It's a nice theater. Last time were there, they had an issue at start of a movie. The manager apologized and gave everyone a past or future movie of their choice. Very proactive.

I've always loved Regal in People's Plaza. I've been going since the week they built it. They redid it last year and now the seating is very cozy with big reclining seats. They have discounted Tuesdays and half price popcorn on Tuesdays also. We go each week or 2 as a family. You can't beat the price and comfort. The game area is still the best with tons of games for kids. It's always clean. The staff is friendly- Nick at concessions is always the most polite and helpful kid and definitely our favorite.

Only thing did not get a star was the bathroom. Was very messy paper on the floor. Pee on the floor. They should have someone just go in every hr just to check it. Other then that great time..

This theater has a great selection of snacks and a great arcade. However it's The Endgame weekend and a Friday night @10pm and the confession counter has three young staff members working three slow moving lines of continuously ten or more people and I've been stuck in my line- in fear of the line never dying- for nearly 20 minutes. Its understaffed and clearly being ignored by whatever management works here.

FWI if you order your snacks online, u still have to stand online to scan it in. It wasn't said, I thought when we cam our tickets we just go pick it up... wrong. Comfortable quiet, got to enjoy multiple movies at this location. Has a decent game room for younger kids! It is clean and safe. Can recommend also prices are about the average of any film locally if not cheaper.

We enjoyed it. The people running the concessions were friendly, courteous and quick. The only bad thing was that it wasn't very busy so they didn't really check on the patrons watching the movie. Unfortunately we had to deal with a small group In the back throwing their snacks.

We swiped our card to play air hockey. The puck never came out. We go to the other air hockey table. Same issue. We talk to someone at the booth and they say “Oh,they’re not working. So basically the manager is just okay with people wasting money because he was too lazy to hang up a couple of signs or he just didn’t care enough to. The basketball arcade machines hardly ever keep score. People are constantly sneaking into the theaters. In almost 3 years of going to this theater,I can’t remember one time when someone hasn’t snuck in. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. Then when they get called out on being in someone’s seat,they run down to the front of the theater. Why do they do this? Because they don’t have tickets at all. You have people walk in,look around the theater to see if there is room up top,if not then just take seats up front. We witnessed a group of people tell a couple,that had tickets to those seats,to just find other seats... And they walked away. Yeah okay,I would have told them to get out of my seats and went and had them thrown out. You might be asking,how are people sneaking into the theaters. Easy...There are times where this is nobody standing near the bathrooms to check tickets and people just walk back there. And/or they’re theater hopping. I’ve never seen a theater have so many people sneak into it. It’s constant. Regal needs to look into this location & do something about how management is running things. This theater is a tiny step above the one on Main Street in Newark,but is about 10 behind Cinemark near the Christiana Mall.

No real complaints about this theater - it's clean, the staff is friendly, and the seating is comfortable. The concession lines can be a little long at times, and the menu is unsurprisingly expensive for what you get (but what do you expect from a theater?). But as far as theaters go it's perfectly fine.

Nice clean theatre. Haven’t really had any issues until we went to see Avengers: End Game. The biggest movie in decades - there’s a power surge due to high winds. I understand this is out of anyone’s control. My issue was this: Not once did ANYONE from management come and apologize to anyone for this issue. Bear in mind that EVERY theater in Regal 17 had the same issue. Then, when the movie started again, it was approx 45 mins ahead of when it stopped. Again, no one from management to apologize, and the movie was not backed up to where it stopped. We got a full refund, however we only found this out through another patron - none of the employees or management let us know this. I’m thankful for the refund, just frustrated that no one came and apologized for the issue and when I went and spoke to an employee (twice) I kept hearing “We’ve contacted our manager several times and are waiting to hear back.” Really?? Where was the manager? Helping deal with the issue? At home? On site? Movie was great - what we saw of it. We can go see it again thanks to the refund - would just have been great for a little better customer service is all.

I love this theater. The associates are kind. Very clean theater and also lil arcade for the kids as well. My only issue is some of the recliner chairs are not functioning, but I was able to be moved to one that worked. They do have military discount (only available in person not online). Not bad at all I always come back here. Another flaw (like any theater) there are kids that do make a lot of noise and such during movies where the parents cannot control them.

Staff seems like they would rather be somewhere else. Not rude just unhappy. This tells me they probably aren't very good to employees there. And the games... Forced to spend 10dollars on a card to even play... just wanted to play 1 game of air hockey and leave with the kids after the movie... nope had to spend a minimum of 10 bucks so we got stuck there playing games we didn't want to play for 20 extra minutes.... as if the 40 bucks i spent on tickets and 40 on 3 drinks 1 popcorn and 2 snacks wasnt enough... The new games suck... I reccomend finding another theater... and if you want to play arcade games, go to Main Event by the mall.

The reclining seats are ultra comfy. The threater was clean and the popcorn warm. I wouldn't mind spending a few dollars less on snacks. The prices are crazy. Do yourself a favor and stop at the Dollar Store in the shopping center for candy on your way.

My mom and I went to see Aladdin. The lady at the ticket booth was very nice she helped me find comfortable seats for both me and my mom. The bathroom's were clean and the staff I met were very nice. I even found out I still had a regal Crown Club membership and I got the discount. I will definitely come back to this movie theater again.

They now have reclining chairs and a very much appreciated amount of room. But the only downfall is the reclining chairs they use are a bit tooooooooooooooo comfy. Needless to say, I fell asleep!! Movies are the only thing that gives this place a three. If I could I would rate there food a 1 if you get anything other than popcorn that is. Overly priced, other theaters are giving better options and have beer while you watch your movie. Will only return for the movies next time and will skip the food.

Regal 17 has upgraded to the comfy reclining chairs that newer theatres have. Sound and picture quality was good. There are games in the lobby to keep kids busy and happy before a movie starts.

As if ticker prices skyrocketing weren't enough: they serve some absolutely terrible food here. Don't bother - it's much worse than even a standard fast-food restaurant. I'd even say it's below the level of a 7-11: it is that bad. On top of it all, the theater is "medium" from a cleanliness aspect. Customer services is about the only bright spot, with all of the people I had interactions with quite friendly, competent, and helpful.

The recliners have made this a really good theater, they are roomy and comfortable. I think the sound system was upgraded as well. You are able to choose your seat when you buy your tickets which is helpful.

Where to start? First of all, when they advertise a large popcorn and large drink combo (just popcorn and soda - nothing else) for $20, you know the prices are outrageous. They also offer a 3oz. bag of M&M's, that you can buy in a box at Wal-Mart for 98 cents, for just under $5. They also don't sell Goobers - what movie theater DOESN'T sell Goober's?!? Second, when buying your movie ticket and picking your seat, the stadium layouts are extremely deceptive. I always sit two or three rows from the back because that usually gives me the best view of the screen, so that's the seat I picked (this was in theater #9). What I didn't realize is that the screen was only about 30 feet wide, and sitting in the whole back half of the theater was like watching a drive-in movie from outside the fence. These are the only theaters I've ever been in where the first three rows of seats in the theater are the best seats in the theater! Lastly, don't worry about getting there on time for the movie. My showing was supposed to start at 2:30PM, but didn't start until just a few minutes before 3PM, because they played well over 20 minutes of previews. This is NOT a theater I am ever going back to!

I really like this theater, comfy recliners and a nice arcade in the foyer. This was my 2nd time here and Everytime we go we head to the photo booth and takes some flix. Lots of fun for the young and old!

When asked if he could make some, he bluntly said no. Then asked for a jalapeno hot dog on the menu and without missing a beat he said we don't have any. The interaction was very impolite and rude.

Always long slow moving lines for concessions, and it feels like they are always undermanned at cashier, meanwhile the manager seems to have no interest in correcting the wait. Get there early if you want snacks that you aren't bringing in yourself. Theater itself isn't bad though.

I love regal theaters and I have been trying new ones as opposed to the one that I usually go to. This one is much smaller than most which is not a bad thing. I went opening night of La Llorona and i'm always so used to having to be very early to wait in line for snacks to be able to get in on time, but there wasn't much of a wait and the theater wasn't too packed! Could use a little bit of an update as the lobby is very dark and older looking, but other than that a very nice theater!

the movie that I went to see, Creed 2, was great. The inside viewing was great, but the food court was horrible, they wanted to charge me 5.29 for a small size drink of water, which I didn't mind ,but they wanted to add an additional for bottled water as oppose to giving me fountain water no courtesy towards the patrons at all. The manager and the counter staff had attitudes issues, the food court sucks, bring your own food.

This is our regular theater, if we are planning an evening movie. The seats are large and comfy, with a tray and cup holder for drinks and snacks. There is a wide variety of snack options, but usually just stick with popcorn. Hot food items take a long time from order to pickup, so plan ahead if you want chicken fingers or corn dog nuggets!

Amazing theater! Very clean. I almost fell right at home with the leather recliners, laid way back and had sooooo much leg room. The employees were very friendly and extremely courteous. Great movie experience.

The theaters are fine. The service from both the ticket booth and concessions are VERY slow. 15 minutes for a ticket and 30 minutes at concessions. That’s insane!!!!

It had been quite a few years since visiting this place. However the changes are pretty amazing(but sadly my son does not agree). They now have reclining chairs and a very much appreciated amount of room. But the only downfall is the reclining chairs they use are a bit tooooooooooooooo comfy. Needless to say, I fell asleep!! And it was a pretty amazing nap but I missed the movie

Overly priced, other theaters are giving better options and have beer while you watch your movie. Will only return for the movies next time and will skip the food.

Regal 17 has upgraded to the comfy reclining chairs that newer theatres have. Sound and picture quality was good. There are games in the lobby to keep kids busy and happy before a movie starts.

The recliners have made this a really good theater, they are roomy and comfortable. I think the sound system was upgraded as well. You are able to choose your seat when you buy your tickets which is helpful.

Waiting 30 mins in line to order food is the worst thing about this theater. You will miss your movie trying to get snacks, and a drink. Just bad. The 15yr Olds at the registers need help. Gotta do better, I will go to AMC next time.

Where to start? First of all, when they advertise a large popcorn and large drink combo (just popcorn and soda - nothing else) for $20, you know the prices are outrageous. They also offer a 3oz. bag of M&M's, that you can buy in a box at Wal-Mart for 98 cents, for just under $5. They also don't sell Goobers - what movie theater DOESN'T sell Goober's?!? Second, when buying your movie ticket and picking your seat, the stadium layouts are extremely deceptive. I always sit two or three rows from the back because that usually gives me the best view of the screen, so that's the seat I picked (this was in theater #9). What I didn't realize is that the screen was only about 30 feet wide, and sitting in the whole back half of the theater was like watching a drive-in movie from outside the fence. These are the only theaters I've ever been in where the first three rows of seats in the theater are the best seats in the theater! Lastly, don't worry about getting there on time for the movie. My showing was supposed to start at 2:30PM, but didn't start until just a few minutes before 3PM, because they played well over 20 minutes of previews. This is NOT a theater I am ever going back to!

Went to watch End Game and there was a power outage that occurred twice while we were watching the movie. I’ve never written a review before but this was completely uncalled for and disappointing. If you have big movie plans I don’t suggest coming here at all!!!

Walking in to start this theater looked pretty trashy. Trash can outside was overflowing while the employees didn't look so busy that it couldn't be addressed easily. Same thing with the bathroom being dirty and not stocked with soap. Big gripe though was the theater 5 that I was in having large portion of its picture tinted blue during the whole movie. Like a rectangle out of the screen made everything look blue. Obvious effect on the viewing. Other than that, cozy seating and such.

This Regal Cinema location has a game area that gives you something to so while waiting for a movie to start. The drinks & snacks are pricey but that's to be expected at any movie theater. The seating is extremely comfortable I like that all of seats are electric recliners that can recline all the way back, with a little swivel table that you can move around and a cup holder in the table. It's just as comfortable to watch a movie there as it is to watch in the comfort of your own home. I love that they have a membership now to where you can pay monthly to watch unlimited movies at the theater. The only downside is it gets a little cold in there so I suggest bringing a small blanket.

Dirty hallways and theaters...bathroom dirty, smell like pee...no longer sell combos..slow workers..I usually have a nice experience. But it was terrible 7/23/19. Me and family went to see The New Lion king. Very disappointed in Regal theater

Not very good this time. The movie started and ran for 5 to 10 minute when a large group of small children came marching in and filled the back two rows. Because things had already started and the room was dark in the movie was running the adults that were supposed to be supervising the children we're largely unable to quiet things down. Now when we go to the movies and notice that the last two rows are blocked out we will know to choose another film.I would have liked the theater to tell us that there were going to be a large number of young children in the theater so that we could have made that decision before we were kind of locked in.
