My personally favourite place to go when it comes to theatres, the reclining padded seats really help make the movie experience more comfortable and enjoyable. My only recommendation is to buy your tickets in advance, at least a week out, or as early as you can. They go by reserved seating so if you go in last minute you might not get the seats you want. The only downside to this is on very rare occasions they don't clean up underneath the seats. (They most likely wait until the end of day for deep cleaning) but apart from that they are well kept and clean.

Father's day -horrible, seemed as if kids were running the entire place, Food was abnormally overpriced . Movie should have started at 2:30 but did not start till 2:43 then they skipped all previews and just started the movie, no air conditioning whatsoever the entire time the manager was made aware, and also many patrons complained but it didn't matter. Overall experience' I'll go somewhere else next time

This theater is my favorite to go to. Even thought this theater isn't the closest to my house I choose to go here because they have a very friendly staff. Each seat is a comfortable and can recline back so you can watch a movie how you would at home. You can even buy your tickets online and reserve your seat so you don't have to rush to get the seat you want.

It was a very good experience, the server was attentive and the food was good, the movie that we watched was the last show of the day (past midnight) most of the kids working there had been up all day and they still had a great attitude, comfortable seating, great movie and good food.

I love that you can drink here! Food was delicious! Seats so comfortable that I almost fell asleep in them. And the best part of all I dropped my wallet in the food court lobby and before i had realized I even lost it. The security was on it! They retrieved my wallet and i was so thankful and happy that they were on their game and i didnt lose my money. So cudos to them.

The Theater Dine in experience was great! The seats inside were retractable giving a different view and a relaxing sensation while watching movies. Definetely recommend going here as options are great but also expensive.

Love coming to this AMC ever since they remodeled. The Dolby digital theater is definitely the best with comfy recliners, great sound and great pictures. Also, the fine in food is pretty tasty but can add up when you already have put in for tickets. The smaller theaters also have recliners, a little bit smaller than the Dolby. The downside to the smaller recliners is the reclining button is on the inside so if you bump it, your seat goes all haywire. The soda options are great too.

This place is a little weird, you pay at the center island then go to the main counter to pick up your snacks (popcorn, nachos etc.) There's a cabinet where you pick your popcorn and nachos (pre made). Theres a 'add your own butter' station and a soda dispenser that had tons of options (hella cool). They have reclining seats that are love seats (once you lift up the middle armrest) which is awesome but as a single seat kinda small for a recliner. So a little weird, but cool.

I saw simple favor. I wished I ordered the popcorn variety with extra butter. Nevertheless I order California rolls in which were kind of messy. I also wish I ordered drink just because the people were friendly and it seemed like they went the extra mile. I like that the seats reclined and I can be cozy as I watched the movie.

The lines are organized so no one is stuck in a slow line. The self-serve aspect also means no waiting as the snacks are fully stocked. Parking is typical for a mall. Staff is very friendly.

Okay so we went here to watch avengers endgame. We got the dine in seats because that's all that was open. so I know it's a dine in theater which is cool but it was honestly so distracting. The talking between the waiters and customers at all different times during the movie took away from the experience and honestly made me wanna toss popcorn at them. So I wont be doing the dine in experience again. Ever! Other than that tho... the theater is really nice, new and clean. They have alot of different snack options as well as the dine in if you dont mind the talking like I did! They have reclining seats and they are very comfortable. Will go again. Will not dine in

I have had a variety of items off of their dinner menu and I am always surprised by the quality and deliciousness of the food. This is restaurant quality food while you watch a movie. The price is pretty competitive too. I honestly don't know why you would pay almost 10 dollars for salty puffs of corn when for almost 5 more dollars you can eat a burger and fries.

1. 3 of 4 ticket kiosks were down. 2. Filthy. 3. Cleaning crew showed up 14 mins before showtime and kicked everyone out. 4. Show did not start on time as staff “forgot” about the 4:00 pm show in a Theater No. 24. Seriously stay away from this place.

I LOVE going to the movies all the time in fact I am an AMC Stubs Premiere member. This was my first time ever trying AMC Ontario Mills and I got the worst awful experience anybody could imagine. I was going to see The Kitchen at 10:45pm. I arrive at 10:15pm and first thing I noticed was a lack of staffing and customer service. The carpets were stained and was very unclean. When I waited in the Premiere line, there were approximately 5 people waiting in the regular line way longer than me. The AMC staff member called me over as if I was next in line which showed no awareness and fairness at all to other customers. I very much disliked how you can grab the popcorn/nachos/hot dogs and go to your movie. Us paying customers and Stubs/Premiere members do not know how long that these foods have been under the heater and how many people have touched them with their bare hands. The entire concession area looked like it was just placed with no thoughts of a better organization plan. The area with drinks and ICEEs was very sticky on the ground and had trash ALL over the place! At this point I was very disappointed but I was satisfied because it was finally time to watch my movie. As I was walking down the hallway to get to theater 5, there was an AMC manager and a security guard escorting 4 minors out of a movie theater after passing curfew and trying to sneak in. There were approximately about 12 other people in our theater with us. It is 10:45pm exactly and NOTHING was on the screen and the lights were still on in dead silence. One of our fellow viewers in the theater had to go grab a manager to actually start our movie which proved how unorganized it is with bad management. Before I continue explaining this horrible experience, the movie theater itself was unsanitary with uncleaned dirty trays. When I reclined in my seat I looked behind to see all of the disgusting rotten foods and trash left behind that looked like it has been there for months!! At this point it was 11:05pm and our movie was finally starting but there was an issue. THE LIGHTS WERE STILL ON IN THE THEATER!! 5 minutes later the same person had to tell the manager to turn the lights off. Finally, everything was all good until the middle of the movie, two young gals run down the stairs at a fast pace and then right by the time they past the fire alarm the alarm goes off. As all fire alarms are it was extremely loud ,and irritating as it was just past midnight. All of us evacuated the building and that is exactly how my first time ended at AMC Ontario Mills. Everybody including me were extremely disappointed on how everything turned out. I recommend AMC Victoria Gardens as they are perfect in almost every way possible and actually make all customers and visitors feel welcomed! To summarize this terrible experience, I would rate it negative stars and never go back again. Awful management and lack of helpful staff members. Very unclean, unsanitary in almost all areas and including bathrooms (Disgusting and unfortunate), and a whole theater with stained carpets. During my entire time there, I NEVER saw any staff member make an effort to clean even when they walk by an awful mess. There was a major lack in organization in almost all areas of the theater. There are a bunch of AMC theaters that are way more high class and welcoming to all customers and tourists that don’t disappoint like this one did to many people!

Alright, I rarely go to the movies but I really needed an hour or so away from reality so I went. The theater itself is good, the service is good, the food is good, but the seats are excellent. I sat in the dine-in so I ordered my food once I was seated and just my luck, my card gets declined. Whatever, no big deal. I tell the server I'll pay cash and he says he'll charge me once he brings my order. I didn't get my churros. :( Not until I called again about half way through the movie. All in all, it was a good time away from it all. Those chairs are amazing!

First time that we saw movie at the dine-in theater. We watched the movie Green Book, the story about Dr. Don Shirley. Very good movie, reclining seats with foot rests very comfortable, and a great way to enjoy an evening watching a white screen movie and comfort. A great place to go!

The food is over priced and since they won't allow you to bring your own, it's basically asking for it. The whole dine in aspect sounds cool, if it wasn't for the fact that it's woefully inefficient, overpriced, and not convenient in the slightest. The movie experience? Overall great, but if their gonna put that "Dine-In" logo right in your face, might as well make it satisfactory.

The service was amazing!!!! They bring your food and beverage to your seat while you're able to continue watching your film. The serve alcohol.... Be prepared to show ID. We ate before going, but will try their food next time. Everyone greeted us and it was genuine!!!! Will definitely return.

I had a very mediocre to average experience on my last visit which was also my first visit. The theater itself was okay but it felt like the air conditioner kept turning off and the room would get warm before it would turn back on. We also had an issue with the light remaining on behind us while the movie was playing for the majority of the time other than that the movie experience was not too bad Unfortunately the bathroom was pretty gross on my way out, there was moisture all over the floor and paper towels scattered about along with a foul smell. not the worst theater I've ever been to but it definitely didn't leave me with a warm fuzzy feeling wanting to come back

Not too busy on weekdays. Dine in sushi is really good. App gave me a bug, however my sister's worked fine (time for a phone upgrade). If there is ever an issue its with employees working concession register... No consistently, so I personally prefer the dine in 1:1 service. Can be pricy but food options better than self service.

Took my 6 yr old granddaughter to see angry birds 2, she loved it. Word of advice to people who bring babies to the movies...when your child starts to cry and disturbs others from not being able to hear clearly, show some courtesy and remove the screaming child from the theatre..

AMC DINE-IN Ontario Mills 30 is a movie theater that is located at Ontario Mills in Ontario, California. It’s my favorite movie theatre. I literally don't know how many times I went there to watch movies so far. I go to AMC DINE-IN at Ontario Mills at least once a month. I really enjoy watching movies at AMC DINE-IN. They have comfortable seats and a good variety of food choices. Their overall service is good. Last but not least, their theatres are simply great! They have Standard, Real 3D, Dine-In and Dolby Cinema theatres.

It has a wider selection of movies than most theatres and some more obscure, also more times. Each theatre has assigned seating now as far as I know and reclining seats which I don't need, but I guess it keeps people behind you from putting their feet up by your head which is good.

The room where they where showing The Lion King was warm and humid, the sound was very poor it kept coming in and out. Shortly after arriving and sitting in our seats, out of nowhere me and my husband got super itchy on the arms and legs. Very disappointed as it usually is a good experience at the AMC theaters.

I think your best bet is to go for the Imax, Diner, and Dolby theatres. They tend to be cleaner, and the staff seem friendly. Parking is right at the mall by the Market Broiler. They upgraded their electronic ticket dispenser so they all actually work as of 4/27/2019.

The theater was fine. My complaint is when you buy tickets the seating chart is upside down. The cashier failed to mention this. With the sun shining on the screen you could hardly see. Ended up in the front row instead up in the back. One of the few AMC's without an indoor ticket counter.

Nice place for a movie watch. When I went I ordered the chicken tender entree it was delicious and came in a timely manner while watching the movie. The seats are comfortable and the sound is crisp and clear. The picture is very vivid as well. The lobby area is clean and spacious and there's even a coke freestyle

The soda machine is out of flavors of Hi-C Orange most of the time. Dolby Cinema is the best theater there with the kicker seats. Parking is also never sure because a private company takes up spots at will for their shady practices.

My favorite place to watch a movie. Nice, clean, and comfortable. The self service food court helps speed up the process and orders for other menu items are delivered to your seat, and this is not for the dine in experience. The recliner seats are just perfect with double hand rests every other seat so you don't have to worry and share with people you dont know. Overall the best experience in a theater so far. Keep up the great work.

It is a great movie theater located inside Ontario Mills! There are about 30 screens, so people will not miss new movies, or could watch some old ones. In this movie theater, I have seen Deadpool, 10 Cloverfield Lane, and Captain America: Civil War. Before the movie, a patron can sit down at the bar, and grab a drink. Thus, if you are in the Ontario Mills area, I would recommend to stop by, and watch a movie. The seats, in addition, are quite comfortable.

The entire concession area looked like it was just placed with no thoughts of a better organization plan. The area with drinks and ICEEs was very sticky on the ground and had trash ALL over the place! At this point I was very disappointed but I was satisfied because it was finally time to watch my movie. As I was walking down the hallway to get to theater 5, there was an AMC manager and a security guard escorting 4 minors out of a movie theater after passing curfew and trying to sneak in. There were approximately about 12 other people in our theater with us. It is 10:45pm exactly and NOTHING was on the screen and the lights were still on in dead silence. One of our fellow viewers in the theater had to go grab a manager to actually start our movie which proved how unorganized it is with bad management. Before I continue explaining this horrible experience, the movie theater itself was unsanitary with uncleaned dirty trays. When I reclined in my seat I looked behind to see all of the disgusting rotten foods and trash left behind that looked like it has been there for months!! At this point it was 11:05pm and our movie was finally starting but there was an issue. THE LIGHTS WERE STILL ON IN THE THEATER!! 5 minutes later the same person had to tell the manager to turn the lights off. Finally, everything was all good until the middle of the movie, two young gals run down the stairs at a fast pace and then right by the time they past the fire alarm the alarm goes off. As all fire alarms are it was extremely loud ,and irritating as it was just past midnight. All of us evacuated the building and that is exactly how my first time ended at AMC Ontario Mills. Everybody including me were extremely disappointed on how everything turned out. I recommend AMC Victoria Gardens as they are perfect in almost every way possible and actually make all customers and visitors feel welcomed! To summarize this terrible experience, I would rate it negative stars and never go back again. Awful management and lack of helpful staff members. Very unclean, unsanitary in almost all areas and including bathrooms (Disgusting and unfortunate), and a whole theater with stained carpets. During my entire time there, I NEVER saw any staff member make an effort to clean even when they walk by an awful mess. There was a major lack in organization in almost all areas of the theater. There are a bunch of AMC theaters that are way more high class and welcoming to all customers and tourists that don’t disappoint like this one did to many people!

Overall great, but if their gonna put that "Dine-In" logo right in your face, might as well make it satisfactory.

I had a very mediocre to average experience on my last visit which was also my first visit. The theater itself was okay but it felt like the air conditioner kept turning off and the room would get warm before it would turn back on. We also had an issue with the light remaining on behind us while the movie was playing for the majority of the time other than that the movie experience was not too bad Unfortunately the bathroom was pretty gross on my way out, there was moisture all over the floor and paper towels scattered about along with a foul smell. not the worst theater I've ever been to but it definitely didn't leave me with a warm fuzzy feeling wanting to come back

Not too busy on weekdays. Dine in sushi is really good. App gave me a bug, however my sister's worked fine (time for a phone upgrade). If there is ever an issue its with employees working concession register... No consistently, so I personally prefer the dine in 1:1 service. Can be pricy but food options better than self service.

My favorite place to watch a movie. Nice, clean, and comfortable. The self service food court helps speed up the process and orders for other menu items are delivered to your seat, and this is not for the dine in experience. The recliner seats are just perfect with double hand rests every other seat so you don't have to worry and share with people you dont know. Overall the best experience in a theater so far. It is a great movie theater located inside Ontario Mills! There are about 30 screens, so people will not miss new movies, or could watch some old ones. In this movie theater, I have seen Deadpool, 10 Cloverfield Lane, and Captain America: Civil War. Before the movie, a patron can sit down at the bar, and grab a drink. Thus, if you are in the Ontario Mills area, I would recommend to stop by, and watch a movie. The seats, in addition, are quite comfortable.

The food this location offers is terrible. I have the platter with nachos, wings, and some other disgusting microwave food. All the food is Straight out of a microwave. It’s expensive too. We also got a large popcorn,two drinks and a water that cost us 34 dollars. This experience was a disaster and the food was garbage. The best thing was the chairs but I don’t even know if they clean those. SMH

Yes it is AMC so yes it is a little pricey. But every movie I seen had your own table and recliner chair. Needless to say it was a bit intense and some of the fighting scenes will need to be rewatched at a more reasonable size. However, the recliners made it workable and were super comfortable. I love the seating. You can recline have small tables to put your snacks and drink on instead of holding them. Some of the food can be ordered from the lobby and brought to you, and some theaters you can have a server come to you. But the food is on the pricey side but it is good.

We never received our refund for a one time showing of a film. They have militant lefties working at this theatre. If you wish to see a film which is telling the truth about our country, don't go to this theatre. They (militant lefties) came in to the theatre moments before our movie was to be shown and told us a lie that there were "technical difficulties with the network and our movie would not be shown." But, it was a lie!!! We asked for a refund, $33.00 and they refused, and told us to contact the third party which sold us the tickets. We have tried to no avail to get our money back. Mind you, this was in October of 2018! I would not suggest going to this theatre unless you like throwing your hard earned money away. If I could give no stars, I would have!!!

Food was pricey, but wasn't bad. But the fathom event was really disappointing. We went to see and early release that was supposed to be followed up by a live stream Q&A from the Montclair Film Festival. Nothing came on after the film. After 10 minutes or so, we went to alert the staff. They told us that it wasn't included until I showed them the link where we purchased our tickets. The after another 15 minutes they said they reviewed the movie and the Q&A was before the film. We had arrived 30 minutes prior to our ticket time (to purchase food), and it had not played. They offered to show it for us, and we went back to our seats. It played with no volume, and we left after another 10 minutes, as they were still trying to figure out why there was no audio. All in all, super disappointing considering that that was the only reason we went to this (inconvenient to us) location on a Tuesday night.

I visited theater twice. Both times the staff was very friendly. The first time I was in a full service theater. The food came fast and was hot fresh and delicious. The second time I had to pre order food as I was in the non full service theater. I ordered the same thing and it was not good. It was cold and didn’t come until halfway into the movie. If you plan to enjoy a meal during a movie at this theater I recommend that you make sure it is a full service theater.

Theater is nice, projection and sound was good, food and beverage was not bad, but expensive for what you get. Had to ask for the AC temp to be lowered as it was warm in the theater and others agreed. I do not like that you're not told which theaters are full service and which ones you have to order at the cashier with when purchasing tickets. I also dislike that the prices for food and beverage are not disclosed until you are ordering. Points were supposed to be added to my AMC Stubs card for food and beverage and were not.

I got to see Avengers endgame and this one tops infinity. I super ideally liked it. A mist the critics (they must not have enjoyed being a kid or just don't know about superheroes?) And, they never truly lose effect?

They need extra staff for big weekends. The theater was dirty and the bathrooms were gross. Lots of trash inside and outside the theater. the movie was great, the food was good but it took over an hour for our food. We probably won't be going back to this specific AMC but will go to others.

The best theater in the area. Reclining seats, food service to your seat, and really good food make this almost as comfortable as watching at home. The screens and audio systems are well maintained and the temperature is perfect year round. It may cost an extra couple of dollars, but it's worth it.

I've been to other AMCs but not a dine in one! It was pretty fun! They have trays attached to the seats to hold your food. I wasn't in a full service theater but they still bring the food that you order right to your seat! The seats here were wayyyy more comfortable than the AMC in the town where I live. I'm sure it depends on which theater you're in. Everyone on the staff that I interacted with was friendly and helpful! Bathrooms were very clean. I'm definitely going to stop by again next time I'm in town!

$5 Tuesday movie tickets is funny and the recliners are excellent. You can basically lay completely flat. I visit this theater about 3 times a month and for the most part enjoyed every visit. There was one occasion where the seat I was at did not function and I had to sit normally while my wife was reclined comfortably next to me. This was the only time it off many that I was not satisfied. I must say though, the layout for the lobby is extremely annoying and confusing. Walk across the building to grab your popcorn, go to the other side for your drink, play in the island in the middle... It's all just so strange and takes time to understand. First time visitors will have a hard time getting around.

I love the food service at this theater, it's a whole experience when you go there. The seats are reclinable and so spacious, the team is so nice and food is great, I love the loaded nachos, I like to order them with shrimp but the have chicken and steak option too, the portion is good to share as well. They also have churros, crunch chocolate shakes, sushi, tacos, you name it. It's amazing!

We never received our refund for a one time showing of a film. They have militant lefties working at this theatre. If you wish to see a film which is telling the truth about our country, don't go to this theatre. They (militant lefties) came in to the theatre moments before our movie was to be shown and told us a lie that there were "technical difficulties with the network and our movie would not be shown." But, it was a lie!!! We asked for a refund, $33.00 and they refused, and told us to contact the third party which sold us the tickets. We have tried to no avail to get our money back. Mind you, this was in October of 2018! I would not suggest going to this theatre unless you like throwing your hard earned money away. If I could give no stars, I would have!!!

Food was pricey, but wasn't bad. But the fathom event was really disappointing. We went to see and early release that was supposed to be followed up by a live stream Q&A from the Montclair Film Festival. Nothing came on after the film. After 10 minutes or so, we went to alert the staff. They told us that it wasn't included until I showed them the link where we purchased our tickets. The after another 15 minutes they said they reviewed the movie and the Q&A was before the film. We had arrived 30 minutes prior to our ticket time (to purchase food), and it had not played. They offered to show it for us, and we went back to our seats. It played with no volume, and we left after another 10 minutes, as they were still trying to figure out why there was no audio. All in all, super disappointing considering that that was the only reason we went to this (inconvenient to us) location on a Tuesday night.

I really, really liked it!! We did the dine in portion in theater 15, we had a kid's mac and cheese which included seasoned fries and a little fruit cup that had pineapple and strawberries! The seats were comfortable. I am definitely going to do this from now on!

My husband and I come here at least once every couple months. The food at the Dine in theater is actaully pretty good. I love the nachos. Kudos to AMC for putting in the dine in part. Movie and dinner in one spot!

First time here. After the moive the staff cleaning was so nice. It was 1am and they had a smile saying goodnight and to drive safe. Clean bathrooms. Over all I'd go here again.

Loved the reclining seats. Very comfortable Movie experience. The concession stand is almost cafeteria-style where they have pre-filled multiple sizes of popcorn and other items for you to choose along with the refillable beverage station.

Have been going for a super long time. Pretty disappointed the upped the $5 ticket Tuesdays to $6. It's not that the $1 will break the bank for me, but it just feels like they are trying to gouge. I've loved AMC a long time, but things like this are turning me of from it

I visited theater twice. Both times the staff was very friendly. The first time I was in a full service theater. The food came fast and was hot fresh and delicious. The second time I had to pre order food as I was in the non full service theater. I ordered the same thing and it was not good. It was cold and didn’t come until halfway into the movie. If you plan to enjoy a meal during a movie at this theater I recommend that you make sure it is a full service theater.

This AMC always knows how to welcome people. From children crying at a rated R movie to foegetting my food order and running out of ice cream. Outdated alcohol menus. The AMC management doesn't care if customers are unhappy. The crew tries their best but there is only so much they can do.

Theater is nice, projection and sound was good, food and beverage was not bad, but expensive for what you get. Had to ask for the AC temp to be lowered as it was warm in the theater and others agreed. I do not like that you're not told which theaters are full service and which ones you have to order at the cashier with when purchasing tickets. I also dislike that the prices for food and beverage are not disclosed until you are ordering. Points were supposed to be added to my AMC Stubs card for food and beverage and were not.

Place has recliners, has meals you can order, drinks, etc. IMAX, Dolby etc. Plenty of parking, they still use the box office but only one. The TV monitor hasn't been used probably since it first open. Still enjoy it.

It's a movie theater with the the bells and whistles. They got full on dine in service, 3d movies, booze, good customer service especially at the bar. My only annoyance is that they sometimes move the concession stand from one location to the other for whatever reason. Can't go wrong with this location.
