Staff was respectful and helpful even with a full house for Endgame. Clean and orderly. Not 5 stars because the ad in the paper said there was a 3:40 showing of Captain Marvel and when we arrived the box office said there wasn't a showing until 7, so we had to waste 3 hours until the movie we wanted to see. Not sure if they needed to blame the paper or themselves for the Ad, but it was a pretty big inconvenience.

I literally come here about 30 times a year. For the most part these guys are rockstars! Neat trick, u dont have to stand in line for a popcorn refill. Just go straight up to a worker or manager thats not working a register and they will hook it up! ALSO if u go to the movies more then 7 times a year, get the membership. It pays for itself and then some!

My husband and I have been here 4 or 5 times so far over the past 5 weeks and every time it is a hit! It is reasonably priced and the staff is quite pleasant. Enjoyable and fun to see the movies again without having the pain of paying an arm and a leg to see the big screen. Thank you!

Great place to watch a movie. I watched one movie here and ended up getting squished between to people. I really don't go to the movies to smell other people. However it was a good movie just not much elbow room. I went to watch a secound movie and the only seats open were the front 2 rows. This is a great place and has an awesome atmosphere. And right outside the theater there are many things to do. It's just to crowded for me. I went to Regency Main Street Cinemas today and loved it ... not busy at all ... and again a great little theater but this one is not as crowded.

It's definitely better than Mainstreet Cinemas if you can score a loyalty cup and get refills for $1.50. I think their large sodas are around $7? Matinee tickets aren't terribly expensive but you'll pay out the butt for their concessions. However they are a very updated movie theater with great sound (sometimes bordering on too loud), A/C, and good picture quality. Screen is a little far away from the seats but the seats are comfy and roomy so not a big deal. There's also an arcade in the theater. Bathrooms are always clean, rarely a line.

It's all you can expect for a great movie experience. The lines move fast both for tickets and concessions. The restrooms have sufficient privacy and are well maintained. And the customer service is great.

Theater itself is nice and snacks are typical movie fare. Just before the movie starts, in walks an older couple with a 30 to 40 pound dog. I guess it's a service dog although there was nothing to indicate that. Through the entire movie the dog whines, is up and down, shaking and making all kinds of noise. During the music the dog is howling and barking. Towards the end the dog is jumping up on both people and trying to get up onto one of the seats. If the theater is going to let service dogs in, that's OK but they should prove certification and be a lot better behaved. Really ruined the experience because someone couldn't be bothered to either have a trained dog or just leave pookie at home.

It's hard to beat their quality popcorn and theatre cleanliness. They have many different ways to save money that people don't take advantage of. Spending $25 on a gift card gets a free medium popcorn. Your going to spend that much most of that time anyways. Pay for your tickets with it and why not get free popcorn, for $1 more you can upgrade to large popcorn and get a free refill. Get a loyalty cup and everytime you get a refills for $1.50 vs $5.50.

We enjoy coming here to the movies. Extremely polite staff. If you have difficulty bringing all your yummy food and drink purchases to your seat, they will happily assist you with it. Their fresh popcorn had not completed its cycle, so they offered to deliver it directly to our location. Very smart looking decor and comfortable seating. Quite a pleasant experience to be had by all.

It's been a while since I've been to Harkins so I was a tad bit taken back by, this new to me, seating selection when purchasing tickets. I'm not sure why Harkins decided to go this route or how i feel about it.

I have been a cup and shirt holder for at least 3 years. The popcorn is good. Food prices about what I expect from a movie house. The cups and shirt save us a lot of money. We go to the movies a lot. The only thing that bugs me is the inability to get control of the cell phone abuse. The employees make a before the movie sweep and that is all. The abuse starts about 15 minutes into the movie. They need to come back more often and talk to the customers who abuse the cell phones. 2018 up date. The cell phone issue has improved but not gone away.

Harkins is definitely the place to be at. Theater is always clean, staff is always very friendly, and atmosphere is warm and inviting. This is definitely the best theater to take your family to and have a wonderful time.

Lots of parking. Ticket and concession lines move fast. Staff is nice Popcorn is always fresh. Theaters have always been clean. There aren't any small screens or small theaters. It always bugs me when I go into a movie that is at the end of its run and it is in the "extra" theater at the end that only has three rows and you are sitting right under the screen looking up.

Theater was too warm. Maybe AC was broken, or they're trying to save money by not turning the AC on below 79 in theaters with only a few people inside, but we were uncomfortably warm and sweaty throughout a movie that started at 10:40pm. I've never been a fan of the seats in this theater, but when they're the only theater in the city showing the movie I want to see, they get my business. Stars given for having the better movie variety, but stars deducted for theater seats and temperature being uncomfortable.

I'm from a big city and am used to top notch theatres. This place isn't fancy or flashy, but everything including the bathrooms are always clean. The staff is very friendly and the seats are comfy. Because it is within the 'mall', there is always plenty of parking. The popcorn is never stale. I just wish the screens were a little bigger. But hey, you can only get so much in Yuma. I thoroughly enjoy this theatre every time I go.

My daughter and I have been going for a long time to Harkins Yuma and have always had a great experience. This changed about a month ago, but not because of Harkins, but rather because of a patron. We were early to our movie and so we had plenty of seats to choose from. Moments later, an older lady comes and asks in a rude tone if we could move two seats over. I was not sure what to think so I just looked at her since there was more than enough seats left. She asked again and I said that I was sorry, but that my daughter and I were there first. She got visibly upset saying that in her group there were two handicapped people. I just thought it was strange since there is reserved seating. Long story short, she went off on me. The people that were already seated could hear her and so this sweet gentlemen comes over and tells me I have his total support and invited us to sit with him and his wife. I am not one to complain, but this time I just had to. One of the managers came over to talk to this lady and she was literally more rude to him. He tried to explain to her that their policy is: first come, first served, but the lady would not have it. I wish I could remember the managers name. He was kind enough to give my daughter and I two free passes and said that he had never encountered something like that in his years working at Harkins. Now when he sees us, he comes and checks up on us :) Sorry for the long post.

This Theater is Huge! In the Yuma Palm's Village area.14 different screens a ton of different snack choices, and register's. Also has a video game arcade! A great place for large viewing groups, or your entire family!
