This Movie Theater is classified in the category of Performing arts theater.
Watching the Wizard of Oz never gets old at this theater.
Tyler Perry's Madea Farewell Play was exceptional. Ti Ti was awesome in her debut appearance. From beginning to end it was amazing. And when Tamela Mann sang Take me to the King...the perfect touch to end the play!!!
This venue is BEAUTIFUL. I love that they keep the classic look and vibe, but I‘d also be in favor of more comfortable seats
Tricky/bad parking, narrow entrance to get thousands of people through. Bathrooms are decent with quite a few stalls but still long lines. The place feels older but not enough to be a dump.
The theater itself is nice. However, I went to one of the ushers, because there were children behind us who were loud, disorderly, hitting and kicking my chair, during the performance and I brought to my issue to her attention. She tells me I need to speak with the usher in the aisle. I reported the incident to her and gave her our aisle number, why should I need to repeat the issue, I addressed with her. She should have done whatever was necessary to make sure our visit was pleasurable, and it was not!
Saw Kansas play here a few days ago. Beautiful concert hall. No elevator. If your seat is in the balcony, be prepared to go up a lot of stairs. Problematic for me due to disability in legs. Otherwise I had a great time. I've been here before, but always had floor seats. I'll be back for sure. I'll pay extra for floor seats next time.
It's nice place and the chair so comfortable
Seats were roomy enough. Went for my daughter's graduation from JFKU.
This theater is stunning. However, it is RIDICULOUS that there are 9 women's restroom stalls for a theater that hold a thousand people at full capacity. During intermission you will wait 20-30 minutes.
The concert was wonderful, but they need to update there sound system.
I was just in attendance at the Boogie def comedy jam and it started late but the comedians he had really made me forget about the delay. It was really funny. The seats at the theatre are old and not a lot of leg room but its a really beautiful historic lamark.
Really cool place to take in a concert. Art deco interior is really cool
Great theater. Small yet comfy. Parking wasn't bad, expect to pay $20-30 for event parking spots. I arrived 30 mins before a show and found a spot in the 2 story garage next door. Easy entry and seating. Ushers were helpful. Bathrooms are a wait, located downstairs. Go early.
Living My Best Life Tour!
it was cool hope it was a movie theatre.
Beautiful theatre, love seeing concerts here.
To be Honest, its another magical fancy place. Will love to come often to watch concerts and musicals. Definitely recommended for the entire family. Be aware there's a lot of stairs. Wear comfortable clothing. Convenient location, closed to Restaurant, Gym and Stores. Enjoy!
Great historical place, wait until you see inside.
A beautiful building from 1930 that certainly shows the craftsmanship. It has a well placed layout with sit down seating that not only gives every seat a great show but also gives you a beautiful view of the carvings in the theater while the lights are you. If you want to walk into a venue and feel like you just stepped into Great Gatsby then this is your place.
Amazingly beautifully restored Art Deco theater
Had a great time
This theatre is exceptional! An art deco movie palace
Old and iconic. They truly don't build like this any more.
Madea's Farewell was amazing. Seats were great
Watching the Wizard of Oz never gets old at this theater.
Cramp seating, smells funny and screen not very big.
The lion king was so amazing

This place is awesome ive been coming here for years!

I just walked out of the 9:15 showing of The Amazing Spider-Man because the thumping techno music from the movie on the other side of the wall was so loud I couldn't stand it. Never going back.
Best place to see a show in Rutland VT!
It was an extraordinary experience
This is one of the most gorgeous theaters we've ever seen. Great acoustics. Even the bathroom makes one say wow!
Beautiful setup

This place is so beautiful, every time I come here, I notice a new architectural feature.
The Paramount Theater was the Paramount Theater it's an old theater so what do you expect I will say this parking suck take Uber take a bus hell even walk if you have to but don't drive unless you get to the area at least an hour early so you can find parking
A quite place
Very nice theater
Small movie theatre with friendly staff and a good selection of movies. Reasonably priced.

it was cool hope it was a movie theatre.
It was a group of twelve if us. Adults and children. We were able to get to our seats without any problems.

I loved it there. My daughter had played there and said it was so stunning.
Old fashioned theater. It has been very well maintained.
The show was 10 stars for sure! However the venue had some issues. No elevator, closet bathroom two floors down from the top tier, only 4 stalls in the closest one, the ticket scanners didn't work so there was a slight delay getting in and on top of that people were still being seated 20 minutes after the play started! The usher even made my party of four and two other people get up and move down to let the late comers sit in the aisle seat that I paid for! Very unacceptable. Other than all those negatives the sound was great.
It looks like a grand place when they built this theater they surely wouldn't thinking about elevators or escalators add walk 90s flights haha to get my seat is elegant nice carpeting bathroom between lots of mirrors to look at yourself nice bar they run out of food a lot of people there otherwise it Staffing Pleasanton SEPTA woman at the door she had big-time control issues I understand that you got to do your job but it's just the way that you address people make people feel welcome that they spent their money to come from somewhere, guess so treat me like one don't treat me like I'm machine gun Mary .ridiculous other than that the rest of the staff were fine.
I've seen some amazing shows here!
Beautiful venuw!
Honestly need a new sound system.
Beautiful theatre, any seat is a good seat! Very intimate setting. Easy to find parking and even easier check-in line. The employees are helpful and friendly, they truly know how to make you feel as if you and your group are out for a night at the theatre.
I was there for my son's graduation from Moreau Catholic High School. The staff was amazing. I lost my phone and emailed the staff, they located my phone and met me the next day. I was really pleased. My family and I had a great experience.
The Merritt College 65th Commencement Ceremony was great! The Paramount Theater had the perfect ambiance for this historic event.
The most beautiful art deco building I've ever seen.
Great place to see live music. I've sat in seats both upstairs and down, and all are good. I sat in the last row in the balcony for Diana Ross and the sound was fine (Ms. Ross changed outfits every three songs, but that was expected). And for a lot of shows, you can bring drinks and snacks to your seat. I do recommend taking BART, because it takes you directly to the theatre. There's no elevator, so all handicapped seats are in the orchestra.
Not a bad seat in the house. The design and decor is must see for yourself.
Wendy Williams got me out of my comfort zone for a Sacramento to Oakland drive to the glorious, awe inspiring Paramount Theater! Nice, helpful employees, lotsa parking, greeting"How you Doin'?"
Very nice, clean and entertaining environment.
Beautiful building with lovely art deco architecture.
It was Tyler Perry's farewell tour play there! Everything about it was convenient and easy to find. A big long light of Paramount was a perfect landline
Beautiful architecture. Close to Bart and parking structure is right next door.
Good show with Pedro Fernandez.
Wandering if they will ever make their sound system better.
Seen EL DABARGE IT WAS AWESOME
The R&B REWIND was cool, first time at the paramount seating was great (orch GG 1&2)
Had a wonderful commencement there. The auditorium is stunning.
This was a great venue for our high school graduation ! I wish there was more parking though.
Is it very nice
Cool place I graduated from here a few weeks ago.
Very nice, I really enjoyed myself.
I went there to see the concert of Kansas the band. the architecture and interior design was of the art deco time and it was absolutely stunning. Everything was clean the staff to help you to the seat where polite and knowledgeable and it was an overall great experience. Anytime you can attend an event there the venue will at least not disappoint you.
Nice theater. I like going to this one because of all the surrounding shops. I would have given 5 stars, but now they are assigning seats. I know the reason, but I think its a little much and delay the lines because people have to stand there and look at a map of seats to choose from.
I love this place for my favorite concert performances. I started coming here years ago. I love the decor in this place so old fashioned. The red carpeting still brings back memories of everytime you have seen your favorite performances. It's nice and big inside so your able to move around. There's a balcony too. There's a bar and restroom on every floor very convenient. You can buy tickets at the ticket window on site and avoid any extra charges. There's parking lots in the surrounding areas and a in- person attendants. The weather is usually really nice in the evening but bring a jacket just in case because they keep the air conditioning on in case it's a large attendance inside the auditorium. There's no big screens to see the performances if your in the balcony you have to look down. The ushers are really nice to help you find your seat. It's better to eat before you come there they dont serve food on site. I really enjoy my experiences there everytime I go there. Bright lights, people coming and going, t shirts vendors etc just the whole thing warms my heart.
The theater was brought back from the dead in recent year or two. Now back to it's Paramount Art Deco splendor! The amazing Emerald green lobby was breathtaking. Saw Christina Aguilera here in 10/2018 Sound was flawless and crisp. Unfortunately saw Tyler Perry's Madea's Farewell Tour yesterday afternoon and Sound was HORRIBLE! We were in orchestra row N and it was extremely hard to make words out of what was being said on stage due to them echoing on top of each other. It wasn't a problem when cast were singing though. Still enjoyed going though just wish we could have heard lines being spoken.
Saw a jazz show here, bass was a bit boomy but the venue and sound were nice otherwise
Went here for a friend's graduation ceremony. The interior of this place is very royal. Would love to see a play here
Elegant, beautiful, "old fashioned" (art deco) interior design. No elevator, so if mobility is a challenge, plan to sit on the main floor (orchestra level). Good acoustics, decent sight lines (assuming no one taller sits in front of you), narrow seats...
Very beautiful venue, classic design and lots of history behind it. Around, 5 minutes walking distance, there are very cool bars and restaurants to enjoy after a show.
Rustic but charming
WOW! What an amazing place. If you haven't been to this theater, find a reason to. The staff are so nice and more than willing to tell you all about the history of this little gem. And when you go, tell Clarice I said. She'll put a smile on you face helping you out.
Beautiful and historical. Every seat is a great seat. The seats are also comfortable and big enough to accommodate the ever growing American Human :-) Great place to take in the best entertainment town
Great venue. Paid parking across the street but Uber/Lyft if you can. Its always cheaper to buy tickets at the box offices if you can. Saves you $20 Bucks in fees.
Great Art Deco space. Well worth a visit.
I loved it there. My daughter had played there and said it was so stunning.
The movie and atmosphere was great but during the movie I could hear the movie from the other room
Very small screens but have some of the best prices in the game. It is treated like the step child to the theater in Montpelier
Old fashioned theater. It has been very well maintained.
I honestly had a good time here seeing the new spiderman! A small theater, but that's not a bad thing!
Excellent Play!!! Healthy message for family growth and development❗

Nice place to go see a movie. Clean place with respectible employees eager to answer any questions you might have.
I've seen some amazing shows here!
Love this place.
Beautiful venuw!
Great place, service, clean bathrooms, great sound!!
Honestly need a new sound system.

Started the movie early with only one person handing out candy. They had about 15 people waiting for candy and started the movie with slow service at the concessions.
Wildly expensive for the tiny screen experience. Two screens, often lowest common denominator movies. Unless the options aren't better, I'd drive the extra 7 miles to go to Montpelier, or even 45 minutes to Essex or Williston.
Close to home so you don't have to go to Essex or Williston and they have a military discount.
Very nice, clean and entertaining environment.
Beautiful building with lovely art deco architecture.
Awesome

Beautiful architecture. Close to Bart and parking structure is right next door.
I was here several weeks ago seeing Logan, during the movie I went out to concessions to buy another drink. The manager was sitting behind the counter talking on the phone, made eye contact with me and refused to come to the counter to take my order. I waited more than 5 minutes while he just sat there talking on the phone and looking at me. I gave up and went back to the movie and we haven't been back since. Terrible customer service.
Good show with Pedro Fernandez.
Wandering if they will ever make their sound system better.

Way over priced
Had a wonderful commencement there. The auditorium is stunning.
Not nearly the greatest cinematic theatres around, but it's the only current films shown in the Barre-Montpelier area.
This was a great venue for our high school graduation ! I wish there was more parking though.
Is it very nice
Had a good time

Good for movies but it was freezing in the theater
The theater was brought back from the dead in recent year or two. Now back to it's Paramount Art Deco splendor! The amazing Emerald green lobby was breathtaking. After growing up in Barre City until I joined the U.S. Army and making that a career, I was shocked tonight at the Paramount. We came home to visit family for the holidays and wanted to purchase 11 gift certificates for grandchildren and friends. We went to the theater and inquired into the purchase of gift cards and were told that a 2D Ticket would be $10.07 with the tax. We asked if we could add concessions to the card and the very pleasant young lady waiting on us said yes indeed we could. Immediately an elderly gentleman sitting behind her piped up and said we could but the minimum was $20. I think it is nice that the same family owns the only two theaters in a 50 mile radius and can strong arm people in these times into purchasing more than they intend. Our plan was the initial $10 and an additional $5 on each of the eleven cards, but not $10 for the movie and $10 more for concessions the kids would not use. I can say I am happy I no longer have to view movies at either of these theaters since I live in another state that does not have mandatory minimums. I hope the theater owner sees this and adjusts his policy since a $165 loss of sale is not a drop in the bucket, or is it for these owners?
Saw a jazz show here, bass was a bit boomy but the venue and sound were nice otherwise
Went to Auquman was a long and fantastic movie, I might have to go see it again!
Went here for a friend's graduation ceremony. The interior of this place is very royal. Would love to see a play here

Great place for shows. I enjoyed my time there. They also have drinks and light snacks for purchase. I sat in the balcony area, first row and even though I wasn't at floor level, my view was great. The inside of the theater is absolutely beautiful! There was a foul odor, smelled like something had possibly died and was decaying in the cabinets in front of the first row. Hopefully they've rectified that issue.
Hard to find parking, but the venue was amazing. Ornate. We were in the nose bleeds though. A little too far away to see well
All it needs is a little more air flow.
Came here for a comedy show. Decent seats all over the venue. Two bars on the main floor, one bar up stairs. They fill up pretty quickly android the lines moved slowly. I sat in the upper section. I could hear fine but the performer was pretty small. Not able to clearly see facial expressions.
It is a beautiful restored Art Deco venue! Seats are comfortable with side Orchestra seats set at a slight angle toward stage. Acoustics are good.
We planned to arrive early for parking. All parking surrounding the theater was $20. The parking adjacent to the theater is covered and secure. Upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted by staff. Be sure to bring cash for parking and beverages. The theater is also close to public transportation including BART. The seats are comfortable and the theater is beautiful.
What a beautiful place! If you love retro, you will go crazy over this! And not a bad seat in the place.
Excellent venue. Classic details. Extrodinary craftmenship.... Great sound and harmonics.
The last Madea show was spectacular, everyone should get a ticket when it rolls into your town. Don't miss it, causeevery show will be different and unique to it's own crowd. Me and my wife Loved It ❤️
If you want the original theatre experience, Paramount Theatre is the way to go. I took a private tour with my class and was absolutely taken by the history behind this phenomenal place. The people there have taken great care in their restorative efforts, so you can be sure that you are going to have the original experience that the architect and designers intended. The old movies here are shown for $5 and this is the only place that shows reel-to-reel films. It’s a truly magical place that everyone who’s around Oakland should visit.
Amazing Art Deco interior.
Beautiful example of art deco theater architecture. Lovingly cared for, a long time staple of the community that has played host to all the greats over the years and continues to bring top tier talent to Oakland.
My first time at the Paramount Theatre in Oakland, CA was on January 18, 2019. We saw Tyler Perry's Madea's Farewell Play tour and it was amazing. The theatre was built in 1931 and as if time has stood still to its aging, it's breathtakingly beautiful! All the furniture and art work seem like authentic antique pieces. There is a few things that had to be modernized, such as the removal of the pay phones but still has the sign up, etc. Once your in the theatre it's as if it metastasize itself!? Very comfortable seats, nice and clean upkeep, friendly staff but the parking is all but non-existent! Fortunately we found a parking lot of which the cost was $20 and was around the corner and a block down, so give yourself Extra EXTRA time!
Had a good time! The play was really good! The climb to the seats was a challenge. There is no elevator and we were in row Z. You really can't see well, and there is an echo in the sound, so I would recommend much closer seats! They served drinks, and movie type snacks. Suggest driving the area before parking because there were many spots to park and I believe I ended up in the more expensive parking garage. Clean historic venue.
Cool venue near 19th st BART. Comfortable seats and good acoustics
Nice place but seats were to close
Beautiful interior. Super convenient as it's right next to BART
Beautiful, not a bad seat anywhere. We were in the nosebleeds and it was great!
Pastor tacos and "chicharron gorditas" are my favorites
Gorgeous atmosphere.. Friendly. Staff. Wonderful venue for graduation...
Beautiful beautiful beautiful! This Theatre is simply amazing! Sound quality is great, the aesthetics is so pleasing. The downside is no elevator
I didn't realize my sites were up to the last floor so we wasted our tickets because my brother couldn't make it up there and I couldn't either. When I asked the people who worked there she told me it was good seats so I took her at her word no elevator it was terrible!
I went to a concert there recently. It's an elegant venue located right in the heart of Oakland.
Great venue. Classy and old fashioned
Art deco theater, definitely feel the history
Too many stairs and small seat space. 3rd floor bathroom only has 4 stalls. Not enough to accommodate everyone during a 15 minute intermission of a play. However, very nostalgic.
Classic theater, well kept! Beautiful and stores lots of memories!
Beautiful theatre. Good sound and vibe and, of course, great location, one block from BART. Only one bartender at small bar and two serving cocktails made for very long lines.
The Paramount is such an awesome space for concerts. It is majestic, lots of amazing craftsmanship and awe inspiring architecture. I love going there!
I am a native Oakland resident, born and raised, never left. I love the Paramount Theatre for its historical beauty But it is not a place for people like me who are disabled. Upon coming into the place the Ushers are not helpful at all. I had to find my own spot to put my walker. The seats are so low it was hard to get back up. When the show was over I went to get my walker and someone had moved it and my pillow and threw them on the floor in the aisle. NOT FOR HANDICAPPED!
Beautiful art deco theater!
Need to do better on the long drink line
Saw Maxwell this time. He was amazing. Theater is old and historic. As long as you expect that, you'll be good :)
Wonderful old theatre but acoustics are not good and getting a drink is impossible. They are missing a huge business opportunity.
We had great seats for an awesome performance of the Nutcracker all at reasonable prices. The Paramount was beautifully decorated with an enormous Christmas tree in the lobby in so much as five to six groups of people were taking pictures all around it. The vendors and bartenders were in cheerful moods. The ladies room was fresh and clean, yes I said fresh and clean the staff was definitely on their jobs.
Gorgeous art Deco interior ! WOW !! Easy parking, pub next door, fantastic fun evening with Kansas. What a great time ! Older theater does not have the best accoustics. Easy to get to from the highway. Highly recommended for a low stress venue.
Good cine hall.
Venue is beautiful and the best Oakland has to offer as a first-class place to host cultural and pop events. It gets only four stars because the Wendy Williams show was lousy. Not up to her former glory days on TV. She's been much better than she was tonight. We left early.
Love this place!! Beautiful structure inside! U would NOT believe how beautiful it is on the inside based on the outside.
We saw Carol Burnett at the Paramount, that being the first time we have been there. It is a beautiful old theatre, the sound was good, and the staff was very friendly... Overall, it was a great place to see a show!
This was my life's memorable experience. I will never forget this day.
A little too far away to see well
Tiny theater. Cheap tickets, but snacks are profoundly overpriced. No way that a fountain soda that's worth $0.89 down the street is worth $3 there. Shame.
Big wow for this place. Felt like I was back in the fifties or in Bioshock for the gamers out there. Came here for a magic show and it was very very well set up and everyone was super friendly. Even going to the bathroom felt historic and it's a very well maintained historic site that is still ongoing. Can't wait to find another reason to go again.
It is a beautiful restored Art Deco venue! Seats are comfortable with side Orchestra seats set at a slight angle toward stage. Acoustics are good.
live around the corner small and cute, love it
Could be better in many ways Less than stellar customer service Uncleaned toilets Overflowing trash receptacles Infamous sticky floors Small town theater. What do you expect. Poor showmanship of a business.
Needs an upgrade on the seating they are not comfortable at all

Love this theater. It brings back memories from my childhood when this was a one screen theater
Amazing Art Deco interior.
Great little theatre with good sound and real Cabot butter. No ice though.
Beautiful example of art deco theater architecture. Lovingly cared for, a long time staple of the community that has played host to all the greats over the years and continues to bring top tier talent to Oakland.
Great venue for a show!
Cute little old theatre, I liked that they use real Cabot butter on their popcorn, we didn't get any but it's still a nice option. Didn't like that the arms on the chairs don't move so there is a barrier between me and my boyfriend, we are adults not horny teenagers, don't need a barrier to be good.
Very small theatre, needs major updates and cleaning and the seats are horrible.
Pastor tacos and "chicharron gorditas" are my favorites
excellent theater
Gorgeous atmosphere.. Friendly. Staff. Wonderful venue for graduation...
Local theatre for watching movies on the big screen.
This theatre is as best as it can be in Montpelier.
Art deco theater, definitely feel the history
Too many stairs and small seat space. 3rd floor bathroom only has 4 stalls. Not enough to accommodate everyone during a 15 minute intermission of a play. However, very nostalgic.
A good fall back when regal is sold out.
Classic theater, well kept! Beautiful and stores lots of memories!
Its OK on the movie updates.....
Beautiful theatre. Good sound and vibe and, of course, great location, one block from BART. Only one bartender at small bar and two serving cocktails made for very long lines.
The Paramount Theatre was a wonderful experience especially cuz we saw Madea I got a chance to sit in the third row which was amazing the experience was totally outstanding and all the nurses were very hospitable and nice the drink was nice to
The Paramount is such an awesome space for concerts.
Pretty basic theater. They have 3D and decent food. All new seats in 2016 which is really nice too!
Great Place to watch a movie or take the family.
Beautiful art deco theater!
Great customer service but the floor was sticky.
Need to do better on the long drink line
My family grew up there. So important to Barre. Thank you
Saw Maxwell this time.
Love this place. Always enjoy when I'm seeing a show or concert..the bartender are friendly but the drinks are watery and flat..expensive water my goodness..
I love this place it's expensive though the food is and tickets are
I really like this theatre mostly because it's small and great to go to at an off peak time.
We go to the Paramount for classic movie night. It's the best fun for $5 you'll ever have. Gorgeous Art Deco environment, plus a bar on every level. Plan to get there around 7:00-7:30 just to take it all in.
Beautiful theater. Great show with Ringo
Best night Ever!
Went with my mother to see Snoopdogs redemption...Class Act
Beautiful environment showcases any event -Fun! The architecture and decor inside this theater make an event a treat. I will look for another offering at this venue just to kick back and enjoy the comfy seats and amazing decor. Acoustics are great, bathrooms are pretty, and the location easy to get to. While they dont have a lot, all the nearby ones had (for this event) $20 event parking. It is right across from BART if you prefer.
Great venue and great staff enjoyed
Absolutely beautiful venue. Great place to see a show. Excellent sound. Nice staff. Clean restrooms. Love this theater.
We had a wonderful time at the Tyler Perry play, it was so much fun, so glad to have gone.
Beautiful theater from the golden age of movie houses, now a must-see music venue .
Good Venue, fellow guests are like a card draw you'll never know who you'll end up next to!
Had a great time, we laughed so hard. Fumny.....
Very nice place. Only problem they lack parking. You have to drive everywhere to find 1 single parking.
I love this place. A bit nostalgic. I have been here twice..and each time I had an amazing time.
Great experience! I was totally happy that we did not have to wait in line long. We were able to go in after standing for 5 minutes.
The top levels get very hot even during winter times. The inside ceiling is quite nice however
Great!! Seen Tyler Perry's Madeas Farewell. The play was funny and I had a good time. Always comes here for the latest plays and concerts
Went to a concert to see Jagged Edge, Silk and 112. Ended up with Next being a surprise guest. I was in heaven!! However the artists were having a hard time with the soundman to get the speakers to work. It was hard to hear the artists on the mic but I didn't really care I was just happy to see Jaghed Edge
Love the Friday film classics, have always been able to just buy tickets at the box office so no need to buy tickets in advance on ticketmaster and pay lots of fees. Staff is always very friendly. If you are sitting in the balcony it can sometimes be hard to hear everything clearly so keep that in mind.
Beautiful place with great acoustics, friendly accessible staff. Looking forward to seeing more great music there!
I have been coming to this beautiful, well kept theatre for many of years. I have always enjoyed it.
This theater is absolutely stunning. I was visiting for a private screening and I was blown away by the interior of the space. Art deco meets modern day gorgeousness. The gold accents and green coloring from back in the day make this theater really stand out from the rest. I will be back to check it out for a regular showing one day.
Paramount Theater is not very handicapped friendly. If you are disabled there are no special entrances for patrons who have wheel chairs and walkers. There are no handicap seats. No handicap parking. I cannot attend any more functions because of this.
Stately building, ideal place for the naturalization event.
Cute, nostalgia ridden, heart of Oakland, old timer's Theatre that has aged very well.
Saw the Oakland Ballet Nutcracker. The production was beautiful. Dancers and musicians were first-class. I would give five stars, except that the behavior of the audience was so distracting it was hard to enjoy the show. Taking their seats halfway through the show, talking constantly and using phones and making noise with food and drink. And videoing the performance, which is specifically forbidden. And this was the adults! There were many kids, of course, and they were all getting a really poor lesson in how to show respect to the performers and the rest of the audience. One place to start would be for the Paramount to have ushers do more to stop the phone use and videoing, and to rethink their policy of allowing food and drinks in the hall - especially alcohol, which makes bad behavior worse. And don’t seat people after the music starts!
It is a beautiful Art-Deco-esque theatre. I love the architecture and the décor.
This is my absolute favorite venue, love the old school vibe
Beautiful Art Deco theater! My son and I saw Kansas perform here and it was amazing! Large lobbies, with multiple concession areas open. Good acoustics. Outstanding experience!
Such a gorgeous theater! I loved the Art Deco decor. In the lobby you feel like you are inside a jukebox. The women’s restroom has a beautiful lounge. What a great theater experience!
Awesome art deco venue. I hadn't been there in a few years, was blown away again. My photos won't do it justice, but i have to post something
Beautiful theatre. Amazing architecture. Awesome acoustics. Wonderful experience overall.
The Paramount is the monumental and classic environment. It was Madea's Farewell Tour and the play was fantastic.
Beautiful theater, staff was nice and restrooms were clean. Parking in the are was plentiful. All in all a great experience. I look forward to visiting this theater for many years to come.
Great experience and the facility was beautifully crafted and unique.
Always the greatest concerts are held there. Never disappointed.

It is convinent and hosts the majority of movies at the average price, but the theater/screen is very small so it is not the most amazing experience but it is still good just not compared to say Burlington's theaters.
Brought the kids to see Madagascar 3. The employees were wonderful and the theater is small and quite cute. Nice change from the Carmike 16. A little louder than usual but may be less noise proofing that newer places. Over all it was a wonderful experience. Looking forward to going again.
Great concert theater

It's not a bad movie theater, but may be a good idea to leave a bit early, because customer service can be a bit slow.

It was a decent theater. The prices were what I expected from a theater.
I have been coming to this beautiful, well kept theatre for many of years. I have always enjoyed it.
We watched ''It'' Thought it was pretty good. Loved seeing Stephen king. The theater was clean, well lit and the people working there was awesome.

Great small town theater
Stately building, ideal place for the naturalization event.
Awsome place
Music was awesome. Audience was grooving to music.Great night out.

I had a good time,he didn't put a lot of Aunt Bam in or Mr. Brown, more of his New Actor and Actress were used more.
It is a beautiful Art-Deco-esque theatre. I love the architecture and the décor.
The theater is clean, looks like a small family business, polite people, not too full (which I love!), multiple showtimes. Matinee is really cheap. I suggest it.
This is my absolute favorite venue, love the old school vibe

First time there , guy serving our drinks and popcorn grabbed my straw with his bare fingers and put it in my drink. Not impressed!
