Comfy seats if you can get one that isn't broken..a few haven't been fixed for over a year. Also, the movie info recording is often muffled and isn't update until late on the day that the movies change. For the past few days you can't even get a recording to pick up. They need to figure out a better sale system for both tickets and snacks. (very slow & backed up). Other than that.....!

Very cosy theater, comfy seats not the kind that recline but good enough. The small hometown kind of places! Pepsi sodas, popcorn, and some nachos to choose from. The entrance is small but it has four medium size theaters below ground

Very disappointed. The supposed manager came in and made a scene when I brought in my items from shopping in a plastic bag. He accused me of bringing "outside" food into the theater before proceeding to take my things from me and embarrassed myself and my group. Very disappointed with the service here.

Good theater, horrible staff. There is a short fat employee called Sam who is incredibly rude. He was incredibly agitated and visibly annoyed we were deciding between two movies. I can't believe a person like that would be placed at the ticket counter of a movie theater.

I went on may 18th 2019. The staff lady was completely rude. Tossed my military id on the flour. Then she gave me alot of attitude. On top of that she have me old popcorn. It was as stiff as a rock. Then she told me my moveie was down stairs ( after i asked where four times). I asked if she had a easier way down the stairs ( im pregnant) and she said (your legs work). She also kept staring at the wall and forgetting what i said. Im.sure she was high or seeing things. When i asked for a refund she denied me!!

Cost between 8.50 and 11.50 for one ticket, okey plase to watch movies , you can get food there , but some times they dont have nochos.

They make you stand in the concession line regardless of whether you bought tix ahead of time, but otherwise a nice theater. First few rows recline (at least in our theater. )

Walking in and seeing the Egyptian dicor made the name make sense to me. The staff was very friendly and did a wonderful job explaining the movie I was about to see. Although they did n it have hot food (was craving a hotdog) they did have pretzels which was a nice substitute. They have reclining seats which was awesome. Enjoyed my time at this place.

I work here and I love it! This place is located in the heart of downtown Aspen and tickets are sold at a reasonable price! It's a neat two story theater that even includes a bar in the lower level.

First let me start off by saying the staff are nice and courteous to you and others (unless you act bad around them) and are completely in tune with what they are doing. secondly it would be worth stating that sometimes in the late night shows they forget to put the movie on for almost 3 mins but it is fine. The seats in the theater are comfy and did I even mention in the front there are recliners? In my honest opinion 5/5 experience

Haven't been to Isis in awhile, but think it will be my theater of choice now! We do not go to movies very often, just so expensive for who family to go. But when you go, might as well enjoy to the fullest. Reclining seats!! Love it
