This is a generally good theater and my first choice due to it's location to my home. My only real complaint is that the theaters tend to get hot about half way through every movie. I really wish they would change the climate programming.

Harkins definately has figured out the whole movie experience. Staff is typically well trained and have personality. This location does not have a bar like other locations but does have a day care for parents that can't deal and need a break. Since this is a newer location nothing is run down or shabby. Usually clean & floors aren't sticky.

Should have had more employees working box office had to wait awhile to buy our tickets. After that though getting in and getting our refreshments went smoothly. Theater was clean. Movie was good.

Great theater, comfortable seats. Concession is always well staffed so the line goes quickly. Be careful where you sit, you can chose assigned seating when you purchase your tickets online. If you sit in someone else's seats unknowingly, you may end up needing to move seats 10 minutes into the movie like I did.

I saw “Breakthrough” was showing at 6:05 at the Queen Creek Harkins Theatre tonight . Apparently they preferred to show Avengers instead but neglected to let their patrons know they cancelled. It’s even posted on the board behind the ticket agent. So disappointed

The two people helped take care of me when inform them of their assistive device had an issue. It appears to be older model, however need to inform corporate to upgrade if possible (us - movie goers help them, more voices is heard cause we are the ones can make an impact as well a change) Thank you for making the best of it.

This Harkins is one of our go to locations. Close enough to Power Ranch in Gilbert that makes going to the San Tan location less attractive. Parking is generally easier and open here, too. Staff is nice and helpful here. Quick concession line. Popcorn is good. Just saw Mary Poppins, haha. It was a fun family movie.

So far i been to this Movie Theaters a few times and every time i come the staff is really friendly. (Dont like big lines?) buy tickets online and pick your own seat so you can get the best seat in the house. The food is priced to its competitors but the popcorn butter stand has different flavors from kettle to butter ect so you can come back and season them yourself without paying extra!! Last time i went they had extra security in the Theater(Joker) was playing so it shows the owners care about safety. Also there is a kids area were you can have a date night out and they will look out for them! how cool is that? Overall great experience.

Day care ???? Best idea ever!!!. Not all the movies we want to see are appropriate for small children, so this gives us the chance to have the kids near. Amazing service, high quality space, very professional, kids have same fun as the adults and definitely age appropriate !

You know, the building and bathrooms are always very clean, the the sound and screens are just perfect for big movies! But I just have a really hard time whenever I go to the concession stand to get our food and drinks and not wait at least 15 minutes, and all we ever get are drinks and popcorn. I have a much shorter wait at the Harkins at Crossroads and San Tan. The lines at Queen Creek just seem to be the most delayed. I would also like to encourage the staff working the concessions to look a bit more excited or driven. I understand that most of them could be in high school, but it looks like a very fast yet fun place to work, so put a smile on and greet every customer and make their movie night even more enjoyable! Again, movie experience is always great and it is the cleanest Harkins we go to, but the concessions could push a bit forward and drive themselves to do a little better and have more fun :)

Was tempted to give this a four star as when we went it was complete madness, but to be fair it was the day after Thanksgiving and Wreck It Ralph Breaks the Internet had JUST come out. Everything about this place is on par with what I would expect from a major chain cinema. Cleany and comfy seats and courteous staff. They did make me trash a soda I had in my hand but didn't ask why my front pants pockets looked like I was smuggling two small jet fighters in them....

This theater is rarely crazy crowded, always friendly staff and as clean looking as a theater can be. They also reminded me that I can purchase a student ticket for my 14 yr old because he does not qualify as a child. A little discount; I appreciated that. I've only had great experiences here.

This is our favorite Harkins location to go to. The staff is always friendly and timely. We are also Harkins Rewards Members. I appreciate the staff at the ticket booth as well as the concession stand inquiring about our status and explaining that we can earn money off by being rewards members. Always a great time at Harkins.

The seats recline a little and were well sized in a very spacious theater room. Very happy with it. Definitely a return trip for this place.

The only thing that would make this theater better is if they would have made the lounge chair theater rooms! I've come to find that there is nothing better than relaxing in the movie theater and being able to know exactly where you said when you walk in! Still, this theater is great and going to the movies is going to the movies..

When it comes to movie theaters there are only so many areas you can use to rate them. Among them are cleanliness, location, and customer service. So starting with cleanliness; top notch. The rooms are always cleaned very well and you never get the feeling the crew skipped over an area for speed. The location is awesome for the Queen Creel area and was a welcomed addition to the retail park. Customer service; if I were presenting this review in real time, I would say one world every ten seconds as a means of describing the frustrating nature of the employees at this theater. It never seems to matter the day, time, or age of the folks working behind the concession counter, they are always painfully slow. On more than one occasion I was third in line and spent 15+ minutes waiting just to get to the counter. A review of the work area shows it is built for efficiency but when your employees take one minute each step, it doesn't matter how good the setup is. In short, they need concession managers who can put some speed into these folks. All of them.

Love going to the movies not a big fan on pricing for snacks and ticket pricing has gone up you would save money by buying snacks at Walmart and sneaking them in to be completely honest for a little bag of candy you could get a big one at Walmart for the same price Movie watching these days you'll save money by one waiting until it comes out at on redbox or to boot legging it I'm also not a big fan or supporter of the select your seats in advance I think that's a mistake It should and should always be 1st come 1st serve I think they're losing money by doing it that way

I was not impressed. I asked for 2 tickets to see a movie and did not say I needed 1 child 1 adult ticket but my daughter was obviously not an adult. They charged me for 2 adult tickets and when I asked about it they said they are not allowed to assume someone's age. If it was an R rated movie they would have had to assume she wasn't 18 so that was lame. Also the movie was rated PG and that was not an appropriate rating. Not Harkins fault, but wow! It had scenes that were way too scary for children under 13. This poor girl sitting behind us said "that was really scary!" There were references to demonic names and images that were really inappropriate! Not the best experience I've had at a Harkins!

All was as expected except after the movie I heard the employees discussing someone wasnt in their assigned seat. I saw a chart when I did self purchase and heard a lady at the counter asking about location of seats but thought she was seeing the 3D show. I guess there is legit assigned seating. Maybe I am old school but this is enough to discourage me further from going to a movie. I already only go once every year or two but if I cant just spur of the moment go and pick a seat that looks good it isnt worth the cost. I am short and choose seats by the heights of other people seated.

This place used to easy to get into before they started marking you pick your seating. Nobody can figure this out and let it takes way too long standing in line. No point in this. Sell a certain amount of tickets for each movie and let us figure it out. Move the line along.

Video Game Birthday Party! 30 foot high definition screen, 12+ surround speakers putting out thousands of watts of immersive sound, and a bunch of 7-10 year old's makes for an amazing birthday party experience! Dollars for smiles/excited yells, there isn't a better deal out there! Most importantly, the staff here at Harkins Theatres go above and beyond to make sure the entire experience is everything you were hoping it would be. The manager was attentive, and they ensured that we had all of the time we needed and more! We had some Xbox challenges that lasted the first half an hour or so, and so they extended our time by more than that amount to ensure that that we had the experience we were coming for. When you are dealing with a once a year experience, that sort of commitment to customer satisfaction makes all the difference!

Management excels in customer service. I took my son, his friend and myself to the movies. I let my son and his friend go to a movie and I saw another. My movie ended 40 min before theirs. I asked a manager if I could leave and would I be able to get back in to pick them up? He said yes and would let staff know to let me in. When I came back in, I was allowed back in without any hassle. I like being respected where I spend my money!!

Great location, plenty of parking, staff has always been friendly, kept relatively clean compared to other theaters. This Harkins has a drop-off driveway in front, which is highly convenient for parents dropping off their kids at the movies, without getting in the way of other traffic. Theater is surrounded by a wide variety of food options and shopping as well!

Went to see Toy Story 4 Awesome Movie. Havent been to Harkins in a month and was pleasantly surprised to find that you can now select your favorite seat. Yeah!!! AMC has bern doing it forever but.... that was very cool. The popcorn was hot and yummy and overall...my experience today overall was 5 star.

I had to give one stars but I don't think one star is deserving, zero stars is appropriate. Horrible experience. I will not be returning because this Is the second time in a role the theater was disappointing. The noise complaint in our theater was handled very poorly and distracting that the movie I was there to see was being interupted by the staff. Do not recommend this theater to anyone, the others are worth the drive to enjoy a movie!
