Its like all movie theaters. Nothing special about it. It is clean, which is nice but there is a lack of security in the building with few workers visible. After the first showing, the theater needs to be better cleaned. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more often.

This is just a great theater. Comfortable seating. Pretty good prices too, plus early bird special, senior discount day, and so on. Even the concessions aren't the worst prices around. The best thing though is the staff are friendly and helpful. Important for me since I am a disabled senior.

We accidentally purchased tickets to the wrong theater online through the app. We didn't have time to get from North Haven to Milford and Naldo at the front desk fixed it right up for us so that we could see the next showing here in North Haven. He was courteous and gracious and made my birthday movie date with my kids extra great!

Great place. The chairs are very comfortable, positive costumer service. Easy access from the highway off I-91. The parking lot is huge, you will never have to worry about finding sp ace to park. The bathrooms are clean and is always paper. I highly recommend this place.

Nice and clean, snack bar is excellent. Move club helps with the snack pricing. I haven't done it but nice to see a bar. Also love that you can get ice cream. Location is great for dinner and a movie. Everyone is very friendly.

I like this place only because they show the Met Operas in HD. I've never watched a movie here. The concession stand is clean and well stocked, I think I paid $5+ for a hot dog which being the Angus Beef dog was decent. And I once had a great big bag of popcorn which was also very good. They also sell ice cream treats. Like all these places though the food is not cheap. Now on to the interior. Being a small person (5'2") those much vaunted, big plush adjustable seats they advertise so heavily, are extremely uncomfortable for me. No matter how I sit in them. Last time I rolled up my winter jacket and put it behind the small of my back so I was able to sit through a five and a half hour performance without ending up with leg cramps, an aching back and aching joints. So if you too are a small person I'd advise you to bring a firm pillow for your back so you don't need the headrest which sits right on top of your head if you're not careful. However, if you are a large person, I'm sure those seats could be very comfortable.

Biggest complaint is that I tend to go during the middle of the week, and the concession area almost always has a 5 minute wait to check out since they dont seem to put a lot of staff there outside the weekends. There have definitely been times that I've skipped out on getting food because I didnt want to wait in a line of 15 people being served by 1 cashier.

Moive theater is great except for the bathrooms. When we went today they were absolutely disgusting. The stalls were gross, urine and soda all of the floor and the sinks looked like they haven't been cleaned in months.

Had a power outage yesterday and all the movies were cancelled. Went today and the manager was extremely accommodating. Exchanged our tickets and then some. Comfortable seating, great staff. It's my go to movie theater.

Best theatre around, always clean! Great selection for concessions and drinks! Although it’s a bit of a drive away from where I live I’d much rather make the drive! Screens are large, very clear and sound quality is amazing! Seating has reclining option and is very comfortable! Highly recommend giving this theatre a try if you have never been!

So so. Seats are nice but we went to a Fandango event showing a classic film with discussion about film facts and points of interest at the beginning and end. This is one of the main reasons that film aficionados attend these events that they could otherwise see at home on a streaming service. Last night some of the beginning discussion was missed due to audio issues - a couple of people had to go out and find someone to let them know - and then the ending discussion was cut off partway through - the end. Literally mid- word. Extremely disappointing. Also, the audio was not tracked precisely against the video through much of it which is annoying to watch. I would suggest they maintain/test their projection systems more thoroughly.

This is the second year in a row we have had our Daughters Birthday Party and I can tell you they are amazing! They are so accommodating with our groups of family and friends, and the staff from Management down to the 2 amazing people that took care of us from beginning to end on we so helpful and nice. I would recommend them to anyone and ask for Ms. Torres, but she is only available on certain days so be patient it will be worth it. We will be there again soon.

If you're going to have a bag policy (which is perfectly ok) train your staff to enforce it properly so I don't get refused service on my third visit in a week after I have taken the same bag in twice already. I love this movie theater! I buy tickets online to reserve seats. The staff mostly seems a little miserable but I don't usually have much interaction with them so it's not a big deal to me. The new upgraded seating is amazing! We always bring in a little blanket and some extra snacks... shh

I always enjoy coming to this theater, the seats are compfy and the selection at concessions is fantastic! I've never had any cleanliness problems with the theaters, seats, or even bathrooms. The only negative feedback I have is that the temperature in the theaters is always on the warmer side (in winter and summer) so I do find myself a little uncomfortable during long movies, or if I am coming directly from work with a dress shirt and slacks.

This was actually a pretty good theater. I prefer the more luxury trend in cinemas but the ticket prices were reasonable and they had a lot of showings daily so you don't really have to plan your whole day around seeing a movie and that I do like. Would come again.

Seriously, as someone from the southwest, thank you for being literally the only movie theater that has self serve jalapeños. I was so sick of getting funny looks at other places when I said "I'm gunna need more than one cup of jalapeños." NEVER CHANGE!!!

This will forever be the best movie theater in Connecticut hands down. The prices are the equal to other lower end theaters, popcorn is always on point, staff is there when you need it, facilities are clean, there is enough parking to fill the entire theater and then some and much more. The best part about this place is the theater seating- the loungers are AWESOME. That alone makes the 20 minute drive worth it and I'll keep coming back until someone more local to the Bridgeport/Farifield/Southport area builds a theater to the same caliber.

One of my favorite places to catch a flick! They have a large offering of various snacks and drinks (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic). The seats/recliners are always comfortable. And the theaters are always clean. Easy and convenient to purchase your tickets online and gain entrance to the theater. Wish all theaters were like this one!

Love this place. Anyone who grew up in the area new this was THE SPOT in the 90's for movies and video games! Always had the newest arcade machines. NOW, arcade less, and movie binge more! Since the ressurection of the cinema, its vastly been improved...reclining comfy love seats, tasty treats, popcorn, and...alcoholic beverages. Wish they would enforce the infant policy a little more...nothing worse than a screaming infant in a loud action movie in the evening.
