We are AMC stubs members and were turned away from a movie because my husband forgot his ID. We were forced to buy another ticket. Tried to show them he had his app and was logged in and that we had his ID on our phone. They wouldn't budge. Waste of a membership.Terrible customer service. If you live in CT and are looking for a good theater, I recommend searching for something local. Not to mention, their popcorn is always stale and never fresh. It's not worth the price point. I ordered a coffee from them today and it tasted like lukewarm water with a hint of coffee.

Pleasant experience at this AMC theater. Specifically choose this theater because they have very affordable matinee prices, under $7 for a regular movie. Theater is nice and clean and offer the typical theater food. Parking is a little weird because the theater is at the top of the parking lot but there is an entrance at street level. I will definitely be coming back if I'm local in Port Chester.

Theaters are clean and staff are friendly. Different assortment of popcorn and snacks. Popcorn: plain, cheese, caramel, and cheese popcorn with hot cheese cheetos mix. These seats are amazingly comfortable. The digital theater has motorized recliners.

First time here. Place was really busy but the lines were moving. The concession area did take a long time. It looks like being a premier guest is the way to go. I was in the Dolby theater. It was awesome. Seats were leather recliners and pretty comfortable. Screen looks really good and the sound is amazing. This is the way to watch a movie in my opinion. The theater was very clean. That is until the end when the lights came on and the lazy @ss people left their trash everywhere. Would reccomend to everyone especially the Dolby theater. Will definitely be going back

One of my favorite movie theaters! The seats are cozy and plush, there is dolby sound system that creates a better auditory and visual experience. The popcorn at this location is magnificent. Parking is free. The ticket prices are reasonable and they accept the movie pass which is a bonus in my opinion. Popular spot for families!

Staff are rely friendly. Theatre's are relatively clean. It can get crowded but you can buy tickets online and print out at their kiosk. Membership privileges vary but on Tuesday's movies are always $5!!!!

The location is great, there are plenty of theaters, and the seats are comfortable. If only management would put forth a bit more effort into actually running the place. For some reason, they are always understaffed. 40-50 people at the concession stand with only 2 cashiers? No one available to clean up spills at the drink station? Doesn't make good business sense.

It's a great theater and the Dolby Theater is possibly the best movie going experience. The screen is sharp and bright. The sounds is loud and encompassing. The seats are large and comfortable. Full recliners. All basically love seats with double armrests between each duo of seats. Their concession stand is adequate.

The theater the movie was in is good but they have no one selling tickets. They have kiosk but I do not know where they redirected the manpower. There is only the most three employees selling food at peak times with a really long line that is not moving. They are taking the Express line only and taking 15 minutes with each person that is before they even check if the person is on the right line.

Let me start our by saying wow the size of this place blew me away. It surprised me coming here for first time how big it is and how nice the staff are. They also have these chicken sliders which were pretty awesome. The staff were all very, very friendly. The only reason why this place gets two stars are for things that are out of control of staff. 1. The parking situation is pretty confusing. You have to park in a garage which for people who maybe handicapped, or cannot walk far is considerable distance. Then you have to park on the 2nd level of that garage with signage that still says Loews with no AMC. Then its combined with city/transport parking with no other accompanying signage besides the two signs on lower level and one on roadway leading to second level. No clear signs of if their is a separation between city parking and movie parking other than a bunch of subject to tow and city stipulations. When dealing with the public the rule is simple, keep it simple. The garage is not. The theaters need an upgrade to the reclining chairs. It's not that the chairs are uncomfortable it's that they are not comfortable either. They just are there. Maybe in the 3D or other portions of theater they do have them and my auditorium didn't. But then what's the point? AMC is doing it on the whole it seems so why not make the jump? The place is a hidden gem but If its get the parking situation if not closer to theater, maybe a drop off only bay for handicapped people to make do on interim basis. Even if there is a connection from garage directly into theatre, A. Surely didn't see it and B it surely should have been easy to spot if it was present. Make these improvements and place goes from diamond in the rough to people driving from other non local areas just to come here. Yes this may cause issues but certainly may increase revenue to justify the changes cost.

I don’t live close to this theater but I travel here often specifically because it’s never crowded. This place also offers movies with Dolby cinema experience and it’s great. The sound and visuals are amazing. Nice screen size and seats are reclining so that’s a plus.

I had a good experience in this movie theater. They have the Dolby Cinema experience which was new and interesting. The room was darker which was cool. The room we also huge but extremely loud. Which I don’t mind but some people may. The seats here vibrates and make you feel like you are in the movie. Overall good experience. Just a little too loud lol.

Used a 3rd party site to get discounted tickets. So, I couldn't use the kiosk and had to stand in line with only one person at the register helping customers. It was a long line and a long wait. Love the idea of picking your own theater seats though. Huge screen and comfy seats. Parked across the street and I believe parking is free on holidays and Sundays.

Very comfortable and clean. Love the stadium seating. Pleasant, friendly staff. Only thing I didn't like were the 3D glasses. They were shaped too oval and therefore didn't cover the whole movie screen for the 3D experience. So it was a little distracting and took away from the movie a little bit. Regal cinemas 3D glasses are more square and cover the whole movie screen. So would have preferred that but otherwise very good experience.

Went to see Aquaman in IMAX and the movie was ruined by 3 vapor smoking people which the Theater actively let smoke after being told about it. The Law is there is no smoking of any kind in any Theater.

i had a terrible expirience with a lady. she was very rude and somewhat strict and it made my time at amc not worth it. she ruined moviegoing for me at this theatre and i will tell my friends and family not to go to an amc movie. i am very disappointed. she had dark hair and tan skin, but i don’t recall her name. to make it even worse, the projector broke and random colors shone all over the screen and really scared a friend of mine who recently recovered from epilepsy

A great movie place for family. I celebrated my birthday here and we watched the Incredibles 2. A great movie. Fun from start to end. The concession stand was clean and neatly organized cashier was friendly. We had a great time. The cinema is at a great location. There is parking and it is close to shopping. I love this theatre.

I love Port Chester because the staff are hospitable and the folk that go there as well. The only one issue that lowers their stars a lot with me personally is the lack of modernism inside. It's in dire need of updating. They have a Dolby theater which awesome, but all the other theaters are out dated.

I purchased IMAX seats for Endgame online, when I choose the seats, they looked good right in the center, but when we got to the theater, we had a hand rail in front of us blocking the view. Also, unlike AMC at Lincoln Square, the high seat backs also obstructs your view. Not worth the extra money!

$5 Tuesdays are great. $6 total for 1 movie ticket and a little over $3 for a regular sized popcorn. The theater was clean and the staff was very friendly. And there's parking in a lot for movie goers. This is definitely a theater for all ages.

. This AMC location in Port Chester, NY is almost excellent! We've been coming here since it opened. Clean, fun, multiple viewing options! Think regular, medium, large. Love being able to just come and relax for a few hours. If you love cinema, this is a great place! It could be number one if they offered real butter instead of some nonsensical oily concoction and also provide in seat ordering!

Parking is free on weekends and theater was clean. What peeves me are the long lines with only 3 people working concessions. 2 of which were servicing the line for Special paid membership. When I asked manager if another line could be opened, as this was same thought as others who were frustrated as well, she quickly mentioned that becoming a member of this special club would grant us access to quicker service on line. Well, there you have it. The solution to decent airline and hotel service is also now the same at AMC Theaters. I'll be sure to let others on social media know that instead of the avery $50 for food and movies, all they need a more money again. Smh.

I love this theatre. I have been going here for years. I have taken friends and family here. The food is good. Just recently, about to watch a movie and the fire alarm came on, there was no panic, we waited outside the building, then were given free passes to any movie in future. I'm happy with the service. But this is my experience.

My ONLY reason for going to this theater is it's less than a mile from my house!!! Other than that the management is horrible, ridiculously LONG wait for popcorn and snacks, dirty and now you need to choose your seats which are old and VERY uncomfortable!! This was my first time here. Theater was pretty clean. There was not much staff. I spent a long time on the premium concession line, which is supposed to move quicker. No one checked or tickets as the was only one person checking and he was on the other side of the theater. This was my first time in years going to a theater that did not have recliners. That was not pleasant for me. I felt like i was sitting straight up. The chair had no give. Now that i think of it, this was the second time here. I was here a few weeks prior. I purchased my ticket online and arrived for my movie only to discover the theater had been closed for the day due to a fire alarm. This theater is very far from my house so i was a little disappointed. I like to see random movies when I have a few hour window of free time. Both times i went was for the convenient show times.

We’ve always had a wonderful experience here. The only issue has been the escalator which never seems to be working and the elevator which seems to be forgotten in the cleaning process. Otherwise, the movie going is fine and plenty of seats. Fresh popcorn too. Helpful staff as well.

I went here at 10am and all front doors were locked. How am I supposed to go in and watch movies?? On google map it said it was open and had movies playing at 7 30am that day.

They have an IMAX and a "Dolby" theatre. I guess the Dolby is a fancy type IMAX with reclining seats with subwoofers, but the screen might not be as big? Most importantly they have the popcorn butter machine SELF SERVE!!! I LOVE THEATRES THAT DO THIS

Pass this place and head to another theater. I have the A list membership and couldn't even get help at the A list counter to order concessions. This theater needs an update. No reclining seats and even on a Saturday afternoon there were only 3 people working the concessions counter. I figured I'd give this place a try since it's not too far from home but that was a mistake. Definitely not worth my gas/money to go back here ever again.

I like this theater. It always has the latest blockbusters and especially if you buy tickets in advance you can see them when they are initially released. The staff is friendly and helpful and for a measly 15 dollars per annum you can purchase a Premiere membership which entitles you to get on an express line for tickets and snacks AND gets you discount rewards that more than pay for the membership many, many times over.

Lots of positive reasons to go including comfortable seats, many choices at concession stand, convenient parking and more. The knock is when the crowds are large for the big movies, not enough staff to manage the place so you end up with long lines and dirty bathrooms. Overall one of the best theaters in the area.

The theater was pretty good, not crowded, with comfy chairs, and really good quality of video and sound in the IMAX theater. Also it has a convenient parking, free at night. The food was not that good and was really expensive!!!. The caramel popcorn is extremely sweet (it taste like if you where eating splenda) so at the end you can't eat it completely.

Very nice theater, but i set my hopes too high for what i wanted. Yes they serve you your food items to your seat BUT you can't enjoy your food if you can't see it since it'll be dark in the theater. I couldn't enjoy my Chinese bowl because i kept spearing ginger when i thought it was chicken. Yes you can order drinks but no they won't be delivered to you and they will be extremely watered down and more expensive than at any Manhattan nyc club/bar. Save your money and go to another theater. This is waaaaay overpriced for the experience. Cheaper and more enjoyable to just go to a regular movie theater and go out to eat at a restaurant afterwards. And you'll still have money left over for a real cocktail!!

I come here all the time and it is always a solid experience - clean (overall), comfortable, and friendly staff. The only disappointment here is that, years later, they still have not solved the unpleasant smell of the front entrance, which dissipates as you take the escalator up. It smells as though old garbage is stored downstairs.

This is one of my go to spot to relax and watch a movie. the layout of the lobby is spacious and has a little area where you can sit down at a table and nibble on your popcorn before entering the theatre. I usually go on my day off to catch the matinee and enjoy the quiet of an empty theater. Afterwards I usually shop a little as Costco, Marshall’s and stop and Shop are just around the corner.
