We had a medical emergany in the middle of the movie and management responded promptly. They stopped the movie 10 minutes while someone called the emt's. And gave everyone free popcorn vouchers at the end this was at Captian Marvel's this evening. What great professional response team and staff.

I would not recommend this movie theater. Heather Moakley the manager was extremely rude and their associate Tyler basically racially profiled my children. When I came to address the issue she didn't want to hear it. She has NO BUSINESS being in management if they want to discriminate against individual's.

Went to a movie. Some people got shot. Some things got blown up. A good looking girl wore something slinky and revealing. There may have even been a plot. If so, it got lost in the noise and the cleavage. The noise was annoying. I think ive seen the cleavage before, but still, it almost saved the movie.

Always my go to Harkins! Seats are comfy! Theaters clean. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. I was having an issue with my rewards on my phone and a employee named Mason took the time to help me overcome the technical issue. Love this theater!

This is the closest theater to us but we always go to the Harkins at Scottsdale Fashion Mall coz they have reserved seating there and the recliner chairs are great.

We Fandango- ed our tickets the previous evening. Day of, we picked up our physical tickets quickly and easily just inside the Harkins doors at the ticket machine. Easy. Gave our tickets to the nice ticket collector who directed up to the proper theater. Great screen and sound, comfortable seats, and clean theater. Nothing negative to take our attention away from the story we came to see.

Son threw away the rewards cup by mistake. One of the theatre employees dug through the trash right after the movie let it and found it once we realized we didn't have it. She went right in the can without gloves, and retrieved our cup!

Great location with a BIG parking lot, don't have to really "find a spot." Movie experience was great, went to see Creed 2, no issues with audio nor video. Great image, very clear, huge plus was a manager walking through the Isles to insure no one talking or on the phone. Bathrooms, theatre, and lobby were all clean, staff was / is very helpful. Will suggest especially if you want to bring your kids to watch a movie. Also, NO STICKY FLOORS!!

I love Harkins, the hometown theater. I like that I can get a reasonably priced soda by bringing my loyalty cup. The sound system is intense and the seats are luxurious. If I snag a chair in the front row, I can put my feet up and not end up with aching back and legs by the end of the movie.

The Gentleman that took our tickets was a joy to talk to about the movie we saw which was the movie Yesterday. We loved some of the same parts in the movie it was fun to connect that way. After all that's what movies are about connecting with each other with stories we watch on a big screen and in real life relate to the story being told and then with each other.

I was discriminated against because of my race by a guy named Michael last night. I went to go watch the Alita movie at 6 pm. He watched me stand in line while he was standing as well.Next to register, didn't say a word just looked at me. White guy and his son still walking towards the counter. Michael rushed to open a new line for them greeted them nicely and took their order fast. While I waited in line and he looked at me up and down as I waited. I told him what he did was racist and his colleague because they all saw it!!! I don't usually pay attention to such but when it's done soooo openly, it's not right, especially at a public place.

It's a nice place with an unexpected arcade, but as far as a movie going experience, the actual theatres aren't like the upgraded ones I'm used to. Maybe it was a small one because we saw a fairly old movie. The sound quality could've been better too.

Totally worth what you are paying, the popcorn is great!! The team members (staff) is always there for you (I left my debit card and they keep it safe for me until I realized I lost it. The audio and video quality is superb, clean seats, spacious leg room and very comfy Over all. The food and snacks can never go wrong specially nachos and hot dogs! A very nice place for any movie lover!

Uncrowded and clean. $7 movies at all times! Love the upcoming movie displays that make great photo ops and literally dozens of upcoming movie posters. Free popcorn with the Harkins Club card upgrade and dollar fifty drink refills! It's good to support local family-owned businesses and Dan Harkins is a pillar of the community! I met his wife shopping at Whole Foods and she gave me a movie pass!

So I recently was let go from this company and building due to some posts I made in regards of my brother on a social website (he happened to work along with me at this building as well) and yes I shouldn’t have made posts about it but in the end of the day I did not mention this company or which sibling in which the post was about so it had no ties to this company but I’ll just breeze past that since I got a new job that pays more for my time and energy but the main reason for this review isn’t because of the company decision to let me go, it is what it is in that case. This post is due to the general Manager (Ms. Moakley) as she has put a ban on me from returning to this theatre and from stepping on the premises. I have not done any harm or caused anything wrong with the company to not be allowed at one location. I was not given ANY form of knowledge in regards of it or a reason behind it. I went to see a movie there AS A GUEST (Since I’m no longer an employee) and they turned me away and stated Ms. Moakley will not allow me on the premises until “further notice” but no mention of how long. For all I know it’s indefinite and how will I know when I’m allowed back? When she’s finally gone from this building? This is targeting a guest with no probable cause as I am a guest and did not leave the company in terrible terms. I was let go over posts that had no correlation with this company and now I’m not allowed back to a theatre in which I was a manager for. I’m completely disgusted by how this whole situation is being handled and I’m turning to a different theatre company to provide me with better experiences as this is just horrible. Definitely earned my 1 star (I’d give half a star if I could but they only let me do 1).

Love bringing the kids to see movies at harkins! They love that they can use the machine to buy the tickets. We also have a refillable cup and the popcorn rewards so we are able to save a ton of money getting drinks and snacks which makes going to the movies way more enjoyable for the parents too!

One of the only Harkins theatres left that doesn't have reserved seating which saves a little money. The sound and picture are always awesome. My only issue is that they don't have butter machine by the condiments.

Overall, it was a great experience here. The lobby and hall areas were kept tidy e.g., no trash was strewn about, which is usually atypical for a place that serves popcorn; even the bathrooms were clean! The theatre itself had stadium seating and we had a nice viewing experience with great A/V quality. On top of this, the staff were all friendly and prompt. While I appreciated the cordial exchanges, it was more impressive that the workers were able to keep a calm, pleasant demeanor even as the snackbar lines began to form. Although I've experienced raucous crowds on weekend nights, I don't feel it merits subtracting a star because it's common among theatres and can probably be expected.

This Harkin's location is usually pretty busy, this time it was not, which was nice. They have good food, drinks and service. The bathrooms are usually clean, and I've never had to walk thru a sticky floor in a theater. As most other theaters have evolved into serving food and drinks to you in your seat, this theater will probably need to move in that direction to stay relevant. Or maybe if they keep the ticket price lower than others, then maybe they can survive.

Absolutely the cleanest movie theater I've ever been to. The concession stand was very well staffed and the lines were short and the attention from the staff was absolutely "the best.!" We will see many more movies at this theater. The only one thing I could even begin to complain about, and trust me this is not a complaint, was that they no longer have hot butter, self serve, for your popcorn. That was a little disappointing, but because they were adequately staffed, I didn't have to wait in line to have melted butter added to my popcorn. And for the cost of a beverage I believe free refills is to be expected.

Always clean when I go to the movies here. Stadium seating but not the reclining seats so the prices are lower and you don't have to worry if you are in the correct assigned seat. I have the popcorn awards and the refill Harkins cup, best way to see a movie. Free medium popcorn but I always upgrade to the large for $1 and you get a free refill. $1.50 for the softdrink(no bar at this location yet) so a total of $2.50 for my purchase at concession stand. Plenty of theaters at this location and large parking lot.

This theatre is rarely busy which is nice. The popcorn and soda is a little pricy (most theatres are) they will run you 10-15 bucks for the pair depending on size. The theatres are generally clean and the staff is always friendly.
