I came to see the Code Geass movie and to start it was supposed to be the subbed version and not the dubbed, then I had ordered food before the movie and it showed up halfway through and was cold and the burger was only partially cooked. That was definitely not worth $50...

Will not return. This is second time 6/24/19. Filthy sticky seats tables. Table covers cup holder. Each time. Carpet smells. Food on buttons that raises foot. Bathroom stall walls and doors dirty. The tickets for movies are not cheap now days! The popcorn has lots and lots of hulls. Wait for the dvd.

The movie theatre is great, but there are no gluten-free vegetarian options for dining, so I can never order food there. There's a chicken quinoa bowl. Quinoa is a perfect vegetarian food, a complete protein in itself, and gluten free to boot. But they have to put chicken on it. Why??

Beautiful theater! Comfortable and spacious ~ a little on the pricier side but if you see an early movie (before noon) price is very reasonable! Not to mention, the management is very nice and accommodating!! So far my experiences have been superb!

This is The Best movie theatre I've Ever been to. I think the younger employees need to learn some respect... But this place is Great. A younger blonde girl walked up and loudly dropped my food onto my table and said "Here you go, sir." Then walked off. But other than that, the staff were Very nice... The bartender was Awesome... And the cashier was Smart. There Are actually automatic recliners in here, they Actually bring your food right to you (you just have to tell them your seat number), and it's Very comfortable in the movie auditorium. This place has my recommendation.

I’ve always enjoyed going to amc theatres, they are clean, professional and fun. This place was a mess. Had to wait 20 minutes outside while one ticket booth was open with only 2 parties in front of me. The “movie tavern” like menu was a joke and extremely overpriced AND you couldn’t order from your seat anyways (so what’s the point?) AND what food we did order came cold. The food was rectified but please do yourself a favor and eat before hand as it was awful (16$ up in smoke!). The drink station was a filthy mess and when I wanted a lid there were four poorly kept containers with three large sizes and one kid size, none of which fit my drink. I wanted a nice date with my girlfriend and I accidentally took her to nuthouse... a mistake I will not make again. Just go to a different theatre. Movie was good though!

Had a horrible experience. Went for a 10:00pm Us showing in theater 9, got there about 10 minutes late and the box office was closed, so we got tickets from the kiosk. The tickets didn't print, and no one was in the box office to help. It took our money anyway without printing us tickets. We tried to go into the theater to ask for help, but the doors were all locked and we couldn't get anyone's attention. So we phoned the theater, and had to try 3 or 4 times to get an answer. At this point we just wanted our money back. We finally got an answer from a very rude manager who let us in, but was very angry and told us they lock doors at 10:15. But that wouldn't have been a problem if we didn't have to call 4 times just to get in. He told us to just go into the theater and didn't offer any sort of alternative remedy. I didn't even want to watch the movie anymore, but he was so rude that I didn't feel comfortable bringing it up. Once in the theater, speakers were buzzing which ruined all the quiet parts of the movie, and there was a huge smudge on the picture the whole time. I'm never coming back to this horrible theater.

This place is slowly going downhill. They no longer allow you to order food from the theater. The food is not good, and the service is slow. A number of reclining seats are broken in the theaters.

Anything regarding service here is ungodly slow. It would be faster if they just got vending machines. So slow we missed not only the previews but the fist 10 minutes of the movie just for a couple drinks and some sourpatch kids. Keep in mind we showed up 20 minutes before the show time. Management and staff here really suck at their jobs.

My first time there and it was not obvious to order food first before sitting in the theater. Other places like this have waiters who come through the theater. The seats were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We will be back for many more movies.

Normally 5 Stars but today the servic3at the concession was not good. We waited and waited a d watched the one of the cashiers prep, deliver food and laugh it up with the kitchen stall before taking our order. When she finally took the order we were interrupted several times by the joking kitchen stall

We walked in to order food after getting our tickets. I spent $70 on just food and the girl at the counter was on her phone and not doing her job, having to ask us to repeat our order. After I got our drinks there were not straws so we went back to the counter to ask for some the same girl just srugged. There was no soap in the restrooms with paper towels pouring out of the trash. I would think it may look like this on a Saturday but it was a Wednesday. When we got our food it was cold. I always go to this movie theater b and drop about $150, if this is how it's going to be then I'll go somewhere else.

Motorized seats that recline almost all the way. Typical theater popcorn and drinks. A combo of luxury and stereotypical theaters. Tickets are fairly priced, but I can't say their food is amazing.

Love coming here but the food is pricey and it does not taste good. Save your money and eat before or after the movie. A salad can cost up $16 and it's small, simple, and tasteless. But it's a great place to watch a movie.

I've enjoyed coming to this theater ever since the Southlands mall first opened in 2006. Even during and after the massive renovations they went though a year or so ago, the place has always been one of the cleanest and most well maintained theaters I've been to. Even during the weekends the crowds aren't too bad at all, and I cannot stress how much I love being able to reserve specific seats for a movie, even a couple days in advance, so I don't feel a need to rush to get good seats for a movie. I really like the addition of the Bar and Food they added too. But just like all the other concessions at theaters, they're a little pricey, and there's plenty of restaurants surrounding the area where you could get a much better meal for the prices they offer. But that aside, my friends and I still enjoy coming to this theater often.

The food is really good and it's an overall good place to go on a date or just a group of friends. The reclining seats are comfortable and they're usually not that dirty. They serve alcohol and bring you everything during the advertisements playing before the movie starts. I have yet to be disappointed the times that I've come here.

I love AMC and the monthly deal. You can see three movie a week at any AMC location for around $22, plus you get perks. It's such a great deal. Now to this theater. I love the seats. I don't like that sometimes the cup holder isn't on both side, if you share a drink with your partner it can be awkward without a cup holder in between you and them. Sometimes the soda area is a hot mess, so it losses a star for me, ew. The other down fall with AMC all around is the half hour of previews. It is a lot. Cut that in half and I would be way happier.

The jalapeno burger actually was pretty good. This is not your typical movie theater food. The hamburger was super juicy and had decent flavor. It was a little bit of a challenge to eat in the dark so be prepared to get a little messy. Just as a warning, it is a $14 Burger. Bathrooms and the theater could use better cleaning.

I can't get over the awesome concept of sitting in a recliner and being served meals at a movie theater! Comfortable seating and good food. Make sure to get there early enough to check put the menu and place your order before the show starts. It's a bummer to still be trying to order when the movie starts.

This theater is clean and customer service is wonderful. The prices are the reason for the low rating. A movie is typically $10. Food $15 and I treated myself to a glass of wine. It was $16. I wanted to decline but the bartender had already poured the glass. Either drink it or it goes to waste. If I choose to return to this location it will only be to watch a film. No food or drinks for me.

Very unique theatre, has a bar inside and you order food after purchasing/showing your tickets. After you head to your auditorium, they bring you your food. I only gave four stars because the seat I was in had a torn up armrest and it hurt my arm. =(

We moved here from Delaware over a year and a half ago, and since we found this theater we haven't gone anywhere else. The location is great, we are members of their A-List. They have bags for splitting the popcorn, which is great for us, as my husband is severely allergic to milk (to the point we can't even butter his popcorn), and I love butter. My daughter has also had problems with their butter. The seats are in pairs, so if you go as a couple, or with a kid who likes to cuddle when watching a movie, you can raise the middle armrest and cuddle. Between each pair of seats is a table like spot, that I find great for putting coats or my purse on, so it doesn't invade my seating space. And the fact that we have reserved seating works out great. We've been to a movie or two where there were theater hoppers who were sitting in our seats. They didn't want to move, and only did so when I told them I would go see an attendant about it. They then bounced around 4 more different pair of seats before I actually did see an attendant, because they obviously didn't have seats to the movie and were inconveniencing people who had not only paid, but reserved their seats. The only thing I dislike is their sparkling water uses aspartame. I only drink water or sparkling water, but even a little aspartame will give me a solid migraine for two days and I feel like the poisonous substance is destroying brain cells. So I am really glad they offer complimentary water/ice cups, as I will fill those up with ice and a little water. This is a great theater!

The actual theater was clean and the seats were very nice. The rest was awful. The hallways and bathrooms were disgusting, and hadn't been cleaned. The food line was massively long, and none of the menu screens were working. Pop corn was everywhere around the registers and menus were thrown about. The soda machines were filled with ice, to the point that you couldn't get a drink. Looks like this place is being poorly managed which is a huge disappointment because it is beautifully upgraded.

When comparing this to Alamo Drafthouse, it's just okay. Don't get me wrong, this is better than the average movie experience, but Alamo Drafthouse is still our top pick. The convenience factor of having someone take your order at your seat is far greater than the standard concession style at AMC. You have to stand in line to place your food order, and you better remember where you're sitting because they'll take your ticket stub. Then if you'd like a beer or cocktail to go with your meal you have to go stand in a separate line. For the convenience of sitting down in my seat and enjoying an evening out with friends and family with minimal interruption, I'm more than happy to pay extra for my ticket and leave a nice tip for the wait staff. If someone gave you an AMC gift card, and you're looking for a good way to burn through it, this could be a fun date night. However, if you're using your own money? Alamo Drafthouse all the way.

Great place to see a movie. I would eat before you come. The food was fair at best. Needs a little work there. The screen had a cut in the material and was a source of pain as you could not stop looking at it. If they would stay on top of the maintenance and just improve the food a little bit I would move this place to a four star.

I really enjoy this theatre. I order my reclining seats ahead of time. We usually can walk up and get our food right away if it is popcorn or have it sent to our seat. We sometimes grab beer and wine for the movie. Then afterwards we tend to walk around the mall, and stop in at other places we like. If the food was a little bit better would go 5 stars, but hard to do when you have great restaurants next door.

Usually it's nice, the last time I went I was treating my mom to a movie here to see the movie Judy. I went to get the drinks at the bar to get her a glass of wine and a glass of water and the bartender handed me two small Dixie cups of water. I asked her if I can get full sized cups and she said no we are too busy and then slammed my receipt on the counter. I feel like they need to maybe have a better system there if they're going to be serving people especially for the prices that are being charged. Movie was great, service was horrible.

Overall it was a good experience. I took my younger cousin to see the new Lion King movie today (8/3/19). It has been ages since I’ve been to the movie theater, so it was an interesting surprise to have reserved seating. I bought my tickets online. The price of tickets goes up the later in the day you go. They scanned my phone when we got to the theater and we were in. Waiting in the line for concessions was a pain. They only had one register open and the people in front of us were taking their sweet time ordering. 2 large drinks and a large popcorn was almost $25. Ouch! Having the coke machines out in the common area was nice so you didn’t have to stand in line for a refill. The theater was very clean. The reclining seats were awesome! Definitely like the fact that there is enough room for a person to walk by without having to stand up so they can get through. Will definitely come back...especially for low cost early showings. Just may forego concessions at those prices.

Pretty good overall, but the bartenders have consistently sucked every time I've been. Yesterday the taps were foaming up so the bartender decided to use a bottle opener to scrape the head off the beers, and then wedged it back in its home, between the edge of the drip tray (where bacteria typically grows). After that she wiped the glasses down with a nasty rag leaving em sticky, and then handed the beers over holding the glasses by the rims. Get your bartenders some better training before someone gets sick.

The seats are nice, but the theater was HOT... and you could hear every single word from the movie next door... I think from now on I'll opt to drive a little further to actually enjoy what I'm paying for

I come to this theatre 1-2 a week. I have the A List membership which saves me tons of money! All the food I’ve had has always been good. The customer service is also really good. I know a lot of people in the surrounding cities come to this theatre because of the amenities.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the General Manager and Staff, very rude and poorly trained staff. I am rather offended by the lack of accountability on this staffs behalf at this location. We purchased online tickets to the Avengers Endgame, the front desk attendant Demitrius Checked us in an explicitly directed us to theater 7 for our showing, we asked him if he was sure because our movie showing was scheduled for theater 6. Demitrius reassured us "theater 7 to the left SIR" and proceeded to check in other people. We proceeded to theater 7 as directed, took our reserved seats. 20 minutes into viewing a couple approaches us and claims we are sitting in their seats. We go to the front desk, no one is staffed. After searching around for help we find an employee explain the situation and her response was "I don't know what you want me to do there's nothing I can do"; She calls her general manager Steven who has even worse customer service skills. I explain to Steven the situation and he casually tells me it's my fault, I was in the wrong theater and I could choose to go finish watching the movie in theater 6 which was the correct theater we should have been directed to. Steven had a very poor attitude, I was surprised to learn he was the general manager. His staff has very poor customer service skills and poor attitude, either these people are not being trained by Steven or they do not care about their jobs here. I am appalled at the attitude and behavior of this AMC locations staff, this was an embarrassing and quite appalling experience. Steven your poor attitude, lack of accountability, and aggressive facial expressions are absolutely not demonstrative of a management position. You and your staff should be properly trained to better handle customer escalations rather than making a bad situation worse. If you cannot demonstrate a positive demeanor and good customer service or accept some sort of accountability for your staffs incompetence you should not be trusted to role model or oversee this staff. It is rather evident you do not care to train your staff or treat your customers with respect. My wife and I own several successful businesses in this vicinity and we where both shocked by your behavior. We treat our customers with respect even on our worst day! Had you apologized for your staffs mistake rather than make us feel at fault for this, I would have gladly accepted a refund and been on my way. Instead you had a very poor attitude and made me insist and pressure you for a refund and you didn't offer an apology until I verbalized your lack of regard. AMC please train this individual and his staff on proper customer service etiquette. A general manager should be held to a higher standard..I expect this kind of attitude from a part time high school student, not a "professional" in a "management" position, this experience was totally unprofessional from start to finish. As for my family we will not be returning here anytime soon, I will be sharing this experience within our circle of influence and at our community board gatherings. I am not only inconvenienced and upset I feel blatantly disrespected and embarrassed.

We like going here but it's stupid expensive. Family of 4 and it's about $150 every single time we go. Usually $80-100 in food and ab ok out $40-$50 in tickets. It is nice though because we can take out 3 year old to the movies and she sits and watches the entire movie because we can bring her blanket and she can lay down on the recliner with us like we are cuddled in bed.

My boyfriend and I went to see the new Holmes & Watson movie this Sunday. We waited in line for 20 minutes to buy our tickets and there was only 4 people in front of us. The man dealing with tickets was taking his sweet time and by the time we got to pick a seat all of the good ones were taken, so we are now in the front row. When I checked online earlier today the movie I wanted and the time I wanted said we would be able to dine in. When we got here they had changed the rules to where you have to order in a concession line for your food so the entire point of coming to dine in and be served was removed from our date night. When I went to speak to guest services the teenager working there was less than polite. I don’t believe I’ve seen anyone over the age of 18 working here tonight. Needless to say we will NOT be coming back here.

This movie theater is GREAT! It has reserved seating, with comfy recliners, and everything is well-maintained, modern and clean. You can order food in the lobby (don't worry, the line moves fast) that gets delivered direct to your seat, and the food is quite good. It's a fun place for a family outting, with a beautiful park-like setting outside, surrounded by the Southlands shops and restaurants.

Comfortable reclining seats. There is a tray for food which I used for my purse. The rows are spaced wide enough and high enough so you don't have to worry about distractions from the people around you. No one can kick your seat or block your view. Picture quality and sound were perfect.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED with no apology. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get tickets for an afternoon movie. I didn’t have any special requests or questions. I just wanted tickets. Our fun family adventure turned disastrous. For $60 and elevated blood pressure, it definitely is not worth it. There are too many other options to ever return to the Southlands AMC. They need employee training or new employees if they want to stay in business. Pass!

Thus is my favorite theater for movies. The main things I enjoy about this particular movie theater would be the super comfortable seating. Each chair is large and reclines (as far as I know they all do) and it makes sitting through a movie very comfortable. Second, the food always seems to taste great. I really enjoy eating a meal and watching a movie. Prices are decent...could be worse if you ask me. The drink prices are steep... But nice to enjoy a beer with my meal. We always make reservations online, so we know which seats we have in advance. An excellent place to see a movie!

I love this theater but the food we ordered, ultimate nachos, was absolutely dreadful. The two ladies sitting next to is ordered the same and both thought the same thing. The whole thing was very sloppily put together and cold when we got it. Unfortunately I really don't want to order food there after this and the last time I ordered and the food wasn't put together well either. I'm not expecting gourmet food but it should be somewhat edible for the $12 you pay for nachos. I wish I could have taken a picture but the movie was starting so I couldn't.

High quality movie theater with comfortable seats with lots of leg room. They have an extensive food menu compared to other movie theaters, and well trained staff. The things I have mentioned previously make the movie more expensive than other theaters, but I believe it is worth it.

Great theater, with plenty of options for food, snacks and/or drinks! Of course the concessions are bit more expensive, unless you go for basic soda and popcorn (nothing wrong with that! But the theaters themselves are always clean, with super comfy seats; and haven't had any issues anytime we've gone here!

Now there's one thing about South lands that that no other AMC will try to do they will serve you food and I love this AMC pacifically because they have tables they don't have no other tables at no other AMC but but this one you actually have a table that you can actually eat on and that really does help so I love going to this AMC the other ones are pretty cool but this one is more perfect so but on the other hand as I once said once before their food is a little bit expensive they need to come down in their prices on the food they need to offer a little bit more tasty buttery type of a popcorn maybe kettle corn maybe like adding and some salt or we know some cinnamons or salted sugars salted you know kind of stuff like that they need to add in some stuff like Tiffany Plaza to so as I once said their prices on their food is a little bit expensive but it but it's a perfect place to go watch a movie and try to do everything else as well just make sure that you have enough money to cover yourself and whoever you have with you!!!....

We went to see Stuber, which was good, however, my chicken bacon mac n cheese was luke warm amd very dry...both of our meals took forever to receive. We tried picking up our tickets at the kiosk nut it wouldnt print our tickets. Then had to stand behind 2 ladies with 2 kids trying to make up their minds on movies. Then after at least 5 minutes they decided on one and the cashier says the computer is frozen! Unreal! we will stick with the Movie Tavern! Great food and service, fast to get in!

The employees were awful. We went to the first movie of the morning and they didn't have any butter. We waited over ten minutes for three employees to figure out how to change out the butter and finally asked for a refund. Then we ordered pizza and they screwed that up. Realized no refund was made to our account so went to customer service. The manager was so rude and asked "What do you want, passes?" We said sure and he just tossed them on the counter. Nothing about sorry we messed everything up. Nothing nice about how can we make it better. Nothing. Just rudeness.

Best customer service from a manager or supervisor named Stephen. I messed up my movie time and he got me into the next showing once I did arrive. They always help me out and make things right and I love that! The theater is also very clean and the food is always great!

The food service leaves a lot to be desired. There is no food service in the theatres so you have to order everything from the concession stand. After messing up a nacho order twice and missing 20 minutes of the movie to go back and forth at the concession counter the "manager" said "what now?" and when we asked for a refund of our nachos all she said was "ahhh" and walked away. Definitely don't recommend getting food (besides popcorn and candy) here.

This is a very good theater, despite the lack of premium options such as Dolby Cinema or IMAX. First time I've been to the theater in a while and the staff are incredible. The theater is nice and clean and feels very nice. The screens are also big in the auditorium which is nice. I would recommend going to this theater if you want a good experience

Long waits, 2x had my tickets double sold which is really hard when you take your kids with just 1 adult to a movie. Food lines are long. I like Arapahoe Crossings much better. If I go to eat at a movie, I like Movie tavern better.

The food is actually really good! The Royal burger and pretzel bites are delicious. Theater is clean and staff is friendly. Drinks at the bar are great (and strong!) Wish you could order from your seat, and if your order apps or dessert it all comes at once, but otherwise this is a great choice for dinner and a movie!

My favorite theater! I come here all the time. It’s always clean. And the people are always friendly and helpful. I just wish there was a Dolby auditorium in it, but the AMC on Arapahoe already has one so I don’t think that’ll happen (hopefully I’ll be proven wrong in the future

This was my first time at this theater. I wasnt aware that eventhough you have call buttons on the side of your seats, it wasnt for ordering food or getting water. I liked the movie theater and reclining seats. The staff, however, was in such a hurry to leave for the night that they closed the bar about 10-15min early. Bummer because my boyfriend really wanted a drink. I was shocked that i had to leave to order my food and drink when the places like the movie tavern come to take your order and delivers it to you. Its also weird that they charged me a delivery fee for them to bring it to me. I was kinda disappointed in the portion of the food for the price i was charged as well. If i go back it will only be for the movie...

They don't take your orders at your seat. They don't have free water. Food took a long time to com out. Some food was cold. Food was very expensive. The parking sucks; that is, there is no parking for the theater. You just have to find a spot far from the theater and walk.

First AMC Dine-In experience outside of Seattle, and have to say... after 2 movies seen at this location, am not impressed. Ordering at the seat is non-existent, even though they have the button setup. Staff was nice and helpful, but bathroom floors where sticky on each footstep, the drink lid area was covered in dry red fanta and looked as it had not been wiped in hours. Seattle locations also had staff that periodically came into theater to gather trash, and refill drink orders, unfortunately it seems this not the case with every Dine-In location, especially at these prices. Seats where fine, and food is to be expected. Just wish more care was taken with facilities... would have given 4 stars.

I love the staff here. The reclining chairs, that actually have cup holders, and tray to put your popcorn on it. Most theaters have reclining seats but no trays.

This is our go to movie theater. Great comfy seats. Yummy popcorn. Tuesday $5 specials. My biggest complaint is the hand dryers are on the sink themselves. I don't know what genius came up with that idea but he must have been super high that day or has never washed his hands in his life. I'm assuming it was a man that made this design since most men don't wash their hands after using the restroom. Anyways about these dryers, you wash your hands, leave them in the same spot and it blows air to dry your hands but at the same time it blows all the water in the sink right at you so you end up walking out of the bathroom with a wet shirt and pants..... Really???!?!?!?!

This theater was a mess. Popcorn spilled on the concession counter. Sticky floor around the sofa machines. I had to explain to the kid taking my order three times that I wanted a large gourmet popcorn and a large soda. He still got it wrong. During the movie all we could hear was the movie playing in the neighboring cinema.

We went to see IT2. The usual crowd there, teens, families and couples on dates. Really wish they had a better quality of food to serve and more reasonable prices.
