This Movie Theater belongs to the category of Movie theater.
You sit in a recliner to watch the movie, and if your short no worries seating is on an incline.
Not impressed. Old seating and screen. Should be a cheaper movie theatre.
The movie was excellent. Went to go see Solo. The seats were very comfortable, ticket price was a little high compared to Cinema 10 and the food was about the same. My biggest concern was it didn't appear that the movie was projected in HD. It was pretty average to below quality.. Better movie quality and I would have probably give it A5 star.
I would give this place a zero star rating if possible!!! I have tried contacting several times and get no answer! Not to mention I have been messaging the person through Facebook and she/he had an attitude with me several times! Purchased tickets for a movie and was unable to see it due to a power outage!
I loved this place. Super retro feel. I liked how it wasn't all those new recliner seats but they need to oil up the old seats because some were pretty squeaky but that was the only bad thing.
Love the new chairs don't know weather I want to nap or watch the show
Nice place..
The reclining chairs and HD projectors make for a great experience. The place seems to stay pretty clean. Also, I definitely don't buy candy from the dollar tree and bring it with me into the theatre to avoid spending my life-savings on some "Mike and Ike's". I say this because I do not eat candy.
The reclining seats were beyond awesome! The movie was equally wonderful
Four theaters. Good seating. Reserved seating. A little bit disorganized.
I enjoy watching a movie from time to time here with my GF.
I bought a bottle water and then had to pay $4.75 for a small cup of ice. The theater is always dirty and the women's bathroom is always nasty and needs some serious attention. I have always preferred going to this theater, mainly for nostalgic reasons, but probably won't anymore The ridiculous price you pay for the place to be in such pitiful shape Is not right.
Helpful pointer, the ticket booth out front is pointless, because while you freeze your butt off in line waiting to purchase your tickets, the smart people are inside buying that perfect seat in row g seat 4 that you've been so patiently waiting to buy! Go inside and buy your tickets or your gonna get screwed on what seats are left available!
Woot woot
What a dump. Had to move to different seats because the roof was leaking. Giving it one star because the people working there were friendly.
I loved the new reclining seats, however the whole theater needs an upgrade badly. The carpets are so old they are duct taped together, and the pot holes in the parking lot are dangerous. With the prices of their tickets ($9 for matinee) I expected much better.
Its an ok place to watch a movie... but its too small of an theater. Yeah, they updated the place. But everything is priced high, snacks, drinks and tickets. . Not that many seats to go around by it being a small theater. They need to stop showing big movies at this theater.
The bathrooms were not the greatest, but it was an 11 am matinee. The staff was all friendly and super kind to my 5 year old who insisted he pay to take his mommy on a date. :)
Improving all the time.
Was fi e, bit not that clean
Decent small theater but way over priced for matinee tickets.
Love this theatre. Come here every time we visit Hot Springs. Very unassuming on outside but inside are the most comfortable seats EVER!!! VERY soft recliners. Real recliners you can recline a little or a lot. With a swing out tray over your lap for your drinks and snacks. Way to go!!
Foul smell, seating charts, overpriced concession were all negatives for me. I enjoyed everything else about my 3hr trip except this theatre experience unfortunately.
Hot Springs is definitely not know for its theaters, the buildings aren't very nice and the screens are relatively small. Although Behind The Mall is definitely the better theater. With reclining seats, it makes the experience so much better. Not saying this places is amazing but if you're in Hot Springs, I'd recommend trying to come here over Cinema 10.
I really like the reclining seats. However the walls are thin and theaters are not that big. It reminded me of a theater that pee wee Herman would frequent.
Lot better then AMC, smells good
Why do we need alcohol available at a family establishment where people are taking young children to watch movies. Going to the theatre has always been good clean fun. Not anymore, at this theatre you can get smashed while you enjoy a disney movie. And while we throw booze at it to bring in more money let's throw some lazy at it too with recliners. Because sitting in a seat is just to hard. Let's take up more room and make people reserve their seats. While you enjoy an outing with your child you can admire the drunk passed out in the recline beside you. What a great marketing strategy!
Recently Renovated into the the most comfortable viewing experience. Made watching Avengers Endgame a cakewalk
The remodel made all the difference in the world. Love the new seats and screen's
The theater is being updated. I hope they repave the parking lot. The parking lot is more pot holes than pavement, I am afraid I am going to trip. The recliner seats are the best
Work in progress but still a great time
Comfortable reclining chairs quite nice.
Love everything about this movie theater, (especially the recliners) but they never have any good movies on.
The food was high but the movie was awesome
Awesome theater I love the seating, the big comfy chairs that electronically recline and if 21+ being able to have wine or beer w your movie! Great place!
Deplorable at its best!! Customer service apparently have a problem with Blacks and where they sit. My family was harassed on three different occasions and barely got to enjoy the movie. Should try more training in diversity.
This is what your customers see when they drive up. Unkempt. Weeds and rocks in the street gutter. Weeds growing where there once was nice grass. Crepe Myrtles that have not been trimmed properly in years. They once were “Specimen” Crepe Myrtles that looked like the place was well kept.
Terrible screen and low resolution projector with an out of date sound system. if you are going to charge premium prices your equipment and atmosphere should be top notch (they aren't)
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Movie stopped in the middle and we had to walk very long for it to come back on. We thought it was I nice theatre but the wedsite lies it's not. Popcorn was good
Ticket prices were high for such a confined space. Concession prices were ok but alcohol was too high.

It was great! Love the remodel
Great chairs in almost every theater. The only complaint I had, was the movie is digitized and it kept freezing up and sticking all the way through the movie. It was a little frustrating had I not been so tired I would have complained about it at the theater. Other than that had a great experience and saw good movie
They've come a very long way!
This cinema has no “curb-appeal”, but I try not to judge books by their covers—or in this case, movie theaters by their run down buildings. (I’ll be honest...I double-checked the GPS when I got there bc I just didn’t think I could possibly be at the right place.) However, the staff made up for everything the theater was lacking. They went over-&-beyond to help us & were extremely friendly. The recliners with food trays & being able to eat actual food while watching a movie was pretty awesome too. I would go back, but I know what to expect now also.
Dead Pool 2 in comfortable chairs? AMEN to that. Great move. Super low social pressure. The clerk helped me pick out perfect seats as well. So very nice of an experience, even if it wasn't a great move, I would still five star this establishment.
This theater used to be small and cramped although the theater rooms themselves are the same size the new reclining chairs make the size of the theater much more acceptable
It's ok. They need a real update. Their prices do not reflect the value of things.also, I wanted a cup of ice and it's the same as if I was as buying a soda. I am anaemic so I chomp on ice and needed ice and refused to buy ice for the the price of a soda.
Great staff
Love the new chairs. Movie was great! Prices on popcorn and cokes are ridiculous!
Long slow lines with few workers. The drive to Little Rock is completely worth it.
Love the new recliner seats. Great concession options.
The sound from the cinema next door was very distracting as it was not sound proofed and the movie we saw had many parts that were filmed in dark setting and because the lights get left on in the cinema, it was very hard to see. The seats are nice, but the screen is teeny tiny. $11 per ticket and we bought 1 popcorn to share at $9. The prices are exorbitant and not worth the trip at all.
We went today Sunday Feb 9th, 2019. First, movies were very expensive. Me and my 6 yr old grandbaby, $ 18.50. Place was very dirty, we went in and we needed to go to bathroom, No bathrooms inside, yes.... You heard me, they were outside. Now, it's cold and pouring rain. I asked for refund, Mgr stated she couldn't give me a refund. I wasnt happy about this. I would have left but this was the movie my grandbaby wanted to see. She advised me I could email the owner, but assured me they would not give me a refund. So now, grand baby wants popcorn and drink... Small popcorn ( she didn't butter it) small drink... $ 11.50! I was blown away. 30.00 to watch movie and book inside bathrooms, and treated rudely. Why not refund my money?
Went to watch the new Godzilla that started at 1:15 p.m and instead we watched construction guys work on the exit sign for 15 minutes. Finally commercials started playing at 1:30 and by about 1:55 the same commercials started repeating. Once the actual movie started at 2 we heard construction work throughout the whole movie. When the movie was over we sat for the scene after the credits and they cut the movie so we didn't get to see it. This was definitely the worst movie experience and would not recommend anybody going here.
Web site doesn't work! Tried many times by my husband and myself. Emailed them and got very unprofessional responses. I ended up ordering tickets from Cinemark in Benton for the movie. What got me was I only wanted to tell the person I emailed that the site wasn't working. They never offered another way for me to purchase tickets! I'm currently using a Walker and can not drive to the theater to purchase tickets! What a way to treat a person with a special need! I am disappointed with the unprofessional manner the responder was handling customer service!
This theater has always been bad, but I thought that when it got renovated it would get better! But it didn't, in some way it got worse. Yes they put in reclining seats, however they just ripped the old seats out and floor, did nothing to repair or clean up the floor, and put the recling seats in. And that seems to be the ONLY thing they did to renovate. And now there is no flooring and a damaged concrete floor with glue marks all over it. The service is the same, prices for everything went up and it is all dated and sticky! Why, oh why, could we not renovate in a way that could bring pride to the city! We are a tourist destination for heavens sake! The city should have either applied pressure for them to do it right, or entice a new company to come in and provide a nice theater! Both the theaters we have look like they should be dollar theaters! Correction, every dollar theater I have been in looks nicer.
Night staff rude, ticket girl gave us the wrong seating and missed the beginning of the movie due to the night manager just walking off instead of helping with the issue.
It really isn't 4 stars, but, I am giving 4 stars for the improvement of what it was before they remodeled adding the reclining seats. Hopefully the customer service will get up to speed. Love the seats and not having to drive to Benton for a real movie experience. Support your local businesses!!!!
Went and saw The Meg last night. Really nice place, they even had comfy recliners. They serve beer and the movie quality was really good as well as sound quality. They let you reserve the seats you want and they seemed really friendly. MUCH better than the AMC theater. I will be returning here in the future. :)
It looks like theater is getting a much needed upgrade. The picture and sound was good, except for a squeak that seemed to be coming from the HVAC or vent system. Fortunately the movie was loud enough to drown this out. As they are upgrading, they have temporary bathrooms outside. Guess there is no way around that, but the door for men's was mismarked and I had to use the port-a-john. All this is part of change. And the change will be good.
Love the new seating. Can't wait for the new expansion to open up.
New seats and expanded out to have more rooms
This theater is much better than the AMC. So much better that if me or my wife want to see a movie, we'll probably just wait to rent it if it's not shown at this theater... or go somewhere in Little Rock. Chairs are comfy and the food/drink options are great. It's nice getting something better than just popcorn or nachos. If I were to request 1 thing from this place is more/better kiosk systems for ticket purchases. Do show up at least 15-20 minutes early on busy nights if you plan on getting food/drinks. I'm taking one star off for their bag search policy. I dont bring outside food or drinks, so I wish my wife didn't have to get her purse searched everytime we go. This is the ONLY movie theater that we go to that does this still.
WE FOUND A RAT !! My family and I try to avoid going to see movies here as much as possible. We like AMC better. But if there’s a movie o it showing here then we’ll go. For starters, they don’t have many movie choices. They’re prices for their food and snacks are beyond expensive!! I spent $4 for a 16oz water bottle! Yesterday I went to watch Annabelle. We brought a cup because my family likes to put hot sauce on the popcorn but my 5yr old sister doesn’t. We tried to explain to the worker that we bring a cup to put the popcorn in before we drizzle the hot sauce. She made us leave our cups at the front and weren’t able to use them. The bathrooms have been recently redone. And I see that they are doing work outside the theater. Also, we went to go see a movie a few weeks ago, and there was a rat in the theater that we were in. The rat ran across the runway and we quickly left and told the manager. The manager said they had just got an exterminator there a few days prior to the accident. Overall I do no recommend after so many incidents.
My son and I went and saw the new Lion King it was awesome as usual.
Do not be fooled by this locations less than stellar external appearance. The theaters were clean and well maintained. Sound and picture quality were just as good as any other theater I have been to. The old cruising world game cabinet just added to the charm.
We went to see Beauty and the Beast last month. The reclining chairs were fabulous, the ticket price was cheaper than other local theatre and the food was cheaper as well. We will never go to the Higdon Ferry theatre again. Behind the mall cinema 5 stars!!!
It's old..it's run down, and it is my favorite theater around. Comfortable seats, and a nice selection of snacks.
Horrible business won't ever go back
Love the reclining comfy chairs. Always enjoy watching movies here
Great theater they also have reclining chairs and their chairs are placed to where u view wont be blocked by other people
Row C is to close next time I will try row E.Loved the reclining chairs (comfy)
Tiny theater, awesome seats!
I love the reclining seats. I want very impressed with the matinee prices. $9.25.... Seems kinda steep and also $4 for a bottle of water. That being said I still choose this theater over there other one simply for the recliners every time.
Great friendly service..
Minimum staff, messed up movie times, double booked seats, cold food. The staff that is there is nice though!
Awful. Absolutely awful. Horrible management and poorly trained staff. Doesn't care about the customers at all. I'll never go back thanks to how rude they have been and the poor facility. Management should never be hateful and condescending …
Love the reclining seats. I think the setup of the concession area is weird. When you get your popcorn you have to walk opposite the counter for butter and other condiments. Overall, this is a good place to see a movie.
Best seats ever
Movie was great but they do security checks at the door. Searched wife's purse for Candy so don't try to sneak in candy.
We enjoy watching the movies. The kids love the reclining chairs.
Great food selection jus a bit expensive for the food and drinks
The seats were the best part. The screen would glitch out and the worst part was the customer service. Rude and short with people. The price is too expensive for this experience.
It was great! Love the remodel

Awful. Absolutely awful. Horrible management and poorly trained staff. Doesn't care about the customers at all. I'll never go back thanks to how rude they have been and the poor facility. Management should never be hateful and condescending to customers, especially when the customer is undeniably right. Went in the middle of summer and the air conditioning was out in our movie. Their solution was to offer us some popcorn that was 45 minutes old. They knew the air conditioning was out and didn't think they should have told the customers before suckering their money out of them? Ridiculous. Pathetic. Unacceptable.
Love the reclining seats. I think the setup of the concession area is weird. When you get your popcorn you have to walk opposite the counter for butter and other condiments. Overall, this is a good place to see a movie.

The new part is nice
Intimate theater. Super comfy chairs. Need more sound dampening between screen rooms. We could hear music from adjacent action movie.
Super comfortable seating, clean, and friendly.
Mile 22! Intense! Action packed, thriller!!!! Pay attention to details! Makes you REALLY think! ... not just sport and play! Think! Seats really comfortable! Outside and entrance was not inviting- almost turned us around! But really enjoyed myself once we got to choose our reclining seats!
First off the tickets were higher than the theater down the road. Figured that it would be a nicer place than the other but I figured wrong. They were doing repairs doing the time we was suppose to be watching the movie so the movie started 30 minutes late. During the movie you could hear them doing repairs outside. If that wasn't bad enough we stayed after to watch the ending scene after the credits of Godzilla but instead they turned the lights on and started letting other people in. Before we even got to see the scene they cut the show off. Was pretty aggravated at their service. Wont be back, next time I'll make a special drive to Little Rock or Texarkana.
A movie with alcohol in a recliner. How can you go wrong? We joined the rewards club this visit since itll be a regular thing.
Locals/Tourists; don't ever spend a cent at this place! Greedy Owner run this place! I watch the clerk behind the counter not ever know that started combo deals, and over charge just for basic popcorn, and 2 drinks. There is construction going on,but NO LIGHTS guide you to your seat. As a patron I have gotten outta me seat to make sure elderly people have fallen and broke a hip! EVERY PERSON WHO WORKS THERE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILIES SAFETY. THEY MAKE YOU SPEND MORE MONEY BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE TO EVEN LEARN THEIR OWN MENU! THE STAFF/OWNERS' ONLY CARE ABOUT COLLECTING A CHECK SERIOUSLY!
The new theaters are nice and the recliners are spectacular, but they haven't completely finished the remodel/expansion so it looks pretty rough in some places as well
Comfortable seating
Yay
They violate people's rights by demanding to search your purse. The manager is rude and arrogant. They want to insure you buy their stale and overpriced popcorn and watery sodas.
Theater itself is not bad. Service not bad. Price.....ridiculous! If you want to waste money then this is the place.
Every parent knows how hard it is to plan a night out . They don't happen much . We had a girls night planned for tonight for the four of us Mommas. You won't believe what happened
To expensive and the temperature is very cold which makes it hard to enjoy yourself. But over all it's okay
The manger charged me 28.50 for a #4 combo and pack of sour patch kids. So watch out for getting over charged. I asked to speak to her after the movie and she wouldn't come to the front.
Convenient to our vacation home. Cold theatre during the freezing Dec. Temp... Customers were all commenting about need for warmth. Changed the start time of movie without advertising it. Dated, needs a face lift. With improvements I might increase to a 4 star but will have to work hard to get it.
Was in Hot Springs recently and wanted to watch a movie. So I googled movie theaters near me and this movie theater pulled up. First impression was it was a rather nasty not well kept theater. Then when we arrived we seen that the times at the theater didn't match the times on the website so lucky we got their early. The people were rude but that was no big deal. When we got in the theater we had candy from the mall and they asked us to take it to our truck or get it thrown away. So we were in the wrong we took our candy to the truck. We were kind of upset that a not very nice theater is hunting the theater for candy smugglers though lol. Well half way through the movie we can start to hear everything from the movie next to us! They are watching underworld which was having some action packed scene and we were lucky enough to watch our movie but listen to theirs. So needless to say I'm done with this theater. Oh but if you go to the theater it does have nice chairs so that's why I gave them 1 star.
It was ok, they need to fix their parking lot n paint the lines n add more lighting.
No safety light at all and I had to help seat ppl so they wouldn't fall! I a work, "yes, we know and they (owners) wont do anything." Its a known issue. I am posting just incase someone gets hurt or falls. I will be contacting code inforcement!
Very comfortable seats. They do need to do some updating but overall it's okay.
Kids screaming in lobby for 30 minutes. So loud we couldn't hear our own movie! Not a single employee tried to control the noise. Zero toilet paper in bathrooms. This place is totally ghetto now. Not at all worth the ridiculously high ticket prices. Never again. Will be 100% watching my movies at Carmike 10 Cinema!!!
Great place as far as reclining seats and stuff... It's 10:00pm we are 20 minutes into justice league... I have my 4 year old with me and he says daddy I want some popcorn... So I get up to get his popcorn... When I get out front the kid behind the desk says we just closed everything up 15 minutes ago... Yeah u read that right... The place is still open and they closed the concessions not even half way through our movie... What a joke wow...this is one of a few other complaints I have had about this place... Man this would be a good place for an actual movie theater
Love the new recliners. Watched the Art of Racing in the Rain.
It was nice first time going there. Me and my husband went to see Black Panther. Nice reclining seats!$
This theater has no handicapped seating for the disabled. Most theaters give a discount for the disabled but not this place. It was hard to get my son's chair in and then had to switch him to one of their fancy seats. The prices on …
Seats have been updated to nice reclining chairs with a little tray in front of you. There is a popcorn station where u can put your own butter and salt on, which I thought was amazing. Also the snack bar had an upgraded menu with wings, wine, beer, and more. Now my guess is it's all way to expensive and probably wouldn't taste that good but I thought it was amazing they offered it. Yes the snack bar closes at 10 for new sales but they will refill popcorn and drinks. Had a great time with kids and the seats were so relaxing
You can put new seats in ....serve more snacks....sell beer......same old dirty theater. Bathrooms are disgusting....men’s urinals covered in plastic....smells of urine....floors sticky....just plain nasty. This is pitiful for a theater. What an embarrassment to Hot Springs. I am surprised the health department even allows this place to stay open. Owners take note.....clean it up! We even had to switch seats as the ones assigned were filthy....tables included! Do you ever clean? This place has been filthy for years! New recliner seats didn’t fix the filth!
I don't like anything about any movie theater in hot springs AR very outdated interiors there are only 2 and below standards. This town needs to get in style with accommodations. Trust me you will make so much money and can afford it if …
Love the new recliners with table tops for drinks and food. Grand kids loved it.
Its under construction so you hear drills and saws while your movie is playing.
Comfortable seating with reclining seats. Serves alcohol now. Lights went out and we were all served free popcorn.
Just bought tickets and was turned away because of my purse. Michael Kors big purse. Horrible experience. Look thru it! I’m fine with that. But don’t ask me to leave it in my car or with the employees. Horrible experience! Horrible!!!! Would not recommend going there
$22 for two people and I only bought tickets. Last time I was here I bought "reusable" cups I bought from them and they wouldn't let me use them which is fine but then they made me put them in my car not even my purse so I won't miss the movie.
I love there chair, I hope where I live would have the chair like that in the movie theater
Currently 30 mins into my movie lights are still on!!!!

The prices on consseions was ridiculous $30 something for 2 large drinks and a large popcorn and no refills. won't be going back to this theater again.

Trust me you will make so much money and can afford it if you add some spunk and get with the times here. This is a Resort area it needs better places to dine and more exciting things to do besides a racetrack, not everyone gambles! Maybe a new mall ..lots of bull dozing needed in hot springs AR
Its under construction so you hear drills and saws while your movie is playing.

Thought I would give them another chance since we usually go to Little Rock. Still worth the drive and not go here. Arrival is horrible . Grass not mowed and appears to be an abandoned lot. Asphalt is non existent in parking lot. Several tripping hazards. Advanced purchase tickets had to scan myself and figure out how the printer works. Any gas station restroom is cleaner than this place. Since now serving beer it smells awful when you have that stale beer odor in theater. NEVER AGAIN !
Very comfortable recliners with cupholders and tray tables. Pleasant staff. Bathroom is kind of gross, but otherwise good place.
Went to see 'Once upon a Time in Hollywood'. The new screens all have that great lounge seating. Crank back and enjoy the movie! And, that was a good movie. If you like Tarantino movies...this one will stay with you. The thought is, what if it had happened this way.
Newly remodeled with reclining seats, snack bar and an adult beverage bar. They did a great job and the staff was nice!! I prefer this theater to the one across town!
They have added 3 new screens, still need some work on older theaters but I like the reclining chairs.
I give them 2 stars for their friendly staff and that’s about it. The place looks run down and bathrooms are swarming with roaches. Their website said they had updated their seats to the comfort recliners but in our theater it was only the bottom half of the seats that were updated and if you sit in them, you’re craning your neck up to see the movie. We paid the same price for those seats and got the old traditional seats. The screen was small and almost low resolution, plus the sound was so low that if the audience laughed, it drowned out the movie. Pretty pathetic overall.
A lot more modern and comfortable since they’ve put in the reclined seating, I think that all theatres should have this seating by now as much as it costs to go watch a movie these days.
This place is amazing! The staff are well trained and very friendly! The movies they show are awesome! You can say what you want about this theater but it’s absolutely amazing! Can’t wait for the new theater rooms, parking lot and new bathrooms! People who say bad things about this place are insane. I would love to work here one day!
The parking lot is in bad shape. Could use a makeover.
I drive from bryant to hot springs on a Friday to go see solo and just before it begins they cancel it to show Jurassic park. Pretty shady move.
Had a great time!
The younger staff is great but the manager lady is a hag. Needs to pull the golden spork out of her butt and remember she works at a movie theater.
Nice seats, but the projector kept stuttering and the sound is just ok.
Reclining seats, Dolby surround. Serves alcohol.
Updated . Much better than before. Comfortable seats. Good service.
Really enjoyed the movie and was the most comfortable seats to watch a movie.
The chairs are recliners which are nice, but the theater is old and needs more upgrading. It is also dirty and the bathrooms are not the cleanest. They need to clean this place. It is probably the best theater I’ve been to in Hot Springs but that’s not saying much, because the other one is also old and worn down.
Movie was great-food prices out if sight.
Nice staff, GREAT CHAIRS, rest of the facilities showing some age, good service, good movie
I'll start my review by saying they ARE in the middle of renovations. Now, this is a very small cinema and it usually takes quite some time to get your food and tickets - the last several times I had to wait in the food line just to get tickets so I'd advise getting there at least 20-25 minutes early. Now their new reclining seats with food trays are well worth the wait, so you are guaranteed to be comfortable!
I have been going to the movies here since i was young kid. Now i take my kids. Soon to be taking my granddaughter.
Super comfortable movie seating
Loved the seating and the cool temp was just right
The icey machine was broken
They are getting there. Give them a chance. They have added more screens, and every theater has recliner seating.
Dirty, Beer not delivered to u. Needs more than just seats added . Needs be knocked down.
Loved it. Comfy seats. Great picture and sound. Took my girl and got one large popcorn and drink and the total was 37.50 little expensive, but the theatre is worth it.
Best seats in town
Had a blast! Very fun and the staff is Awesome very polite and knowledgeable! Great experience!
It was clean. Comfy recliners. They also are adding new movie screens
We had a good time at a very reasonable price for the kids this summer.
They didnt turn off the lights for the first 10 minutes of the movie so it was hard to see the screen.
Fabulous seating, great sound quality!! I can't wait to go back!
seats and theatre is awesome, but employees turning on light towards end of movies ruins the scenes at the end credits.
Love the relaxing feeling while watching a movie
The male working the concession stand was sweeping the lobby. Our movie was about to start so he went behind the counter to open a second line. He didn’t even wash his hands before giving the ladies he helped their popcorn. My son had to go to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper in either of the stalls. I had to substitute a paper towel. The bathrooms also smelled musty and had drinks spilled on 1/2 the counters. When we went back to our movie I wanted to notify an employee but there wasn’t one anywhere to be seen. Seats were nice because they reclined though. Won’t be back. Will go to the other one in town
Nicely redone with cushy comfy seating. They are paying for it by the overpriced concessions. I did not dare ask how much a beer was; I am old and my heart can't take shocks like that.
Wonderful comfortable seating and workers were so kind
Good seats but screen could use replacement. Some burn in and stains were noticeable. Also, could hear loud segments from adjacent movie. Best theater in Hot Springs, unfortunately.
Great seats!
Really nice they have the nice leather seats that recline and have trays for food, speaking of food, they serve stuff like hotdogs, alcohol, and sliders in addition to normal movie theater concessions
Comfy seats, great deal in the popcorn bucket. Just a little expensive but all movie theaters worth going to are. Best of the 2 movie theaters in Hot Springs
