Went to Toy Story 4. Cute little story but the volumn was so low at times we couldn't hear what was being said. Aside from that, the concession prices are outrageous, but it was hot outside and cool inside.

Unless it is a new release there is a risk you end up viewing a film in a theater the size of a shoe box. I don’t like taking that risk when the ticket price is the same despite the size of the screen (IMAX of course more expensive, but at least you know what you are getting).

This is a pretty standard movie theater. There's nothing to love but I have no complaints about anything here either. The theaters and seats are clean, the concessions are overpriced, and they play first run movies. Definitely check out their Movie Club. It's only $9 a month and you get a free ticket each month.

I Went to see Avengers Endgame at this movie Theater, and the physical seats were amazing. This has been the first theater where you are able to adjust the seats, plus a seat warmer. I did got a little lost as I has no real sense of where to go, but with some friends it was great.

It was a little too loud for me. I would go again to see another movie. As long as they have reclining seats, I can sit through a movie.

I haven't been to the movies in years, it's so different now. They have a bar and reclining leather seats with plenty of aisle room, and you can reserve your seat. A much better experience. I would recommend going early as the lines were kind of long for everything.

Good theater, clean and we'll managed. Screens were much smaller than other theaters but audio is louder. Theaters were way too cold. Heard lots talking about it after. I wore an inner sweatshirt and outer windbreaker to the theater and it was still very chilly.

The staff that works there is nice too, as I have always had a pleasant experience with them. As of our visit there tonight to see "Ralph Breaks the Internet", it looks like they have done some renovations, which looked well-done. We also got to try out the "Luxury Loungers". Seating here is always comfy, but the loungers take it up another level. They are hand-operated leather power recliners with an optional heating element. They also have an attached small swing-table to put your food on. And if you like saving money and earning rewards, join the Cinemark Movie Club. It's $8.99 a month, you get a free 2D ticket per month, and a discount on concessions. This is a nice theater, always providing a nice day or night out.

Tuesday Discount day, experienced the d-box seating. Price wasn't worth it, the effect didn't sync up to 1 thing, it was anything that moved, these seats work well in theory but only for 4d or a movie like hardcore henry. Wouldn't try d-box again. Save money and get a regular seat. Otherwise, tickets were easy to get, no long wait.

Went there for a last minute date night and was very surprised. The restaurant had really great food and service, no where near what we expected, we chose the Dbox seats for our movie and it was AWESOME. Everything was great. The only improvement I could request would be the bathrooms are tiny, it's the 1st time I've ever been in a line for a mens room lol. Definitely recommend this theater for movie night.

So I walked here from my hotel over a mile, carrying a backpack like I do. They for whatever reason have a policy of no bags allowed. When I asked the manager what my options were, she literally told me to put it in my car (I don't have one) or "go stash it in the bushes somewhere." Yeah, I'm walking back to my hotel to find something on Netflix now.

Just wanted to say, at the Manchester theater on Friday, 9/20 my mother handed my ticket to the ticketing man in front of the theater hallway nearest the arcade, since I was running late from work. He was the nicest guy I've ever met there, I wish I saw his name. He was an older black gentleman, I'm guessing maybe 50s or 60s. I believe he had glasses. He had the warmest smile, handed me my ticket after I identified myself, and sent me to my theater with a pat on my back saying "I think they're waiting for you. They're in the back row, go enjoy yourself". I ended up leaving to get a snack and when I came back he joked I don't have to wait in line, he remembers me, and urged me to go so I don't miss previews. I noticed he was super nice and welcoming to everyone, and I just feel like he represents your company and the theater so well. Really wish I got his name!

Not very child friendly. We were told that my grandson was disturbing the guests and would have to leave if he didn't stop. When we asked what he was doing the usher had no answer. When the usher approached us my grandson was sitting quietly in his seat. My grandson loved the animals in the Lion King and was giggling with delight and singing to the songs. This was basically the only noise he was making so we are not sure what he was doing to disturb the guests. I thought the point of going to the movies was to have fun. I guess you have to enjoy the movie without making any noise. A very disappointing evening. I am not sure if I will go to this theater anymore.

I called a few hours ago trying to purchase not 1 not 2 but 3 movie ticket only because there website was NOT working so I called and its unprofessional is there employees say "I dont its political" then ask to speak to manager and says the exact same thing "I dont know political" with NO type of effort to help a customer but then the manager funny guy "Alonzo" gives me a fake number to there corporate office and had me on the phone for hour with the wrong people lol thanks alot " Alonzo" hope alot of people see this and will b taking my money to another theater thank you.

It's a mega-movie experience. They have everything here including a bar for those that might need a shot of courage before facing Halloween 17. The seats are comfy and the food is wildly overpriced. I think there are fifty something mini-theaters (ok, I exaggerate). I suppose we'll all have to wait for movies to become 4d direct neural implant sens-o-round with smell-o-vision for this to ever become an event worthy of nostalgia.

Buckland is one of the higher end theaters. I drive farther here over closer theaters. It's always clean, has a great food selection, and plays specialty screenings. Looking forward to trying D-Box in the future!

I like the new spacious reclining chairs, the theaters are clean and if there is one area that needs improvement it would be to lower ticket prices and concession items. They do have a monthly membership program but I would only recommend subscribing if you regularly watch movies.

Recliners and tray tables. Plenty of leg room in non-imax theaters. IMax has enough room, but not enough for people to comfortably leave during a movie. The luxury chairs/seating makes using the restroom or getting a refill much easier.

Heated recliners, they offer subtitle machines for the hearing impaired, just ask someone at the ticket line. They have a bar which offers the typically priced booze you're looking for ($$$) but the bartender is very friendly and will make you a solid drink. Snacks are expensive but they offer a good variety. Assigned seating so but your ticket ahead of time.

Love the comfortable recliner seats and added leg room. As a 6'4" guy, I always hated going to the movies and resting my knees on the chair in front of me...now I can recline, spread out, and actually get comfortable. Also, the theaters are nice. But mainly...THE SEATS!!!

Has gotten better over the last few years, but can be very busy and concession workers move at their own pace. Adding luxury loungers should make it more manageable and not as many people in the theaters. One of the hallways always smelled like sewage, too. Still a great spot to see a movie.

I like the new spacious reclining chairs, the theaters are clean and if there is one area that needs improvement it would be to lower ticket prices and concession items. They do have a monthly membership program but I would only recommend subscribing if you regularly watch movies.

Hadn't been to a big theater in quite a while, times have changed! They have a variety of food areas where you can actually get a meal or a Starbucks coffee to bring into the theater. The seats have trays for your meal to sit on. I've been to theaters that have reclining seats but where we sat had the most comfortable reclining seat ever and you could even have the back heated. Wow! I told my family that I'd like one of those chairs for my living room! One area was under renovations at the time, I think it is going to be a restaurant. They are also showing TCM's classic movies once a month. What a treat to see some classics on the big screen. Overall a very enjoyable experience for a night out!

Recliners and tray tables. Plenty of leg room in non-imax theaters. IMax has enough room, but not enough for people to comfortably leave during a movie. The luxury chairs/seating makes using the restroom or getting a refill much easier.

Heated recliners, they offer subtitle machines for the hearing impaired, just ask someone at the ticket line. They have a bar which offers the typically priced booze you're looking for ($$$) but the bartender is very friendly and will make you a solid drink. Snacks are expensive but they offer a good variety. Assigned seating so but your ticket ahead of time.

New recliner chairs are amazing! They tilt back and are heated. Each seat has its own tray and cup holder. Seats are larger than before and aisles are huge. Minus is that means half as many seats so buy tickets at least a day in advance online or the movie might be sold out.

Great movie selections ! However don't always expect an upbeat staff. The folks behind the food counter are usually upbeat, helpful and friendly. Parking is simple and there's plenty of it. Located 2 minutes from the Buckland Hills Mall you'll find some great movie selections. Visit the lounge before a movie enjoy a drink and appetizer. Texas Road House and Joey Garlics, both good restaurants are within walking distance from the movie theater parking lot.

This visit...to see Avengers: Endgame...we went to the show that had the Luxury Loungers. The seats were awesome...full leather recliners that had a heat option. Plus each seat had a small table that swung around the front of it. Granted, it wasn't the Imax, but it was the most comfortable I've ever watched a movie in a theatre. Plus the seats were kinda wide. Oh yeah...the movie was great. No spoilers here. Go see it. And for comfort..luxury Loungers are the best.

There is only now 8 bar seats. Men do not seem to fit in them well either. They are not comfortable either. But good food and great bar tenders though!

I'm in it for the seats, I can't lie. Nothing like kickin back with a throw blanket (And you need a blanket) And watching something you been diying to see. Fully recline seats with tray. Although if you fully recline with tray, it will block your view. Wish the tray could fold out the way, when not in use. But otherwise I enjoyed the trip.

I really like the DBox that they've recently added at theater 11. Very nice seats. I just don't like my feet going higher than my body on those seats which doesn't allow blood go into my feet. After two hours of watching a movie, they make me uncomfortable
