See at least 25 to 30 movies a year. This place is close and convenient but they need to get with all the other theaters and get reclining seats. I am a diamond crown club member with a ton of credits earned, free movies, food and merchandise. I like to goto the first show of the day when I go here it's never crowded then and have nice peaceful enjoyable time there.

I have never seen slower less motivated staff. Lines for food were 20 people deep with 4 staff members standing in the hallway watching. Many of us left without making a purchase. Everyone knows the profit margins are in the snacks except the management team at this location. Lots of competitors in the area, go there instead.

Management and staff clearly don't give a s#+! About their customers. We went to a 5 PM show on Friday night and ordered some food and were told they didn't even have a hotdog much less any of the other things on the menu. We were then told the fryer wasn't even turned on so it would take 20 min to get anything they may still have laying around in the back. No one seemed interested in fixing the situation. We often go to a Regal Cinema near our home and always have great service. This was truly pathetic.

Stopped in on Sunday to see Fighting with my Family, which was listed on the theaters site with a 12:10 showing. Got to the theater, the movie time was still listed as 12:10 on the board above the ticket area. Employee informed us when we tried to purchase tickets that there was no 12:10 showing. Wasted a 30 minute drive in each direction :(

It's gorgeous and every theater has a huge crystal clear screen and the snacks are diff then most places (way better) and they even have actual sandwich meals and stuff. It's the best around and has a lot more movies then most other places. The only draw back is Frank's theater's has $6 movies on Tuesdays and even the IMAX is discounted. But other than that it's gorgeous and huge and brand new.

This place looks really clean, old but clean. The people and their company who clean the theaters overnight deserves some kind of promotion, they probably work hard every night till daylight. They could be playing Fortnite and catching Victory Royales but instead they're investing their time and VBucks to maintain these theaters clean, and for that I can call them brave and dedicated workers and not default scrubs.

Modern, clean, and with good screen visibility from all seats, the Regal Cinemas at Hamilton Commons is one of my favorite movie houses to go to when I'm at the Jersey Shore. The concession stand is good but sometimes a bit slow during peak summer traffic .

The last 2 times I have gone here have had issues. Both times the theater lights were not turned on after the movie, so it was difficult to navigate out if the theater safely. The last time, someone in the auditorium had to go out 25 minutes after the movie was supposed to start to ask what was going on. 5 minutes later the movie started. They must have forgotten us!

I came for a 1:20 PM movie. It started on time with the usual previews and a couple of ads. The theater was a very comfortable temperature, the seating was basic but comfortable, and the movie volume was just right.

Was at an 11 AM showing for Rocketman. All we could hear during the show was construction noise that carried thru the ceilings drowning out the sound of the music. What a POS operation they have. I hope that the newly bought theater down the road opens up soon, will have to wait until then to see any movies but it will be worth the wait.

Freaking awesome when you go when people are in school at work....you don't have to worry about the lines and so on. Sound quality is freaking awesome they stay cleaning and do it right. I looked up showtimes online and headed to theater to catch a movie. When I got to the ticket counter, the time online for the show I wanted to see was completely wrong, and waiting for the next showing was more than an hour wait. I can understand a newspaper making an error but when you go to the theater's own website and it's incorrect, there's no excuse.

I paid online for the movie and retrieved the tickets from a kiosk rather quickly. Waited on line to get popcorn for over 10 minutes, just to wait another 10 to get it. Come early if you want anything from the concession stand. Missed the beginning of my movie due to the wait. There's no room between the aisles so your cramped. Also cramped seating. We saw a 2 hr movie and never took our hoodie off. If the heat was on, I couldn't tell. I don't know what movie was playing next door, but it had a lot of action, due to the amount of loud, bassy sound I was hearing. They have a photo booth in the waiting area that's 5 bucks, and it doesn't work right unless you feed it another 5. It does give you 4 copies of the photos, but I shouldn't have had to give them the second 5 to get them. Now that they're the only movie theater in the area, it seems like they've stopped caring. Considering how much it costs to go to the movies, it should be a better experience. I just wait 3 months for it to come out on DVD. Some movies were meant to be on the big screen, and I'm going to miss seeing them.

I love Regal Cinemas! Always great movie selections, super snacks, and the theaters are soo comfy. While it does get a little pricey, you can join their Rewards Club to gain points and get some discounts. Over all, Regal is a good deal and fun time for the whole family.

This is a very nice theater with comfortable seats, hd projection, quality surround sound, and police officers standing by in the lobby on weekends nights, but the prices have gotten totally out of hand. At $17 plus a $1 convenience fee for online tickets and tax, it's easily $60 for a date night once you buy concessions. For a family night, plan on dropping over $100 if everyone wants a drink and snack.

Went to see a special showing of Bullitt put on by Fathom Events. The movie didn't start on time so someone went out and complained and they started it but skipped over portions of the special features. Once it was going however there was no sound, someone complained and they putzed around until they finally got it going. Finally we could watch the movie we paid to see, minus some of the special features, with sound. Of course, however, they didn't turn the lights off. As before, someone went out and complained and after 15+ minutes of movie in normal light they eventually turned them down so we could watch it as movies are intended to be watched. It's an old theater that doesn't really care, don't bother.

This theater has really improved over the years. It's now very clean, we'll staffed, great movie selection and large snack bar. The have specials and a savings program, look into both of these so you can visit more often.

They were busy today, for the release of the Dragonball Broly movie, so I'll excuse the burnt popcorn. However, they were having problems with the projector and it took over an hour to start the movie. Not only that, during the last 10 minutes of the movie, the audio cut completely off and none of us could hear anything. I've never had an experience like this at any other movie theater. 1 star.

The popcorn was absolutly terrible. Ideally popcorn should be "puffed" and airy and light. This popcorn tasted like small waxy weighted marbles. Definitly detracted from my over all theater experience.Since popcorn is such an integral part of the whole process I would think more attention would be paid to getting it right. mkm

First time here. Employees were much more helpful and friendly than at other theatres in the 08234 area. Seats were very comfortable, the volumn wasn't crazy high. I enjoyed seeing "Bohemian Rhapsody" at this theatre. Must we sit through 20 minutes of previews, though?

went to the movies again with my husband and was told the wrong theater the movie was to be shown. the manager gave back my money after we realized and complained. last year the ticket sales girl was so rude to us we got our money and left. we decided we will never go there again.oh did i mention we are a mixed couple.

We ordered our tickets from fandango we were supposed to be in auditorium 3 but one of your employes at the desk said to go to 14 the volume was turned down but we went to the desk and someone said dogs way home was playing in 3. Great food. One suggestion upgrade your seats. Employees lied to us and I think I saw a rat scurry down the hallway. Next time i come back if there is a rodent I am calling the dept of health. Kate was super nice and gave us the food. But Edwin Lied to us. And one of your employees was leaving a backed up in to my 66 thousand dollar truck.But thank god i have ford care. Clean can certainly be appreciated here. This place is spotless, even the bathrooms. The concession area is expensive, but no different than anywhere else. Tickets slightly more expensive, but the cleanliness compared to other places makes it worth it.

Have been coming to Regal since it opened in our area. It’s was state of the art back then. Now, that a lot these movie theaters are updating everything. From IMAX, Reclining Chairs, and some of them serving food. This Regal is becoming outdated The seating is less than comfortable And the screen and sound quality is just okay. . With that being said it’s always clean and the employees are friendly. It’s not cheap for a movie ticket. The least we should get is the Best Movie Theater Experience. Time for an Update Regal.

I love this movie theater because it has the stadium seating, and you don't have to worry about someone's head blocking your view. The soft pretzels with the cheese is a great snack to get from there. The cheese has a slight spicy taste too. By the way there is a 5 and below next door, hint, hint. The floor was sticky this time, and it was extremely busy because it was the first day for the Avengers Infinity Wars movie, but otherwise it was not bad. I hated that the guy next to me smelled so bad he was ruining the movie for me, but the theater can't control that. That's the risk you take when going out to see a movie in any theater though. People can ruin it for you in many different ways whenever you go and where ever you go.

LEGIT. The last two times I’ve been, they didn’t have Cheetos Popcorn. In which both movie times were between 1230-230PM. There are ads all over stating that they have it BUT oddly never have it when I go. It’s a huge disappointment and the second time I almost asked for my money back from the movie I was going to watch. IM HOPING, it doesn’t happen a third time.

Giving a 2 star because the movie theatre is clean and peaceful but on the flip side, this movie theatre needs to update its chairs.. it’s time accommodate to the general public’s comfort and get reclining chairs. Every movie theatre is getting up to date on it and eventually you guys are going to lose people due to the uncomfortable seating and lack of temperature control

I do like the fact that they have several different discounts depending on the time and day of the movie. And I also like that you can order Popcorn and put your own butter on.

Would given more stars, I'm a disabled Vet and unable to find a handicap parking space, and seat inside theater that didn't create inconvenience to other people seated allowing me to access an open midway along the row. It was a packed theater for Avengers and understandable. I pre purchased ticks via fandango and was meeting a friend. If neither was case ide not attended.

Ghettolistic, stayed in AC for the weekend decided to go to AC and went to this place a hot damn mess should have known, the police was outside when we pulled up. Got in the movies and a bunch of rambunctious teens were yelling and cursing and the attendant must have known them cause he was chilling right along with them. Everyone around me was complaining and the gentlemen in front of me asked a girl is this the hood, I told him dont feel bad because I was thinking the same thing. Will never go back to this place again because if i do I'll proabley get thrown out because I'm going to act like someones mother and be pulling some ears even the attendant.

Went for the Avengers Infinity War premier and had a very good experience. I purchased the tickets online through the Regal app so I was able to get scanned right in. They were running a special with a collectors cup, topper, and popcorn bowl. It was $25 but I decided to splurge since I'd been waiting for Infinity War for quite a while. This is my favorite theater in the area. The screens are large and have good picture. The sound is loud. The seats are comfortable, though they don't have the reclining seats. Most of the screening rooms are large but I've never had a bad experience there yet. I was also pleased with this new item they have called Moviebill. I don't think they'll exist for every film, but will for some of the big ones. Moviebill is like a playbill for the film, including AR content accessible through the Regal app.

Very big, very nice movie theater. They have plenty of showings and lots of space. Concession stand needs some work, there should be no reason we should wait in line for 30 minutes to get popcorn and a drink. Also the starbucks sign that says "we proudly serve Starbucks" please take it down, they do not mix the drinks there nor do they do anything starbucks related, it is purely just to serve the already pre made drinks that you can get at wawa.

My husband and I visited to watch The Secret Life of Pets. Like most Regal Cinemas, everything is very overpriced. The only reason we went was because 1) we wanted to see the movie and 2) my husband won free tickets to the theatre. Otherwise, we would have spent this part of our trip elsewhere.

Good location and a large parking lot make this a popular choice for locals. Plenty of movies to choose from and of course the over priced concession stand offers much to eat and drink. Place is very clean and comfortable. Be prepared for a 10-15 min up coming movie clips before your feature begins!
