Small theater that gets interesting films. We enjoy going there

Online sales unavailable for “The Wife.” Instructed online to show up 30 minutes prior to showtime to purchase tickets. Show up 90 minutes prior, speak to woman working front desk inquiring again and told to come back 30 minutes prior to purchase seats. Come back again and told by same woman that show is sold out with a waiting list. Never again. Get your act straightened out if you’re trying to enlist local community support.

Seen two films there this week! There's always something to see that you won't find in the big theaters, and the audience is always great too -- no talking, no cell phones, just enjoying the film -- the way it's supposed to be!

Cinema Arts offer a very diverse selection of independent and documentary films. Through out the year they sponsor a number of thematic file festivals. Have never been disappointed.

As a purveyor of the arts, I'm glad that lower Delaware is embracing the arts more with the Cinema Art Theater. Friendly staff and a great movie selection make for an entertaining evening not too far away from Lefty's Alley and Eats.

Great theater which offers important independent films that don't often make it to mainstream "big box" theaters. Comfortable seats and very good sound system. Especially enjoy when the managers come in before the film and give background info about the actors, settings, and movie. Very lucky to have a resource such as this in Lewes

Love this theater and the staff who work there. Acoustics are wonderful. Cinema Art Theatre shows many wonderful and amazing shows, and set changes during live at the Met opera productions. Please support this local company. You won't be disappointed.
