I really don't understand why the ticket booth is outdoors when there is space to have it inside. I'm sure it's great when it's nice out, but standing in the cold for tickets is not fun. We had an issue with concessions this last visit. Our popcorns were shorted on fill level, like enough to complain. When you're paying those prices for popcorn, just top it off. On the upside, we asked for it to be fixed and it was.

Love the recliners, online reservations and the Stubs Premier Rewards program! We see more movies now than we ever have due to the Stubs program! Love it! It's only $15 per year and we have already saved over $60 in just 7 months! I love that I can get on my phone, reserve our seats and get there anytime before the show starts and we don't have to search for seats! Also, the $5 Tuesdays is the best!!

I was really dissapointed when I got a large coke and popcorn this time. I have had previous expreciences when I got a large just to get re-fills. This time they rejected me and said I wasn’t a stub member. He was really rude in his attitude and I personally would hate to work for him. He said “ it’s always been this way”. That is not true in my experience. I will not be going to fiesta square to get popcorn and soda again. The curstomer service was very unwelcoming.

Been many times. Loved the place but today's experience took this from a 5 start place to a 2. I got there 30 minutes early and went to the restrooms with my kids. All of our stalls were out of toilet paper. Then we go sit down in the seats we had only to be asked to leave so they could clean. Despite the fact that the previous movie only had 3 guest. And so we had to leave an empty theater for them to clean and yet they have no toilet paper in the women's room. So this was a poor Friday night showing

Nice seats and food food! Bar service was so slow though that we almost missing the first part of the movie and it wasn’t even busy. Took the person about 15 mins to make 2 drinks.

Movie was great, but no one could buy a soda as their pop machines did not work, horrible customer service, the popcorn was over cooked and the mark up prices were ridiculous. I'll never go back to that movie theater.

It was just ok. Loved the movie, AMC was busy ok. The workers were friendly, the lobby was clean, lots of young kids looking a little overwhelmed. The theater, auditorium 4 was small, smelled like old pop that was never cleaned up, the chair was comfortable, the sound was my issue. There was clearly a blown speaker, that rattled everytime done bass hit. Malco Theater on Sunset beats this hands down.

I enjoyed the new theater seating with recliners and lots of leg room. The option to order tickets ahead of time online, choosing our seats, and scanning our QR code at the entrance was very convenient. Seats were comfortable and theater and bathrooms seem clean. My only knock-off was for the drink section of the concession area. One of the drink stations was out of order, causing line backups on that side.

This place is usually my favorite!! But, I think the bar should cut people off when they've had enough to drink, or something! About an hour into the movie, this guy starts yelling and talking loudly... completely belligerent and ignoring my child and I's multiple requests to be quiet and enjoy the movie. Sucks when you've been so excited about seeing something and some idiot decides to ruin it... otherwise, I love this theater!

I was disappointed when I realized I reserved the seats in the front. It was a great experience getting to recline and watch a movie. Ticket booth was fast and friendly, concession was clean and prompt, and we were comfortable in the movie cause the temperature was right and the theater was clean. Front row was better than expected.

I love the new upgrade to this movie theater. It has always been personally one of my favorites. The new upgrades have 5 points all the way around . Its spacious and you have lots of wiggle room. You may even fall asleep.

Is this the premiere movie theater in Fayetteville? Who knows? And who cares? Their seats lean back further than the other theater in town. For that reason alone, it's my favorite. Sip a beer while you while you enjoy the latest Pixar film. It feels wrong, but oh. so. right. Grab a dog, munch a pretzel, live a little.

So if I could give 0 stars to this place I absolutely would! My husband and I took my father to a movie for Father's Day last Saturday and the place was filthy! Our movie theater room smelled like a old sweaty Halloween mask, and the popcorn machine was down! The employees "offered" my husband a bucket of specialty popcorn which was COLD! The large size was basically the size of a small regular popcorn and he had to pay basically the same for a regular large. Long stort short we probably WILL NOT be back to this theater especially for a special occasion.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went to go see Ralph Breaks the internet on 12/26/2018 at 7:40 pm. We waited and waited for the movie to start. Finally, another guest went to get a manager. Sure enough they were having technical difficulties and originally said every guest would get 2 movies passes since the movie was not able to be shown. (However that was not the case, only one pass per guest was given) I had purchased tickets for 4 of my family members and myself, I NEVER go to this theater because of the small seat selection- you can hardly ever just walk up to purchase tickets or wait last minute. Just now, I tried to use the four passes I was given online (to ensure we can all get seats together) and you can't use the passes online. HORRIBLE customer service- so much for making up for the inconvenience and the disappointment from telling my 9 year old we couldn't see the movie that night- now we can't even sit together as a family because I'm sure when I get off work there will not be 4 seats together out the WHOLE 20 that theater offers SMH. Malco will have my returning business 100%. If you are reading this and want to give this theater a go... I have four movie passes you can have. WORST movie experience EVER!

Show up 20-25 minutes late and you can skip all of the previews! Being able to save your seat online is a huge plus. The reclining seats will take you back to when you used to sit in Grandfathers recliner before he kicked you off, put golf on the TV, and then fell asleep. Anyway, yeah this place is great.

Like most cinemas these days, they allow you to book online in advance, which is always nice. There's reserved seating, so you never have to worry about sitting next to your group. There's also cozy leather seats that are perfect for dates, since every other seat can have the middle bar lift up so you can snuggle. The service is always friendly, the man who checks tickets is always in a good mood. Food's a bit pricey, but that's the same at any cinema

Their remodel made for very comfy viewing. I do not like that you have to choose your seat before you go in the theatre. This is not always practical for kids with special needs. It also prevents one from being able to move if seated close to rowdy or obnoxious customers.

Went to see many movies over break here with my friends and family and we love coming here everytime! The ticket prices are low and reasonable, the staff are very helping, I love the reclining seats and my favorite thing to order is the peach mello yello from the soda machine (love the many flavors you can select) and the snacks.

I absolutely love how Fiesta Square redid their whole theater. The reclining chairs are definitely one of my favorite things about it. The prices are low and that is definitely a plus their snack options are decent and they have a rewards program you can sign up for which is also a perk.

Love the reclining seats and the ease of reserving seats online. Theatre has consistently been too warm anytime I've been there. Please turn on the air conditioning! In the theatre's defense, I didn't report the temp to management as it was bearable just not comfortable. Concessions are very expensive.

The AMC mobile app is great for buying tickets ahead of time and checking in quickly. The theater itself is great - it's well kept and very clean, there are plenty of screens and very comfortable recliner seats. My only complaint would be the extremely long line for the concession stand. On my most recent visit I got in line 15 minutes before the show time of Endgame - I expected to miss the coming attractions but didn't expext to be in line for over 30 minutes while 1 person ran the cash register and 1 person prepared the orders and end up missing the coming attractions plus the first 10 minutes of the movie.

Such comfy seats! We loved the moveable arm rests that really made us feel at home. Staff is super kind and informative. Easy check-in for online ticket purchases (just go directly inside with your QR code or conf # ready). Prices are a little high, but of course they have to be. Popcorn is priced to where you might as well get a large (but you won't be disappointed). Enjoy!

Handicap seats are in the very last row. There is no indoor kiosk to purchase tickets. Parking is not good. You can purchase tickets through fandango to bypass the line outside but fandango charges a fee. Otherwise you have to stand outside (sometimes in a long line) to purchase tickets. The concession lines are long unless you have a "membership" in which case your wait is considerably less.

We always try to go to this theater if the times for the moves we want to see works out. They redid the entire place and it's awesome. The seats are the best in the area as far as movie theaters go. There's a lot of parking which always makes it easy to find a spot.

Nice theater and has completely changed now after the remodel. It's now a much better theater and a lot more modern. It's now become my go to theater and I would recommend it to anyone. Parking is never an issue and you can get your tickets fairly quickly unless you're going on a release night of a movie. They've got plenty of show times and if you sign up for their rewards program you can get free movie snacks which is nice

My family and I really enjoy the upgrades to the theater. The Stubs program has amazing deals... we end up earning rewards almost every time we go. The menu has expanded a bit and includes more snack options for our enjoyment. Haven't had the chance to try the bar yet, but looking forward to it! My favorite part has got to be $5 Tuesdays...it is a great, inexpensive way to escape the summer heat!

Was in room number five. Sad to see it wasn't stadium seating. VERY small room, second to back row and still had to look up at the screen, left with a stiff neck and slight headache. There was a musty smell, not well ventilated I guess. The reclining chairs were squeaky when being moved. There were time when the bass rumbled loud enough that something near the screen rattled loudly. Won't be visiting again. Longest wait time of commercials/previews I've ever seen.
