The concession cashier was emotionless and mean. All I wanted was to buy a small popcorn. She opened up another counter and since no one moved, I walked over. A guy from another line then walked behind me, she noticed and told me he was first.. There were two other cashiers open. It was unnecessary. The women's bathroom toilets were clogged with toilet paper and dirty. If it wasn't $5 Tuesday, I wouldn't go watch a movie here..

The theater is outdated in horrid disrepair. The staff all seemed to universally not care. I have never had a worse movie going expirence. After waiting a half hour for the theater to be cleaned the movie didn't even start on time. The poor layout and antiquated seats combined with a staff who couldn't careless it is both amazing and a shame this theater is still in operation

This theater is simply one of the best ones in this area. I enjoy going on Tuesdays because it’s only $5. The lines are always super short at concessions and the people behind the counter are upbeat and friendly. The bathrooms are well maintained and clean. The theaters are clean and the seats are comfortable. The screens for the movies aren’t scratched and the volume isn’t insanely loud. It’s great to see the movies you want to see in theaters and at a reasonable price!

5 Stars for the Price. If you are expecting a night of high class entertainment, you have come to the wrong place. If you are here to catch a movie on a big screen for a cheap price, then you are getting your monies worth. Buy popcorn, get a soda, don't get upset that the floors are sticky and enjoy a flic that you didn't pay $100 to see. This is a favorite little spot of mine and I plan to use it for what it is and enjoy every bit of it. I also have 3 small kids and they love going to the theater so what is not to love.

This theater underwent a remodel in recent years and is now the nicest in the area. Would recommend to anyone. The only drawback is that it does not offer stadium seating. Still my preferred theater.

We absolutely loooove this theatre. It’s our go-to for any night out to the movies. The seating is spacious and always works. Popcorn is great. Online ticket purchasing is easy and affordable compared to AMC. The only reason I’m giving a 4 is because the line can be long for buying popcorn and drinks, and there is usually only one person working each side or even just one side. I’ve heard an employee mention them being understaffed before. That won’t stop me from coming though!

Not a bad theater. It had enough leg room for me and I'm pretty tall (6'4). The movie tickets were cheap but the food/drinks were a bit high though. A large drink was the same price as my movie ticket ($5.00). Service was quick and simple though for a Friday night. I'll probably go again one day.

For a $3 movie, it is great. They have replaced the seats with comfortable semi recliners. There is no stadium seating, but I have never seen it crowded, so you can always find a seat with a good view. The concession food is the same as any traditional theater, great popcorn. We plan on going often as our kids are old enough now to sit through a movie. LOVE this place!

Today was my first time coming to Cinemark 10 (2/18/2019). I went there to see Bohemian Rhapsody in Theaters. The seating area feels like a concert stadium. I just wish there were more people to fill these empty seats. I came there dressed as a Queen because I love Queen. Maybe next time, there should be a packed house of Queen fans. It would be like a Queen concert. Even though I have never been to one.

I was filled with negative word of mouth about this theater since i moved to delaware. Here I watched 'Remo', a tamil language indian movie recently as the next nearest theater was 50 miles from my place. I would request the management to improve their facilities in every aspect. Usually i do not care much about other things when going to watch a movie but my experience was bad which made me to write this review. Not only in US but probably one the 'best worst' theater existing in the planet. Restroom was okay and the rest is horrible, a black mark for cinemark franchise.. Not even deserve a single star!

They absolutely are in need of more staff. The slushy machine doesn't work, there's debris and crumbs all over the concession counter, and the bathrooms aren't maintained regularly. The plus side is the cost of the movie tickets - at least $2 cheaper than others for a matinee.

They were doing rennovations at the time. We thought this was going to be like the other cinemark but was very underwelhming. However, I can understand if this was designed for value prices and easier acess to a theater near the community. Hopefully will be better once rennovations are done.

This theater is older and not as modern & up to date compared to other theaters. It’s clean & staff is friendly. If bells & whistles are not your thing, then it’s not bad. Parking isn’t too bad. Dollar store & Mcds in same shopping center. So, you have options for munchies if you don’t care for typical food & prices in theater.

The theater for the most part is well kept and the workers are fine. When we went to see Creed 2 there was a fight in the back and the workers were too scared to deal with the problem. The fight moved out of the theater, and then once police came and delt with it they rewinded the movie but kept messing up where to go back to, even with clear directions from the audience. Overall hilarious experience.

We enjoy Movies10, mostly because of their excellent prices. You have to wait a little longer to see them, but it's a great way to see movies on the big screen, that you don't want to pay full price for. At this time, February 2019, prices are $3a ticket. Don't bother buying online to save time in line though, they don't have a scanner at the check in, so you pay fees on each ticket (around $2 a piece) and then have to wait in line anyway to have the tickets printed. Huge waste of money and time!

Its alright. I typically avoid this location because of the awkwardness due to the fact you have to reserve your seats and the seat you pick is locked in. If someone accidentally took your seat before you find yours, you may not get to watch your movie with anyone with you, and maybe not be able to watch it at all because if your not in your assigned seat you can get kicked out. It is ran like a high school. Avoid at all costs.

Movies 10 is the all-time greatest move theatre I have ever visited. I have seen over 600 movies at Movies 10 since it opened in 1991 and I have the ticket stubs to prove it. Although it does not boast about it, the theatre excels at superior customer service and attention to the needs of the customers. I have received more-than-needed satisfaction regarding any problems (not that there were many) I have encountered there and the solutions and rectification have been quick, fair and thorough. Compared to other theatres in the surround area (specifically the two Regal venues), Movies 10 outshines them all in service, price, value and one's overall experience. I have had hundreds of memorable experiences there and look forward to many more. With the opening of Cinemark's Christiana location, Movies 10 finally has some worthy competition--itself. The new location is grand and operates with all the most advanced equipment in the industry, Movies 10 will always be my moviegoing "Home Base".

They absolutely are in need of more staff. The slushy machine doesn't work, there's debris and crumbs all over the concession counter, and the bathrooms aren't maintained regularly. The plus side is the cost of the movie tickets - at least $2 cheaper than others for a matinee.

Normally I have no issues with this location. There is one manager that goes out of her way to make people feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. On Tuesdays my mother and I like to go see a movie or two. One Tuesday my card was declined after I told this particular manager I was splitting the payment. She didn't listen or didn't hear me because she processed the full amount on the card. I explained again I wanted to split the payment. She said fine and proceeded. The following week I went in and paid with change. She walked up to the cashier and said make sure you count that and pointed at me. As if I would short change the cashier. Now when I go in I avoid this manager at all cost.

This theater screens some really good movies, second run, which often means days away from first run. On this visit on Seniors Tuesday I paid $1.81 to see an Academy Award candidate, and it was wonderful. If I could fault the theater in any way, it's because the seats are not quite as new and fancy as in some of the big complexes. But leg roo is great and the screen is big and the sound and acoustics are first rate. I recommend it highly.

This theater is older and not as modern & up to date compared to other theaters. It’s clean & staff is friendly. If bells & whistles are not your thing, then it’s not bad. Parking isn’t too bad. When we moved here a year ago, we were anxious to visit the theater. We were surprised and pleased with their very reasonable movie prices. The concession prices are about average, but with the Cinemode coupons and the refillable bucket & cup deal, those become very affordable, as well. Each time we go it has been clean and well-kept and the employees are friendly and efficient. Since moving here, they have updated their seating to high back reclining seats, making the experience even more comfortable and appealing. We have gone to many movies in the past year and as long as the prices remain so affordable, it will be our theater of choice and we will be seeing many more movies!

The seats are very comfortable. Free refills on large popcorn and drink (the large is the only one to don't need a refill on), food expensive as hello. The tickets are okay though. Smallish theatre rooms. Overall I prefer this one over the others in the Tristate area. You can order your tickets online but it costs 1.50 more per ticket which sucks if you're trying to go with a bunch of people.

The theater for the most part is well kept and the workers are fine. When we went to see Creed 2 there was a fight in the back and the workers were too scared to deal with the problem. The fight moved out of the theater, and then once police came and delt with it they rewinded the movie but kept messing up where to go back to, even with clear directions from the audience. Overall hilarious experience.

Great staff, less people than other theaters generally. Outrageous candy prices but that's just a movie theater thing, they have a dollar store nearby and it almost seems like they want you to bring in snacks if it means a better experience for you. Its a little less modern than other theaters so the seating is a bit smaller and less cozy than others but that's only really noticeable if you are a big guy like me. Overall though they made me feel welcome and are very lax with their ID checking, not that its relevant to me anymore but its nice either way. This place was my childhood and even now they still provide a great experience. It has its flaws like everywhere else but it easily earns a 5/5

Does not seem to be that "busy and crowded" theater like I'm use to experiencing in New Jersey. I love this place good location, clean, pleasant, and friendly service. Only complaint is the ticket purchase booth has you outside, so when it's cold, getting to your tickets on your phone can be a problem.

What a great theater. The staff was friendly and attentive. The popcorn is good. And the lobby is inviting with so much to look at for purchasing. The seats were comfortable and recline a little and rock. I also like their digital display to tell you the movie times at the ticket booth. Decent sized parking lot, 2nd run movies that are ending the time in the theater, bright colors inside, a little arcade area inside. Clean restrooms. It is all exactly the same. Kind of scary that some things remain the same. I think they have the same hot dogs rotating in the warmer. I would be afraid...

The theater I sat in did not have stadium seating, but it wasn't crowded so there were plenty of ideal seats open. Staff was friendly and helpful, but there weren't a lot of employees working. Second-run movies, though, so check their online listings before you decide you want to see anything remotely current. I have been frequenting this theatre for over 20 years and I must take the time to write a brief review! The staff is always friendly and the theatres are always clean. The seats have all been upgraded to the reclining style found in newer cinemas. The matinee pricing is under $5 and Tuesday screenings are discounted as well. The concessions are average theatre fair including the high pricing, but with the reusable bucket and cup combo it is manageable. Overall a tidy theatre with good projectors and excellent sound.

They upgraded thier seats and still have decent prices. Shopping center has a liquor store, so grab a 40oz before going in and enjoy. There are lots of lights so idk why ppl say it's unsafe.

We've been going here for years. They remodeled recently and didn't take into account that short people go to movies too. I'm 5'3" and my feet won't go flat on the floor - very uncomfortable. So i take one of the child booster seats in and put my feet on it. I wouldn't want my child using a booster seat that someone had their feet on but .....?????? I leave it on the floor so whoever cleans up should have it cleaned before putting it back in the stack - assuming they are cleaned at all. They have also begun showing several Indian type films at the time - wouldn't one be enough? I never see Indian people in the theater. That being said, the staff is extra friendly and helpful. The popcorn is good and the prices are just downright cheap. They would get five stars except for the new seats.

The theatre is good. Beware whenever a TELUGU movie is played here, you'll have to come prior to the show timing. The last time some of them have blocked up all the top rows and later their families came in. A proper seating numbers should be given in order to overcome problems like these. The staff is really good here.

The service was horrible, no one said thank you. I waited for someone to serve me for 15 minutes. The manager had a nasty attitude when asked about food, and there was no professionalism at all. They do not treat the customers with respect, i was nothing but nice and i had gotten rude remarks in exchange. There is obviously no real training at movies 10.

Paid 1.61 for a movie unbelievably cheap and you get the whole movie experience popcorn and drinks are really expensive like any other movie theater but I brought in a couple of waters they didn't seem to mind but I'm not sure if you're allowed to bring in outside food or drinks

Great place to bring the family for cheap movies. It's got a bit of a retro look but that's on purpose. The food prices are around where other theaters are and they've got a arcade room while you wait for your movie. Definitely a great place to come.

Ok so today my honey and I decided we would go to see The 3:10 showing of the Tupac movie ( which was VERY VERY GOOD). Now we haven't been to this theatre in many many years being as though the riverfront Imax is closer to our house....... 1st impression there was some type of construction going on out front of the building... walking inside employees not motivated nor welcoming at all... Going to the rest room not very clean nor was it any hand soap in NONE of the 3 soap dispensers..... finally in my seat OMG.... The smell was TERRIBLE IT smelt like stale cigarettes and feet.... I rated a 2 because I had great memories here as a child and as I left I walked down memory lane.... Please don't close this place.... JUST FIX IT UP!!!

Excellent price point for movies you've been meaning to go see for a while. Very comfortable chairs and not Crowded at all, which I'm very picky about. Foyer feels a little rundown and the parking lot needs a little love but those things barely matter. Great place for a cheap date night!

It's an average movie theater that plays older movies. The prices are much lower than the average theater. However, the concession items are quite expensive as they are in most theaters. The seats are very comfortable and there is plenty of leg room. They do have the air conditioning on so it's a good idea to bring a light sweater.

I set to the movie theater and waited 30 minutes in line for a ticket. I would have waited longer but I decided to leave because I missed the beginning of the show. It would be alot more convenient if there was more than one place to buy tickets in the movie theater. It's okay if it's not prime time to watch a movie or a new release, but if not come 45 minutes early if you want to actually see your movie.

This is a really nice theater with multiple theaters. You can get food delivered to your theater, very comfortable reclining chairs, and also couch seating with leg cushions.

Really good theater to visit. Movies are pretty old, but that works for those of us that can’t visit the traditional theaters, especially at this price point! -They have pretty comfortable semi reclining seats. - No stadium seating. -An arcade -All the regular foods and snacks -tickets are $3.25 everyday except Tuesday when it’s half off. -booster seats for the little ones Overall a great experience. Can’t lose at just over $3 a ticket.

Can't beat the pricing. All shows are regularly $3. Tuesday is half price. Snack box at concessions is a bargain. Popcorn, small drink and choice of fruit gummies or M&Ms for $5.25. Theaters are standard and seating is comfortable. Overall, a nice experience
