Seats are chosen and assigned while buying tickets, so that's nice--we were a little late so it was nice to know our seats were already saved and it was safe to get snacks without fear of seat goblins snatching em up. :-) So the pretzel is about $16... Had us double checking the price and our faces must have told the lady she was cray because she responded "it's like, really big". So we went along with it and had buyer's remorse while waiting for it to bake... But then we got the box. This thing comes in a pizza box and is several pretzels worth of yumminess. Definitely recommend this splurge.

The prices at the food stand are good and the place is not so bad. It has a very beautiful entrance and hallways. I recommend this place because of movie hours and the clean environment inside.

The line was huge, should of had more open. Had to wait 25 minutes to get food, missed a lot if previews. Had to send in most everyone else while I waited. I found out it's better to order on the app 1/2 hour ahead of time. And get the Premiere Stubs Rewards for free upgrades, no $2 fee when reserving seats for the movie. People were having to sit in the front row for a 9:15 movie. The chicken fingers were a lot but not crispy, probably because they were trying to do so many and get them out fast. Popcorn was good, and the nachos (chips and cheese) was 2 big cheese cups and a big box of chips; twice as much as you get from Regal. All in all we will go back, just order ahead of time. Oh, and the 4 - 5 employees that I talked to were all nice and trying to do the best they could with so much going on.

Lines for food are super long, they have multiple snack snacks but only had 1 open on a busy day? Theatre was hot and stuffy, definitely will not return and will let family and friends know what am awful movie theatre

The best movie theater around here, in my opinion. Busy as heck on weekends, but it's very well maintained and has some excellent theaters, including IMAX and Dolby Cinema. Great selection of both indie and mainstream films. Reserve your tickets early for popular movies and you won't have trouble getting a good seat. This seating is top notch as well, with expansive plush recliners. The armrests on these recliners can be raised to give you a (slightly uncomfortable) loveseat. Bring a pillow maybe if you're planning any cuddling. Bathrooms are clean, water fountains are cold and run well. Can't speak on concessions, but they're overpriced as usual. You may be able to smuggle some snacks in, I haven't tried myself. This place also offers AMC A-List which lets you see up to three of any movie a week for $20 a month. If you see even 2 movies a month this saves you money. The plan even includes the $19 IMAX movies. If you see a fair amount of movies and live nearby this is a no-brainer. Anyways, great theater, highly recommend, get your tickets early if you want good seats to popular movies.

The Dolby Cinema is worth it if you love awesome sound and reclinable seats. The other theaters are non reclinable, but assigned seating so it's a good place to go If you buy your tickets early

Premium showings like IMAX and DOLBY are worth it. However the concessions are slow and employees seem new often. Lower price for regular showings bring in people with loud kids and other things so becareful what you choose.

Like the theater, the staff but the kiosk that you pay your ticket don't work. They don't print yoir ticket ,they are slow and you miss half of your movie by getting your ticket at customer service. People are better. Just have more cashiers .

Decent amc theater with plenty of screens for the big mega movie weekends. I came here for the avengers on a Saturday, did not need to prepurchase ticket online, plenty of seats and showtimes. Parking here is a much bigger challenge than tickets.

I love amc theaters, but this one was no good. The theater I was in still has old uncomfortable seats. However, the worst part was the fact that when my boyfriend and I went in to find our seats they were old dirty. They still had popcorn on the floor and empty cups in the cup holders. I get it the movie wasn’t packed, it was us and two other couples in there. But the theater should still be cleaned up before new people go in to watch a movie.

This theater was remodeled a few years ago. They serve adult drinks and they installed very comfortable recliner chairs. We went to see Creed 2 and enjoyed our chairs and the movie.

We went to watch ‘Captain Marvel’ movie here. It’s pretty decent place. We didn’t go to IMAX or 3D show, still it was a nice experience. The screen that we went didn’t have recliner seats. I think that’s why my rating for this theatre is 4.

I started going here because 30 screens gives you so many choices. I chould show up any time and there would always be a movie starting soon. Now they want you to buy tickets online and select your seat way in advance. That kind of kills whatever advantage this place had over smaller places. I mean, they might as well have ONE screen if I have to plan everything days ahead of time. I still like the place. But now I'm gonna give some 8 or 12 screen places a try as well.

This theater gets better and better. The premium theaters are fantastic, quality screens, amazing sound, comfortable recliner chairs. Try out a movie in Prime, you'll be amazed! The regular theaters are great too and you'll have a good experience whatever you choose. At peak times, concessions can get very busy and there is a wait. Check if the side concessions on either wing are open. Or sign up for the rewards program to go now through an expedited line.

The seats here are older, and in many screens they have (all?), the center seat is not the center number-wise... In #13, row D, seat 6 is dead-center of the screen. I always seem to get stuck in screens 1-13, on the side opposite the restrooms, which are near the exits on the lower number side. Not a big deal, but seems that side's snack bar is always closed, so gotta use the ones by the entrance. And oddly the larger area ticket windows (North side) are always closed, too, having the smaller block South of the entrance open. (This side has about half the windows blocked by ticket kiosks.)

Since Spring Break is still going it was very busy and crowded. However, with lots of nearby overflow parking available we were able to find parking on the west side of the mall. Sorry to see that Tu Tu Tango is closed.

Hadn't been here in a long time. No ticket sellers. Only machines. The one we started with apparently did not work after spending about 10 minutes trying it. Then waited for another one to open up. Took another several minutes to finally get 3 tickets. All together about 15-20 minutes. I told the ticket taker that dealing with the machines made me not want to come back in the future. He laughed. What could he do? Not a pleasant experience. Not cheap.

Was sold two tickets for the wrong day. Got to the theater 45 minutes before our movie was scheduled to start. Lady working the window sold us two tickets for the following days show. We payed over 40$ for snacks and 30$ for tickets. When we got too our seats we quickly realized that another couple had the same seats as us. When we looked at our tickets we realized they were for the following day. No refund was offered. We basically got f*cked out of 70$ and were not able to see the movie we payed for because by this time all the seats were taken. Horrible experience... -10/100 rating for this theater.

Had gift certificates, so could not use automated machine for checking. waited ovrr 25 min. in line while 5 groups ahead of us chose their seating! Then forget concession stand, again two people ti service a long line of people waiting. If not for gift I will never return to this theater. Cinema 25, better price for seniors and better concession service. AMC off my list!!

They really need to figure out how to handle the A-Listers line and regular concessions line. No consistancy and the "Stub A-List" line is always the slowest. It's a shame that you get in early and need to wait 30mins for popcorn and a drink.

Went last night for a 10:30 movie. The theater had obviously not been cleaned between movies which wouldn’t have been a huge problem except it was just filthy. There was a dirty band-aid on the seat we were assigned to!! On the subject of the seats, they were covered with stains and spills. The floor was sticky. The bathroom was..well, just gross. For almost $14 per ticket, you expect a LITTLE effort. The quality of this theater has gone significantly downhill while the prices have continued to climb.

One of the great places to go and see a movie here in Orange County. I've been coming here for years since the mall was renovated. One of the best AMC's in Orange County and it's the only one I know that has 30 screens. best time to go is on the weekends for their matinee shows that usually sometimes start between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. if you want to see a good movie without all the crowd and people playing with their cell phones go during the matinees.

I like this AMC I brought my fiance here we went to go see the movie Ma the only thing I don't like about it is that when it comes to night time since they do serve alcohol it doesn't matter if kids with their parents or not kids should be allowed in the AMC after a certain time rather over the age of 18 or not because they don't know when to keep their mouth closed why others trying to watch the movie but other than that AMC is alright with me they just need to fix that part when it comes to teenagers 18 and under coming with there parents to come watch a movie

Really good theater overall. Has both IMAX and Dolby Cinema. Highly recommend watching a movie on those screens. Only drawback is the block is really popular with teens so be careful. At times some showing become unbearable because there's a lot of talking

The singular best Dolby Atmos theater in Orange County. My go-to for big Marvel or DC Comics movies. Fantastic for any blockbuster movie release. All the theater amenities you would expect. Easy parking and lot's of shops to walk around after a movie.

Ok so I’ve never had a problem but I have the AMC stubs a-list and I had reserved a showtime for Good Boys. The girl at the front gave me attitude because apparently my school ID wasn’t valid enough for her to let me in??? I have never had a problem with this! She had me buy a ticket because I didn’t want to lose the other TWO tickets I had purchased for my family. Then the girl that was selling tickets treated me like I was stupid when I was trying to get credit for the movie. Worst service EVER. So instead of saving the money for my ticket I ended up having to pay with MY CARD that had MY NAME on it just like my school ID on top of my monthly payment for my AMC stubs.

The lines are terrible. The ticket kiosks either don't work, are super slow, or are out of order. Then you get slammed with an overpriced front row ticket. Luckily the trailers take 25+ minutes or you'd never make your movie on time. I won't be coming back since this is the second time this has happened.

Service is as slow as molasses. Took 30 minutes to get through the ticket and concession lines. Staff was friendly, just extremely slow. The Premier Line bothered me especially when the cashier jumped over to the nonmembers line because her register froze. Clean theater and restroom.

Lots of theaters, if you are over 21 there is a bar but it's pricey. You can pick your seat. Very nice... Restrooms are VERY clean and modern. If you get there early enough to before the the movie enjoy the many restaurants in the immediate area and grab a drink and some food.

One of the great places to go and see a movie here in Orange County. I've been coming here for years since the mall was renovated. One of the best AMC's in Orange County and it's the only one I know that has 30 screens. best time to go is on the weekends for their matinee shows that usually sometimes start between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. if you want to see a good movie without all the crowd and people playing with their cell phones go during the matinees.

Really good theater overall. Has both IMAX and Dolby Cinema. Highly recommend watching a movie on those screens. Only drawback is the block is really popular with teens so be careful. At times some showing become unbearable because there's a lot of talking

Movie theater isn't bad at all. It was pretty clean and fairly short lines for concessions at the theater. The cheesy popcorn with hot Cheetos were really tasty. However, the mall parking is absolutely terrible even on a Friday at noon. I ended up circling the entire mall 2 times before finding a spot while on my way to valet. I'm not sure if I would come back because I don't want to deal with the horrible parking situation.

The movies that are displayed here are amazing and tue tickets aren't that expensive. Although if you want to see, for example an animated movie, there is a likely chance that toddlers might interrupt the viewing experience. I also enjoyed the variety of drink that are provided.

Clean facilities, friendly staff and great red seats. No recliners but the aesthetic makes up for it. Great shopping center. This location is quite busy, but navigating through the chaos is quite easy due to staff and signs. Also the bathroom is amazingly big.

Whether you're a member or not I highly recommend making all your purchases through the app for tickets and food. The lines can get long inside and that will definitely help in feeling less frustrated. If you do need to use the app I would also recommend you screenshot your ticket so you don't have any issues loading it up when entering. The crew at the door, member services, and food counter are all very nice and efficient. This is my go to place for all movies since there is plenty of room and options!

Big theatre with good seats. Only downside is that it's a tad expensive compared to other movie theatres. I think if you show them a student ID on Tuesdays they give you a small discount. They also have a rewards program, if you're into that

Full bar. Good popcorn. Big restrooms that are structured to factlitate moving people through quickly. Fine theater with friendly staff.

Theater itself is fine once you get in but the ticket buying experience is abysmal, lot of the machines are broken or not responding so you have to choose long line at the human counter or few working machines. Despite long lines they don’t open additional windows. Perhaps poor scheduling by management or a corporate desire to keep wages low and under staff, I don’t frequent this theater enough to know and based on this experience I’m not likely to.

The snack bar is really nice and they have the cool Coca Cola all in one fountain drink stands. However the seating has not been upgraded to the recliners yet so it's not comfortable. The seating is assigned so I thought they had recliners. They do serve draft beers which is nice so I gave them an extra star.

I'd love to give this place 5 stars but they really don't adhere to their Premier Customer policy. You could be standing at the Premier Special line, you pay for the Special Price and yet they call people from regular line still before they call you even though they can see you standing there waiting. Also they need two people at the Customer Service desk because the line gets really long and your movie is about to start and nobody come to help make the line go faster. In terms of cleanliness, the place is clean. I still like AMC better than Regal or Cinemark.

My theater of choice not only because is centrally located in my area but because they have lots of movie selections going on. You'll very likely find the movie you want at a convenient schedule. The place is clean and spacious. The movie experience is great with well cared huge screens and awesome sound without being too loud. Temperate is a bit too cold at times but that could be just me. They even serve cocktails now for around $12 average. Recommended.

I have been to this AMC a lot over the years. It is always well maintained and clean for how busy it is. I recommend you go early if you want concessions on a weekend or holiday, the lines are long. If you have the A-List program you are good to go. They have plenty of theaters here to see what you want at the time you want. Because it is in The Outlets of Orange you have plenty of food options, shopping, and parking available around it. Worth it to spend the evening here and end it with a movie. I also recommend you save time and buy your tickets thru the app. Overall a great theater to go to!

I like that this location. The AMC app lets you order food in advance, and you dont have to wait in line. Its just ready to grab from the Express pick up. One thing i missed was the recliners. Maybe they do have them, just not in the room I was in.

One because you can not give less. Went to the theater on Sunday before Memorial Day and they only had one concession stand open and long lines. I barely got to my movie on time. When I contacted the staff about the popcorn being hard as rocks, they said it was fresh. When I asked them if they were willing to try eating it themselves they refused. I told them the coke machine was giving out watered down sodas. I told them that this was not an event that I was willing to have paid $50 for , the teen age staff said tough luck old man. They were not offering anything of a refund or anything else. I asked what if anything do you want me to think about your service. Think anything you want.

Ridiculously bad theatergoing experience. We went to see the NT Live Hamlet tonight, and the film started 25 minutes late because the staff forgot about our showing. If that wasn't bad enough, partway through Act II the film shuts off. Audience members had to go find someone to get the film started again. And after a late start and a glitch that shut things down part way through the show, did a manager come by to say sorry? Of course not. It was clearly a case of "We've got your money suckers, so see ya." Go anywhere but here. There's better customer service at the dollar theaters.

I love this theater even if it is a bit far from home because of the wide selection of foreign films. Mandarin, Tagala, Spanish or? On the same day it makes $6 Tuesdays even more enticing! I like how they have ice dispensing even in closed concession areas. I always see 2-3 films to make the drive worthwhile!
