Cash only. Prices listed as of 8/2018 are $7.50 for seniors and $9.50 for everyone else. No mention of matinee, child, or student discounts anywhere. When we were there, my kids were the only kids I saw (most folks were seniors). There is a small concession stand, and the snacks are very reasonable in price when compared to the larger theaters. The large popcorn was under $4.00 and was very, satisfyingly large (too much for four people sharing it). Butter was $0.25. A small fountain drink was $3.75 for a large and $3.50 for a small.
The theater was small enough that most were good seats. The seats were comfortable enough even for those of us larger folks. However, we ended up sitting under a leak, which I did not learn until after the movie when the kids told us they were getting dripped on throughout the movie. Also, the floor could have been better slanted. I had a little difficulty seeing over a taller person's head, sitting directly in front of me.
Customer service was fine. Wish they had more information (ticket prices in particular) available on the phone system, or that it had been possible to reach someone by phone at the theater ahead of time because we didn't know how much cash to bring. But the phone message is updated daily, so perhaps that will change. It felt good to support a small company.
I would have given this theater four stars had it not been so much work to track down information about prices; if they had advertised discounts for matinees, children, or students; and if we had not experienced a dripping ceiling while there. A more enthusiastic greeting at the ticket sales counter was not necessary, but would have been nice.
