This Movie Theater corresponds to the category of Movie theater.
Great theater. Will continue to go there.
Clean and very nice customer service
The employees and especially the Manager here are top notch... they did something for me, that they did not have to. And I really appreciate them for it. I highly recommend this theater...
Nice theater. Stadium seating. Takes too long in line; they should have separate lines for people that just want tickets instead of combined snacks and tickets. Took over 30 minutes just to pick up the tickets we ordered online.
Great theater, good prices
Decent theater, clean and uncrowded.
It was great
It is small, but it was still a good quality theatre with pleasant service.
Too slow for ticket lines. Needs a ticket only line for people who just need to see the movie. I don't like to wait on people who don't know what they want when they walk up to the counter.
Great experience and Great Staff.
It was so cool
Good Theater & Movie's
Average movie theater. Decent prices. Nothing special, just a convenient place to see a movie if you live in the area
Theater was clean. The butter machines/pumps were broken and some of the popcorn flavor additives were empty. Front counter attendant did his best to be helpful. During intermission, before previews, there was no video, only audio.
I enjoyed the movie I seen. I didn't buy any snacks. I still believe the prices are a little high. I don't go for the food anyway. The place was clean. Nice and friendly atmosphere. I will make return trips. I highly recommend this place for all movie watchers.
Usually enjoy the smaller family atmosphere this theatre offers but it seems as though they don't care about the game room since there's more out of order than usable. The employees were very courteous and friendly though.
It was hot in the theatre. I heard a couple of people ask of it could be turned down, but nothing was done. The seats were comfortable and the picture and sound quality were both very good.
Love that you can butter and flavor your popcorn.
The theater has 3 large screens, 2 medium and 1 small.
Great theater, awesome movie selection. Definitely the best in the area.
Movie was wonderful. But popcorn was stale & wasn't enough people to check us in & get our eats we missed the very beginning of the movie & we was there 25 before it started. ☹️
My family loves coming here to watch movies. The prices are great for movies and concession stand. We are always greeted by friendly staff. The place is always clean.
You have to pick up your tickets in the same line as the concession stand. Even if you buy them online. Show up extra early if you don’t want to miss the show...
Typical small town movie theater.
Excellent movie quality and customer service
Cozy little theaters are clean. But lack reclining seats. It is stadium seating.
Good theatre, staff is polite. Good selection of movies for our small town. Don't go at last minute because the line is always long with no option to just purchase tickets. The lights aren't dimmed when the movie starts.
Enjoyed a great movie
We're very good and fast at attending you
Been going here for a few years. Don’t really have any complaints. It’s very convenient locally and yea I hate spending the $$$ on the snacks but hey......Dollar Tree is down the street folks!!!
This is the most comfortable theater I have been to. My only complaint would be that every time we have been there it has been so miserably hot that it makes what could be a great experience less. Love the seats hate the heat.
Great theater,,snack n drink prices to high tho
After traveling 45 minutes to get there, we were told they are not showing Aladdin even though the website, Fandango and the posters outside the building says it is a feature film for tonight. After the girl at the counter said, “We’re actually not showing it tonight” she backed up and said, “ummm ... I mean it’s sold out.” I wonder if Lion King is suddenly showing on 2 screens?? I won’t be back ....
Not a super nice theater but they have some cheaper prices
This theater is awesome. Way better under the new management! Great prices too! Much cheaper then Fayetteville.
It was a good theater. Good comfortable seats. Good picture! Need to light walking way better in dark areas.
I usually have a good experience, but today was not pleasurable. Our movie theatre wasn't marked, and no one was around to even direct us until minutes after advertised show time and they didn't dim the lights during the show which gave my party and I headaches from straining to see. Get on it guys guys....
Father and son time!
Home town movies are the best to avoid the crowds.
Decent small town theater. Arrive early, as the ticket line can really back up. It is the same line as the snack line, so plan ahead with timing.
Fun! Night School was sooo funny. This place is super clean
Good movies is all I have to say
Great little movie theater. The arms on the chairs raise so you can be closer to your sweetheart or children , but the seats do no recline. Has a mini arcade area.
My friend got cotton candy, tried it, she said it was stale/gross and didn't want it and asked for a refund, when the guy said they couldn't, she asked to exchange it for something else. The guy at the counter took the bag, put his hand in and grabbed a piece and tasted it, and said "That's how it's supposed to taste". I laughed. That's ridiculous. Even for a kid working at a movie theater. Movie was cool though, seats were comfy and the popcorn was aight. But that was incredibly stupid. Edit: His name was Devin. So Devin, get it together man.
Always a good place to catch the latest movies!
Easy in and out, friendly staff, and kept relatively clean.
This is a great movie theatre
We would love to support a local business but we would rather take our business to rogers or even fayetteville than watch a movie that has little to no sound. We had to walk out of a movie 3 times to ask them to turn the sound up. Then the staff acts like you are an inconvenience to their already difficult job. Also, I dont think they have any air conditioning........ we leave there sweaty every time. This place gives no effort to even keep up with the competition. Trust me....... drive 30-45 min to avoid this place.
Great movies.
Popcorn is to stalty
It's not always packed but some times it , I go here often and I've never had a single problem, I really recommend it to spend time with friends/family
Clean, workers are very friendly, great selection of movies.
Mice crawling on the walls and floors in each Theater. Also quite a few bugs in each Theater. We've seen movies in each Theater and each one is Subpar. Sound is very poor, while picture quality is just so so. If you have the time, drive to Malco in Fayetteville. They have recliners and a much better Snack bar. The picture and sound quality is much better at Malco.
Last time we went, an employee just wandered around the theater hall on his phone, seemed like he couldn't be less interested in doing his job. Made some inappropriate comments to another co-worker of his as well. Very unprofessional.
Very family friendly- could be updated.
Good place to catch a flick. Conviently located off of 412 in the middle of town.
Good price on tickets. Clean facility.
Love it. Small but yet big enough.
The house lights don’t go down for the movies and the theater doors slam every time someone walks out of them. Plus, there are a few chairs with garbage bags on them as for people to not sit on them. If you want snacks bring plenty of money because paying for the popcorn (which was stale) is like trading cash for gold. Service is iffy at the stand and please don’t think you will walk in and be greeted by anyone. Seems they feel like they can just perform iffy services because they are the only theater in town. Hopefully on my next visit to town I will get better services at a new bigger theater.
It is clean and a good value
Overwhelming vinegar scent. Saw "Alpha". Washed out colors, deep blue skies became black. Ruined the movie if one has not seen it. Pity because it is the cleanest theatre in 500 miles. But that smell...
The lack of climate control in this theater makes it hard to enjoy the films. The seats are fine, but in the summer its too hot, in the winter its freezing cold.. bring a blanket!
I have a Chambers card and forgot to bring it in for my discount drink and popcorn. Employee gave me discount anyway because I told him I had the card, but forgot it.
Clean, friendly and love watching movies there!
It was good the girl helped us find the right combos for us and she was very patient with our big group.
I love our little small theater it's in a good location and that's not very crowded
Made me think twice about killing myself.
Nice little clean theater. Doesn’t have all the frills of a big theatre but that’s not always a bad thing.
Not the best theatre around and low selection the floors are dirty and snacks are overpriced
This is a relatively clean theater which is fun to visit on a Friday night to watch an action flick with a few friends. However, it lacks the theater experience movie goers from larger cities have come to expect. The seats do not recline, the picture is not ultra-sharp, and the sound is frankly awful. Like I said, this is a good place to watch a quick film for fun, but whenever a movie comes out that I actually care about, I drive to Tulsa.
Loved the new Thor movie
Clean and comfortable!
Amazing place to see a movie but the food is outrageously priced like two drinks and one popcorn for $14.50
Good service, seats are meh, rows of seats are too close together
A little pricey, but worth going for some of their selections.
It was great! We loved the clean theatre and the movie we saw (I Can Only Imagine) was Amazing!
Decent sound and a decent picture. It's nice to see a film close to home. I've walked there!
Smells really bad in there , and they laugh at you if you ask if they have hot dogs .
Didn't like the theater design. Really small place and the sound quality was just okay
Movie night!
Love this facility
I took my mom and daughter there to see D3 and the guy behind the counter was the most rude fellow I had ever met. We came to this one thinking better service and such. We won't visit again.
Nachos are ALWAYS stale...too pricey but for a local area its okay
Very friendly service and very clean. Will b going back. Had a great time with grandkids
Great place loved the new avengers movie. The popcorn was ok and it was comfortable in the theatre.
Friendly staff and comfortable seats
People there have no respect for others there
Shows all the most popular movies and has plenty of time choices for a small theater.
Good small town movie theater.
Nice to be able to see a movie locally.
It wasn't bad but they need to change how they sell tickets. The tickets are sold at the concession stand and people are buying snacks and tickets at the same time. It takes forever to get tickets and it makes the foyer way too crowded.
Nice little theater. Usually not too crowded, unless it's the opening weekend of a big movie. Has a game room for the kids.
If you don't care about picture quality or sound on a movie, it's a good place to go, hey the screen is just a little bigger than my TV!
Went to watch Secret Life of Pets 2 and got a preview for the new IT movie. Also got a preview for a movie where kids were talking about sticking tampons up girl's butts and nymphos. Took 11 kids, 8 of which, were 7-years-old or younger so it was very inappropriate and scary for them. We tried to get as many out as we could but it all happened pretty fast. Livid.
The movie theater itself is dated compared ro some that are about 30 minutes away, but we love the popcorn with free refills!
Nice clean place, and friendly young pe6.
Last few times we've been the employees have not been friendly at all & act like it aggravates them to take care of customers. Not overly rude but far from inviting. The theaters could stand to have a very good cleaning, seats, flooring, walls. They are kind of dirty, especially the walls. I won't say that they have a horrible odor but they definitely smell dirty, basically just the dust accumulation from over the years. You can see the dust accumulation on the wall fabric and speakers. Give it a good spring cleaning and train your people to smile every once in awhile. I have started going back to the Malco's, partially because of dirtiness and partially because of unfriendly staff. I'd rather stay in Siloam but worth the trip to Springdale where it's clean and have friendly helpful staff. You'd think that a smaller local business would be better & more friendly than a big business. Siloam used to be better but they've definitely changed & not for the better.
Enjoyed Venom. 20 people at th 9:15. It did take 5 min. For th 3 people behind the counter to realize they could handle 2 customers at a time. I'll NEVER believe a pop, and a popcorn is worth $12! $40 for 3 of us, but I got what I went for.
My only complaint is the same person who sells your tickets, also sells and prepares your snacks. This makes everyone wait, even if they don't want snacks.
Watched Kong and Power Rangers here..Decent theater, lacks climate control and theater experience. Staff is quick to turn on lights shut down movies to get everyone out to avoid mid and end credits! A few others and myself were disappointed to be kicked out waiting for the mid credit... I found it rude that management would allow this this! This rude and lacks customer service!
Aquaman was awesome!!!
Just like any other movie theatre. Nothing sets them apart from the others.
Good movie viewing experience at at an affordable price.
It cool
Could use a remodel but if you want to see a movie in town it will do.
I live in Siloam so this is the most convenient theater. I've tried it a few times but, after previous experiences and yesterday evening, I will not be returning. I realize that Monday nights are not typically busy. That said, here is my experience. We (my family of 5) arrived at 6:30 ish for the 6:45 showing of Fantastic Beasts. The popcorn wasn't stale but was NOT fresh. It may have been leftover from an earlier showing. This I understand. They were out of almost all soft drinks except for Pepsi, Strawberry Fanta, and Diet Dr. Pepper. Again, that's not a total deal breaker unless you ask my youngest who only likes Sprite/Sierra Mist. I ordered a large combo (popcorn and two drinks) and asked if I could get slushes for the drinks since there were so few other options. He said he wasn't allowed to do that. I asked if it was just a matter of an upcharge and he said no, slushes only come in small cups so he just couldn't do that. Fine. So we all get $3 bottles of water, our not-so-fresh popcorn and 4 Dibs ice creams. We are alone in the theater with one other gentleman. After opening the ice creams, we discover that they had previously partially melted and refrozen so were mostly solid blocks. My kids aren't too picky with ice cream so they didn't mind. They ate them like push-pops. My husband and I threw ours away. The theater had not been cleaned between showings. There was a black trash bag draped over one of the seats in the front row so perhaps they had meant to but forgot. I don't care about some popcorn on the floor but there were quite a few drink/snack containers in the seats. That's just as much rude patrons as the workers though. Also, the lights never went off. I find that weird. The theater was FREEZING. Now, I'm always cold so I brought a throw blanket with me. I assumed it was just me until the kids started complaining. We all kept our coats on the entire time. One bonus, the armrests fold up so we were able to snuggle. Even the other gentleman's teeth were chattering when we left. All in all, we enjoyed the movie but the experience was not so great. I'd rather spend $72 at another theater, even if it does mean a drive. The staff was nice but not particularly helpful, the food and drink choices were extremely minimal for the prices expected, and the theater was so cold it was extremely uncomfortable. I'm sad that there isn't a good local option.
Pretty good. Love the Malcom theater best.
Nice small town theater feel. Two out of the three times I've gone tho the butter machine has been out of order, not too big of a deal but I really do prefer extra butter on my popcorn. Also not a lot of options for showings.
Great movies and game machines
Love going there. Just hate how expensive the snacks are.
Average movie theater, there is not a wow factor here just a small place to watch movies.
Nice for a small theater.
Nice theater and they have awesome 3D glasses that you can keep.
Always showing the new ones lol
Pop corn was stale but they have a great selection of candy
Great stacker machine
Nice place, good employees
It's a clean theater. Customer service hasn't always been great. And it's small, so the selection is pretty limited. Seats are comfy, but not the new reclining style.
Nice theater.
Love the improvements.!
Recently I went to the Siloam springs cinema six movie theater and the man behind the counter was very open in selling the four of my friends and I tickets to the movie and when we got in the theater, the theater was packed and there were not for seats available in the theater so we went back and asked for a refund and when he when we ask for the refund he guaranteed us there was four seats in there but upon further inspection we came to the conclusion that they were not four combined seats in the theater so then we left He continued to sell tickets even after we were leaving and headed out the doors even though they were not even four seats left in the theater. I do not recommend The siloam cinema six movie theater.
Showed up 10 minutes early to a 4pm showing on Jan 1, 2019 and waited 35 minutes in line to see the movie. (This was not a new relase) The whole place was staffed by two college age girls and there was about 50 people in line. There was nobody to check the tickets or help with the snacks. We missed the whole first part of the movie but still had to pay full price. I would recommend them to either staff enough people or not Schedule 4 popular movies to start at the same time.
Seats were comfortable, movie was great!
Good place to watch a movie.
This is a great movie theater me my wife win here to watch some pretty good movie
A very nice, clean, small town theatre with a safe atmosphere surrounding it. Kid friendly and priced about what most establishments offer.
Just ur average movie theater
Great little theatre
