It was my daughter's birthday tonight and we sat in the theater for 30 minutes watching a blank screen with the lights on with low sound...several people had to address the issue before they started it over. They did not issue a refund when we had to leave due to time restrictions.

The seats that my wife purchased was like at the very front and in the corner, which made the movie experience horrible. Seriously, we were 12 feet from the screen. This made it difficult to watch the movie and enjoy it. No wonder folks make the trek to Benton and Little Rock to watch a movie when they try to cram so many seats in a crappy building.

It is the best place to see a movie in Hot Springs and the staff is really friendly. They have really nice reclining seats that you can practically lay down on so if you don'tlike the movie you can always take a nap. I can't even see movies at the Higdon Ferry theater anymore because it is so awful compared the the mall cinema. This really is a great theater. I like their value popcorn bucket. You pay $4.50 for refills for the day. It really makes it to where you can take the family to the theater without breaking the bank.

$10 for a matinee on a Monday was the most I've ever paid. And as they are doing remodeling, the floors were uncarpeted and you could hear the grinders, saws and workers yelling during part of the movie. Yes, the seats were reclining and comfortable, but ten bucks was way too much for a matinee with construction noise. Oh, and we had to sit through 20 minutes of commercials before the movie started.

Wow, definitely a trip down memory lane from when I was in Junior high or highschool being dropped off at the mall and then walking over to the theater. Seats are recliner style with plenty of room. Actual movie experience was 5 star but the place needs a major reinnovation. But hey...they sell beer right there in the concession stand

Very poor parking lot. It needs to be repaved and painted. Lines are slow. They need more cashiers. Two is not enough for the volume of patrons.
