pm you have to be over 18 or with someone 21 years old or over with an ID, and that person has to watch the same movie or the person 18 and under can't watch it.EVEN IF ITS A CHILDS MOVIE!!! I'll stick with Oakmont 8 from now on. Oh and also the bathrooms where dirty. The ones by the entrance and the ones in the first hallway. Never again I'll come here.

They have a fully automated ticket kiosk so I don't have to argue with some 17 year old that I'm old enough to see a rated R movie despite being twice his age. Checkout the snack bar. They have a 1.5 lbs pretzel. It's good but absurdly large!

Everyone is friendly and theaters are mostly clean. It is nice that they have finally added reserved seats but they need to make the next move to recliners. When it gets busy they often seem to be understaffed. There are 2 sides for concessions but only one side is ever used.

Was sold tickets for a 1.20pm show when it should have been a 9.30pm movie. We were shown to the wrong movie room because of this. Hubby went to rectify the situation and was told he had to pay extra because of the time of the movie. Kids had to deal with people kicking the back of their seats!

Completely full theater this evening and it seems like the AC couldn't handle it. It was not terrible, just not quite right...they gave everyone in the theater a free pass, even though it wasn't that bad. WELL DONE!!

Only giving 4 stars because the theatre I was in could have been bigger, besides that it was a clean place and the menu seemed a bit pricey but that is to be expected. It has arcade games, concessions, and even a bar and lounge area for the adults! Screen and sound quality were on par with any other theatre I've been to.

When I arrived, the ticket counter was closed and guests were expected to order tickets from the concession stand. Theatre seats are comfortable. They are not reserved. The screen had no problems during the showing and the theatre was not too cold. Just a bit chilly. A light jacket is enough for warmth.

Grace theater it is our favorite spot for movies in this area and of course they have a great reward program and great theaters with huge screens and great sound systems since right now they're not offering IMAX or Dolby presentations.

Avoided the line and purchased tickets at kiosk. We picked out seats, went in, and there were people in the seats we were given and they refused to move. We had to move to another handicapped seat and of course someone else had been assigned those seats. It set off a chain of people not being able to get the seats they were supposed to have all because of two people. It was ridiculous....also 2pm start showtime was actually 2:30pm (30 minutes of loud previews....

Had to pick where I wanted to sit, and seats don't recline like Oakmont 8. Very unconformable. And also after 8pm you have to be over 18 or with someone 21 years old or over with an ID, and that person has to watch the same movie or the person 18 and under can't watch it.EVEN IF ITS A CHILDS MOVIE!!! I'll stick with Oakmont 8 from now on. Oh and also the bathrooms where dirty. The ones by the entrance and the ones in the first hallway. Never again I'll come here.

It's really not that good. The customers are pretty rude sometimes they don't stop talking when a movie is playing and they do not show the feature saying Don't text, Don't post, and Don't talk. Every time i go to this theatre for any random movie it's always in that terrible auditorium 15 and there is this one employee that does a terrible job at ripping tickets and his name is Don. I am never coming to this theatre until they fix on some more remodels.

I heard this theater was great, what a disappointment. Very average. VERY. I won't be back without free admission. There's potential, but, you can't just have good projector and sound quality, everything else fell very flat. Big YAWN.

We had a group of loud teens join us be loud and obnoxious but left and the fellow behind my wife felt it was necessary to kick the chair back she was in throughout the movie. Aside for everyone talking and lighting up their cell phones it was good. Don't think I'll go back.

Went to watch a movie and as a quick reminder, dont show up right at the time of movie. Cuz staff might not let you thru. Meanwhile the never ending problem of the soda machines on a busy weekend. They either dont have ice or just simply tin out of all the sodas?

We were there on a rainy Sunday. The theatre was packed with people and it was mayhem. Nobody knew which line to stand on for tickets or snacks, because the signage was sorely lacking. There were only a few kids working with nobody to act as manager over 16 years old in sight other than the ticket taker. The most irritating experience I’ve had in a movie theater for at least 10 years. Never again!!

This theatre is huge! It has lots of cool things to do. It's clean, well maintained, and has a friendly staff. Our only complaint is that the seating is somewhat uncomfortable and dated. The seats are small by today’s standards, and the most seats have indentations so deep from use that older individuals might find them extremely uncomfortable.
