EMPLOYEE THEFT I was recently at the Metrolux 14 theatre and i was watching an early matinee since it wouldn't be busy. I was right the theatre was pretty empty. I chose a seat at the very top since no one was sitting up there either. Movie ended and i was on my phone as the very few people that were there a couple rows below me left. The cleaning guy "Zach" stood at the isle by me and waited for me to leave. As i got to my car i noticed my wallet was missing i called and they had it. I got my wallet back but not before the Thief "Zach" could steal $100 out of my wallet. Management proceeded to tell me there was no way for me to prove that "Zach " stole my $100. nothing was done to rectify this matter either. Its $100 but its the principal of not being taken advantage of. I will be contacting cooperate offices as well.

Movie was awesome!! However, the theater itself was gross. Floors in lobby and bathrooms were sticky. I watched the ladies who cleaned the theater go in to clean. But when I was walking to my seat. There was food still on floor. The seats were so low and uncomfortable. I would have thought that the theater being in a somewhat new and high quality area it would have been nicer.

Our first time at the theater and felt very dupped. I’m giving it 2 stars because they did have a bar. We drove down to this theater from Fort Collins because for some reason all of the theaters up north colorado are behind the times by about 20 years and we used to be spoiled with a plethora of renovated theaters with recliner seats. Then we moved up north and felt like we were in back to the future. When I heard they had added recliner seats I was thrilled. I checked out their website which fully advertises a lux experience front & center, along with all their google photos too showing a new renovated upscale experience. Come to arriving for our movie I thought it was odd that you couldn’t reserve your seats and that they didn’t sell tickets on fandango but it’s loveland so I didn’t think much of it. When we got their I went straight to the theater to save our seats and my guy got snacks. What I walked into was an old outdated uncomfortable theater. The seats are ollld, like really old and there wasn’t a soul in the place. I went back out to the concession stand laughing at whatever weird mistake had just occurred. Turns out what we got was the “metro side” not the “lux side” which is the renovated side and only a small section of the building. They make no mention of this in their advertising unless you look closely at the tickets your buying or find their separate price list as I did when I searched the website to find out if I had the wrong theater!! What really made me mad though was that they do have at least 5 or 6 theaters from the looks of it that have been renovated but they only play TWO movies!! It’s sooooo infuriatingly boneheaded. They could put on rotation a variety of different movies and as I’m sure people are trained to do after going their once just look for the “””lux”””. A lot of movie theaters do that where the same movies play in the small and then the larger nicer theater for a more popular time so that it’s not just one, or god-bless two movies that monopolize the nice theater. Argh whyyyyyyyy. I really thought we found a theater but it looks like we won’t be coming here ever again unless they happen to be playing the movies we want to see which is a 2 out of 25 chance. False advertising.

Very comfy chairs if you choose reserved seating The chairs in the non reserved theaters are dreadful. Reserved seating costs a little more but it’s worth it. It is very easy to get refunds on tickets if for some reason you can not go see the show you bought in advance. I think I like this theater a little more then the Fort Collins theaters. Also, They have great popcorn

Really need to improve customer service... start by saying Hello, or enjoy your show, or any basic courtesy. Then, when you have a long line at the concessions you call for additional help. Not complicated.

Theatre is getting dated, and needs a cleaning. Do like that they take tickets before you get to concessions, so your not juggling food and tickets. They do bring an excellent selection of movies. You can purchase reserve seating for a higher price only on certain movies, also have reclining seats in reserved theatres with craft beers also available

This is our favorite theater to go to. They have luxury seating which is fantastic. Movies are always pricey, but the luxury seating isn't much more than the regular seating so we always choose to upgrade when we can. The employees are always nice and they have the normal movie theater snacks, but they also have some food and alcohol options.

This theatre seems to have more availability then others. The reserved recliners are a great addition. I hate that we can’t book tickets on fandango, but the metro site is not bad either. I think they could use to remodel away the ‘stars’ on the ceiling that are falling apart it makes it look not as nice a theater as it is. Great concessions

We just moved to Loveland. We are used to Regal, AMC, Cinemark and Carmike. This is a refreshingly small theater and they'll be opening a sister theater close to where we live downtown. The seats were in great shape. Love the bar area. Just joined the rewards program so we'll see how that comes into play. Very clean theater and away from the hustle and bustle of the mall connected to it.

Only two things keep this theater from a 5 star review: the popcorn often seems stale and, if you get a seat closer to the aisle, the stairwell lights are ridiculously bright to the point of ruining the movie.

The theatre seats are incredibly comfortable!! Still the prices are high and who really pays that much for popcorn!! Bring your own snacks in your pockets and relax.. the bathrooms were nasty, need cleaned more often but the rest was ok. ..oh except the movie didn't start till someone went and told them... lol was a fun amateur night.. lol

This used to be my favorite movie theater. Has quickly become the worst in northern Colorado. It’s whole building is filthy, especially the lobby! seats are broken. Staff is rude. Will never go back! Sad to say that the theatre in the Greeley mall has become a much better theater.

We go here a lot. The staff are energetic and fun to talk with. The seating is comfortable and the theater rooms we have been in have been spacious so I haven't felt crowded or any elbow bumping while sitting comfortably. Ticket prices are cheaper than other theaters, but they have the same movie options and quality of screens and sound as others we have been to.

This theater has hosted countless memories of nights out with my friends going way back to middle school, who cares if it's not always *spotless*, it's not the staff's fault if fellow patrons are rude enough to trash the place. Staff are always super friendly - not once have I been laughed at for saying "you too" when they tell me to enjoy the show, and I have never been late to the start of a movie from waiting in line. Keep it real, Metrolux 14.

Our first experience with the recliners in a theater. LOVED it! We thoroughly enjoyed the movie Overcomer and delighted in the comfort of the theater. We had designated seating so our group of 8 could sit together and visit until the movie started. Every seat was filled yet it wasn't the crowded feel of the usual theater. The staff was polite. We added our own butter to our popcorn and got our own beverages so there was little wait in the concessions line. I highly recommend this theater also because of its proximity to restaurants and shopping.

This theatre gives you plenty of room with luxury chairs. However, that means it sells out fast and they have reserved seating. Because the reserved seating and online charges the tickets are a little more expensive, but it's a nice theatre.

Bought tickets on Saturday afternoon for a Sunday showing, picked out my seats, on Sunday went to see the movie and was asked by the movie attendant to see our stubs. She also asked us to change seats because we were apparently sitting in someone else's spot. Well I showed her the stubs and we were in the right seats that i paid for, but we did change seats. They did give me 2 free tickets for another movie but it was quite an inconvenience.

This is my local movie theater, and I see probably 3-5 movies in the theater a month. But rarely here. Why? It’s not the seats, sound, or screen. The place itself is just fine. But they don’t work with Fandango and their own online site is a nightmare on mobile. Time-outs, no wallet, no sign-in, frustrating. Assigned seating was a blessing for theaters. No longer did we have to show up 45 minutes early to get good seats. Or show up with ticket in hand only to find the only seats either separated or in the front, neck-bending row. It’s a good thing, Metrolux, and because you’re my local, I sincerely hope you either get a decent app, work with Fandango, or say hello to Blockbuster video wherever non-adaptable businesses go to die.

Truthfully, I stayed away from this theatre for a while considering all the reviews regarding it not being clean and it having a bad smell... then figured I would try it out since I REALLY wanted to see a particular movie.... to my surprise it wasn’t as bad as I had originally read. Yeah, It was clean but of course could always be cleaner. Nothing stood out to me as gross or unsanitary. As for the smell - i didn’t notice anything other than seemed like the theater was a little humid? All in all, I would go back.

Theatre was very dirty. One butter machine was broke, pop machine was spilling pop out of the front of the fountains, and ice machine was making loud noises. Bathrooms were filthy. Bathrooms had the floor so sticky that you stuck to the floor walking all the way in. Pop machine area was filthy as they had pop, straws and napkins laying all over the counter. It was unsanitary. There was not a clean place to set your drink down to put the lid on. They didn't even have the proper scanners to scan your barcode on your phone to let you in. Very disappointed in how they have let this place get this way!

Hi, momma raccoon here, well ive got to say my experience was horrific. So tonight my and my kids were feasting on the glorious buffet of trash behind the theater, when a girl comes up. She sees me, and I of course hiss, and chase her back into the theater while shes screaming her head off. Me and my children think we're safe till she comes back with recruits. There was a real tall dude, some kimche Asian fellow, and another black haired girl, with miss I'm gonna scream and run from a raccoon.They came with sticks and CHASED MY KID UP A TREE. As if that isn't enough they went and scared my other kids away too. I MEAN WHO DO THESE PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE. If there is a raccoon God up there I hope he never puts me and my kids through what we had to deal with tonight. Plus the popcorn was bland 10/10 would recommend more salt. Me and my kids are never coming here again, I think we'll go and try Cinemark actually.

This is our local movie theatre they have a research program you can sign up for. It is convenient to purchase tickets online though the rewards program without a convenience fee. You can choose your seat(s) for specific shows when that is offered. They have senior and discount pricing available. Their pop corn is freshly popped and is done of the best I have ever had in a movie theatre. Many of the theatres have adjustable seats which are very comfortable.

Worst experience in a theater I've ever had. The theater temp fluctuated between 80 and 60 degrees. When I talked with staff afterwards they said they knew about it previously and were working on it. However they chose to use a defective theater. Avoid at all cost before they steal your money too.

If they kept it clean it would be an excellent theater. Absolutely filthy floors, soda areas. Bathrooms are often dirty and out of supplies. Since they added alcohol at the front concession, lines are long and slow. Really wish they'd designate one register for alcohol so families weren't stuck behind 20 somethings who can't decide what beverage they want. Love the new luxury seating, the online reservations and the selection of snacks and meals. Prices are what you get in most theaters.

With the addition of the lux wing this has become a must if you're looking to not only watch a film but enjoy an experience as well. With a bar and a decent selection if local brews adults can have a drink and some food while they wait for their movie to begin. You can also take your alcoholic beverage into the actual theater too. The lux reserved seating is great if you buy early enough, otherwise you might not have many options for your seating location. The seats are leather and recline, plus plenty of space and not overcrowded. Tuesdays after 6 p.m. you can get lux seating for $6 a ticket, which is outstanding. My only negative opinion is the theater was a little warm for sitting in a leather recliner for 2 hours.

The food was super disappointing. We ordered a Pulled pork nachos and a panini, both made us sad. The panini didn't have much to it at all, it looked like it was made for a child. The nachos were weird, the top layer had all the chips with cheese that appeared baked on which made the chips nearly burnt and the cheese had hardened so I had to rip them apart and naw through them, then at the bottom was some pork, a lot of cheese and a sporadic jalapeno. We won't order their food again. The food at the Cinemark Movie Bistro is 100 times better, I'll stick with them.

The Metrolux at Centera is my go-to local theater, just ahead of the Cinemark on Timberline. Prices are reasonable compared to other parts of the country (MN and FL specifically). Popcorn is good. About half the theaters have the luxury recliners, the other half have decent stadium seating, but still better than the place on Timberline. Both are superior to the AMC on Mason and Harmony. The new Cine Cafe is the best, but it's way more expensive, and a bit further away. Metrolux is rarely sold out--there have been a few opening night shows that were full, but usually you can get into a later show if that's the case. Like, when the first new Star Wars opened, the 7 oclock was full but I got tickets to the 7:30 no problem. Feels cleaner and more modern than the Cinemark on Timberline

Reserved luxury seating is THE BEST!! I love that I can pick where I want to sit and buy tickets online in advance then walk right in. With movie times getting longer and longer the comfortable reclining seats are a must! This location is always clean, friendly, and they have plenty of screens and show times so it's not backed up with lines.

I thought it was a great idea to go on discount Tuesday night until I realized that some people bring their young children instead of getting a babysitter and they run around the whole movie theater distracting everyone or are crying which is really annoying to the ones that paid that actually trying to watch the movie!

Some of the theatres have been remodeled. The areas are always clean and the seating is comfortable. We have been there many times over the years and the staff has always been helpfull and polite.

Our family loves the recliner seats and the stress-free part of picking out your seats beforehand. Surprisingly my boys love their chicken fingers. Sometimes the trash is overflowing and the bathrooms are messy but that's their main shortcoming.

Was excited to get out of greeley and enjoy a movie with my daughter for her first time. The movie was saposed to start at 1230 . Sat there for 15 minutes with no movie on or anything. My daughter got super impatient and made tge experiance hell. Never will I come to this movie theatre again.

The cashier couldn't count $7 back in change? Really? Umm.......do you hire anyone with basic math skills? The seats were broken and felt like they were going to fall apart. The floors were dirty. We will stick to Marcus theatres.

Nice local theater. Recently updated to add some bistro seating and alcoholic beverages. Sound quality is great. It's always clean too. Kids working there are friendly. I love that you can get free drinks refills and one free popcorn refill. My only qualm is that they switched to Pepsi products from Coca Cola. Yuck. It's fine, don't need soda anyway but Pepsi is a bad choice.
