The remodeled theatres are nice. But it's a hassle having to pre-purchase seats. Then they charge extra for the "convenience" of purchasing online. So it was nice to be able to go to the Park West location and just walk in and pick a seat. ONLY NOW, they make you get an assigned seat, but it's still the old seating. They don't get it, assigned seating sucks......

This location is our preferred location due to its location. We've had our share of Employees with attitudes there, but it's to be expected nowadays (sad but true!). Overall this location is decent. They do a pretty good job at keeping it clean. The lines for concession aren't very long which is a big plus! The amount of theaters is good, the ticket windows are almost always ready and waiting for you.

I have always enjoyed watching movies here, but this was the first time you had to choose your seats when buying tickets. My preference is to choose where I sit once I enter the theater. Would likely choose a different theater to watch movies in the future. Hope this isn't the new standard in movie going.

We always enjoy Park West! The theater is clean, the staff is friendly, helpful, courteous, kind, and cheerful all the time. The location is easy to drive to and the local restaurants make for an easy night out with friends or a date night. Harkins Park West is a quality theater experience!

Went to see the Metallica movie on it's one day only showing. Found a decent parking spot and got in on time. Popcorn and drink in hand, everything went well.

The theater is next to a few good spots for a great date night and some times ask if you get a discount if you show movie stub. Parking is in the back and sides so drive all the way up don't park next to store fronts.

Highly recommended. At this location on 31 Aug 2018, I experienced an issue of concern. After the movie I brought it to management. The female manager on duty (sorry didn't get her name) listened to me with care and compassion. She went above and beyond to correct the situation. I feel cared for and will always place Harkins Theaters first when I want to see a movie. Thank you.

Like the ability to pick seats. Though the total of $15.50 to get in plus $6.00 for a kids combo means the special trips with my granddaughter will be few and far between. I chose not to get a treat!

Great seats, and normally clean environment, but I must say: DO NOT EAT THE POPCORN. It tastes great and all, but unless you want to be running to the bathroom hours later, then stay away. Other than that, it's a great theater. Sound is evenly balanced without being too loud, and seats are super comfy.

Tried taking the family to a movie only to find out you have assigned seating. They said pick your seats please... We go to see a movie together not to be scattered around the theater. Never again.

The area is really cool because it has a lot of nice outdoor stores within walking distance. The theater is clean, and staff is nice. It lost a star because it could use a remodel inside.

Older non-reclining seats. no bar or lounge area to wait if you get there early. Park West is currently half deserted with no quick food options.

They don't have the whole place remodeled yet. I paid the same fee as the people watching on the other side of the building, but the seats were old and left a rash on my son's neck. I thought we were going to be in reclining seats... I was disappointed. My son got so itchy, we didn't even get to finish the movie.

Not a bad place but the seats could be a little more comfortable. I do have too say though that I like the layout in the theater where unlike most that the incline of the rows is not steep like going to the nose bleed section of a stadium which I think makes it more attractive to any age group. My only real complaint is that they are like everyone else with the prices at the concession counter. 5 bucks for a bottle of water? Thata just a little insane. I understand that you have to pay everyone and blah blah blah. But 23 bucks for two sodas a popcorn and a box of rainsenettes that cost a dollar at dollar tree? Please. Like the old adage says, if you charge less you sell more. I guess that's why I usually wait for the movie to come to TV or Netflix. Or maybe its I'm just cheap. Lol

Great theater! Clean, big bright screens flanked by tooth-rattling several-thousand-watt surround sound systems. The seats are designated (thank God .... why did it take until this far into the 21st century to start this??) but they don't recline. Just your typical arena-style theater seating. Great popcorn, too!

Our local Harkins, great place for a film and always nice. Of course I have my rules. Only matinee, avoid films at hyst came out and only up to 2 PM on weekends. This gives you short lines and a quiet theater.

It's always a pleasure coming here. Has a lot of great little stores around to eat and shop at if you're waiting for your movie. They keep it clean and everyone who works there has always been nice. I've been coming to this location since it first opened and have enjoyed coming back.

Loved their new menu selection!! They now offer a hamburger special which included, fries and a drink and also a chicken sandwich deal with fries and a drink. The hamburger deal is 13 and the chicken deal is 11. Kinda pricey but super convenient. Popcorn was amazing along with the excellent customer service..

I went out for a girls night with some friends and once the movie started and we were in are chairs we noticed a smell coming from our chairs, the smell smelt like human pee so we decided to move seats and we could still smell the pee. So we left the movie to ask for a manger and they told us no manger was available. The movie theater has always been great but this time it was a waste of our time and money, I highly recommend going to another theater until they can figure out the pee smell.

Michael Myers Harkins is mostly known for great theaters and this is no exception. Unfortunately they haven't adopted the leather recliners at this time. if you've ever been to Harkins norterra this has exactly the same layout. The theater is well-kept and I have only had good experiences with the staff.

Saw the secret life of pets 2. Got help carrying our trays of food from the food people. So helpful since I had 2 young kids. So appreciative. Super clean and food was great. Totally enjoyed it.

Staff was awesome to work with and even got us the right tickets when we fat fingered the wrong showing. My only problem with coming to this specific location is it hasn't been updated like its sister locations. This was the best place to avoid the Endgame crowds though

My hubs was in an accident a few months ago, this was our first movie since, and unfortunately he wad in to much pain and we're had to leave in the middle of the show, managers were amazing though. As soon as I told then what was going on they didn't hesitate to make sure we're were taken care of! Well definitely be back!!!

Not happy with selected seating, I like to sit next to center rail, all were taken on selection screen , the kicker is no one sat there during the movie. Who you trying to please your actual customer or some phantom no show costumer , no one can complain with actual first come first served ,get it fixed or loose a devoted harkens costomer , amc plays the same movies , it wouldn't be hard to look a amc first

The popcorn was horrible...no variety of salt flavors to cover the awful taste. Maybe, if they made fresh popcorn, wound have given 3 or 4 stars. Also the agreement that they have at Westgate during the weekends if you pay $10 for parking you have to buy something to validate parking and it's usually crowded so why would I fight through traffic just to park and on top of that I have to pay 10 and on top of that I have to buy something it's too much to ask for somebody just want to park it go to a movie and relax and go home. I'll never go again unless someone else is paying...

Lots of screens and state of the art theaters. Very efficient concession stand. Very large parking lot but not big enough when a big movie comes in and it gets packed to the gills.

Reserved seats available, but ours were not the reclining seats. Concession lines were quite the wait. Now they have different snack options (e.g Crispy chicken sandwich). Parking on West and East side of the theater.

VERY CLEAN !!!! I Dr my credit card on floor and was grossed out at the thought of searching for it on a dirty floor, but it was clean-not even kernal of popcorn. I was very impressed. The seats are plush rockers and extremely comfortable

Went to theater 1.5 hours early to see John wick. Was told there was not going to be a line. So I did not wait in and before I knew it there was a line. Nice of management to give me the wrong info. I'm a loyal customer but now I might start going to AMC

I love Parkwest but very disappointed with the new assigned seatings.. Ugh It waste so much time especially if your in a hurry or late. The only reason why i choose Parkwest is because they dont have the reclining chairs. I really dislike them and it takes away from the movie experience.

This theatre is always clean, from my experience, and the staff is nice. It has the typical cloth chairs that are semi-reclinable with assigned seating which I really like because you don't have to worry about someone taking your spot. Overall a good area.

Not good. Charged us $6.00 service charge for pre paid tickets. Also my husband went on line for rewards card renewal and when we went to get popcorn it did not exist. Last time we were there pre selected seats Allowed people to select 2 seats with one on each side. They paid for 2 seats and used 4.

I like that they have selected seating..dont like that the buttons to the seats are inside the armrest so if you lean or press your leg too much against it- your chair just starts going up and down and all the way back and then upright and back.. I have wide legs and a big butt so it was like a ride at the fair for the first 20 min. Whoever designed that wasnt thinking about anyone over 200lbs.
