Nice staff, although they don't seem to handle huge crowds efficiently, but much better than some other theatres. Definitely would recommend to friends. Have fun!(:

It's nice and comfortable. The office with the projector had a light on that shown brightly into the theater that was quite distracting and took a lot away from getting completely into the movie. I'd give them another shot as I don't remember this being an issue last time we went to this theater a couple years ago. Still recommend Tinseltown, worth the drive South.

Altogether good movie theater. Somehow the lights did not turn off or dim during the previews or for the movie. We had to ask for the lights to dim. We waited about 5 minutes, and no one had fixed the issue. Another person got up, and I believe must have inquired about the same issue. Movie ran for about 7-10 minutes with the lights on. Not a huge issue but when you're dishing out that kind of money for a movie, you'd like for mistakes to be fixed promptly.

Areas of improvement if getting an aisle seat - Upon reclining the chair - LED stair lights hit you right in the eyes. - Stairs are about a foot from your reclined head, listen to the sounds of people going up an down the stairs, also soak in the smells of flying dust. I was the unfortunate one to get the aisle seat. will never get an aisle seat here again.

Customer service here is terrible. The ladies at the ticket booth were on their cell phone and were reluctant to assist us. Then ladies at the concession stand looked at me and my husband like we were crazy when we just tried to order popcorn and some soda... not too sure if it's because they're not use to seeing colored people or if they just had bad attitudes in general with all the customers but I felt really uncomfortable at this movie theater because of the staff. They all made me and my husband feel as if we don't belong and ALL of them were reluctant to assist us. More than likely will not be coming here again.

Their hot dogs are trash. For a huge theatre, they have very few food options. The manager has great customer service yet the other employees do not. RETRAIN! Seats are comfortable at least and the place is generally pretty clean. I paid $20 for a flat soda and generic nacho cheese and chips. Tinseltown is way better.

Won't be going back here..... Bought a ticket to a nearly sold out show and all that was left was front row. I reluctantly chose these and was horrified to find out when I got into the theater that the seats are only 10 feet away from the screen. Had they told me the seats were that close when I bought the tickets I would have passed.... I feel like I got ripped off and will never go back!!

The assigned seating is a great idea. It's much more organized. All it requires is just a bit more planning ahead on our side.

This place is the same as most theatres now a days. Packaged nachos and cheese we're disappointing, expensive and no option s for jalapenos. Pretty clean place. The drive is and popcorn seem more expensive than usual. The guy behind the counter seemed co fused a d inattentive. Didn't even have to scan a ticket to go I to my theatre which was strange. It was a pretty slow time but not super early. Seats were good as usual!

Just watched IT in the Reclining Theater seats. The staff was helpful and the matinee was very lightly attended. Had a great experience. The only knock I would give them is that the volume was extremely loud. I think they could easily lower it a few decibels without sacrificing any viewing enjoyment. Still a 5 star experience.

UPDATE 2: Yay for unlimited movies for $18/month! 5 stars earned! UPDATE: I e-mailed Regal at the contact us link explaining the response I got from the "owner." The just said convenience fees aren't going anywhere. 4 stars still stands. ORIGINAL POST: Great theater. Comfortable recliner seats in all screens. Wish they had a movie club so I didn't have to pay convenience fees to buy tickets online.

Just watched the Lion King with my wife and kids. The screen was blurry at times, as if it was supposed to be watched with 3d glasses. There was also a smudge on the screen. I like this theater. I would still recommend going there.

Went to an afternoon showing on a Tuesday. The ticket pricing is much more tolerable at the matinees. Approx $8.50. The ticket sales were now at the concession stand, which was fine. It wasn't crowded for a change. The new seating with the reclining loungers was wonderful! But only wonderful if you're not paying $13 + bucks to use them. For the first time ever (for me) the restrooms were disgustingly dirty. I wouldn't use it. ☹ However, for overall experience, I'd give it a 3 out of five stars. If you choose to go there confirm your ticket and concession pricing before you go. Because these vary depending on the day and time!

I have to say this was the nicest movie theater I've ever been in but then again I haven't been in a movie theater in quite a few years. Everything was top-notch here except for the prices on the concessions they're real lucky somebody's not selling chocolate and chips and popcorn in the men's restroom because the prices on the menu in the concession stand is going to suggest that one day somebody's going to open a business in the men's restroom. If I have to take a loan out to get a bucket of popcorn and soda then I guess I'm going to smuggle it in my rectum next time I come to see a show.

Service was not to my liking. The cashier was on her phone when we walked up. We were not welcomed with a smile or welcoming attitude. She seemed to have a bad attitude and that our needing concessions was an inconvenience to her. The theatre itself was clean and everything was fine about the movie experience, but the initial contact with employees was not ideal. Also prices were extremely steep.

Smallest movie theater I have ever been in. Your website shows love seats and thats what my boyfriend and I wanted, to be able to cuddle while we watched our movie but no, of course not. Huge barrier in between seats so he had to strain to put his hand on my leg. The lady who checked our ticket misinformed us of which theater we were in and then gave us attitude when we went back for clarification. Literally the ONLY good thing about you guys is being positioned next to Summit, we had fun there at least.

Purchased tickets with the Atom app, watched a movie on NYE. The theater was fairly clean, recliners were working and clean as well. There was a lot of parking available, it helped that it was 2 degrees outside! The recliners weren't as large as the AMC ones but they were still comfortable. Screen and sound were good quality, the experience was a good one. Employees looked happy and were kind in every interaction.

Went to a show in the new RPX luxury seats. They are basically electric reclining chairs hooked up to rumblers which react to the bass in the movie. I have to admit the seats were very clean and comfortable. I was able to go because of the Google guides perk which made the ticket only five dollars which helped to sweeten the deal. The popcorn wasn't the hottest but the overall movie experience made up for it..

Mom and I's favorite theater. We always go when hardly anyone is there. A lot of the time getting the whole theater to ourselves. Mind you this is when everyone is at work and school. Comfy reclining seats, great place to bring a blanket. They also don't give me guff for bringing in my own Water or else they'd lose our business...for buying water is a bad practice and wasteful in so many ways. Buy a home filter and Boycott Nestle and others!

As with most movie theaters this place charges high dollar amounts at the concessions stand. The theaters are equipt with reclining chairs that are comfy. Beware of the front row, it is far too close and really reduces the viewing quality of the movie

Very good time. I have always enjoyed going to the movies but they have certainly upped their game. With the reclining very comfortable seats and a medium soda being bigger than a 44oz cup, added with popcorn, and other snacks and food, makes it the movie experience you were expecting and more. The assigned seats is a good idea especially if you have several people with you but can also have you missing the old first come first serve where if you get there early enough you have first choice of where you would like to sit.

This was by far the nicest movie theater that I have ever had the privilege of patroning. When we got there we got regular popcorn and caramel corn. Both were really good. There is pretty decent amount of parking outside. The building when you first enter is nice and clean. The people in the ticket booth are super nice and most of them know a little something about the movies they have showing so if you aren't sure what you want to see, they can probably help you. The showings are easy to find because the signs with the movie names are big enough to read from afar. The theater seats are AMAZING! they are leather and soft padded. You pretty much sink right into them and the best part is that they recline! Its like watching a movie at home in your cozy lazyboy.

We absolutely loved this movie theater! We purchased our tickets online so we didn't have to wait in that long ticket line, they even had a scanner at the entrance to scan the code on my phone directly, which was super helpful! The seats were so comfortable and reclined all the way back and made us feel so relaxed as if we were watching the movie at home. It was a wonderful movie experience for us out of towners and I would definitely return here again, if we were from this area.

Went to see Incredible2. Purchased 6:25 show at 4:00. Waited 2 hours only to have staff they couldn't show due to IT issue. They refunded us and gave tickets BUT REALLY! Opening night and you can't show the movie. This is the second time that this has happened - avoid this place if you can.

Sound was waaaaay to loud. Employees couldn't seem to figure out how the lights worked. They didn't know how to dim the lights when the movie started. After several attampts where lights switched from full on to full off and back to full on, some one finally found a way to turn them off. This was about 15 minutes into the movie. Very distracting.

I’m only giving two stars because I had already paid for my ticket and wanted to see my movie. My not good service began with Julia at the ticket window. Zero personality and no appreciation for customers whatsoever. I said thank you after my transaction was complete and she said “yeah” as I walked away. I was going to mention the lack of customer service to a man that I thought looked like a manager. I walked up to the desk and the man (who I would later find out was Leonard Gomez, the GM) was sitting at the computer, didn’t even look up as he addressed me. He asked me what I needed and I told him I’d wait until he was done because clearly it was important if he couldn’t even look up to see what I needed. I waited and waited and finally just walked away and joined my mom in the concessions line. How could I complain about the Customer Service to a GENERAL MANAGER that gave me worst service than his ticket employee? Tiffany is your only shining star in this case, working through a line quickly, very friendly and upbeat. Maybe she should manage your theater.

Oh my! Ok... let's start off with we had a gift certificate and we used it online to reserve our movie time and seats too. The ease of the site was very user friendly. I had never been here before so I did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised! When we showed up on a Saturday night it took less than five minutes to scan ourselves in and get our popcorn too! We were a bit disappointed they didn't have pretzels, but it's all good! The staff was very friendly... Oh! Self serve butter too!! The front and bathrooms were very clean. Then we walked into the theater. To my amazement there were reclining leather sofas that were not crammed together! My husband and I got to our reserved seats and reclined back in comfort to our movie. I always take a sweatshirt with me because theaters are usually chilly, but this one was comfortable! Very comfortable chairs the entire movie and we had as great time cuddled up together!

If you are a trucker as I am you can drop your trailer at the Pilot travel center 6 miles North of the cinema off Baptist road and bobtail over.

Love the RPX! Great recliners and a 100,000 watt sound system that literally shakes your bones. HUGE screen that rivals an IMAX experience with size and clarity. Nobody likes the $20 for popcorn and coke, but we have come to expect that these days.

Every time I go here at night, there's zero quality control. Unprofessional staff and expensive, cold popcorn. Even during the day the halls have a musty smell and the screens are tiny compared to other theaters. Never really the best, but at night it's just a complete waste of money.

A word of sincere appreciation and thanks to Mikey Butler - on 23 Dec 2018 our movie theater (#5) was extremely hot, probably high 80s to low 90s, and made the previews and beginning of the movie very uncomfortable. I reported the temp immediately to management, and was told it was being worked on. It took perhaps 20-25 minutes into the movie to feel the temp dropping, but the seats remained extremely warm and uncomfortable. After the movie, I spoke with Mikey and expressed my displeasure with the climate control, and he listened carefully, agreed that some sort of recompense should be provided, and gave us passes for a future movie. Mikey also assured us the theater management was researching the cause of the overheating and remedying the problem as soon as possible. Kudos to Mikey for great professionalism and customer service which will keep us as regular Regal Interquest customers.

The theatre it’s self was great and super comfortable, but the staff was not the friendliest, especially the girl with the dark hair working concessions. Didn’t see one smile or hear a “you’re welcome” after multiple thank yous and forced a couple to see if she would.

I thought it was nice to choose your seats when you buy your tickets, unfortunately the guy sitting next to us was a little off, he was constantly repeating the lines of the movie. Fortunately the theater wasn't crowded and we were able to change seats. If the theater was crowded though we would've been stuck there...outside of that it was an OK night at the movies.

Interquest Cinemas has all the bells and whistles. You can reserve your seat when you pay for your ticket. The seats all recline and have footrests and plenty of space so you're not cramped during the movie. The selection of concessions was great, very pricey tho. The movie was loud enough to hear comfortably and the people seated around me were courteous.

Movie started a half hour late, then twice when it was partially through it restarted. By then it was already an hour after the original showtime. Ain't nobody got time for that. Then to top it all off, they wouldn't refund us for their technical issues. (Also the place felt cheaply made as hell: movie doors that don't close, thin insulation to the point that you could hear every movie from the hallway, and the bathroom literally shook constantly from the theater next to it.) In short, it was my first time here but I don't plan on going here again. I recommend you save your money and go to one of the noticeably nicer Cinemark locations around town.

Nothing wrong with it, per say, but I much prefer Icon; which is just across the street or Chapel Hills which isn't much further. Concessions are just so expensive and inconvenient. At the others, you get free refills, can help yourself, etc. Theaters are also very small. The only nice thing is that the chairs are comfy.

If you are the least bit sensitive this is not the place at this time. New seats, carpet and paint and a really loud movie made for a very uncomfortable experience. Also the bathroom smelled terrible. The seats were cool, comfortable, just too new for this chemically, allergic person

Love that so many theaters are allowing for seat reservations and changing to the comfy recliner seats. This is a great theater in North Springs, and there are lots of neat places nearby to play or eat before or after a film. Haven't experienced technical difficulties here, always been an enjoyable experience.

I love the fact that they put in recliner seats, just wish they had trays. Otherwise the staff is friendly and the prices are comparable with other theaters.

Excellent theater. About $1.00 cheaper than many other theaters, (based on a senior discount). Staff friendly and pleasant and the entire facility was very clean. Bathrooms in outstanding condition. All seats in theater were recliners - very comfortable and relaxing. Will definitely enjoy movies at Interquest in the future! Great experience.

The seats were great and the concession stand was pretty standard. However, the picture was shaking rapidly when the movie started. Another viewer had to go and report it to the staff, who corrected it in a minute or so. It was fixed pretty quickly, but they probably should have someone check the picture quality at the beginning of every film.

The popcorn is not very good here. I only get popcorn and a drink when I go to the movies, so I was very disappointed. I have been to theatres with much nicer seats.
