We love the new seating and hit the early matinees so we can afford it. It's way TOO LOUD in the IMAX, I have to pack ear plugs now or stick Toilet Paper in my ears.

The manager had his feet up on the box office counter when we came in and there was no one at the food counter across from the concession stand and I really wanted a milkshake, but the film we saw was really good in the theater was super clean

Great place to enjoy a movie. Chairs are very comfortable, sometimes you will need the extra cover because it can be a little chilly. Great costumer service.

IMAX 3D MPX theatre (still great to see) and other 2D/3D theatres. They have a variety of food options. They have their own entrance, which you can access from anywhere in the mall, but most conveniently from the top of the parking garage. They also jave party rooms. And the staff has always been nice.

I always come to this theater with both of my nieces (ages 8 and 1) and I NEVER EVER had to pay for my 1 year old niece to get in but today they forced me to pay for her because it's the so called policy. Which I found strange because this is actually the first time I've ever heard about it. I explained to the cashier that my niece doesn't even sit in her own chair, she sits on my lap. She stated with an attitude "it doesn't matter it's the policy here". So whatever, I ended up paying for her because my 8 year niece really wanted to see the movie. I have never been treated like this before at this location and it's very upsetting. I also think it's just ridiculous to have to pay for a 1 year to get in to the movie theater. You guys just lost a customer because I definitely won't be coming back here ever.

The new Cinemark with reserved seating improved the movie going experience. It's better to pre-book tickets for any famous movie and reserve seats in advance. Seats are very comfortable.

The new leather recliners are very comfortable. Don't go on the weekends because they raise the prices for tickets; RIDICULOUS. The staff is slow on top of only having one or two people at the register for popcorn, snacks etc.

The best place by far to see a movie. All the seats are comfortable lounge chairs with reclining features. There is plenty of refreshments and there is even a bar for those who choose. Parking is close by and free as it is part of the mall. The only negative is the prices, which are market driven. There is a North Haven location with slightly different start times which is also a great facility.

The new reclining seat are a long awaited great addition to the cinema. They are in the process of converting the whole place to be all the same seats. Every Tuesday is a bargain day in which you could see movie for only $5 all day. The popcorn recently is not as great as before though. They have Jamaican Patty from Golden Crust also available in the pizza section of the counter.

The seats was very comfortable and it had the table that went with the reclining seats. But I noticed that the prices were very higher then the one in North Haven. Then when I sat down with my buffalo wings and noticed it didn't even come with fries for almost $10. The lid on the soda was not placed on tight so when I went to sit down and try to drink it spilled all over me in the seats. Will not be going back

Had to throw my backpack away because they don't allow them inside. I'd be ok with that if they at least had a place for us to store our bags. I didn't drive so it was either good the bag in the garbage or leave it in the open to get stolen. Lucky it was there after the movie.

Overall bad experience. I’ve gone there several times and have received poor service. I’ve also gone with friends under 18 to R Rated films. Sometimes we’re let in without problem. Others the manager steps in and says otherwise. Sometimes we’re asked for “required” ID (of which some don’t have) and are told to leave. If a place is willing to go back on its policies so often, it leads one to think management is struggling to keep their business in check. That said, I’ve also gone with the reserve seating and had it be blatantly disregarded. A party I was with had half our seats taken and the theater chose to do nothing after we had informed them. Poor service. Poor quality. Only good thing is IMAX.

100% assigned seating is a stupid idea for theater. The days of deciding to see a movie on the day of, are over. But the WORST thing now are the seats. They are literally unbearable. I'm going to need to find a new theater now because I had to stand after 30 minutes. The new seats are THAT bad. And every adjustment just makes it worse.

This is easily my favorite movie theatre to go to. I think all the theaters are are stadium and the facilities are usually very well kept. They are trying some new concession line concept which seem to stream line the process a bit. The only reason for 4 stars is because they need to invest some money in their directors cut theatre to be more luxurious like the new theatre styles that cater to food and drink during the movie.

Theater is always clean. Cinemark Milford has always been our top choice when we go to the movies, naturally it's even better since they got the loungers! Confession stand varies, but it's usually decent time in line considering the mass of people that's usually there when we go.

Very unsafe. Yesterday my wife and I tried to watch a movie while a couple of ladies were talking. I politely asked them to stop but received excessive profanity in return. When I asked the manager Mr. Stacy to step in, while he was taking to one of the ladies, second one slapped my wife in front of his assistant. Both assistant and Mr. Stacy refused to call the police (I insisted several times as I didn’t bring my phone) and assistant claimed he didn’t see anything even as he was standing few feet away and was looking right at as. I kept demanding police to be called but all Mr. Stacy and his assistant did was point at the cashier to get a refund with smirks on their faces. If you care about safety of your loved once this theater is not for you.

This is a very modern, comfortable cinema in the Milford mall. Lots of staff, and a large selection of food and drinks. The seats are big & comfortable, with reclining backs, and footrests as well as trays for your drinks and snacks. The screens are large, and the sound is loud, in a good way. I will definitely come again. Tuesdays are all day discount admission too.

Nice and well-maintained cinema, offering comfortable and spacious reclining seats. All of your typical concession stand items are available, as well as giant cookies and small pizzas. Joining their movie club gives tickets and discounts and you have the ability to select your seats when you buy your ticket.

Theater seats aren't nearly as nice as some places and even though you can put up the arm rests between chairs you can't actually snuggle with the person next to you because there is a piece of metal that will go up your rear and so I'm not sure why the armrest goes up! That being said the staff was nice and the place was clean.

Luxury loungers and reserved seating are great. Theater is generally well maintained and typically a good number of screenings each day for popular movies. There is also a variety of viewing options like IMAX, 3D, and 2D, although IMAX screens are pretty small compared to what they used to be in other locations I've been to.
