Horrible experience. I got asked to Quit taking pictures by SECURITY. I was informed that it is policy to not allow photos inside the MALL. It's a Mall..I have great photos of my childhood in a Mall. I think that security has bigger issues to handle than asking a customer to Quit taking pictures. I'll take my picture taking adventures elsewhere, along with my shopping money. Your loss.

As a birthday gift went to get a pedicure and a manicure after speaking with the tech. And getting them done I was completely please and satisfied. Area was very clean and the people was friendly.

I only came to this Mall to visit one store, which was located near entrance from parking deck. The deck needs much more lighting for security. It would also help to label different areas of the parking deck to make your car easier to find, especially for people not familiar with the mall layout. The restrooms on the ground floor are down a very long hallway & around a corner. They need to be better lit and maintained, & Security cameras installed. I am not comfortable using it. I appreciate having covered parking during the hot AR summers.

The Park Plaza mall is always clean. I always find what I'm looking for and if you need help finding anything they're "Mall Maps" stationed almost everywhere you walk so it's easy to get to where you need to be. The atmosphere is friendly and very welcoming.

It’s still the best mall in central Arkansas. The food court mags all of the standard fast food restaurants, plus it has David’s Burgers. There are several different shoe stores, jewelry stores, and men’s, children’s, and women’s stores to choose from. And there are always the reliable Dillard’s and Victoria’s Secret stores. It’s a solid place to spend a morning or afternoon shopping.

Park Plaza has been a center piece of shopping needs for Little Rock for quite some time now. I can remember going and getting my school clothes as a child at Park Plaza. Now they help with a charity event that I and a few others put on every other year. The management was very helpful and supportive of anything we needed to assist us with our event. I would definitely go back for quite some time and support this mall because of it's personal history and support toward charities.

Christmas shopping and I don't know if it was a gang fight but a 8 to 10 person fight broke out right by the food court while my daughter and I are eating lunch. When I first moved down here I was 16 years old they had a rule where you couldn't be in the mall with more than groups of 4 if you were a teenager? Doesn't seem like they have progressed very far in 25 years. Did not feel it was a safe environment conducive to bring your children.

I always love going to the mall. You don't even have to go and buy something to go to the mall to enjoy it. You can go and hang out with friends. Go and brows for something that you want later. There's so many places to go in the mall. And then you have all the other little shops. You could just go there and walk around and getting a massage chairs.

I like a lot of the stores, but it seems to be going downhill quickly, all of the sudden as the mall hasn't been full of stores in years! The good thing is that there are never lines anywhere.

Good place to shop at. It's a mall that you can shop inside, but also has an outlet mall. Lots of parking space inside and out.

I was here with my daughter during Christmas a few years back and it was cold. We are from Oregon, but my daughter is more cold-natured than me. I am a plus woman in my 50's and she is in her 30's. I had on a coat and she was bundled up in her hoodie and a mall cop approached us and told her she could not stay in the mall if she kept her hood on. I call that profiling--she is only 5'1 in looks 13 and we were together the whole time to shop. I was there for the See's candy, but now make all my purchases from them online--no profiling there

Ate at the mandarin restaurant which had some delicious Orange Chicken and sticky white rice. The american wing place right across from them had a guy playing the piano and he played lots of old childhood tunes for the children who were damcing around the shop and it was very cute to see! I loved the general feel of the place and before we had to go (only stopped to grab a bite to eat) we checked out a really cool store called Altered State and it was so aesthetically pleasing in there and it smelt really good!

The women at the auntie Anne's food court area are EXTREMELY RUDE AND HATEFUL! The woman that usually wears the pink hat is so mean and has zero customer service skills.

Dillard’s was disappointing. Shoe department staff too helpful and too many asking me if I was needing their help. Women’s department is old and grey/purple. Some of us large women want “style”.

Two of the 5 barbers have great skill and attention to detail. As for the rest, some of the worst haircut skill I’ve ever seen. Fade was not even, left patches of hair on neckline, shape up was not clean. For the amount they charge , customers deserve better.

Years ago, Park Plaza was the best mall in central Arkansas. Now, its below average at best. I haven't found a reason to go there, other than a quick meal, in several years now.

Lovely Experience Had to order from foot locker and my order was in within the time I was given. The food court is great, the strawberry shakes from Chick Fil- A are to die for. MANDARIN EXPRESS FOOD IS VERY VERY VERY DELICIOUS, AND THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL
