My husband and I absolutely love this place! We always went here and we used to go for their Tuesday $5 movie nights. It has reclining seats, dine-in. This place is clean and well maintained! Luckily we’re excited to stay within the picture show family and there is one close to where we’re moving.

Went to this place a High end Multiplex to watch The MEG evening show. Got tickets for the 7.20 pm show for theatre 1. Entered the hall and it was a pleasant surprise for us that this hall has all the seats high-end luxurious fully automated recliners very comfortable and enjoyable. Plenty of leg space and free moving space with very high quality sound system. We loved this place so much that only for the comfort of the theatre we decided to watch another movie back to back and got tickets for MI. Additional spice was that being Tuesday the tickets prices were just $5 each. Though the movie was boring but we enjoyed the luxury of the theatre.

My first bad experience: Saw Avengers End game and the bulb to the projector was burning out you couldnt even see Don Cheadle's face the screen was too dark. 2nd experience: You can't just buy tickets for cash you have to wait in the food line by the time I got up to the front of the food line the show i was trying to buy tickets for sold out

We recently discovered Picture Show and it is awesome! The theater is very nice and has recliners that you reserve ahead of time, which is the only kind of theater we go to anymore. It's a clearly family run establishment with great staff and even better prices. They are also the only theater I know of that sells funnel cake fries, which I love! This is our regular theater, and I highly recommend.

Movie selection and prices are pretty good. We went to a matinee with our children and it was $5 per person. Prices for combos at the concessions stand are fair. They also have a cafe area to sit down and wait for your movie and have a glass wine. To order tickets, you order at the computer and have to select your seats as the seats are recliners now.

Also some what of a bettet deal with med size popcorn and soda or smoothies. Very clean bathrooms and very close parking for handicaps. So far doors open at 11:30am the earliest. I walked up to the concession stand and the workers just stared at me, no greeting or an ask for what I wanted. I finally just ordered and, again without a word, my cash was taken and food was given over. I waitressed for years, so I'm always a little surprised when folks just stare down customers instead of offering their assistance. No one was there to check tickets, so I finally gave up waiting for someone to appear and just walked on back. It was an odd experience, but the theatre and seats were nice and the movie was good!

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the movie theater, in terms of usual movie theater condition. I went there with my family to see How to train a Dragon the Hidden world. The movie theater had reclining chairs and since the movie was sold out I couldn't just switch chairs and was very annoyed to find that my recliner was broken! That is why Im giving a 4 star review instead of 5.

Clean and convenient. You run into very little hassle navigating through the theater. The seats recline and aren't filled with old popcorn and spilled candy. Staff is courteous and it is very difficult to miss this location if it's your first time coming. Very much satisfied with my movie-going experience.

I've been to Picture show many times. I went to watch Aladin. Nice place to be with family and friends. Seats are recliners it feels like you are at home. However price is the one I love most. Tuesday it's only $5.00. .don't miss out.

Picture Show is not my go-to theater even though it's closest to me. I enjoy the stadium-style seating with reclining chairs, and the theater lobby does look much nicer following a remodel. However, I find it annoying that showing up at least fifteen minutes early is a must even after purchasing seats ahead of time. I would say that Picture Show could use more self-serve ticket kiosks, but that wouldn't help since retrieving advance-purchase tickets from them is usually impossible. I think people like this theater because it's cheap, yet the price at peak times is not much lower than at competitors. I only go to Picture Show when someone else decides.

Mixed Review here. I went to see a 9:45 am movie with a group on a weekday (first batch of showings of the day). Got concessions, butter wasn't working for popcorn. No big deal - told the concessions person, they reset the machines, everything ok. I would not deduct a star - these things happen, right? So we get into the theater. Previews play, lights go down, then....nothing. Movie doesn't start. Wait a few minutes, still hasn't started. So I go to let management know (someone had alerted them already - yay!) I get back to the dark theater, theres an usher with a walkie-talkie explaining the delay, they're working on it, etc. So I use my phone flashlight to find my seat (the only light is the emergency exit lights and the led's along the base of the stairs). Sit down and wait some more. Now, this is a summer weekday - lots of parents, toddlers, babies who have now been sitting in the dark for 25 minutes. So I go down to the usher, suggest to her that maybe they can pull up the house lights while they try to fix the problem? She radios - 5 minutes later the house lights come up. By now, several families have left. It's about 10 minutes later that the manager come in to explain that they cannot fix the problem, and this was the only theater that was showing that particular movie. He offers us the option of passes for the same movie (2 days later), or we can join a different movie (Toy Story 4 or Lion King) - both of which have already started. I'm with a group and we cannot return 2 days from now. So we go to see TS4. By the time we get in there, the movie has been playing for 30 mins. So we ended up paying full price for 3/4 of a DIFFERENT movie, with no offer of passes/refund for the original one. I understand that things happen. Equipment breaks down. But I deducted 1 star for making people wait in a pitch black theater for over 30 mins with no lights. They should have brought up the house lights immediately - without me having to request it. And 1 star deduction for NOT refunding us or offering passes for another date of our choice. Equipment breaks down. But it's when THAT happens that customer service becomes critical. They could have handled the situation better. Which is why I only give them 2 stars.

Seats were nice and they offer $5 Tuesdays but the food sucked. it so was NOT worth the price. Seriously , almost $20 for some mozzarella sticks and half warm fries and chicken nuggets that were warmed up in a turbo oven? Gross. IF we come back to this one and not go to the Wallingford one like usual, we will definitely not be getting any thing at the concession stand.

The place is nice to take the kids for an early show. During the summer they offer a deal for $3.50 which includes and tray of popcorn, a snack size candy, and a drink with your movie. All of it for $3.50. My Little is normally free but I got her a ticket just for the popcorn and drink. The deal is Monday and Wednesday. I would call just to be sure.

My family and I took my daughter to see Toy Tory 4 which was the first movie she ever saw in a theater. We ordered a large popcorn and asked for a small/bucket/bag so we could all share the large popcorn. We were told that we would be charged for the small bags/buckets as if they were full of popcorn. The theater was very comfortable and clean but the concessions can use some improvement.
