At the present this business gets a rating of 3.8 over 5 and this rating was based on 601 reviews.
As you can see it has an average rating is high, and it is founded on a very large number of opinions, so we may be quite sure that the score is quite credible. If there are many people who bothered to value when they've done well, it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to place opinions when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Movie Theater corresponds to the category of Movie theater.
This is a great movie house the good is pretty good.
Fancy fancy. Great food.
I have been an AMC member for a long time and been to them all over. This one is very nice greatatmosphere and just under two weeks they will be serving alcohol.the only reason I'm not giving you the full five stars it's because I feel like could be easier to locate there's not enough sign that was my first time there we were 5 minutes late we didn't know where to park what entrance to enter
I don't like that everything is touch screen because it doesn't always work, like when I went tonight. Thankfully the staff was very helpful, so I was happy. But if it had been busy, I don't know how it would have been.
Gotta say I like the Aurora theater better. They have better chairs.
Cool new theather offering food delivered to your seat. The staff were all great too.
I was very excited to come and try the new style of theater but the staff were very rude. Not a smile in the whole place, the customer service was rough. Staff were borderline abrasive and seemed extremely stressed out. I felt uncomfortable being there, like I was totally inconveniencing everyone.
Theatre was clean and the chairs were very comfortable -- apparently they had just renovated not too long ago. Everything was cleaned well, nothing was sticky and nothing smelled bad at all. The bathrooms we're some of the cleanest and nicest I've seen lately. Popcorn was delicious, and movie was presented perfectly as expected. Had a great time! Probably the nicest and cleanest theatre I've visited like ever.
They just remodeled. Service and food is great.
The only downfall is, for wheelchair user's, the wait can be a bit lengthy for the elevator if the theater is busy.
Food is overpriced. We had to eat from the food court.
Great seats. Nice place and they validate parking
theater was dirty so we're bathtooms
Staff said they were going to remodel. That's a very good thing because this place needs an update. Apparently they will have beer on tap after it
Nicely done remodel. Unfortunately on our visit the trash was piled up everywhere throughout the theatre. It was there overflowing when entering our theatre and had not been emptied by the time the movie was over. The concession stands lines are very slow. Lots of different and non traditional options which leads to long conversations with patrons. Stood in line almost fifteen minutes to grab a soda and regular popcorn.
Is it customary to keep people out of the theater while cleaning even though the previews are playing and the screen says "Now Seating"? The tickets, food, and drinks are overpriced. Save $$ and go to Alamo Drafthouse. They treat their customers much better, their theaters are way cleaner, and their food and drink is much more reasonable.
I have been going to AMC Cherry Creek 8 for well over ten years. It's prime location in the most prestigious mall in the Metro area makes it the go to place for casual entertainment. The staff has always been courteous and professional, and is an excellent venue for parents to take children for a weekend treat.
Nice space since they’ve redone it. Makes for special movie night out with the kids. Seats could have been cleaner.
Clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Great theaters with comfortable seating and unobstructed views
Staff were rude and did not try to hide the fact that they did not want to be there at all. Not a single smile in the entire place. Cashier literally said “what do you want” with a borderline scowl when we went to order. I felt like I was inconveniencing every single person I spoke to, very uncomfortable experience. I was very excited to try this place and extremely disappointed when I left
I used to love this place 15 years of coming here as a kid and now it’s so boof the food is super over priced for what they offer and the theater space is ridiculously small i understand you’re trying to pay for your remodel but your service and product don’t justify why we should pay for your attempt to look modern and bounder?
How a movie theater in Cherry Creek North run out of hot dogs before 3 pm. Do better AMC DINE-IN Cherry Creek
Food was VERY expensive. Employees were polite and theater was comfortable. Just don't get a mesl.
The movie had technical difficulties. Instead of sending an employee in to explain what was going on, they sent no one. We waited in a silent theatre for half an hour before deciding to leave. To get a refund for the movie we had to wait in a long line. The situation was handled poorly and unprofessionally. They did not put the patron first.
By far one of the best AMC's I've visited.Keep up the excellent work staff!!
I went to see the Spider-man Homecoming movie for the 4th of July holiday and was sorely disappointed in the quality of service at the theater. Firstly, the none of the self ticket machines were working (3 in total.) The movie had started 30 minutes late, because the people in the projector room forgot the change the reel. While several people in the audience went to management to complain, it took a ridiculous amount of time for them to start the movie. Finally, for the entirely of the movie, the AC was not turned on and the temperature of the theater made everyone sweaty and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this venue. It is by far the worst AMC theater I have ever utilized.
Where do I even begin? Extremely rude staff --they should NOT be the first point of contact! Even the Manager left much to be desired regarding good customer service after I asked to speak with him. The young lady behind the counter (serving A-List customers like myself and my friend), looked up from sweeping, made eye contact with me, then turned around with her back to me continuing to slowly sweep 3 pieces of popcorn meticulously into the dustpan. I had been waiting, no customers in front of me, patient and smiling and pleasant prior to the pure disrespect. So I stepped over to ask a cashier if he could take my order, and with the personality of a soda cracker, he pointed to the rude young girl and said she would help me. I stepped back over to her, called her over to the counter (even though she was looking at me) and I asked for popcorn and a large soda cup. She literally SLAMMED the paper cup on the counter, all the while scowling at me. She set the popcorn bucket down hard and as far away from me as possible. I had enough! I said to her that I didn't know if she was having a bad day or was upset but I didn't deserve that treatment for any reason. Can we say zero "customer service"?! But foul, too?! I proceeded to get my soda and not surprisingly, I found that my cup was a medium when the lid was too big. My friend was also appalled and had brought a Manager over. Though shaken, I politely explained what had transpired and her response was to shake her head, sneer, and tell the Manager and I that she didn't do any of that.
I didn’t mind paying for parking, I didn’t mind the over priced food, I didn’t even mind the hidden charges like a delivery fee(smh). I was able to overlook it all until I got my food and the Mac was cold, the chicken over cooked and the service was even worse. The man that brought the food basically tossed it in my lap and walked off before I could say thank you. I’ll never go to this location again my wife and I don’t get to go out without our kids often and I hate to feel like we wasted here.
Nice place. They will serve you at your seat.
Pretty decent all though ticket receiver guy.
Even after the remodel it leaves a lot to be desired, temperature was uncomfortably hot and bathrooms seemed to need maintaining combined with odd food outside of theaters unattended made this my last teip to this location
Great staff, good prices, and nice reclining leather seats in every theater. Solid food selection and parking validated so it's free. Recommend!
Comfy seats, but smells like a camel.
It was lite up like a Christmas tree. Not what I am use to. Bought a drink for $14.75 sorry I don't care if it is a movie theatre that's New York prices right there this isn't New York. So I'll skip it next time. They have outsourced all their ticketing to a computer system. The only thing that isn't yet is concessions! Also another theatre that makes you buy tickets online and reserve a seat. I liked the good old days where you could just walk in and find a seat.
Food was ok wish they didn't wait to deliver all the food at once, in turn made the food cold
Very comfortable theater. Great snack options, including the ability to order real food. I also particularly like the soda machine which has a great many options. They validate parking now that the mall has started charging, and you don't have to go through much of the mall to get there. No IMAX screen, which is the only reason I don't give it five stars.
Great tasting burgers! I was very surprised! This theater looks very much 21st century. The hallway that you walk through to get to your assigned theater does not at all look like what you are used to. The silver and white theme is futuristic. Chairs are comfy. No complaints (accept having to pay for parking just to go to the movies....that sucks).
Just missed about 50% of the movie some bimbo said that my son was running around although he was just at the stair next to his dads seat. Two paid seats wasted. This was a Tuesday night movie not a Friday or Saturday. Don't bother if you can't even be family friendly on a week day. Uptight staff uptight crowd
Watched Downton Abbey, great movie & love the remodel of the theater!
Can't go wrong with the Ultimate Nachos & Beer !
Heated Seats? Yessir
So much better than it used to be!! This AMC used to be a complete dump. Now it finally looks like it belongs in Cherry Creek. The drinks in the bar area are way over-priced. Standard cocktail was about $10 or $11 bucks which is super expensive for a movie theater drink. Not a craft cocktail after all. The heated seats are a nice treat.
Nice upgrade!!! Little confusing on the whole process, but everyone was helpful. Looks like there is a few kinks to iron out and need to get the liquor license.
The remodel is nice and the staff was good...but the AC was either not on or broken. Sweated through the whole movie even tho the theater wasn't full. Very uncomfortable experience.
I’m not sure why but this theater is very neglected. The seats are old and dirty, there are hardly any employees around and it is in general bad shape. I came here on a Tuesday night and the few employees were overwhelmed with customers. When we walked into the theater there was popcorn and trash everywhere. Also a few seats looked broken. With that said the old school seats were comfortable enough and the movie started on time. It’s just not what you would expect from this location.
Very nice experience, will definitely return.
I’m an A-List member and feel like the only benefit is the 3 movies a week perk with this particular theater. There is a line for A-List but the cashiers seem to treat it just like another line. I understand one maybe 2 guests that you would like to take care of before an A-List customer... but for me to have to wait until all customers have been seen just seems like a joke to me.
False advertising. They are 3 weeks from opening the bar, it is currently under construction but the website clearly advertises their bar. We specifically picked this place because we wanted to have a beer while we watched the movie. Even took a Lyft so we didn't drink and drive. One of the center speakers is blown, We watched the Avengers, will all the action it was very distracting. - Burger and water $30.00 - Movie tickets $28.00 - round trip Lyft $40.00 Thanks AMC...
Since buying the a list member pass. This has been probably the worst experience I have had. Originally the movie wasn't playing because of issues, understandable. Upon the issue being fixed, I'm not sure what was still wrong but watching Annabelle was so blurry and the exit signs made it worse. I get its a small theater but quality wise it was pretty bad. We watched two movies tonight, we went back for refills and the employee who helped us was absolutely terrible. Young kid who didn't care and got reprimanded in front of us. I will be sticking with promenade or Arapahoe road amc's. Hope it gets better in the future.
First time going in a long time and it was great only thing there ticket booth took a while and there concession stand like took for ever good place but I'd rather go elsewhere
Dirty seats, no staff clean of wipe down food from the previous show
Friendly Cashiers ! Tasty popcorn yum :)
A fabulous place. A must place to visit for both the resident and the visitor. You need to stay on the marked paths as there are venomous snakes luring in unsuspecting places. Exercise caution while visiting this beautiful natural wonder. Only regret we have very limited time to stay or hang out to fully absorb the wonders of this place. It is a very long drive from the main city center but worth the long drive.
Concessions, Dining and Drinks are too expensive.
Did not eat. Theaters are really nice now that they've been redone. Will definitely come back and try the food.
For being a theater in the mall, it has surprising capacity and decent cleanliness. From my experience doesnt have the super comfy seats that recline like a lot of other AMC theaters do, but still more comfy than most. Screens are a bit small, but overall, good place!
Seats and theatre are nice. Drinks & food pricey as expected. Bathrooms decent. It's bizarre that a shopping mall charges to park in the lot however.
Very nice theater seats are comfy and heated. Not bad priced either.
The theater was recently renovated so everything is new. The chairs recline and are heated, the food is surprisingly pretty good, there's a bar inside. They validate parking so make sure to get your ticket validated before you leave. The downsides are that the costs add up with two tickets, two entrees and two drinks costing about $80. Also the seats were leather and the theater was slightly warm so when my wife and I got up our backs were all sweaty. I'm a bigger guy so my leg kept bumping the buttons to recline the seat.
Not sure I’m giving this spot any more chances after last experience(had to walk out and get a refund because some rude couple literally did not stop talking for the first 20 minutes of the movie). Better after the remodel and the staff is mostly fine but they generally have a pretty weak lineup of movies for an 8 screen. The brightness on the exit signs here is just insane too. Prepare for glaring green lights that wash out any dark scenes and are far worse than any cell phone. I have encountered more rude/disruptive crowds here than anywhere else(likely the neighborhood/mall crowd). Typically just drive to suburbia to one of the much better 24 screen locations in Westminster or Highlands Ranch. I gave it yet another shot and it reminded me it’s SO worth the drive to Highlands Ranch or Westminster. The crowds here are the worst ever and it smelled horrible in the theater for a recently redone spot. I am done with this location.
This theater has just been updated and it is amazing. Sleek, comfortable seating with heaters! We loved it!
I am surprised at how much this theater has changed. The renovations have made a big difference. It is greatly improved, with new seating and a food-delivery service - and possibly a real, working grill? I didn’t try any of the food, so I can’t report on the quality. It seemed a bit expensive...! The restrooms needed cleaning, perhaps because a children’s movie had just finished. I’d been avoiding this theater because it had become so run-down, but after my recent visit I’d be happy to come here again.
Came here on June 4th after buying tickets online. Right after sitting down in the theater, a fire alarm went off and everyone was evacuated. No one was allowed back in, so I called and asked for a refund the next day. I was given the amount back for the tickets, but they refused to refund the taxes and fees from buying online. I've never returned a product to a store and been told they cannot refund fees and taxes! Albeit, it's only a few dollars, it's the principle of the matter, and the fact that I drove about 30 minutes out of the way to come to this theater. So I'm also out my personal time, ridiculous Cherry Creek parking fees, and gas money.
This place is pretty great, they'll bring you your alcoholic drink straight to your seat.
Needs a bit attention to cleaning the facilities.
Nice place, food is way too expensive. Nearly $18 for chicken tenders!
Drove from Brighton to cherry Creek to try out amc's version of Alamo Drafthouse. Plan was dinner and movie with wife. Got there and was told the kitchen was closed for the night already so our choices for dinner were now pop corn or a hot dog. Kitchen was closed due to "an unexpected rush earlier in the day, made the kitchen run out of most items" . Manager could have been the ones greetings guest with the news. Management could have comp. Free popcorn since it cost them pennys. No preshow either. Will I try this theater again unlikely but there is a small chance.
Dine in means you have to order at the concession stand and then they bring it to you. You can't order during the movie. There are also extremely bright exit signs on the sides of the screen that ruin the lightning and distract from the movie.
Great seats! Very comfortable and roomy. Took my grandson to his first movie here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Snacks are typically priced. Overall a great experience.
Who knew a theater so small could be so awesome?
This place looks great! The seats are a tad on the small side for recliners but the heated lumbar makes up for it. The kitchen was closed so I can't comment on the food. Btw why was the kitchen closed at 10:20?
Very overpriced! For two people with tickets, food, and one drink each we spent 100 dollars. The drinks cost us more than the tickets. The bar menu had all of the prices crossed off. I should have known this would lead to an outrageous bar bill. The chicken fingers cost 18 on their own and then they charged us to deliver the food to our seats. The remodel and fancy seats were not worth the money we spent to go to the movies. Many other movie theaters with food and drinks in town that are far superior. Skip Cherry Creek and go somewhere else.
Tons of food to eat around the area, lots of parking, the area has a uber and Lyft drop off area further down if needed. Really a fun place
I don't expect much from movie theaters but I did expect here would be slightly better because of Cherry Creek. Recently remodeled with a nice design and comfy seats but the theater was dirty, extremely dirty--trash everywhere. The staff didn't know what they were doing nor did any of them seem to care. Bad enough two tickets was $28 but when you order food they charge a delivery fee (plus tax on the delivery fee) for overpriced food that's served cold. The ultimate nacho chips were stale and the whole plate was cold. Definitely not worth $12. The $18 chicken tenders were not only cold but old and dry. The fries were okay but not worth $5. We wouldn't mind paying for overpriced food if it actually tastes like food and was edible. Sad to say I don't blame people taking their own food.
Friendly employees. Bought food here. The food wasn’t so great. Burger tasted like it was frozen and reheated in a microwave. Took less than 5 mins for me to receive my food. 16$ burger deff wasn’t worth the price. Other than that. Decent theater.
Validates parking for the entire day with movie ticket!
The price is higher than most. In the restroom: first stall, no toilet paper; 2nd stall, dirty; all 3 hand-soap pumps empty.
Usual movie theater fair but with exceptionally comfy seats.
The dining experience was pretty good. They have heated seats with the reclining chairs. My only complaint was if they could wipe the seats because my recline area had butter marks on it.
Great seats, great movies, but the place was a mess and they totally miss the mark on food and drinks. Someone should visit the Alamo draft house and take notes.
Beautiful but messy and way too expensive.
I just love this place they give you all you can drink refill cups and much more i would recommend this place to alot of people
Small movie theater in the mall . Difficult to get to since it's on the second floor and you need to go through the parking garage. If you're only coming to see a movie you need to get you parking validated before you leave so you're not paying $5 extra just for parking
Place is smelly. It smells like a zoo.
Good flow of placement of people. Plenty of seating with considerate patrons. Courtesy of employees exceptional.
Recliners sooo comfortable i had to fight going to sleep
Loved the reclining seats. Great sound, very comfortable experience
Lovely theatre. Picture quality is great, sound is crisp. Love the lobby and the choice of food on the menu. Just wish my “Asian Steak and Shrimp” bowl didn’t have burnt veggies in it.
Definitely an upgrade from its prior theatre.
Clean theaters, comfy seats, and nice snacks. They'll validate your parking if you watch a movie here. Overall I had a good experience.
Had an awful experience here. Showed up to buy tickets, get ready to pay, the system crashes and someone else buys our seats. We wait 20 minutes for them to pull it back up the only showing left with seats is 11:30 pm which is 6 hours later. We go back and the theatre has changed so our seats don't exist in this smaller theatre and we have to sit in the very front row. Then I received a survey from them asking about my experience which I detailed for them and never received a response; it has been 2 months.
It was good but the movie I wanted to see was only at the Westminster location which is ridiculous because when the commercial came out on the television it said at all locations
I literally showed up with a two movie gift card and they turn me away because I have to go to a website to redeem them and wait for a replacement in the mail because they had fraud with the version I have. I am a loyal regal customer for this reason exactly.
I don’t know how this theater since the remodel couldn’t get 5 stars. Possibly the best staff I have ever dealt with. Being a Stubs Alist member I go to lots of movies, even when traveling to other state. They have the most efficient and accommodating staff. The food is always on time to your seat, the theaters and seats are cleaned meticulously after each show, and again very accommodating. I’m happy it’s my home theater (pun intended).
Staff is just fantastic
My friends and I showed up to see the Avengers, with tickets bought days in advance. We get there, order food, buy popcorn, drinks, etc. and when we go into the movie theater there is no seats for us. Apparently, due to a screen malfunction they had to show the movie in a different room, and that room did not have enough seats. They try to get us into another movie showing, but they’re all sold out. These tickets were bought days in advance for a reason. All the manager did was give us vouchers for another movie, and offer us a voucher for a regular popcorn, and regular drink. Even though, we bought large portions. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. My 3 year old niece was looking forward to the movie and we were left with no tickets for a mistake done in their part.
Seats are comfy plenty of leg room but 23.00 for cheese burger fires and soda and burgers are all salty and cold falling out of bun when you try to take bite.but management tried to correct it
Pretty nice theater but the seats were not comfortable for a 3 hour movie and please turn up the A/C.
Good experience but I felt a little bit on display when I had to take the elevator / lift up because of my wheelchair. The chicken tenders are excellent better than any restaurant.
Totally remodeled, food was great, no alcohol yet but coming, and best of all- not only do the seats recline but they are also heated!!!! Perfect solution to cold theatres!! Place is the new "go to" spot.
Fantastic theatre, up to par with all the other AMC’s. Really enjoyed the NEW HEATED reclining seats! Super comfortable
This theater had a major renovation in March they now have recliners with heated seats and awesome food selection. I highly recommend their royal burger and dry rub wings! Their oreo shakes are good but bit pricey. The GM named daniel and employee named Peter are awesome! I just wish the recliners where as big as the ones in southland.
A really nice theatre!
I don't like this one much. The food was cold. The soda fountain was cramped. The place where the butter was ....was a mess. The floor of the theater was sticky. They don't have the recliner seats. And the seats they do have are not comfortable. You would think for Cherry Creek they would upgrade the theater.
Service and food were horrible. A lot of teenagers working there. Our drinks were horrible and then we tried the food and it was even worst. This location makes AMC Theatres look bad.
Some of the best chicken wings in Denver and the burger was really good too. It was nice to go to a movie and not eat candy and popcorn, and the seats were quite comfortable. I'll definitely go back again especially for the wings
Nice, remodeled theater. Chairs have small, retractable tables connected to each. Theater validates parking. Bright, welcoming lobby. Screens are big, & sound agreeably loud. Will return.
Fun experience really enjoyed the movie! AMC reward members the way to go!
Seats are so cozy and heated, Hooraa!
This is truly a mixed bag. While most of the staff can be very rude and the facilities have the feel of barely keeping it together, it's easy to ignore these things because the theater shows decent films and validates the parking. And, you know that they're only there because that's all the lemon life has given them. Don't expect decent perks here unless you're participating in the franchise's perks programs and don't think that you'll see any luxury seating here either. While the mall is designed to make as much money as possible off its patrons while attracting the wealthiest of crowds, this theater is designed to survive the expenses of rent. Nobody really ever wants to come here. Sometimes though you just have to make a few compromises to see the movie you want.
So much for priority alist had 2 people served before me not amc priorty just decided not to order
Below average food options that are overpriced and expensive drink options. Go to the Alamo
Seats were comfy and theater seemed new, but the experience was sub-par. Seats and table were dirty so I cleaned them myself. Food was missing ingredients and portions were small (frustrating given their cost). I’ve been to other AMC Dine-in theaters and loved the experience, but I don’t think I’ll be back here.
The seats are fantastic. Lazy boy comfort level! With adjustable temperature. I really appreciate this with a complicated back and trouble seating for long periods of time. However, I found the bathrooms in very poor condition with dirty floors with footprints, hair and liquid spillage. Same thing for the small inner food court. The soda machine area floor was all sticky and plainly dirty. They were also out of coffee. I went on a Sunday night, but if they offer movies until past 10 or so, the day of the week should not matter. I was very disappointed in this respect. The screening was fine, but for $28 tickets for 2 I expected to at least get a clean bathroom and coffee.
This may end up being a nice theater but i think there are still growing pains. Nice seats but not anchored. Etc...hope it gets better.
Comfortable seats, easy to reserve. I brought in food from the panda Express and no one cared, so I ate well.
Totally recommend for someone who need a comfortable movie theater. You can lay down and watch your favorite movie or you can have dinner while you are watching movie. Popcorn bucket is huge, you can eat it instead your meal. Price is acceptable but you have to prepare extra money to pay for parking lot at Cherry Creek Mall ($4).
Easily would give zero stars!!! April 26th was my birthday. I go with my boyfriend to see la llarona and when we get there after a 30 min drive and finding parking and being all excited they tell me it’s CANCELED??? Lol what! Why was there no email or text sent out?? Why would u tell me once I get there. Ruined my birthday, the lady checking tickets was rude and the boy at the services station with curly hair and glasses and painted black nails was so unprofessional and unclear. I asked if the showing at 10:50 was still on and he said yes and when he was processing my refund ( which I still haven’t gotten) I asked if we could switch our tickets to the 10:50 showing and he said “oh uhh no that’s canceled too”. Ridiculous . Newly opened theatre but they can’t see to do anything right? What a waiste. No compensation too for ruining my birthday with no notice. Haven’t gotten my refund either? Smh should’ve offered everyone a gift card or free movie.
Remodeled so everything is new. Dine in option is quite expensive - a burger and milkshake were twenty five bucks. Quality was fine but you order at a counter and the theater brings it to you (and you bus your plate yourself). An experience only an MBA working in the bowels of AMC corporate headquarters could love.
Wow he's coming along great I cannot wait to official open.
Higher side of price for tickets ($34 for regular movie, aka not 3D or a mega screen) by the end of movie total was over $124!! . Confusing when we walked in, weren't sure if we should get in line for food or order at our seat. So we went to the bar to order a drink and ask about the food. Waited at least 5min when we had still not been approached, I walked up to a random worker who told me we needed to order food at counter. . I got in food line while boyfriend stayed waiting at the bar. Looked at clock had 10min till movie started, took full 10min to get to order food, a fried food basket and an Asian bowl were $40, and I was told they would bring food to seat. . When I got back to the bar boyfriend had still not been approached, 15min minimum wait for 2 vodka & Sprite. Finally walked over and he had to ask twice about what we were ordering, $50! and now running late for movie :-( . FOOD NEVER COMES! Half way through movie I have to leave my seat to walk up to 4 teenage employees standing around talking at the kitchen. A nice girl stepped up and said she'd get us our food asap, but when dropping off food in theater asking us about dipping sauces during the climax of the movie, and they never put cheese or anything for the pretzels in the basket. . The Girl who helped and the comfy seats are the only things that earned the 1 star if you ask me, if not for them I'd give a 0star and probably still will never come back
the three stars are for the food everything else is horrible the service is horrible the people working up in the front desk are unprofessional takes them forever until they get the right order and why the hell dont you people clean the theatre before the shows starts its really dirty look at the pics
Not clean, bad service, kinda disappointing...
Very nice theater with comfortable seats, a clean venue and pretty good food. The prices are comparable to other dine-in theaters. My only complaint is one of the cashiers seemed to be adamant about not touching me. Grasping my card with two fingertips, quickly placing the receipt, my card and a pen on the counter rather than my extended hand and pushing the pen away from the other pens on the counter. She couldn't have been more than 17. Otherwise, my daughter and I enjoyed ourselves.
Horrible place I had ordered some nachos and the tender meal, I did not get my food until I went to ask the people who work there so then I got my nachos but did not get my tenders never again will I go back poor service.
Great place great staff Manager made our day he went above and beyond last night
Nice except my chair was broken so it would not turn on the heat or recline which is why I choose there so kind of bad
Comfy seat food delivered to your seat. Very nice
Great movie theater this one.
Love the chicken. I want hungry but I got some anyway cause i know i will want it later
The theater is clean and the staff is friendly. They actually had some snacks that were not unhealthy. It is nice to have a choice. Bathroom was clean. They validate parking. I have stayed away from this mall because they started charging for parking. This is the only business I have visited in this mall in the last 2 years.
I was very excited to try out the new theater and was extremely dissatisfied. The bartenders had no clue what they were doing. They could not serve everything that was on the menu. Did not know how to make what was ordered. I received a chipped carafe with my wine in it afraid I was drinking glass shards. My boyfriend received something he did not order. And worst of all the bartender was eating wings with his hands behind the bar when we decided to try to have a drink after the movie and did not wash them when he served us. The food was also mediocre. I was so disappointed and don’t know if I’ll ever go back regardless of how convenient it is from my apartment. Also just want everyone to know I don’t write reviews and that’s how bothered and upset I am by my experience.
Love the new design and reclining seats ❤
love the location. but outdated theatre to say the least. awful seats.
Very comfortable seats and friendly staff. Their bar is not in operation despite being built and the two theaters I've been in have a few graphical flaws that really shouldn't be noticed if you're sitting mid to rear of the theater.
Never crowded. Make sure to have the correct show time
This movie theater has super comfy recliners and is smaller than other dine ins but that means there are no far back seats
Very nice theater clean and newly renovated and comfortable seats. The only thing that threw me off was that unlike most other AMC dine in theaters you have to first order your food at the concession stand and they deliver it to your seat. Every other dine in I have ever been has a server that comes to your seat and you order directly from them. Not a huge deal just something that threw me off and I was not expecting. Over all a good theater and I will be going back.
Comfortable seats and very clean. Really enjoyed the experience here.
Love it. Clean, decent price and free parking.
NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. Food was VERY over priced, the entire theater was WAY to hot and not just ours but apparently a few including the hallways (does AC not exist here?). Bathroom was not cleaned or stocked and smelled like dirty tampons. Such a disappointment, you’d think a theater at one of the priciest/fanciest malls in Colorado would meet the same standards but nope
Nice theatre. Like the heated recliners
New renovation is nice. They do not have service in the theater like Alamo. Alcohol isn’t available yet
A nice little theater located in an ok mall. Staff here are friendly and work well together. Seats are also clean and the screens are big (would recommend sitting in row D). They really improved this theater from how it was before. There are also seat warmers too! If you don't mind this mall, this is a good theater to go to
The movie experience was nice. The remodel went well. The chairs are a little small for plus size people, but they recline and are heated if desired. The dine in experience seemed a little lacking in depth of menu. Standard concessions plus some nicer versions than you'd expect at a normal movie theater.
Convenient. Easy to park. Parking validated. A bit slow to get tickets. Same with snacks. Maybe add someone to each counter.
The facility was clean, but the snack counter was slow. There was nearly no line and I waited 10 minutes for the cashier to be available. The person was really apologetic, but it was strange why there was a one person working on a Friday night. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
Charged $4 for nothing. Booked a movie. Chose the wrong day by accident. Refunded the tickets immediately. They kept $4 for the "convenience fee." It doesn't cost probably a penny let alone $4 for a user to click through a 5 pages of your website. Disgusting Penny Pinching.
this is my favorite theater. I had such a fun time going. Also, the cute guy with curly hair and glasses made the experience a million trillion times better. He was so nice and his smile lit up the whole place. You should go to this theater just for this fiiine curly hair boy who clearly cares a lot about movies, art, and the costumers. Tell him I sent you!
Such a nice, clean, newly renovated theatre that was well priced! We saw End Game here and it was an experience to remember. They have reclining heated seats! Picture and Sound were incredible. Staff; kind and attentive. Great experience on 1000am Thursday showing! Will be a regular.
These seats make me feel like I’m skin-to-skin with the previous movie goers and their food. Staff was friendly and validated parking. But the seats....
Can't find movie times anywhere, just get rerouted to any other movie theater but this one. Lol, strong internet presence.
While its very pretty inside it is very expensive vs. other dine in theaters. Tickets prices are close but the food is way over priced and does not compare to competitors. Cocktails are way over priced and not as good as other places as well. There is something nice about never having to get up from your seat and have servers bring you your order and check up on you and make sure everything is worth the price being paid. Here food gets dropped off and your out of luck after that. Compared to the food quality at the Alamo Draft house I gotta go with them for dine in theaters. I also gotta say I wish AMC would do something about everyone on their phones during movies. At least the other dine in theaters the servers keep phone usage and talking to an absolute zero. Wish AMC could get on board. Sad as the nice seats and super killer sound system just don't bring up enough to make up for the gross over priced food.
Best food! Great service!
Clean, modern. Excellent service. Young man at the ticket counter suggested I take advantage of the Tuesday discount by becoming an AMC rewards member. Saved 10 clams. Saw Peter Jackson's vanity piece "They Shall Not Grow Old." Stayed through the credits and the filmography after. Dilettante historians such as myself are sumptuously served! Would love seeing films at this location again.
This theater is GORGEOUS! Very sleek and modern. Finally the reclining reserved seating that also has seat warmers! The re-model was well needed and they did a wonderful job! Great new menu and straight to seat service. If you are disabled, make sure to use the restroom before going into the film. One person elevator that needs staff to operate. All theaters are on 2nd level and the restrooms are on the main level.
Average prices. Pop corn could be better. Seats are not the kind to lie down (average). Staff is really nice!
Good movie viewing experience but absolute garbage, overpriced food.
