This Movie Theater is classified in the category of Movie theater.
Great food and drinks. The best way to watch a movie!
It used to be better when they first opened. Food menu has shrunk and lacks the real cinebistro experience. Still best option for going to the movies in Vail
Gorgeous modern theatre hard to beat. Food very pricy.
Saw Ant Man and The Wasp. Had the double cheese burger and a collectors cup soda. Service was very friendly and helpful. Looked hard to find me a Chewbaca collectors cup when they didn't have to. The burger and fries tasted great. The only down side were the prices. Tickets were just under $19 for a medium sized screen with OK picture and sound and where the chairs in the theater were worn down. Comfortable but in need of repair. No 3D or IMAX for that price which is what I typically pay elsewhere. But it's Vail where everything is overpriced, and it's the nicest theater closest to Breckenridge. Tough in a mountain town. But again very great service and the burgers were great if pricy.
Is in a great location. Parking is validated. The cinebistro is a bit old it could use some new chairs. But the experience was fine overall.
High end vibe and very clean
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
The manager Drew to the bartenders to the staff, cleanliness , comfort ,and the food and drinks a must when in Vail, Colorado. Everything truly is high class in Vail, Colorado even the movie theater!
Expensive tickets with bad sound and small rooms. There was a scratch on the screen. The seats are very comfortable though.
Food was good, but came out slowly and was not delivered to our seat,, meaning we had to miss part of the movie to go pick it up. Despite the long prep time, burgers were served without condiments. With only two condiment stations, there was another delay in returning to our seats. The trays and plates on which the food was served were both slippery, requiring considerable dexterity to avoid loosing food on the way back to the theater. Once in our large, comfortable seats, we were disappointed that screen was so small.
Watched several movies here. Always had a great time. Billy is knowledgeable and likes all the movies I like and has opinions I respect. I will continue watching movies here!
Great experience for locals and visitors
The CineBistro in Vail lived up to its "flagship" status with great beer and exceptional customer service. Leading way to this attractive theater is a massive glowing sculpture that nearly mirrors the quality and experience of the plush leather seating within its walls. Drew, the GM, is an outstanding guy that happily took care of seating and drink questions while making the place seem easy-going and friendly. Cheers to this theater..
Since I tend to do a lot of traveling I am able to go to several different theaters. When you come to a theatre with the name bistro in it you expect great food, great seats and last but not least great popcorn. Chips and queso was the same you would get at a kids fundraiser and the popcorn was lacking. After leaving the bar, we arrive to find the seats very ratty and in poor up keep, but’s it’s ok 2 tickets only cost us $45 .. aside from the review, the staff was on point
Fun place to see a movie and have a meal
Will not go back until they remove the "burger bar" menu and serve you at your seat. You pay that amount of money to be served before the movie. I will go to Edwards from now on, it's cheaper and it's the same experience, except the alcohol.
Great staff, super friendly. Wonderful way to enjoy a movie!
I'm a local. I used to come every other week, now it's been over a year. Please let me know when your menu returns to something worthy of your ticket price and your location. You're in Vail - don't be silly. We expect salmon not cheap burgers.
got drunk here and watched a movie with Kevin Heart..Good times
I'm jaded because I was a big fan BEFORE they switched from a delicious full menu to just a burger bar. They also used to bring your order to you. Now you get a buzzer and have to get up and go get your order. Food is marginal.
Great service, nice ambience, and nice chairs. Most of all, it's cheaper than going to the average Cinemark theatre.
The theatre experience is fine..good seats and sound.. But the change to a burger bar is awful...it's like they said well we can't do good food right. So let's prep some meat on a grill and throw that at yhem...very disappointing ..better to go eat before or after and overpay for movie tix. Which I dont mind,as the location is great..and they won't mess up the popcorn
This is a great place to watch a movie with very comfortable recliners, an upscale bar, and menu for in-movie dining. The only downsides are prices (this is Vail) and small movie selection due to few theatres.
Interessantes EventKino Filme schauen und dabei essen. Leider zu dunkel und die Sessel waren zwar bequem aber doch recht abgesessen und für kleine Leute einfach zu hoch.
What happened to the amazing menu? Please bring it back, ASAP! My husband and I loved the total experience of great food, wine, and service. Now it's just like any other movie theater - blah!
Fun place to watch movies
Cinebistro used to be our go-to Friday night experience. Delicious food, amazing service, a rewards program with real rewards! The owners have clearly sacrificed their image, and all the things that made Cinebistro great, in the name of profits. Taking away in-theater dining, as well as cutting off your menu at the knees, is like going see a baseball game with no baseball. Oh, and don't think we didn't notice that the beautiful natural imagery that preceded every movie has now been replaced with loud and obnoxious advertisements. It's almost like the theater industry WANTS people to stay home with their Netflix. Congratulations on being so out of touch with your customer base.
Great movie theater, great food
what date is the money to watch a movie here with comfy seats eating food and having a Long Island Iced Tea is not a bad way to spend the evening. Make sure you bring your parking ticket with you so you can get it validated.
Our family has gone here since it opened. We treat ourselves ever so often to get some great food and a movie, now it is down right awful. I have no clue how that thought making the menu a lunch menu only offering low end items was a good idea. For $20 a person I would not suggest this place to anyone. Again I say this, we used to LOVE this place... We walked in and walked out with a refund.
They have a really good atmosphere
Lackluster experience at cinebistro. This was a highlight of my month with my boyfriend. Fancy dinner, watch a movie. Don't abandon the in theater service. Locals deserve to have a classy experience too. The owners clearly don't care about the locals who keep their doors open during off season. Higher ticket prices, crappier food menu without the in theater service. I wonder how your tips have been? Way to make your locals feel like second class citizens. Shame shame. Not to mention you can't purchase local tickets online or have them reserved and pay when you arrive.. Weak.
Food was ok not worth the price.
Expensive. Nice when you want to splurge!
Cinebistro used to be one of our all time favorite places to go... The food was always amazing and we loved the in-theatre service. A friend and I went to a movie a couple weeks ago and noticed they had gotten rid of their menu and replaced it with a self-serve burger bar. The burgers aren't bad but it really took away the CineBistro experience we loved so much. Hoping the old CineBistro will come back!!

Best place in the Vail Valley to see a movie.
Great food, great staff, pricey but a great treat once in awhile!!
Great experience
Hands down the most comfortable movie theater seats ever. They also have a Full bar and a pretty good food menu. Go there hungry or fed.
what the heck? I feel bad this place has horrible reviews it is such a great place, The management is the problem. Love coming here with my better half, seem a few, We watched 50 grays etc, place is great but that manager or the tall dude that looks like he wears the same suit every night is lazy. New cashiers all the time, they change every other week, these women are bullies to other customers, like other women, I seemed it, but I do give it to them bc I'm a local and I know Vail wouldn't like that!!!! If you report an employee by name, she or he would be fire on the spot. I ignored all the ones with the worse attitudes and look forward to meet new employees, or new management too.
If I could give a lower review I would. The customer service skills and level of professionalism from Mr. Drew Graham was disgraceful to the cinebistro theater. Mr. Graham is the general manager for this theater and managed to disrespect my girlfriend and I within 10 seconds of entering the building. Upon review of available seating, his body language, tentativeness, customer service, professionalism and politeness was non-existent.
Beutiful movie theater, excellent service
I’m giving this theatre 5 stars but not because of the great seats, the delicious food and the overall tidiness of the theatre, they get 5 stars because of the people that work there. Professional, helpful, engaging. This theatre is a gem.
Great experience watching movies here for over 5 years. Cinema quality is top notch. I wish they still served food in the theater. Now you order and walk back up to the bar when buzzed for food
I have certain expectations when visiting Cinebistro based on my experiences at their other locations. The place is cute inside, but aside from that it doesn't compare to what Cinebistro should be! There is no in-seat service. None! You order your food at the front counter and then come back to get it when the electronic buzzer they give you goes off. The buzzer vibrates LOUDLY. The only gluten-free option there is to get the house salad with no croutons. The majority of the menu is meat or deep fried. My seat hadn't been cleaned and still had popcorn on it from the previous movie. The seats do not recline like the Cinebistro seats in other locations. The location still gets 3-stars (average) because it's nicer than a standard theater. The staff were polite and helpful.
Wonderful experience for out of towners and locals alike
Amazing customer service!
I love it, food is great and reasonably priced, I noticed a few reviews saying it was expensive and I have to ask them a few questions, where in Vail can you get a burger for 12 dollars? This town charges 9 for a draft beer. On top of that if you go to any movie theater in the country and order popcorn{8+} and some candy{6+} you could have just gotten fried chicken and waffles at CinéBistro for 2 dollars more if not for less in some areas.
The movie was good. Apart from that, the food was mediocre, and certainly overpriced for the quality received. There was no in-theater service, and frankly it seemed as though the guy taking our order didn’t give a toss about his job. The actual theater we were in was very poorly maintained. The seats were literally falling apart, with bits of the seat shredded without covering. Overall, definitely not a great experience.
My go to theater for movies in the VV. Would have loved to have gone when they had a full menu instead of just burgers. Food is always good though. A few theaters need new seating. Suggestion: get ones that recline :D
Though on the pricey side it is a great place to relax and watch a moive
Great service
Loved the setting
Great, atmosphere. I would rather have a sever take my order and deliver my order in the theater like Alamo Drafthouse so that I dont have to miss the movie. Alsi some of the seats are falling apart. Keep up your appearance. Otherwise great theatre in a great place!
Always good, we did like being served in the theater more than self-service and tipped generously. Great location and well maintained.
I loved the movie and the food here delicious food ...the seats need to be updated but other then that best place all around eagle county
Beautiful Shopping Center in park great service.
A fantastic family experience with really good food and drinks. Well worth the money.
Best place to catch a movie in Vail... well the only place to catch a movie, but still. No, they don't serve to your seat, so show up early, get some food and wine and enjoy it at the lounge or they'll buzz you to come pick up. Reasonably priced drinks, especially seasonal beers! Overall good experience. I just wish the seats reclined ;)
Not so special anymore. Cinebistro used to be a special experience that my wife and I would commit to every couple of months. Go early, get some of that delicious sushi dish they used to serve with a nice glass of wine and get served right in your seat. Tickets were only a few bucks more than the competitors but well worth it. We just went a couple of weeks ago for our date night and the the first dissapointment was that they had jacked up their ticket prices to $20 a ticket. This was in the heart of the off season when most merchants extend some sort of local appreciation discount pricing to get folks in the door. Then we were told that there was no longer service in the theater but they had burgers available at the bar in the lobby. In my opinion Cinebistro has lost what made it special and is now just a theatre that you can pay a bunch more for comfy chair.
Good beer and bar selection. Very comfortable seats. They allow you to reserve your seats ahead of time. It is expensive for a movie, but everything is expensive in Vail.
The theatre is really nice and probably the newest one in the vail valley. Seats are comfortable staff is friendly but it's over priced and you don't pay for what you get. I usually waste minimum 35$ every time I'm there and it's just for a movie, burger and fries, and a fountain drink. The food isn't bad either. I also don't like that if you do want to get food then you either have to get there early to place your order and have your food ready before the movie starts OR if you order around the time that your movie starts then at some point through the movie you will have to get up to go get your food and miss a part of the movie. In summary: it's a nice movie theatre that is over priced for the quality and service that you receive.
We usually like coming here as an alternative to seeing movies in Edwards. This visit was strange though, as I was refused a large water glass upon request. I said, "Can I please have a beer glass to fill with water?" And the manager said, "No you may not." The attitude took me by surprise at first, and then the reasoning. PThe manager said that people were using the old water glasses they used to provide to sneak in wine and steal soda so now everyone must suffer. I offered to pay for a pint glass to fill with water, or a soda cup, but they only offered a standard size water bottle for $5.15 plus tax. But we were welcome to carry as many small plastic cups that we could physically hold. Seems wasteful and absurd. And to top it off, the water cups they use now are perfect for sipping on wine.
Best place to see a movie and have a great meal .
They really need to update this place. Seats are torn up and the popcorn is awful. Used to really nice when it first opened.

They really need to update this place. Seats are torn up and the popcorn is awful. Used to really nice when it first opened.
Who goes to Vail and watches a movie? This guy! The staff was friendly, theater was clean, and it was mostly quiet. This place provided a great break after being active all week.
Expensive but Totally fun. Good food and drinks. Limited movie selection but very comfortable seats.
I'm very disappointed in all the changes. I use to love coming in. Exceptional service then. Not so much now. Definitely not worth the trip or the money.
Used to be awesome but the seats are absolutely dilapidated, there is no food service. You have to order at the bar and collect it when your buzzer goes off. Although this isn't the worst thing the prices were never adjusted down....
Fun. Great food. Great drinks
6:30 pm us latest showtime on a Saturday
Asked for hot chocolate, got Brown water. Asked for cider with bourbon, got bourbon with a little cider. The food was average, and fries were cold. Waitress was pretty bad as well. I'm sorry I went there.
Prices have been raised again. More money for less service and presentation. Go to Riverwalk in Edwards. It's better.
The seats are nice but the new burger bar is nothing compared to the food they used to have.
Food is pretty expensive, but this is nicest theater I have been in
Comfortable food is good surround sound is amazing
Loved the seating and the layout of the theatre
Nice place to drink and watch a movie
Where are the ICEE's for real I thought this place was fancy
It's great, but I miss in-theater dining.
Great date night experience! Comfortable seating, nice staff, good food, and the picture is clear with solid sound!
Expensive, but what isn't in Vail
Amable la señora buen trato
Lots of fun watching a movie with style. Not the theater to go to every weekend, but certainly worth a little splurge on vacation for the novelty of eating good food while watching a movie. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Will go back when we're in town!
Small bar in theater.
We loved it! Can't wait to go back! Staff very friendly and food yummy. A fun date night!
Loved being able to eat during my movie. It would've been better if the service was faster and they delivered to our seats. We arrived early, but I was still nervous I'd miss part of the movie.
For movie tavern style food, the burger was very good. The bread was a little thick, and if they would have buttered it and toasted it, it would have been money. The bacon was outstanding. It was a double with American cheese. The pretzel was crisp on the outside and the dough had s good pull. The salt topped it off.

Loved being able to eat during my movie. It would've been better if the service was faster and they delivered to our seats. We arrived early, but I was still nervous I'd miss part of the movie.
5 stars for ambiance, esthetics, space, location and service. Would love to have a better tasting burger bar.
This place was mediocre at best. To me it was a sad version of a Roadhouse Cinema. You pick up your own food and drinks, "unlike Roadhouse Cinema... Where they bring you everything". The chairs were in very poor condition and didn't recline either. I guess if it's all you have to go to then it is what it is. Overall... This place needs a massive overhaul.
They really need to renovate. It is the only theater in Vail. I absolutely love this theater. However, they seriously need to at least replace the seats upholstery. Come on you're at the Solaris, and the center of vail.
What happened? This place was wonderful and now the whole concept is gone. I raved about the calamari popcorn, mac'n'cheese and other delicious menu options when bringing my out of town guests. imagine my embarrassment and their disappointment when faced with an obscenely over priced and underwhelming burger bar. The polite young local staff even had their hands full fielding all the complaints from the majority of patrons who approached the ticket counter. One of my family members half joked that we should have pre-ordered pizza from across the way and had it delivered to our seat section.
Manager was rude, sound in the theater was off and weird ads and trivia played for half an hour after the movie was supposed to start.
The staff here is HORRIBLE! Absolutely no customer service skills. The location and theatre itself is nice, but the menu is very limited now as well. Meh.
Okay movie theatre with okay food
Very nice place to go and very expensive Prices for food and drinks
It's not the Crest Theater in the Hood . But neither is their prices
It like eating in the family room during a family reunion watching a movie together. Nice, but not again
Very nice movie theater in the middle of Vail. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Theater is clean as would be expected. It's a small theater so movie selection is limited. Overall great experience.
Nice theater with great seating and a great location in the heart of Vail. At $20/ticket, it is the most I have ever paid for a movie ticket, but hey, it's Vail. If you are looking for a theater more reasonably priced, head over to the Riverwalk theater in Edwards.
Brews and views. Super comfy theatre with a delicious menu and adult beverages.
Very clean and the food is good. People at the bar where really nice but the person checking us in was very rude.
Went here yesterday to go see Aquaman. The food here is really good. I got the cheesesteak & my girlfriend got the turkey burger. Really tender & juicy, I must say. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, it’s pretty cool looking. Now for the reason I rated it 4 stars... 1. The movie theater wasn’t that big. It’s smaller & less seats than the theatres I’m used to, & as a result, they sell out too quickly. 2. Their movie tickets are pretty high priced, not by a lot, but definitely more so than most places... this being Vail Colorado, I’m not that surprised, but for the tickets & food being so high priced, I at least expect them to give you complete quality service, which brings me to my third & final complaint, and also the one I think most people have a problem with... 3. They don’t bring you your food. This problem can be solved if you come early and order early like I did, then your food will be done before the movie starts. But even then, I feel like you shouldn’t have to do all that. There’s a movie theatre back where I’m from that doesn’t charge you nearly as much for tickets, bigger theater , decent & about the same size selection of food, nice service & they bring you your food in the theater. For how much they charge here, I feel like they should at least bring you your food so you don’t have to leave the theater or miss any part of the movie that YOU PAID FOR when they can just bring it to you.
Cozy and great food and popcorn
I hate the new "menu", if you can even call it that. They also now put their popcorn in paper bags instead of the glass bowls. They make you retrieve your own food instead of walking it to your seat. Thus making you miss the movie. Even with all of these downsizes, they charge an outrages amount for the movie ticket itself. I will not be returning, unless they change their concept back to what a cinebistro is meant to be.
What happened to this place?!?! We have come here since the beginning, it was always a great experience, now I would not recommended this place to ANYONE! For $20 a person you would expect a lot, and in the past you would have gotten it. Now this place is a bad joke, you pay $20 a ticket, and instead of the great old menu you are handed a piece of paper with very few LUNCH menu options (sandwich, hamburger, salad, or a +$10 popcorn) and expected to choose one of them for your "nice" dine in dinner... But to make it worse they decided to just go all in in the low end expeirence and have you order like you would at Which Wich, where you get your small paper menu, use a small pencil to mark what you like and then give it to them to order (let me note that this is all before you get to your theater), yes that is right you have to stand and wait OUTSIDE your theater for your food... Really great "high end" experience. It used to be set up like other dine in theaters where you would take your seat and someone would be with you to take your order. Then during the movie if you needed anything else you could call your waitress. Now if you wanted more food or anything you have to leaver your theater and wait outside your theater. When it comes down to it, this place was great, now... It hold NO value. Save your money on a movie go to a different theater, save your money on their hamburger you can get a better one at places like Larkburger, save your money on a sandwich you can get better ones at places like West Side Cafe.... Just DON'T waste your money here.... Not anymore.
This is a bespoke favorite! CineBistro offers a full luxurious movie theater experience. What other movie theater has big rocking chairs, full service dining while watching your movie, a bar and a lounge. The food is great as well as the service. CineBistro is a must try!
Ticket prices are good. The food is a little expensive but the double cheese burger and buffalo chicken are great and it's always a good time
Great food and drinks the bartenders are awesome great staff.
Seats are getting a little worn but still a very comfortable way to watch a movie ... everyone is still quite friendly and really I don’t miss the in theatre service as it was difficult to handle some foot plates ...
Way overpriced. Bad service, uncomfortable seats, wallpaper coming off the walls in the bathroom. This place is a rip off. The only positive is that you can walk to it if you are staying in Vail.
It's nice, but Vail prices for nothing all that special. In fact my home theater is better (similar concept, but with recliners) with much cheaper ticket prices and food.
Good seating. Friendly staff.
the food is great and the seats are confertobol and thee are no glitchis
Great movie theater in the heart of Vail village
A limited number of showtimes, worn out seats and pricey tickets (even with the local's discount applied) contribute to a disappointing moviegoing experience. I find these issues odd since the Cinebistro is located inside of the opulent Solaris building. To be fair, the theater staff is friendly. And 'The Predator' had a crisp, bright picture and above-average sound. I felt like I was in my own private screening room; less than 10 tickets were sold! Overall, I recommend moviegoers check-out the Riverwalk Theater in nearby Edwards for your entertainment needs. It's a cheaper theater with more screens.
Used to be awesome. The entire concept of having food brought to you while sitting down was great. Without that, they are just an extremely overpriced theater that only show horrible movies.
Very enjoyable, high end movie theater. Medium size screen with very good sound. Excellent food and drinks. Comfortable chairs. Do wish they had popcorn with less salt, or perhaps we did not order correctly.

I really enjoyed this new experience last night. Luxury cinemas and great food. The seats are really large and comfortable, and have movable tables for food. Worst thing was that they only had 3 movies playing which is insufficient.
Service was great and so was the theatre experience. The food however was over priced and wasn't that good. Plus, a few hours later I became very sick and the last thing i ate was the food at the Cinebistro. Popcorn tasted stale, burger was dry and the seats were difficult to get into because of the tables if you are a large person. I enjoyed the theatre experience when it came to sitting back and watching the movie but the food was poor and the actual theatre it self seemed too fancy for a movie theatre. I get that it's Vail but come on
Terrible condition seats, uncomfortable seats
