Cinemark Towne Center is a great place to bring the family. Comfortable reclining seats plenty of room for large groups. Private rooms for birthday parties and more. Shop before and after your movie. They even let the kids play the arcade games for free. We just love being here for much anticipated movie premieres. Also there's always plenty of friendly police officers who give you a since of safety. We just love it!!!!

Friendly staff and clean theatres. In all the years I've been visiting this theatre I've never once been disappointed! Also, I've never gotten a stale bag of popcorn from here - automatic thumbs up from me.

Competent staff, you have a choice of online tickets and scanning a qr code for your ticket, or you can head on up in person to buy a ticket at the time of the movie. The inside of the Theatre has a good selection of food and drinks along with a fairly clean environment.

Im not sure if the management has made this place decline but seems it has. Today i took my 5 yr old grandson to see a 10:30am $1 movie. There were about 8 theaters showing with lots and lots of kids. The tile floor was so slippery that i almost fell twice. I saw several ppl slip. When we were leaving i had a hold of my grandsons hand and he still slipped hurting his wrist. I called for management who proceeded to tell me they had floors cleaned night before and they were not dry yet.. “we have caution signs up) and rolled her eyes. I guess that gets them off the hook if someone gets hurt. Im sure the soap was being transported to tile. It was very dangerous. Why didnt they have industrial fans blowing? Or not open till safe. There have been other times of poor management.

A very big and nice theater. The seating is very comfortable. The sound and screens are amazing. The only reason I give this 4 stars is the pricing of the snack bar. It is quite expensive especially if you have younger children.

Just had a birthday party for a kid and his friends and everyone was great. Rented the party room and only had to bring the cake and icecream. All decorations were done. Kids watched a movie then partied away and loved it. Good alternative to watching them jump on a trampoline for an hour.

Well, we actually didn't get to finish the movie because fire alarms went off twice, but I wanted to give 5 stars for how they handled the situation. The staff was friendly and remained professional, courteous and caring. Turned out to be a faulty smoke detector last we heard, but the 2nd time, we were told they would not be restarting the movie. They passed out free passes to be used later. They handled it very well.

Went and saw many movies here, most recent was Godzilla, this place has my movie rewards which offers a 20% discount on popcorn and then occasional free movies and different discounts. If you get a large popcorn, there is a tab attached to the box that let's you get another free refill. (As well with the drinks) the movie tickets run around $10 wednesday-monday. On Tuesday they are half off and close to $5. If you order the tickets online they are also half off. The theatre offers reserved seating, 3D and regular seating as well as more.

It was a nice experience. The chairs were comfortable, terrible for the kids though, they tend to rock in them. The restroom was clean for the most part. Staff were all helpful and nice.

Cinemark town centre is a great theatre with great screenings. Me and my friend saw the movie Aladdin and had a great time. I personally dont like going to theatres because of over pricing.

All theaters are expensive even on 'cheap' day, but for 2 adults, 1 child, 2 large drinks (special) large popcorn and an added small Sprite was $46. $5.55 per ticket means we spent $30 for 1 large popcorn and 2 large and 1 small drink. That's with a "discount". Now that I think about it. Unless you are only buying tickets on Tuesday, NEVER VISIT THIS THEATER!!

Really nice employees, screen, sound system, and a great theater. The seats are comfy and they have handicap seats too! I was also able to buy tickets at the kiosk inside of the theater instead of waiting outside in line. Although, I would love it if they kept the confession stand open until the last movie of the night ended. Just a heads up for anyone going to the 10pm (or after that) showings, if you need a refill on popcorn or drinks, do it during the movie not after. I believe they close the confessions around 12am, so just keep that in mind. Overall, great experience! I recommend it.

Stopped in for a matinee. Everything was pretty straightforward, but we had to choose our seats ahead of time. Maybe that's a thing now and I didn't know it, but I've never done that before at a theater. Still, everything about the presentation of the movie was great. The theater and bathrooms were clean, the staff were friendly. No complaints.

Theater is wonderful, however on the night we attended the parking lot was pitch black and looked like a crime scene. Scary. Also, don't ask for the real butter on the popcorn, it confuses the overworked staff. ( Worst movie theater popcorn ever, cold & stale).

Movie was good, the fact these teens ran throughout the movie house while the movie was playing was a big headache as we couldnt fully enjoy the show... lots of talking/cellphone use/flashlights

It's a lovely place to watch a great selection of movies on a huge screen. Some movies are excellent in this location. The surround system is awesome and movie screen is picture perfect. The food and beverages are delicious and a little pricey. The food is fantastic there and the employees are hard working. Safety is never an issue at this location.

We go to the movies here probably 1 time per week. Haven't ever had a bad experience and the place has always been clean. Cheap tickets and great prices on food. Good job Cinemark!!

I went to see a classic film as part of TCM's series. The movie was great, of course. There always seems to be some sort of problem with getting things done properly with these films. This time, and this has happened multiple times, the house lights didn't go down until 10 minutes into the film. One time, the film started at least 20 minutes late. I hate that these films and the experience of their audience doesn't seem to be a priority for this cinema.

It’s ok but they need a better system for waiting on concession customers. They should also offer to sell tickets along with concessions all the time to keep from having to stand in two lines. Buying online is only a perk of the movie is likely to sell out, but the fee to buy is a deterrent.

It was good. I don't think we need to pick our seats anymore. I don't want to be expecting to sit somewhere and when I get in there someone else is sitting in my seat then I have to go back and tell someone we pick these seats and someone else is sitting in it and they have to come in and get them to move that's just too much. Popcorn is too expensive. Coke is too expensive. Candy is too expensive.

Prices arnt to high and there is an arcade if you arrive early and thay have blankets and shirts that you can bye and toys. Also seeing the summer thay play old movies for a dollar on Tuesday's like despicable Me three ect.

This has always been an outstanding theater...but the assigned seating is a terrible idea. I have members of my family with medical issues, and it has been a convenience for us to choose our seating based upon the current crowd layout of the room, which is a decision that cannot be made until we see the room. A computer screen layout is not adequate. I've been going to movies for 35 years just fine without having to choose my seat ahead of time like a concert ticket. This is a terrible, inconvenient idea and please reverse it.
