Not the best theater I've been to, but it is a pleasant experience. They do need to get better handle on people using their phones during the films, it's very irritating.

Free movies in the summer on Tuesdays and Thursdays @10 a.m. Friendly staff. Clean theaters and bathrooms. Game room for kids. A variety of snacks. Also, alcohol available.

Nice . Police standing around just waiting to shoot someone. Hand was on gun and other on a stick or tazer. So typical bs. Outside sitting in his car not inside standing around with a mad face. Cops are a mess. Not all should be clearly. The majority age was kids i seen. Acting like a indoor playground but no drama.

Prices are why I gave this a 3 star! Be prepared to spend at least $40-50 for 2 movie tickets and 2 people to get something to eat!

The theater itself is fine, as are the staff that work here. Friendly people all around. The only problem is this damn parking lot! It's like someone detonated a small explosive in the lot and no one decided to clean it up!

It was really hot and stuffy I asked to get some air turned on but no help. It was so trashy they didn't even pick up after the last movie that when we went to the theater room we had to sit in chairs surrounded by trash. It was messy and sticky everywhere. Service people were horrible. Never tried to help or come to our attention when we were trying to get help. They were behind the counters just standing together and chatting. Only good thing is they had an officer there to help keep things under contrtol but even that was iffy. There were still loud obnoxious kids there and mocking the officer and cussing him while he was not around them. But no it was nasty, hot and rude

Place is always dirty and they don't start playing new movies on their release date. They are usually about a week late and only provide about 3 movies at a time.Ticket prices are decent. Concessions are excessively expensive and I have yet to walk into a clean theater or bathroom. Seating is comfortable and love the fact that they have an officer working security.

Went to Star Cinema last night we watched Annabelle I didn't buy any thing from the concession stand as I said last time that we went to Star Cinema $21 for a big thing popcorn two sodas chocolate covered raisins military discounts are welcomed

It is costly to go to the movies but what's not expensive this day and time!! I have always had good experiences there, however I'm sure ppl have not had good service or experiences just like many other places in town! It's always been very clean, even the restrooms .. I recommend for anyone to go to Stars Theater!! Its a good family atmosphere and to be honest we dont have much family places to go in El Dorado!! I would highly recommend this place!!!

It would have beem a better experience but the people that were in the movie were loud, rude, and almost got into a fist fight. I was so frustrated that I couldnt enjoy the movie.
