Keep up the great work! My fave place for movie-going. $6 days are the best. My visit today with my mom was great. They made my mom feel like a special customer because Morris, Mohamed and Ryan remembered us from previous visits , and they All asked us how we've been. Thank you and a shout out to Mohamed for being ever so patient with me and my physical issues, bringing our snacks to our chair and making sure we had everything we needed. ! Kudos Cinepolis!

This is a really good theater! I do not go out much to the theater, but when I do, I make sure I reserve a seat here. The facilities are clean and the amenities were good. Chairs are spacious and recline. The only real downside is that you pay a "booking" fee for online tickets through their website; but it is worth the convenience.

We actually enjoy going to the movies again. The price of going to the movies as a family has become a standard joke about inflation. The experience of going to a theater needs to make the cost related to the overall experience value. The comfortable seats, hassle free advanced seat picking, and overall helpful staff make the movies a nice place to get away and enjoy a story. We've been going earlier in the day, and the lack of crowds means that there is less staff, so lines for tickets and concessions can be longer, but the relaxed atmosphere is well worth the trade off.

I love this movie theatre it has everything you would expect and more. The seats are very comfortable and they recline, you also have a small table in every seat. The junior area is awesome! There's beanbags and lounge chairs that you can reserve for a great and comfortable movie experience with the kiddos! There's even a small play area.

I can't believe that you really can't choose where to sit when purchasing online!! It says you cannot leave a single seat Gap. Really?! So someone has to forcefully seat where the theater has chose for you while others seat where they want?! Tht doesn't make sense to me. I used to not mind having to pay a few extra bucks with these theater than Amc.but now, they search your bags and not for safety reasons, just so you can't bring your own snacks and now this whole Seating arrangement?! For regular theater visitors like us, we are done with Cinepolis!

Always the best service and pretty clean. With an exception to the floor at times it's really sticky and it's gross, but the chairs are always clean and comfy. Their food is good, their wings are delightful and filling. Without a doubt a great place and prefer over AMC anyday!

A nice, clean theater with reclining loge seats and reserved seating. One star off for a strange maze of ropes in the lobby and a GUI on the ticket kiosk that was strange to me. Are these interfaces designed by school kids? Parking was available and free, but this place is pretty far off the freeway. Not a problem for locals, I suppose. Movie prices are high, Cineopolis delivers a good value overall.

Sergio the manager super nice. The staff was Kool. My first time Here and received a free medium popcorn. Supervisor customize my pretzel. The chicken strips and barbecue sauce was delicious with the fries. The reclining seats I wanted to sleep in. The only thing I didn't like about the theater was the audio, it was too low and I'm noticing a lot of theaters audio sound is not like it used to be. It used to be loud with lots of bass and you could hear and feel all the sound effects. I have a home theater system and a projector on the wall. So I'm used to that high Bass and quality sound.

I strongly suggest you don’t visit this theater, unless you don’t mind having your privacy invaded. The theater doesn’t display signs or any other notice which is visible to the public, but they now search women’s purses at random. Though they claim this search is for safety reasons, it fails to serve any safety purpose because they don’t search everyone and they seem more concerned with finding snacks than weapons. I, for one, do not feel comfortable paying to access an establishment which reserves the right to rummage through my purse at random. I have never been to a theater that searches customers’ bags and I highly doubt that Cinepolis is searching customers’ bags in its theaters in more affluent locations, such as Thousand Oaks. They are banking on the fact that Pico Rivera customers will not assert our concerns with their intrusive searches and keep patronizing their business while they profile us and invade our privacy. I acknowledge that one must consent to searches in the name of safety under certain circumstances, such as at the airport or when attending events in large venues. Every time I have had my bag searched at events, I am notified that I am subject to search via signs and notices before purchasing my ticket. Here, there are no visible signs or other notice to customers in regard to the search, so Cinepolis seems to believe they don’t even owe their Pico Rivera customers that minor courtesy (and legal obligation). If you value your dignity, I suggest you take your business to any other theater in the vicinity. There are several options in the area and there is absolutely no reason to allow this theater to impose their intrusive policies on you and your family.

I visited here for the first time last week. The seats were so luxurious. I loved the tables that swiveling tables attached to the reclining seats. Since we were late to the movie we didn't get to use the tables but it seemed like with proper planning you could enjoy a full meal while watching your movie.

Very bad experience, When I was just about to get in to the theater the lady that "check" the purses or whatever you are carrying told me that I can't take the drink It was in my purse so I explained that this drink I have to take it with my medication but she insisted that I can't get inside with that so I spoke with the manager, a small thin guy and I explained my reasons but he said no, I wasn't allow to take the drink inside the theater and I got mad and I said I will never come back to this theater and he said "better". I was really surprised that answer of a manager in a place, so I complained for the lack of manners of this manager with the company but they just ignored me. Bad management for customer service, bad company, awful experience I will never come back to this theater again.

The theater is ok... The food, popcorn and soda are ridiculously priced. There is also no refills on atleast the large. If it was decently priced I would buy some snacks but since it's not I just make sure I'm full and don't need anything from the theater besides just to watch the movie.

Very disppointed today at this theatre. Usually I go to their 4dx which is quite fantastic. However time didn't work out today so I went to a normal showing. The lights were on for the whole movie, making some darker scene unclear. On top of that the chair was unplug when we got to our seat, which we had to squeeze our hand behind the chair to plug it back in. Snack lines tend to be long during popular hours namely Saturday afternoon and evening. Would recommend the 4dx theatre but not the normal showing.

The service here is Fantastic, the workers help alot...they make it worth going there... I'm Not a fan of the new movies, but Everytime I've gone I have been treated nicely. Gloria did a great job of greeting me, and making sure I got the proper assistance. Mohammed behind the snack bar was very courteous and helpful. Brenda at the ticket counter was very nice also... The popcorn was a bit stale, not fresh, but I was there very early.. Movie didn't start at exact time, and more previews were squeezed in.

Could definitely use more attention on the floors, sticky shoes any where there was not carpet... came on a Monday night around 830pm for avengers end game. $14/ person Multiple power seats were out of order, seems excessive, back order on repair work or neglecting them?... Otherwise everything went smoothly, nice staff, smooth transaction, impressed with the fancy power reclining seats that did work and tray tables.

We had purchased tickets online to see a movie and when showing up some people were sitting in our seats. Management helped us out , as the other party was not being reasonable, to come back the next night. Manager Eric took care of our concessions and we had such a wonderful time. I'm glad we had waited the extra day as our experience was far better than the day prior. Thanks again to management for finding a solution to create an overall customer satisfaction. We will be back soon!

4D or XD whatever gimmick i fell for is Not worth the money. The seats were filthy and didnt recline they moved back and forth kinda vibrated to make the movie more intense but it came off more annoying. I oredered food but there was no place to eat it so i had to eat on my lap and its not like ive never dined off my lap its my fault for assuming a place that offers food (hamberers loaded pork fries etc) and charges 22$ a ticket its over priced over rated and i will not go back . also the so called floor to cieling and wall to wall screen turned out to be a quarter less maybe a 3rd it was way to loud and the picture itself was standard

Honestly since they opened up never had a complaint. But a few weeks back we went to see Aladdin and we got wings and a pizza. Worst desition of our lives. We got food poison from one of thoes two. Now we know not to buy any food from there.

Good venue. They just added to their menu and serve food to you at your seat. 4DX is cool if you don't have food or don't mind not reclining. The seats move around like a simulator and there's wind and water effects. Normal movies have recliners and reserved seating. Very limited 3D showings.

Great theater, really nice service and really clean. Prices for snacks is a little high, but it's cheaper to get a large soda and popcorn separate, unless you want a candy box then the combo #1 is a fair price.

Great theater way better than I expected. Seats were not only comfy but you can recline all the way even with the dine-in experience. Sound and picture were good. The only thing I hated was the light from the stairs they were so bright that when the room went dark because the movie is about to start the stair lights were blinding it was like a guy with a flashlight pointing at my eyes while watching the movie. Besides that love the staff and movie experience

We have been a few times. With and without the kiddos. These theaters are pretty great! The seating us super comfortable. The food is enjoyable and priced reasonably. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with any questions. We also have small children and one with autism. The staff informed us about the Jr. Theater and the least crowded days. We bought the kids to see small football. Following the suggested days, our little ones had a blast. They didn't really want to leave! Very nice establishment.

I like this place It has lazy boy style reclining seats with cup holders and a little swing out table for your popcorn or nachos and it sells beer and wine. Its conveniently located near lots of restaurants like kane's and there's a Mexican restaurant which is pretty decent and they just opened a bar next door. All in all it's a good place to go

Looks like the did some renovations recently. Took my nephew to the 4DX theater. This is more like the motion theaters, the seats move, air and scents, and water mist are sprayed to engage all your scenses. If you are into that then it is worth the extra cost. Two cautions though, the seats are on the small size and there are actuators that come out of the back of the seat.

No compassion towards customer. Manager Irene Gonzalez tried making me throw my food away knowing I was pregnant and allergic to their GMO FOOD. ( Which I had told her) and other employees. Also, the guy checking bags didn't check two people ahead of me but coincidently chose me..

The theater is spacious and clean. Tuesdays, just found out, are a special discount. The seats are comfortable. They bring the food to you, but there is a divider between all the seats. They are not like the ones at the AMC were you can lift the division and snuggle with your date. The prices for the snacks were ridiculous. About an average of $10 for every single item. Soda Icee Popcorn $10 each. The place is nice. But not luxurious. Or even that clean or nicely set up. Still casual.

Really awesome place. Has Spanish subs for the more popular movies. Seats are really roomy. Food is brought to you if you order something elaborate. Price is OK. They have older movies showing on certain dates, so that's cool. Manager seems to be very "hands on" so that's cool. Staff is really young but very helpful and professional. Big restrooms, very clean overall. Now for the complaints, it's kind of too big, lots of wasted space, it's a newish place so maybe they haven't gotten around to getting arcades games and snack machines and what nit, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that that's coming. The biggest issue, and it's not a huge deal but I got to mention it, there are no refills on drinks, not even one on the largest drink. Still, everything else is awesome.

I deducted 1 star because 3 adults and 2 children shouldn't have to spend nearly $180 for a Saturday night movie and concessions. Ridiculous. Otherwise, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The kids wanted to eat in theatre, so we did. The food was served to us very quick & orderly. My $11.20 cheeseburger & fries (drink NOT included

Went to see the premier of a new move Second act at this beautiful multi flex theatre in Pico Rivera last nite. This theater was new I guess and this was also my first time to visit this place. There were many businesses in this area even a couple of markets closed by. This was really nice place to go and enjoy the night out and shopping. Will be back later to check out some of very nice restaurants.

The seats move like an intaractive roller coaster. 5 or so on a rail that moving to car chases, walking, fights with wind & light effects. Pretty cool. They have an amazing kids theatre as well. Small seats, playground. Pretty spoiled!

I'm giving this place 1 star because I can't put 0. I'll start with the seats are very comfortable. That's what I liked. What I disliked was they look in your bags. Because they check your bags for outside food. I had bought a popcorn, soda n candy. My friend had a tiny Tupperware. They said she couldn't bring it in. The guy said they check bags because people bring in outside food. Well yeah, it cost so much for food inside. I won't be going again.

4DX is fun and thrilling! External elements that go off during moving watching. Your seat moves; even has a floating effect to simulate flight! Smoke, light flashes, wind powered by fan, bullets wiz by your head by way of air blasts! Even water! For 10 bucks more, well worth it. Get ready to hold on!

One of the more priciest Movie Theatres I've been too. Student Discount Tickets Still almost $14. Parking not good they were doing construction and very limited parking. Only one Restroom...I mean really guess you could hold it. Seats recline which was nice.

I love this movie theater. It has regular, 3D, and 4DX. Tickets are a bit pricey for the 3D or 4DX but totally worth it. Theaters are always clean, restrooms are always cleaned. Of course snacks are always expensive, but the customer service is priceless. They greet you, smile and thank you. This is my go to theater for a night with my hubby or a fun night out with our kids.

Week days aprox time 12:p.m. They turn off or lower the air conditoning. Theatre very humid. You wished you brought you're fan to survive. I complained on two visits. They lie to you. Very frustrating. They are cheap and treat people like animals. Bad management. For that I watch movies at home thermostat at 69. Souround sound . Get it right Management. You act like you pay the bills.

I like coming to this theater. It’s really nice and the seats are very comfortable. The only minus for me was that they don’t have a bar. What!? There’s a cold stone next door so I usually sneak my ice cream in. If you’re reading this review definitely check this place out.
