Would've been better at ten am Jeremy
Nice comfortable seats fair prices.
Never too crowded and pretty good popcorn
I really like this theater. Plenty of choices and you can get food if you want, upstairs.
$5 Tuesdays are great...
Come here all the time with my friends and baby.
This is a great place to see a movie.
Overall, a good movie watching experience with food options (Red Robin, Chipotle, and others) right outside. The theaters are nice, however I wish the auditoriums were more uniform. It can be difficult to pick the optimal seat for me since what is D1 in one auditorium will be a different viewing experience in another.
Many different options for your viewing pleasure. An upstairs restaurant that has everything including a fully stock bar. A game room 2 test your gaming skills. And the restrooms are always very clean. Plenty of parking nearby and the multi beverage soda machine is very popular including the slurpee machine.
Love this theatre, and it has the best deals by far!
Theater under construction. Had to walk half way across theaters to go to bathroom. Bad planning. Then we were standing next to a wall and a piece of it fell off!
This is a great theater with up to date releases and a variety of comfortable seating. Clean and friendly.
Had a good time
The best prices, food, deals, and movie screenings! Great quality theaters, and lots of movie options to see!
Your website blows. Just looking for movie.
The Venom drink is excellent! Careful though, the "parasite" might infect you! Dun-dun-dun!
They need to repair some of the seats. One was sloping way down, and people getting into the row behind us kept slamming into the back of my seat like there wasn't enough space to get through. Other aspects of the theater ok/as expected.
Nice theatre. Great seats and sound holy smokes ..we caught the rerelease of The Matrix. It was awesome! A much better theater experience 20 yrs later vs. the 1st time around almost made it all new again. Great fun.
The vibrating seats were an interesting experience but they weren't particularly comfortable
We like to go me specially for the popcorn my son loves to go watch movie's there we definitely enjoy our time there...
Experienced the new Dolby Atmos theater, and was very impressed. The seats reclined with footrests and rumbled with the bass. My only complaint was that it was a little too loud. Not sure if it was because the theater was empty or they just had it turned up to eleven this particular night. My ears were ringing afterwards. Ticket price was about $13, so reasonable.
I cant give AMC 5* until AMC has recliner seats
AMC at the Oaks Mall is such a nice place to go with your family. The prices are fair and the friendly environment is so laid back, time just flys. Myself and family can not get enough of this place.
I go here because I have an AMC A-List subscription and it is totally worth it! They have the Dolby room with reclining seats, refillable ICEEs, and Freestyle soda machines. I only wish it was closer to my home.
Awesome movie theater. Clean. Friendly staff
The place is all right. It's nice & has a lot of movies. Except it's not as nice as the theater in Simi Valley. Don't get me wrong, I like this place. However, the chairs are not as nice & comfortable as there & after going to Simi Valley, I feel too spoiled. Also after experiencing HD, it just isn't the same. However, the anime showing & special movie nights rock.I also do like the people there too. The people working there are really nice & so helpful. They really do care about the customers. I do love MY HERO ACADEMIA movie. It was awesome! Thanks AMC for showing it.
Great seats, especially for Endgame
Lots going on here. We were at AMC for a Relay for Life event. The atmosphere was lively. There was a board game meetup happening in the same area simultaneously, so there were plenty of people in the upstairs area. The piped-in music was a bit too loud, but I completely understand given the size of the common areas of AMC. It was really warm in the building too, which isn't a complaint because I love heat! My kids lived looking at the movie memorabilia, especially Han Solo in carbonite!
Super comfy seats ✨
Lots to eat around. Urban Plates next door. Beautiful setting. Cheap balcony seats available
Great theatre. 14 different theatres. Accepts Movie Pass. Clean good seats, free parking, alcohol, great discounts on Tuesday.
Awesome theater, friendly staff and comfortable seats. Theater is quiet with no phones going off interrupting the movie.
Good place to watch movies. They have a bar and restaurant too. They would have got 5 stars if they would provide more staff during busy times, so the line to get a popcorn or soda didn't make you late for your movie.
Besides the chairs aren't very comfortable, the restrooms aren't well maintained, and the prices of the candies are insane, I had to get out of the auditorium to ask them to turn on the sound just seconds before the movie started (most of the commercials were muted), and then they didn't turn off the lights while we watched the movie. Not coming back
Great array of theater and seating choices. Decent size arcade, cool figures and statues from different movies, good food. Great place to bring kids.
The valet guys are awesome and always take care of me but the movies suck
The blonde girl at the ticket counter needs more training. She's rude. She's the reason I walked out of this theater.
Nice theater. Would be 5 star if seats reclined and they served food in the theater itself.
When buying tickets online you have no idea where the aisles are. Poor egress if there were any emergency.
We just watched Proud Mary in the room 11 and the small wall in front of the middle row of seats is damaged. You better fixed. Other than that the movie is pretty good.

I've got the AMC stubs monthly membership and this is my favorite local venue. Easy app ticket, and assigned seating. Comfy chairs, great sound. Easy theater check in. After years of downloading and streaming pirated movies I'm paying forward.
I've been here a few times and its a good location with the usual AMC food and amenities. During my most recent visit the entire place suffered from a unidentifiable smell that was very off putting however and that diminished the experience
Cleanish, bathrooms could use some work. Dolby is dope, way bigger screen and theater than woodland hills, we were also able to grab tix before selling out. Diamond in the rough.
Saw a matinee and had lots of fun and great seats. Very comfortable seats.
Very affordable. I try to see a movie whenever I have time and $5 movies in the morning is very kind to my wallet. Doesn't have recliner seats, but I don't really care for those anyway, I've always felt so comfortable and at home at this theater.
Very good shopping center.
Nice theatre, a bit pricey, a shot of Jack Daniels is $10!!!
Comfortable clean convenient...and shows great films!
This theater really needs a good cleaning.
We sat in back row. Seats were uncomfortable. Discount Tuesday tickets ($5) for members which was great. Nearby Regal theater has super comfy wide leather reclining seats--worth a few more bucks...
Went to watch a movie in to the Dolby cinema auditorium and i must say I was quite surprise on how comfortable the seats are, they have a pretty good recline and the space between seats it's just perfect plus the surround sound is amazing and the screen and clarity are amazing as well.
Great but the vibrating chairs arnt any thing big
Seats very uncomfortable !
Good theater, reasonably priced, plenty of free parking, and many choices of movies. Overpriced concession stand, but the AMC rewards program helps a little. I like this theater!
This has always been an amazing theater, but since it became an AMC it now has much more reasonable ticket prices.
We had a great time!!
There are pros and cons to this theater. Pros: large, clean, good variety of movies, great selection at the snack bar. Cons: some of the theaters have multiple levels of pricing ranging from normal to exorbitant. What's the difference? I don't know but it's very confusing . With one you get a free small popcorn . Not worth it. With another you can order food from your seat. But the seats weren't designed for that. Another con is that the seats are old and many are uncomfortable. And this is the only theater I know that offers "discount" tickets for almost $11 each.
Great theater. I wish they had the recliners like at the cheaper, Regal Theater at Janss. They got DBox seats, so I guess that's a plus if you are one of the 8 people per theater that buy it. I do like the annual refillable buckets!
Haven't been to movies in years nice place ,clean
Good selection of snacks in addition to the standard popcorn/sodas.
Very clean theater and they have that insane Dolby surround sound! There are never lines when I go there for concessions, and the bathrooms are also clean and stocked every time I'm there. The employees are pleasant enough, though I haven't had much interaction with them.
Good seats. Great snack bar. Huge screens....they serve adult beveragesnat this amc for a small upgrade and feature a lot of replicas and/or memorabilia from well known movies in the lobby. *Disclaimer: Use the bathrooms at your own risk*
We are normally happy, but very disappointed today. My daughter watched a movie there, and while waiting to be picked up, was told they can’t wait in the lobby, so attendant sent a 14 year old customer into a downpour of rain. We called and complained, and manager says it is policy. I don’t buy this, as I was there earlier in the day with my younger daughter, and we stayed in the lobby 35 minutes after our movie waiting on someone, and nobody approached us to ask us to leave.
This is our family movie theatre. It's very family friendly, with individual family restrooms for you and your little ones to go into if need be. I really like taking my kids here and my husband and I enjoy the comfortable seating as well.
Comfortable seating and great matinee price
Great place to watch a movie. Really quite and a big theatre
Nice place. But they could do better.
What was one Muvico is now AMC T.O. 14. Most of the amenities are still there. The theater still feel premium and upscale. The projection and audio equipment are top notch. Early bird specials makes this a great family outing with the kids while they are still young enough to want to hang out with the parents. Highly recommend!
Very nice staff and spacious seatings
Wonderful place, the seats are very comfortable. Price is reasonable. There is a bar up stares.
The prices here are great, but the seats lean forward just enough so that your back will be either in pain or uncomfortable the whole movie. The rest of the theatre is nice but the seats are certainly comfort killers
Seats are older on the bottom floor. They have newer seats and a bar upstairs which is excellent but you do pay a premium for it. Downstairs they give you free refills on the drinks but only one refill on the tub of big popcorn.
"How to train a Dragon" is such a great movie.
Very clean and nice theaters...
I visit here regularly as a rewards member. Only downside is the seating, which doesn't recline as most theatres do nowadays.
I go to the movies to get away from tv commercials. Surprising to endure several minutes of the forced marketing for insurance, aids awareness, and several others. Movies are meant to be an escape from reality
Best movie theater in the area if you ask me , kind of expensive though.
What a special. $5 a ticket for a very comfortable theater. Convenient location with many movie showings. Not the place for indie films or documentaries.
Nice theater, except the seats are showing a lot of wear.
This a good theater to pick when you want to watch movies. The place is clean and the viewing experience is great.
Our group was accosted by several drunk patrons at am early evening show and the theater had to call the police. After missing more than a half hour of the film, we had to ask for our money back because they did not offer to refund our tickets. No one in my party has been back to this theater and I don't plan to change that. I wouldn't recommend this theater after the experience my friends and I had. I think the staff has to pay more attention to how much alcohol their patrons have consumed.
We really like this theater and we're A-list members but we've had it happen twice now where we get our tickets online and our reserved seats don't match the layout on the app. Today we actually didn't have enough seats to sit together because the seating layout on the app was incorrect. I had to go out to the front desk again and refund all of the tickets and get them switched to the new seats.
I like this theater, but I wish they would upgrade the seating so that there are more theaters with reclining seats.so one theater that they do have recliners in, it has Dolby surround sound, and it is awesome.
One of the few places in the county of Ventura that show small independent films

Great theater with a wide variety of concession, and premium options for movie goers seeking a unique experience. Also have great collectible figures ranging from palm, all the way up to life size
A-LIST MOVIE PASS GOOD DEAL , FRIENDLY PEOPLE, CHECK IT OUT !
And people there make you feel welcome. You asking the question and they know about the different movies. If they don't know the answer they will find someone that does. The theater is always clean when I go there. They are constantly cleaning the restrooms. Their food is excellent there. And I understand that there are even going to offer More Foods for the people downstairs. This is the place to go when you want to go see a movie and enjoy it. And if for some reason you don't like the movie they are so friendly about giving you a remix slip to see another movie. Thank you AMC.
First time at the theater, and a horrible experiance. Almost all the seats were broken and no good deals on food. Workers seemed lazy and did not seem to care.
Friendly staff. Stiff seats.
Ok-is theater. Still tired looking. If you go for the night show at say 1030 which I went today to, good luck with the refreshments if you want it during the show. Everything is shut down like you are in an industrial area hotel!
Amazing theatre. A lot of kids sneaking past though.
Clean theater but they need to upgrade the seats which are older. Think early 2000's so the seats need an upgrade to the modern recliners. Other than that it's a good theater with a bar upstairs. They also have a reasonable happy hour as well so check that out before the movie starts.
Ever since I got the A-List deal, this place has been my go to for all the latest movies. However, the only complaint that I have is that the place smells like a public bathroom right when you walk in. It also has that same smell when you’re walking down the halls leading to the other theaters. Aside from that, I’ve had nothing but a great movie going experience.
One of the few theaters to show the movie "Gosell" that I wanted to see so badly and they let us pre select our seats and we very much enjoyed it.
Seats aren't as comfortable as the Roxy in Camarillo... Perhaps I'm spoiled in that sense
The dolby theater seats are great
I always have a good time there
Staff is great and has good popcorn but prices are crazy and chairs are pretty uncomfortable
Great movie theater. My go to for watching movies. The concessions are great and the quality of the screenings is superb.
Awesome! Don't waste your time or money at Cinepolis. AMC is the place to go.
I got there 15 minutes before the movie was going to start with their announcements and previews, they had so few people working there it was a madhouse. It took almost a half an hour for them to get preheated junk out of bins. I missed the first 10 minutes of Bohemian Rhapsody and I'm very upset about that.
Watching the premium paying extra for recliner sit was a joke. The recliner is not working and the fabric is torn . Popcorn are everywhere. I don't think the crew clean up the premium area. Overal it's not a good experience.
Great theater staff was super friendly. I was a bit disappointed the seats haven't been upgraded like the Tustin AMC with leather, recliners, and heated seats but overall good place.
Great entertainment center. Arcade inside as well.
Great Cinema!! Clean, fun, and comfortable place to go on a date, spend time with friends, or to take the whole family to see the newest movie releases!! Staff is courteous, helpful, and smiling!!
Wow great theater! First time there and if it wasn't so far to go...over 2 1/2 hours from our home...I would go again and again. So comfortable with the reclining seats and carpet throuout the whole theater and under $10 a ticket.
This was the spot to go to for me as a kid. It's been a while since I've seen a movie here. I'm sure it's still a great place to go to.
Its AMC what can I say. It's always a great time.
Comfortable seating, good movies, great popcorn, and morning bargain prices!
Met opera Carmen was exceptional.
We used to like this theatre but as of lately there has been an aweful smell. You can feel the smell upon enering. Bummer!
The most uncomfortable theater seats in the known world make watching any movie here torture. Add to that that they advertise themselves as a dinner theater, but you have to order at a counter and then balance your meal on your knees while eating because there are no trays or tables. The food was good and the theatre was super clean but it didn't make up for the discomfort or irritation.
This theatre is really nice! Great variety and FREE movies once a week (early access, albeit) but the food is criminally overpriced ($9 candy bar? Really?) And lil bowls for people to put candy in so the climax isn't ruined by crinkling plastic and shuffling Munch a Crunch would be nice. Becoming a Studs reward member has saved my gf and I over $100, but we go once every two weeks or so. Staff is always sweet and willing to fix issues with tickets, showtimes, etc. See if you can find the typo with the Starwars display out front!! Fun challenge for kids (it's unintentional, but it's a funny typo nonetheless.)
Very nice. ..

Staff is always sweet and willing to fix issues with tickets, showtimes, etc. See if you can find the typo with the Starwars display out front!! Fun challenge for kids (it's unintentional, but it's a funny typo nonetheless.)
Very nice place to watch a movie!
The Dolby cinema theater is amazing.
Very comfortable seats, sound was so good even the chairs shook! Awesome!
Concession stand closed up stairs. Needs remodeling better seats
I enjoyed very much. The theater is very spacious and the seat very comfortable.
Since this place was sold to AMC, it’s gone WAY DOWN I MEAN WAY DOWN. the floors are always dirty , the trash cans are awkwardly full all the time , the theater rooms are unkept and the kids running the place could care less. Such a huge disappointment it used to be a great go to theatre. Now it’s a great no go theater. Much rather go to Regal across the street.
Great movie theater. Service is always top notch,
The most uncomfortable seats I've ever sat in at a movie.
Large theaters. Always have a great experience. Only downside is no recliner seat but they are comfortable and spacious at least.
Did not like it at all. Not comfortable, won't be back.
Close by the house. Tuesdays is your best bet. Saves you some money. Enjoy the popcorn. Yum yum. Super clean place.
We wanted to see The Lost City of Z, and it wasn't playing at our local theatre - Studio Movie Grill. We were intrigued Thousand Oaks had a "dine-in" theatre experience and were disappointed it was far from it. It's unfair to compare venues, but we've become accustomed to the full service treatment. Having to order your food and drink upstairs, wait for it and bring it back in take-out form down to your theatre was far from fun and even less exciting to find there were no table trays to use. We ended up balancing our containers on our laps and leaving our seats to get refills during the show. The theatre staff were exceptional, but the overall experience was enough to keep us away in the future.
By far, one of the fanciest theaters I have been to. It has these very high tech recling seats that are comfy. They go above and beyond what regal has. You adjust the top and the bottom seperatley using touch controls. The prices are decent, but it is more expensive than regal. The food is good, they have what you would expect, like popcorn, candy, hotdogs etc. I left my wallet at the theater a few weeks ago and I didnt realize that I left it at the theater until 3 hours after the movie ended. But, when I asked about it 3 hours after the movie ended, it was locked up in a tiny safe and they had me sign a paper. It shows how much they care. Because they couldve chosen to leave my wallet alone. Im fortunate to have it with me today.
Clean theatre at very good prices for seniors. They need to upgrade seats to the lounging type.
AMC theaters have become better and better across the country. The one in thousand oaks, has ample parking, amenities, food and beverage options along with the enhanced dbox seats so you can feel the movie. There is seeing a movie and there is experiencing a movie, this AMC offers an experience. Alcohol sales would but are not required.
My favorite movie theatre! Mostly because of the cheap prices during the week, also has every new movie playing. Very convenient; located at the outdoor portion of the mall
Went to a regular theatre so I can't speak for the IMAX, etc. Experience was average. Nice that seats are reserved, so you don't have to sit through the 30+ minutes of previews. My seat didn't recline without constantly pushing back.
Nice theaters, good seats. Wish the usher had mentioned wheel chair access was via elevator when my buddy had the ticket scanned, but otherwise great theater!
When it was a movico, it was a great place for a movie night. Then it changed to AMC. I went back after a while, the place is rather run down. Chairs are not comfortable. The only reason I go there is because of the location. You can shop & dine before the movie. If it's just the theater itself, not my first choice!
I wanted to go see the movie Glass and bought my tickets on Fandango for my girlfriend and I. When I got there she wasn’t feeling well and I was asked to get in line to change the tickets. Respectful the guests encouraged I go ahead. I asked if I could change my tickets to another day and he asked me what day. I said most probably tomorrow but if she isn’t feeling well can I still change the tickets for movie Glass. I called Fandango and they asked me to call me you guys as I haven’t been at the theatre. Unless I was misinformed I’d like to come in with my fandango receipt and get 2 tickets I was hoping to use for the movies. Thanks Google should hire me for a blogger like if you agree :)
Excellent movie cinema, i viewed avengers infinity war, i will always remember this theater just cuz of the movie. i got popcorn, a drink, even some alcohol. i would recommend this theater to any one i love amc. thank you keep up the good work.
It was clean and not so crowded.
Date night was with wife... We had lots of fun.. Walked around mall after movie
Twelve dollars for two tickets on a weekend. Now u know that cost is exceptional 4 a movie theater. Esp a newer constructed theater w/ all the luxury, sound systems & plush seating avail @ AMC.
THE most uncomfortable theatre seats I've ever experienced. Staff was friendly, but it was hard to enjoy the movie when your seat HURTS. BTW, tried other seats by moving...still very very uncomfortable.
I like the location & services and prices!
AMC has great leather seats and a wonderful atmosphere. Popcorn is fresh and tasty and you can get a cocktail if you are in the mood. I only wish their seats reclined.
Best theater in ventura county. $5 matinee pricing for movies.
A very great cinema in the Thousand Oaks area. The quality of the cinemas was perfect with lots of movies to watch. The prices were ok, but were especially cheap in the morning show times. A great cinema to watch the latest blockbuster films.
Nice theatre. A rude guy had manned the entry line to the theatres but besides that the experience was good.
We don't go here for movies much anymore....electing to go to either the Regency in Agoura or Cinepolis in Westlake Village. Parking is easier at these other theatres. The popcorn was excellent at AMC but the seats are terribly uncomfortable. This place needs not only new seats, but something else to help revitalize it. Reason we went here this time was because someone bought me a gift card!
Good bar upstairs, chairs are comfy, used to be above and beyond the other theaters but is now just about the normal for every theater.
Chairs are a bit dirty and not comfortable. Staff are great.
This used to be the best theater around. It was the premium go-to theatre but now that they have so many theaters with recliner seats for regular admission price, it's kind of lost its luster. Yeah, it's kind of nice to be brought food in your seat, but honestly, the food you get here just isn't that great & it's super expensive. So, for the premium aspect there are better theaters. And for seat comfort there are better theaters. This place did have something really going for it though, they had the best popcorn. But sadly, that was when they were Muvico. Now that they are AMC they have that same hard, full of hulls popcorn they have at every AMC. Since every theater pretty much has the same movies, I only go here now if there's a movie showing that's not playing at one of my better choices for price, seat comfort & parking. Sorry Muvico.
Great theater. Love the seats. Friendly staff and it's clean! Lots of snacks to choose from. It's a great local venue!
Very thankful that AMC shows The Metropolitan Opera live.
My recent theater experience was seeing the Grinch movie. The seats were very comfortable and the movie was played at a good volume, meaning everything was audible but the sound wasn't overly loud. Of course the snacks and drinks ended up costing more than the movie tickets themselves
2nd story theater C has large comfortable plush seats with cup holders and a wood stand for each seat.
Nice multi-screen theater. Newer building, look clean. Seats are fine
workers here are super rude and the place is filthy
This theater is previously called Muvico/Century group, so you might be able to find thr same quality as of AMC in terms of screen and sound. But i would say its a pretty decent theater. Not a proper Dine in theater as they call.
I wish I could say better things about this place because it is my main theater. Sadly the management or lack there of is a huge issue. Things are never operating smoothly from how they leave the lights on during the start of a movie all the way to how many of the screens how blemishes or just need to be cleaned. It seems to be a problem at the top. You can never get a manger when you need one and if you do it takes them forever to get to you. I hope it gets better!
Theater is nice but a lot of bad kids hang out here!!!
Watching Avengers Endgame with my family. It was awesome. The only thing I would change is their seats to make them recliners.
