My family and I went to see Toy Story last night, we ordered from the grill and they deliver to your seats which is nice . The food runner was very nice and respectful to us and the other guests in the movie. I believe his name was Dakota ( I think) the movie was packed and he was polite to all the guests he had to pass to get to us.I wanted to recognize this young man. The food was great, bathrooms was very clean, popcorn was fresh, the recliner seat are fantastic. We have no complaints.

Love going here with my mom since they put the reclining seats in! Hopefully they get wiped down often. I almost sat in a seat but noticed grease from popcorn down the arm! Otherwise it's great! Especially eating cheesecake and a glass of wine!!

I loved this theater before they added reclining seats and the bar. I love it even more now that they have reclining leather seating and I can get a glass of wine at the concession stand! There is ample parking, they added doors to the front by the ticket counter so the wind no longer blows through you while you wait in line, the lobby is spacious and clean, and the staff is smiling and friendly.

As a former employee I know this building very well. The manager Denny is an awesome guy and is absolutely amazing to work for! Everyone works as a team to provide the best service they can. Bathrooms are cleaned at least 4 times a day counter and concession are cleaned between show times so visitors always have a clean area. The kitchen staff is highly trained and make the most amazing foods! Popcorn maker is cleaned and scrubbed every night so no bacteria can form. They now have a full service bar and grill! I highly recommend the burger and fries , chicken sandwich and the cheesecake ! They also offer descriptive headphones for those who are in need of special assistance. And they ALL WORK! They also offer 5$ Tuesday where any age ,any time, and any movie is just 5$ a person. They do have assigned seating now so pre-order tickets is best route if u want a specific section. All in all they have a very high standards in cleaning and customer care.. You won't be disappointed. In this place !

Place was absolutely fantastic. Everyones experience will differ but mine was wonderful. Staff was friendly, seating was very comfortable and the movie was great. However I would always advise one to bring a light sweater or at the very least, a longsleeve. It gets just a tidbit chilly.

My wife and I are actually very disappointed with our experience tonight at Malco Cinema Grill. We bought three tickets to see John Wick at 7:10pm equaling $39. $4.50 booking fee to pick our seats which was worthless because we didn't see the movie. We arrived early spending an additional $61 on food from the grill and taking our seats for a total of $100 for three people. We gave specific instructions on toppings for two burgers which were made wrong. My $9 chicken strip meal was two tenders lol. The theater was 95 degrees the A/C was broken. So we were told we could get vouchers for a different night, which we had already bought $60 in food before they bothered to tell us they weren't showing the movie. So we were pretty much given one option.... to see another movie playing. The only one available was Rocket Man (worst movie we've ever seen) in the front row. Even bringing all of this to the attention of their management, we weren't offered any type of reimbursements for our inconvenience. $100 and our Friday night wasted. Pretty neat place...went there with my sister last night to watch Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark. Just dont eat the popcorn, I don't know about the other food they offer because popcorn was all we had, but man did it make us sick, she threw up like four times this morning and my stomach went loose like crazy, and we know it was the popcorn due to the fact that no one else in our family suffered symptoms like this, and to top it off both are incidents smelled the same so yes, it was the popcorn.

The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because they often don’t have ALL the new movies playing here. They are often split between this theater and the pinnacle hills theater. The prices are also pretty decent too for the pricing. Great place for children too as they have a children's food package for the little ones.

Plus they're affiliated with the other Rogers theater so they should either upgrade their other theater seats or play the same movies at both locations. My husband is 6'6" and we can't see some movies because they're at the uncomfortable theater.

Great experience overall. Only complaint is the beer and wine pricing. $7.50 for a 12oz bottle and $10 for a glass of wine is outrageous. If you want fair priced drinks, I would recommend going to Skylight Theater in downtown Bentonville.

I got some nachos and they tasted like they had been in the bottom of a mulch bag for 20 years. I notified the person who probably gave me a brand new tray of nachos and waited for me to taste them. Very disappointed. I had promised my three kids to see the new toy story movie for them being so good, I called hours in advance and asked prices (specifically chose this theater because of how close it is) the employee I spoke with even asked me what time we were planning on seeing the movie I told her 3:45, we show up to purchase tickets and were THEN told that there’s no seating together for all five of us! Would’ve been nice to know in advance when I called that there’s assigned seating!!! If I would have known this I would have ordered tickets when I originally called to ask about pricing. Or would have planned to go to the pinnacle theater, I’m eight months pregnant and got three kids and it’s 100 degrees outside coming to this theater was a total waste of time and gas driving over there to not be able to see the show, and not to mention the employees don’t have to explain to the children why we couldn’t go and they don’t have to be the ones to see their disappointment. FYI : MAKE SURE TO PRE ORDER TICKETS WHEN COMING HERE THEY HAVE ASSIGNED SEATING.

Literally the best seats (recliner). People with Back pain, ever wondered how long it will be before you would have to get up in between a movie? I am one for sure, with a back pain. Other than that, they have a dozen Screens and audio is really good. They don't have an IMAX and they don't play 3D movies. Kinda buzz kill. Dropped 1 star just for that.

Thanks to Sara I was able to buy my ticket, easy as pie. We talked and I let her know my girlfriend was off at 10 and the movie started at 10pm. She was so nice, she waited for me by the door, and didn't lock up.

Today we went to see Endgame and they had to pause the movie because there was a tornado warning, which is completely understandable. We waited for about 40 minutes, then we were told by an employee that we could take our seats and our movie would resume. We waited another 20 minutes and then we were told by another employee that any movies before 5pm were canceled and that we would receive vouchers or refunds. My complaint is not concerning the precautions the theater took to ensure our safety, but rather that we were misled into thinking we would be able to see the movie. They wasted a good portion of my afternoon on my only day off of the week.

I got some nachos and they tasted like they had been in the bottom of a mulch bag for 20 years. I notified the person who probably gave me a brand new tray of nachos and waited for me to taste them. Very disappointed. I had promised my three kids to see the new toy story movie for them being so good, I called hours in advance and asked prices (specifically chose this theater because of how close it is) the employee I spoke with even asked me what time we were planning on seeing the movie I told her 3:45, we show up to purchase tickets and were THEN told that there’s no seating together for all five of us! Would’ve been nice to know in advance when I called that there’s assigned seating!!! If I would have known this I would have ordered tickets when I originally called to ask about pricing. Or would have planned to go to the pinnacle theater, I’m eight months pregnant and got three kids and it’s 100 degrees outside coming to this theater was a total waste of time and gas driving over there to not be able to see the show, and not to mention the employees don’t have to explain to the children why we couldn’t go and they don’t have to be the ones to see their disappointment. FYI : MAKE SURE TO PRE ORDER TICKETS WHEN COMING HERE THEY HAVE ASSIGNED SEATING.

Literally the best seats (recliner). People with Back pain, ever wondered how long it will be before you would have to get up in between a movie? I am one for sure, with a back pain. Other than that, they have a dozen Screens and audio is really good. They don't have an IMAX and they don't play 3D movies. Kinda buzz kill. Dropped 1 star just for that.

Thanks to Sara I was able to buy my ticket, easy as pie. We talked and I let her know my girlfriend was off at 10 and the movie started at 10pm. She was so nice, she waited for me by the door, and didn't lock up.

Today we went to see Endgame and they had to pause the movie because there was a tornado warning, which is completely understandable. We waited for about 40 minutes, then we were told by an employee that we could take our seats and our movie would resume. We waited another 20 minutes and then we were told by another employee that any movies before 5pm were canceled and that we would receive vouchers or refunds. My complaint is not concerning the precautions the theater took to ensure our safety, but rather that we were misled into thinking we would be able to see the movie. They wasted a good portion of my afternoon on my only day off of the week.

Why they didn't put in recliner pick your own seats a long time ago, I do not know. I love going here now! Plus, now you can order real food, booze and of course regular concessions. And... you don't have to wait in line for your help tickets or get there an hour early to get good seats. My favorite place to watch movies these days

Before the renovation, I would rate a 3/5. But since the renovation the new recliner chairs combined with the reasonable price makes this my preferred theater. 5 out of 5 stars. IMAX is dead to me.

Ever since they put in the recliners and bar, it’s my favorite venue to watch a movie. The staff is really nice, and it’s typically pretty clean. The food they now offer is good, albeit a little pricey, but that’s to be expected. All in all, really cool place.
