I'm used to Cinepolis VIP. So even though now AMC has numbered seats, it's no match for Cinepolis' comfort and atmosphere. Plus there's always long lines at the snacks.

This is my favorite theater to go to. Even during the construction next door, nothing was affected by our visit. Can't wait to see the new expansion. All the workers are real nice.

Movie theatre experience was good but not great. My friends and I went to see a movie but realized that its a VERY long walk to and from the concession stand every time we wanted a refill or more snacks. Wish they could make it more convenient to buy snacks considering that the price of the tickets and food is not cheap.

It is very easy to purchase a ticket and you can become an AMC stubs member which has many benefits such as having your own, shorter line and getting discounts on multiple items. One thing I don't like though is that the theater can be quite dirty at times.

The prices here are amazing but parking is soooo annoying if you have anything bigger than a fiat. The spaces are narrow and no one can fit therefore your car WILL get a dent if it is crowded. Also, because the prices are so low, the crowed can get crazy and sometimes it’s just better to pay more and go somewhere else.

Cheaper than every other AMC I have been to, which does add a bit to how crowded it can be, but I would say it is absolutely worth putting up with a few extra people to enjoy a movie for under 10 bucks. The membership lines always move really fast if you are into that! Friendly staff help at the counter if you want to indulge in concessions. All in all a good place to catch a flick.

DESCRIMINATES SPECIAL NEEDS AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT the Autism society has a program that is called sensory friendly films, where people with special needs can watch the movie with the volume not all the way up and the lights dimmed. Palm Promenade advertised they are participants and when we get there no one knows anything and they want my severe autism child to just go on a regular audience film, this is not the first time this happens, the last time we where told it was sensory friendly and it wasn’t, needless to say we had a very hard day since my daughter has very sensitive ears and couldn’t handle the sound,today she was ready to watch Aladdin and we wanted to make sure it was sensory friendly, no one even knew what it was and I showed them the advertisement, their manager Cassandra told me they couldn’t just put a movie for her, but I wasn’t asking for that I was only asking for what was advertised then she said sometimes they have different schedules so I asked when was the sensory friendly showing and of course they didn’t have anything scheduled. It is very frustrating when your child really wants to watch a movie and they only have one day at one time to watch it and you get there and it turns out they can’t watch it, of course right after we had a big melt down from an autistic 14 year old, It is very unsensitive from AMC palm promenade to do that to an autistic child

The theater for the most part is much more cleaner than others I have been too. The screening room with seating is almost clean. They do a good job at this location. The customer service is good and ticketing prices are one extremely reasonable for the level of care to the facility and the comfort and cleanliness that one is excepted to receive when wanting to wind down and enjoy a good movie.

My neighborhood movie theater, never disappoints. I prefer middle of the week mornings to properly enjoy movies. Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings are packed. Very convenient location. Sometimes I get an oil change at Walmart and catch a flick instead of waiting at the auto department lobby. Might seem cheap and sneaky but I get snacks at Walmart, Vons or 7-11 Del Sol before arriving at theater. Just buy a water or soda at concessions and enjoy the show.

This place is all ways busy!! I would recommend to order ticket(s), food , and drinks through the app before hand! Makes it's easier to go in without a hassle. The only thing right now I dont like is the parking. Parking here is small especially there's construction going on. I'll change this review once I see how this new building is done especially with the new business right next door.

Does not make sense. A new movie yea I can see that happening but a movie that been out. No I do not see the reason why for assigned seating.

Get to your movie early if you want to get popcorn or any snacks. They also have a reusable bucket of popcorn you can buy for $18 for the year. You can get it refilled for $5. It's good for 2-3 people. IMAX and 3D movies are super affordable here! You can't beat the value of this place!

Our go-to theater. Not just because of its close proximity, though that is very nice as it is extremely accessible with such a large lot so close to the 805. The seats are quite bearable and the IMAX screen is wonderful. We will continue to visit this one over the other options in the area.

I love how affordable the prices are here compared to other AMCs. The service is always friendly and ready to help. My only complaint is the crowd that goes here. Be prepared for people yelling and adding commentary throughout the movie. The price you pay for cheap tickets.

Decent theater, decent prices. Could use a bit more clean in the theater rooms. Just saw Endgame, thankfully the people watching stayed quiet except for the ending battle. I won't spoil how things went. Go watch it. If you enjoy Marvel movies, you will enjoy this film. Unfortunately I'm moving in a month and a half so I'll need to find new theaters.

The bathrooms are decently clean, and the seats are fairly comfortable. my recommendation is to try to come in the middle of the day on a weekday. On the weekends it gets really really packed, and it could be hard to find a good seat. Come by on a Tuesday afternoon though, and you can watch a movie for less than $10 in a virtually private theater.

Me and my 11 year old cousin went to see avengers endgame on April 27th at 1150 at night. About 2 hours into the movie we where pulled out of the movie because the security guard said we fit the description of 2 individuals who snuck in the back by the bathroom but when I went to the bathroom alone the same security guard was standing right by the bathroom and asked to see my ticket I showed him. This was an act of racism and it was sad that my little cousin had to experience that in a time like that we missed part of the movie because of it and I will never go back to a place that treat us in such manner.

Won't go to Regal because of the bedbugs...it's been awhile since we came to an AMC. AMC has assigned seating now. Very cool. We don't have to come too early to fight for seats. Join StubHub it saves you time paying online and you get to pick your seats.

This was an act of racism and it was sad that my little cousin had to experience that in a time like that we missed part of the movie because of it and I will never go back to a place that treat us in such manner.

Theater rooms smell really bad = old, stale popcorn, don't take a deep breath type of dirty! Almost as bad as the Rancho Del Rey Regal (minus the bed bugs, fingers crossed). The only positive here is the place is big.

This morning I went to see spider man I always go to this move theatre beCause is close to my house and I like the seats very comfy , today the seats where really nasty and had food stains all over them couldn’t even see the movie comfortable because didn’t wanna touch my seat , were I sat had a black stain on the side and gum on the arm rest .

So im still part of the "stub members club" a year n a halft ago i bouhgt the refillable bucket, then six months after that they told me that they were not going to honor it any more except in special amc theathers n they sais they would give me a free refill if i turn in my bucket. Since I dont live around the special amc theathers i thiug I did turn the bucket in , n now they are bringing it back????? What are they going to do ? Are they going to dishonor bucket refills one year latee againg????

Great big jumbo theater with 24 screens and estimate movies to choose from. Lots of parking and easy access makes this movie house one of our go to places for our cinema experiences. BONUS is the snack bar has pretty fast lines and self serve butter for your popcorn.

The cloth seats need to be steamed and cleaned or changed to leather that are easier to clean I was bitten by bugs the whole time watching the movie. Most likely infested with bug bites. Use after use and the chairs don't get cleaned. Couldn't enjoy the movie because I scratched the whole time.

We love going to this theater but tonight we discovered they have a complete section of parking blocked off next to it, so we had to park far away. Especially since it's a really busy location with other busy shops located and sharing the same valuable spaces. I truly hope it isn't blocked off for another building to be built there. Otherwise I'm going to have to find another theater with better parking.
