Finally came back to try these theaters after usually going to Trumbull for many years and it was a waste and dissatisfaction. The seats were still old and dusty while having no elbow room at all. The food prices were OUTRAGEOUS!! Paid 16$ for a REGULAR size popcorn and REGULAR size drink. Definitely will never go here again!! So so so never recommend this place to ANYONE!! again 16$ for regular size popcorn and drink!!!! Close and demolish this place!! Only reason I didn't give them 1 star is because they have alot of parking.

Reasonable prices, try day showtimes which are cheaper than night shows. If you but pop corn tub, you may refill without paying extra money. If you buy pop corn cups you have to pay for each cup. This cinema also play indian movies.

Within walking distance of Fairfield Metro station, very short distance from the highway, very quiet and nice neighborhood and there is entertainment around the area. Yes! They do have plenty of parking safe a secure. I was able to purchase my tickets in less than five minutes, and no anti social disturbing the atmosphere.

I've been to this Cinema several times. It is a decently sized theatre with about 10 screens. It airs both English and Indian movies. Seating is good except for the last row. Never bother ordering anything other than popcorn over here, especially Fries. We faced this twice, wherein we were adviced to wait for 8 minutes for the fries, and after 8 mins, when we reminded them, they went in and took the fries out of the freezer, and told us that we needed to wait for 8 more minutes. This happened not once, but Twice!!! There is no first come first serve concept over here as I saw people ordering after me getting their order. If the management is reading this, please bring in some numbering system to handle orders, especially Fries.

Gah sorry to say this theater is so dated that I rather stay home and watch a movie on the big screen 4K TV instead... Chairs are 20+ years old screen is unbearably tiny you have to sit so close just to even experience the movie theater feeling...plus thier medium sized popcorn was $7 dollars...wow I feel dirty & violated from the whole experience...how are they still open??? This place should of been closed down in the 80ies...

Parked in the parking garage 10 feet from a security guards car and 30 feet from the theater entrance. Watched the movie and came out to find my car had been ransacked and things missing that where out of sight. And the glove box empty. With the same security guards car parked in the same spot. Totally a faulse sense of security. No cameras. Be carful and protect your belongings in a dangerous area. Popcorn is pre baged and stale. All around this place sucks.

I could hear the movie next to me through the wall over my movie, drug addicts came into my movie (at 4 pm) shouting and flashing their phone flashlights, the entrance out of the parking garage literally smells like a zoo because of the puddles of uncleared piss. This place is horrible, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. This place has clearly gotten worse. The people who work here are nice but the environment/neighborhood are horrible.

Be prepared to go back in time and not in a good way. While the projectors and sound are good the seating is not. Tough going anywhere without stadium seating. Not just for people sitting in front of you but also comfort. I'm used to concessions being overpriced but their candy is just ridiculous. About half the size of other theaters.

I love the movie theater for being clean, nearby, and it's customer service. If you go early in the day the concession stand prices are better than later but still in the all, always Pleasant. The only criticism that I have is that I am super picky when it comes to details. Some screens and audio needs to be updated. Projectors are 4K, would be nice to have the whole package. Still in all, the experience is always 5 stars.

I had went to watch the avengers movie , the showing was at 7:30 pm to our surprise we get there and we can hear the trailers but can’t see any visuals on the screen, at 8:00 we are told that the movie isn’t going to be played and we can go to the front to get our refund . We wait in line for a refund until everyond starts running back to the theater after 5 mins waiting in line . One of the most unprofessional things I have seen ever in a movie theater establishment. the employee in the front was also arguing with a dude who was attempting to get a refund , I understand mistakes happen but it was just a huge mess.

Drove 45 minutes with 6 people to watch a movie produced in my hometown, and bc they closed their register 15 minutes early they did not allow us to purchase tickets....however, said we could buy concessions. I am a very understanding individual, however, the guy that broke the bad news didn't even go to a manager to ask what could be done. Bad customer service. Never again. Avoid this movie theater.

Small town theatre. Most convenient to our location for the weekend. Due to the automated ticket machine; we were able to avoid the line and get our tickets quickly. We stopped for snacks before going into our movie, ("Mountain btwn us"). The young man who took our order was friendly. Small theatre rooms were cozy enough. With the exception of the loud air condition that came on in the middle of the film(it was freezing!), we had a fair experience.

This is walking distance from where I live, and their Tuesday special ($7.50 all day, any regular movie) is the best deal. Their popcorn needs work. They should take a tip from trumbull's bow tie cinema, whose popcorn game is on point. Why haven't concession stands figured out that by putting butter flavoring on the top of popcorn, you get extra butter on top and terribly dry, tasteless popcorn at the bottom. there in which you have to get up to get more butter flavoring, ruining the movie experience.

My wife and I went to see Black Panther in 3D and mid way thru the movie froze!! They didn't have it playing anymore that day in 3D so now we have to go back. Really hoping this next experience is better or it's Bow tie from now on.

I nice clean theater on the Bridgeport/ Fairfield line. The snacks are expensive so you may want to pack your own. BJ's is next door so you can buy snacks in bulk for the same price as the theater charges. There is a covered parking garage so it's great in the snow and rain.

I love this theater so much. One of the best theaters around here but too bad it's so underrated. The speaker system in here is top notch and the projector to screen quality is good. Auditorium 12 where I have a problem with because I went in there both time for showings. I saw Jumanji and Black Panther, the right side of the screen is dirty. You can see it in the bright background, and speakers are low as well. Other than that I love this theater, and the employees are great!

Small theatre with friendly staff. The seats do not recline and the theatre walls are not soundproof. We could hear another movie plying in our theatre while our movie was playing.

Today we had one of our granddaughters who is approaching her 5th birthday. We took her to see "Incredibles 2", as we have her today for 12+ hours. I recommend all children to see it, and must confess that my wife and I both enjoyed it as well. The theater is comfortable without being overwhelming, and although there were many children there, they were quiet and well behaved. An enjoyable outing.

I've been going to this theatre for years, and it's one of my favorites!!!!Always a pleasant experience and there are always great movies showing there. It's a beautiful theatre with plenty of parking located in the Black Rock area. Safe neighborhood and conveniently located makes it a favorite.
