I really liked the experience at Westfield Mall for shopping, it is close to bart and other public transits. There are five floors in this mall, the basement has a food court with variety of cuisines. If you want to watch movies there is century theatre at 5th floor. The mall offers several services and its always better to look for maps which is found at every floor next to the escalators. I recently found there is a POPOS (Privately Owned Public Open Space) at westfield mall where you can go at the rooftop terrace during their hours of operation normally from 9-5, but need to checkin with the security at the counter, you can ask any mall security for directions or entrance. There are plenty of chairs and benches if you want to enjoy the sun while spending your breaks or relax , but it's windy.

This is a nice mall owned by Westfield. It's higher end with several eateries and a grocery store. Be aware, there is a circular escalator on one side with elevators in the anchor stores and the center hallway of the mall.

Very large mall you wouldn't expect to find behind an almost hidden door ! Once you're in, you get that it is huge, and you can easily find whatever outlet you want ! And to eat, you'll find a nice food court with all types of food or almost ! To sum up, this mall has it all :) And it is moreover really well located on Market Street !

I love any westfield in the U.S. enough number of shops and many of them provide some percent discount. Good restaurants are near each gate. Spacy parking lots.

One of the most magnificent malls in america, there is a little something for everyone. From legos to lobster, pacsun to pretzels, and Marc Jacobs to M.Y. China, this mall has it all. In the heart of the shopping district, you can get here from Bart, Muni, or Park across mission. There is also a theater so butter up that popcorn and see a show after.

It's the old Emporium redone with fabulous consideration of the glorious past. It is spread out with many high end and middle level stores. There are also Cineplex theaters. The only flaw is not enough directories and lavatories. Other than that you will have pleasant experience.

Great shopping, tons of shops, great food services, and A MOVIE THEATER. Amazing place to go for shopping, lunch, and a great hangout spot. I personally have been here countless times, and never seizes to amaze me. Parking is bad here, however if you park in the garage on Minna Street, it will probably be the best option since it’s just a 2 minutes walk to the mall.

In this day and age shopping centers are depressing; buying feels redundant and is environmentally unconscious. Most shopping centers are ugly and depressing. Yet, this one—unlike Stonestown—is not that bad. It's not good, it's just not that bad. Meaning that if I have to walk through it, it looks okay and feels okay. Stonestown feels like a more depressing version of the mall I used to go to in high school. Westfield is alright. It's not ugly, it's not too crass. It's alright. Good enough to grab an herbal tea from.

A Westfield Mall right in the heart of SF! Visited this Westfield a couple of times to do some shopping while on my trip to the bay area. There's a great selection of stores and a beautiful 4th/5th floor that opens up to a massive dome-open-space area that has a seating area, restaurants, and escalator connection to the Century movie theaters. Great mall. Great stores. Great location. Will always visit for my shopping needs when in the area.

Excellent place for a family outing. . Children like the toy stores, specially the Lego stores. Lots and lots of options for women to buy clothes for them and family. Huge shopping mall with tons of stores at your disposal. It actually fits most, if not, all your needs. Good restaurants are inside it and also all sorts of stores from cheapest to the most expensive, at your disposal. I would love more bathrooms as it tends to be a tad scarce when in need. It sometimes hosts different events that will help time fly by as soon as you say Westfield San Francisco.

Always busy, kind of upscale. I like a lot of the available stores but it's an awfully busy mall most of the time. Sometimes feel a little overwhelmed by the options. The coolest thing about the mall in my opinion is the curved escalators which are in fact very uncommon.

An enormous shopping complex hue hue hue. A bit pricy but the offers and extensive selection kind of equals it out. Several floors, various brands with everything you might need from clothing to accessories. Worth the visit when you’re nearby. Best you set aside at least one hour to go through it.

It's a mall in downtown SF, near Union Square. Honestly my favorite part of this place is that it's accessible directly from the Powell Muni/BART station. Really helpful during the rainy months. Other than that, you have an assortment of mid range and upscale stores. The food court mostly has chains but.at least it's relatively cheap.

Lots of shops, everyone will find something for him/herself. It's a huge place but everything seems to be located close to each other. Variety of shops give quite big prize ranges. There are at least few parking spaces located near by for motorized. A good place if you are looking for gifts for family or friends.

Partial to San Francisco, my second hometown. The shopping is wonderful. No huge malls. The stores there rise upwards instead of sprawling outwards. Nice use of architectural space. And Market street foot traffic is so interesting. Even with the gentrification of the city, downtown is still wonderfully diverse, cosmopolitan and sophisticated.

A big shopping mall near union square of San Francisco. With a huge food court at basement floor and variety of brand shops on each floor. We were there for a good 2 or more hours but only could visit 2 floors, the food court at the basement and the shops like American Eagle and Guess. The rates in the shops were also looked reasonable and some discounts were also on offer. Weirdly though my World Currency Cards were declined in the shops for some reason and I had to use my Credit Card instead. That thing apart this is a nice mall for shopping, eating or just hanging around. Worth visit if you are in San Francisco.

It is always a great time stopping at the Westfield San Francisco Center each time I come into the city. I enjoy getting a cup of coffee at the center before heading up the escalator into downtown San Fran. The shops at the center at varied, and interesting. Dining at the center is fun and always “Yummy” with its different variety of food available.

Stopped by here when i came to visit my uncle great place,this was the tallest mall I've ever been to it was a great experience,and coming from someone who has only been yo many malls this was was great employees from many of the stores were nice and overall i would definitely tell friends or family to come here

This mall is a photographers heaven. Granted there is only so much you can shoot but the atrium with the dome up top is a beautiful sight, especially during the Holidays. I remember when this place first opened and it's still just as gorgeous today. The stores could use more variety but what can you expect from a shopping mall. I say park across the street at the Mission parking garage and walk through the bottom floor of Bloomingdale's. You can then continue on downstairs to eat a good meal before making your way up to the top of the mall only to cross over to the old side of the mall through Nordstroms and begin another adventure.

I adore this mall because it is a hub for locals and visitors! The food court is my favorite spot to grab a quick bite before getting on BART. A great place to bring a group of friends for a gift exchange or scavenger hunt.

Pretty standard indoor mall except that it has the elevated food stands you'd expect from San Francisco. Good assortment of food offerings, including desserts, and shops. I recommend Miniso as a fund stop.

Love this mall! They have GREAT shopping. Inside is beautiful and they have both a virtual reality and a movie theater in the mall. It closes at 8:30 on so watch the times that show online you may have to go a little earlier than you thought to enjoy the mall.

This is a really cool shopping center. We actually didn't even know what it was until we couldn't find a store we were looking for and realized it was inside here. Multiple floors, with a ton of restaurants on the bottom, you could easy waste some time just walking around the multiple floors here.

Middle-higher end shopping mall with a decent food court and movie theater. Some of the food court is open during breakfast hours, but there’s nothing spectacular there. Also serves as a convenient shortcut between Powell Street station and the Metreon when it’s raining. Mostly notable for the presence of a Microsoft store, which are relatively rare.

From the outside it does not look like this is possible, but when you get inside its dizzyingly large. It had so many stores probably 200 or maybe more. Its very clean and when I was there it was not crowded at all. They have large domed areas letting light in and there were cascades of balloons suspended in the air. It has a large Multiplex Century Theater inside which was the main reason I was there. Amazing place.

Love this mall! A huge plus is its direct underground access to Muni and Bart within the mall. It has a large selection of amazing brands, hip stores and multiple food options, and in a very convenient central location! Right outside are the cable cars and more outdoor stores. Yes, there are a lot of tourists and shoppers especially on weekends, but if you go during the weekdays, crowds are much smaller and shopping is a much peaceful experience.

One of my favorite malls ever. multiple stores and a huge variety of store options. My favorite store at this mall would have to be Nordstrom. Basement floor is the food court and they have delicious food. Also the best part of this mall is that it is located in the heart of downtown San Francisco.

It's a mall in downtown SF, near Union Square. Honestly my favorite part of this place is that it's accessible directly from the Powell Muni/BART station. Really helpful during the rainy months. Other than that, you have an assortment of mid range and upscale stores. The food court mostly has chains but.at least it's relatively cheap.

Right in the center of the city. Huge mall with lots of varieties. Good for your dose of daily shopping and for your shopping sprees. You can enjoy the food court as well. Located perfectly on market street which allows you to continue enjoying the coty after you are all done. Parking is a bit of a hassle if you are not willing to pay a lot. Recommended

A big shopping mall near union square of San Francisco. With a huge food court at basement floor and variety of brand shops on each floor. We were there for a good 2 or more hours but only could visit 2 floors, the food court at the basement and the shops like American Eagle and Guess. The rates in the shops were also looked reasonable and some discounts were also on offer. Weirdly though my World Currency Cards were declined in the shops for some reason and I had to use my Credit Card instead. That thing apart this is a nice mall for shopping, eating or just hanging around. Worth visit if you are in San Francisco.

Go there to experience it. You won't be disappointed.You can walk straight out of MUNI Powell station and into the shopping centre. The shops open at 10am but some of the food court opens earlier.

Pretty standard indoor mall except that it has the elevated food stands you'd expect from San Francisco. Good assortment of food offerings, including desserts, and shops. I recommend Miniso as a fund stop.

Lots of shops, everyone will find something for him/herself. It's a huge place but everything seems to be located close to each other. Variety of shops give quite big prize ranges. There are at least few parking spaces located near by for motorized. A good place if you are looking for gifts for family or friends.

This is a mall consisting of upscale and designer stores. Restaurants are handsomely decorated and offer a wide variety of menu options. There is a concourse level that houses an extensive food-court and cafe type central seating. The Century Theatre is located on the Westfield's 5th floor and offers a great experience for a wide variety of movies from child friendly to strictly adult movies due to content. A very nice rounded experience. Escalators and elevators shuttle you back and forth through all 6 floors.

This mall is located in San Francisco a couple of blocks from Union Square. The Westfield San Francisco Mall has over 100 stores and has anything you need from top to bottom. This mall has a huge Macy's and Bloomingdales inside the mall. The mall is very modernly designed, and also has BART (the transit system - on the bottom floor). The mall has a really huge food court that takes up most of the bottom floor. Information is very helpful - I went to buy some souvenirs for friends and family and stopped at Local Take - this store is definitely worth stopping by. Everyone seems very friendly around the mall, and security helped me find where I needed to go. Additionally, the mall has a special place for Uber pickups just outside which I found very interesting in cool, as I'm from Toronto and I haven't seen that yet (not at a mall but I've seen them in airports)

This is a really cool shopping center. We actually didn't even know what it was until we couldn't find a store we were looking for and realized it was inside here. Multiple floors, with a ton of restaurants on the bottom, you could easy waste some time just walking around the multiple floors here.

Went to the Century 9 movie theatre. l saw the movie Good Boys very funny movie from the beginning to the end. These boy's get into more mischief. Challenges with the school bullies to girl crushes to confusion with adolescence etc. This is a non stop adventure of laughter that l recommend everyone to go see. This is a five star movie.

Middle-higher end shopping mall with a decent food court and movie theater. Some of the food court is open during breakfast hours, but there’s nothing spectacular there. Also serves as a convenient shortcut between Powell Street station and the Metreon when it’s raining. Mostly notable for the presence of a Microsoft store, which are relatively rare.

This mall is a photographers heaven. Granted there is only so much you can shoot but the atrium with the dome up top is a beautiful sight, especially during the Holidays. I remember when this place first opened and it's still just as gorgeous today. The stores could use more variety but what can you expect from a shopping mall. I say park across the street at the Mission parking garage and walk through the bottom floor of Bloomingdale's. You can then continue on downstairs to eat a good meal before making your way up to the top of the mall only to cross over to the old side of the mall through Nordstroms and begin another adventure.

Huge shopping mall with tons of stores at your disposal. It actually fits most, if not, all your needs. Good restaurants are inside it and also all sorts of stores from cheapest to the most expensive, at your disposal. I would love more bathrooms as it tends to be a tad scarce when in need. It sometimes hosts different events that will help time fly by as soon as you say Westfield San Francisco.
