Wow. Service was AMAZING. I have nothing negative to say- they were all so welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience. The seat are lovely. The food is actually really good. (I had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries, and I really enjoyed it. Delicious!). Anyways, if you want to splurge and actually have a really good time, go here.

This is a nice movie theatre. Though they don't have a lot of screens, they do have a good selection of movies. They also show classic movies on a regular basis. The parking situation is a real pain. The only parking is on the street (metered) and in pay garages.

Small movie theater with outdated screens and seats. But if you like the old way of watching a movie at the theater, sure! It's cheaper than most, but you get what you pay for. It is however very convenient if you live in the area and can walk or take a quick drive to Blue back square.

This theatre recently switched ownership, and is still working out they're rewards/membership program. I haven't found an official website yet with show times, but Google results shows them. Good seating, overpriced food (like any theatre), and fairly cheap tickets.

A really small movie theatre, I think there is only about 4 or 5 screens, but if you're in the area, and wanting to see a movie the place won't be packed; So your chances of having to listen to a loud movie goer is pretty slim.

This place was a bust compared to some of the other Cinépolis’ I’ve been to. The other Cinépolis I’ve been to have designated seating, 21 and over movies, alcohol including mixed cocktails. At seat waiting service and reclining chairs. This one has none of that. It’s just a regular theater with open seating overpriced concession and that’s it. I don’t recommend this Cinépolis at all.

Not worth the price at all! Waiter was really nice, but food was lacking. When we first arrived, the kitchen was closed with no explanation, then it reopened but they were out of key items. My seat was comfy but others in my party had issues - seat wouldn't recline or table was angled such that anything placed on it slid around. Just not worth such a premium ticket price in such a prime location.

Go there for 2 shows at once (1) the movie you paid for and (2) the staff running crouched over back and forth (and back and forth) taking food orders, delivering food orders, collecting money on food orders. I've never ever been asked before at a movie, in my seat, "what can I start you out with--perhaps a beverage". Even if I wanted to eat, the menus are dark, the theater is dark, so there's no real way to decide other than the staples. I cannot see how this is going to work. Who would want to be a waiter here for very long? The poor kid next to me dropped a $10 that he wanted to pay the waiter. The kid must have been 8 or 9 and he was looking in the dark all around the dark seat and dark floor for the money his dad gave him, and he was missing the movie he paid to see. How can you pay attention to a movie with all this commotion? After a while, the running waiters, all dressed in black, feel like a pack of black dogs set free in the theater. This is loony to say the least. The seats are really nice. Just give people the ability to buy their own food at the counter and bring it in. Nix the running waiters *please*. Also, and I'm sorry to add another criticism, and maybe it was me, but the quality of the movie itself was lackluster at best. With all the money they spent on upgrading this place, you'd think they'd upgrade to HD projectors too?

Would not recommend visiting here for a suspenseful movie - especially one with lots of dark scenes. I have been to successful cinemas with full service but it was very clunky and awkward here. The staff's presence was not an issue but having tablets lighting up to take orders in the middle of a horror movie - or even worse - using a flashlight for someone to pay their bill also halfway through the movie? Not really acceptable... However, the biggest flaw with this cinema is the horrendous image quality. The well lit scenes weren't too awful but dark scenes were absolutely embarrassing for a cinema of this standard. I couldn't make anything out when the scene was dark (like there was no black at all or the contrast was turned all the way down) and then there was a bright green EXIT sign lighting up the bottom left of the screen! Did the management sit down to watch a movie before opening it to the public and not notice the glaring EXIT sign bleeding onto the movie screen? Such a shame because the location is great, the employees were so friendly, and the prices were reasonable... but completely poor movie viewing experience. If these flaws change I would love to go back...

Up scale establishment that featured waiters who came to you, a wide menu that featured many dishes, and comfy chairs. Main Complaints: - A bit noisy. Atmosphere was more like a restaurant and people took a while to stop whispering/talking. - Lights didn't go down until 5 minutes into the movie, was a little frustrating. - Chairs don't recline all the way. Still pretty comfortable.

The theater I was in (#6) did not have a large incline so the only good seats were the back 3 or so rows. On top of this if someone sits in front of you it would be hard to see the screen since you already need to look up - even from the back row. This surprised me since I thought Cinepolis would be more fancy. If you're in the area Manchester CT's movie theater is a much better place to go or the Enfield theater. Their prices are better and it's more comfortable/easier to see the screen.

This used To be a great movie theatre. Was it the best, no. The parking was not great, but the snacks and customer service were very good. Then, Cinepolis bought it. Customer service sucks, snacks suck, and they are too lazy to put up there own sign. Instead of having their movies listed out front. They just say go to our website. The theatre is dirty. Just go to the AMC in Plainville or Palace 17. Don't waste your money, Don't go here.

Zebra popcorn brings my rating up to 4 stars. We saw Jurassic World 2 in a sold out theater. We came late but still found 2 seats together. Best part was the recommendation for zebra popcorn (caramel popcorn with dark and white chocolate drizzle). Staff have a sample and we wanted some dessert so it was a delicious no brainer.
