Large seats, each of them recline. Ciné1 is very spacious, each seat reclines fully for maximum comfort. Its great that you can pick a seat and see availibility of each seat. Prices are expensive, but that's because it's Flagstaff. I've spoken to the managers previously and they are really nice and accommodating.

I always go here when we watch a movie in Flagstaff. It is a pretty good theatre nice movies nice chairs but if you want more nicer chairs you might wanna go into Cine1. I love being in Cine1 becayse its so comfortable. And dont remember if your not smiling your doing it wrong! Byeee!

We saw Spider Man Far From Home and I thought it was cute. Prices are a little too high, but that's just my opion. I also think they should have a combo with a drink, popcorn and maybe candy instead of buying everything individually. Seats are comfy.

My friend and I went to see the last showing for BTS Burn the Stage. We had asked about assigned seating and they said we could sit where we wanted to. We were an hour and a half early and just drove 2 hours. 20 minutes before the movie starts this girl said it's not a big deal if not but I think you're in our seats and I told her what they said and how far we came and she said it's not a big deal she say right next to us. 10 minutes before the movie she comes back with the manager and makes us move 2 seats over. Once the movie started, the subtitles sucked. They missed a bunch of what was being said on screen and they were slow. Luckily I know Korean and could translate for my friend. You guys should seriously get it together. That ruined the movie for a lot of people, subtitles got maybe about 30% of what was being said

Old style chairs. Not a lot of leg room. Popcorn was a bit salty for me. But it is a well kept facility. Clean restrooms, clean theatres. And the staff were extremely helpful.

My kids love this theater. Staff has been super friendly. We get in fast especially when I buy the tickets ahead of time. Theater is always clean and you feel comfortable there with the soft lightening.

Website said seats recline... the seats recline about as far as an airplane seat... staff was great concession prices weren't terrible they gave me a free cup for water (I'm not used to that) but even with the great experience i was annoyed with the average seats. Once you've reclined to watch a movie you really don't want to sit in regular seats, especially not for 3 hours #endgame

Movie was good...some dude with his hand up blocking the view of the movie....too many baby's crying and the parents just letting them...they need a better system where they can just warn them or report them to CPS haha

We were on vacation in Flagstaff and wanted to see end game so we drove to this theater. It was a HUGE theater and sold out but they managed to get us seats. We didn't bother with snacks because it was too busy. Overall a decent experience.

The New Harkins Theather has a lot of features. You have a big parking lot and side walks for the pedestrians. The line for the tickets have heaters installed on the top for if you are standing in the cold. If your in a rush, there are 2 sides to purchase tickets as well. They are like 2 little ATMs for example, and the inside is very clean. There is a lot of cashiers to help you and get you want you need. It has 4 restrooms and many exits. Overall it's a good experience, hope you all enjoy

It is probably the nicest Harkins that I have ever been in. You get to select your seats when you purchase your tickets. No worry about finding good seats when you get into the theater. The theater seats were you comfortable.

No issues seeing the movies and such. It's easy to pick seats and it's a straight walk to the room. Wish they had better snacks though, they have a large variety but they're not the best quality and most are in small proportion.

My wife had to use the restroom and she was told to walk about a half mile to the because they were having low water pressure. Water pressure is not required for an individual to simply pee in a toilet. Much more training is needed for these young people. my wife as well as another woman could not make it to the mall and ended up peeing in a bush outside of the theater.

It is expensive, but no more than other theaters. The seats are narrow and not made for larger people. They get kind of uncomfortable. It's the only theater in town.

A great place for movies and the prices aren't bad (compared to what I'm use to in Vegas). The refillable cups are an amazing thing to have and saves a good amount of money with how often I see movies. The food is ok but nothing special.

This new location is perfect! Conveniently situated between the Main Flagstaff Mall and the expanded shops. I especially love the choose your own seating feature. Larger menu at the snack bar with shorter lines. The previews of "now showing" films is a great teaser to leave the viewer sure to come back again. We get the souvenir cups for afforadable refills. Always a highly satisfying experience.

Nice new modern theater. Has 16 screens, with much improved seats(not the old style folding ones). Uses assigned seating which I like. Also has a premium auditorium with nicer reclining seats, bigger screen and high end Dolby sound. All with reasonable prices(7.50 matinee).

The new location is visually stunning and offers spacious theater seating, bigger movie screens and beautiful sound quality. We're always helped promptly and had never taken more than 15 minutes to get our tickets, buy our snacks and hit the restrooms before the movie starts. Facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. I also think seeing Findlay Flagstaff's vehicles on display, supporting our theater is really cool!

Okay theater seats for fine we had to have numbered seats had to pick it ahead of time but when we got in the theater there was hardly anybody watching the movie so why pick the seat numbers but if it doesn't really matter and when we got there somebody was sitting in our seat anyway and we had to make a move they don't enforce seating so why do we even bother with it

I really enjoy this theater. It has a great staff who are always ready to help you with a smile. Not to mention they offer great perks to have an even better movie going experience. Only thing that keeps me wanting more is a better food selection.

The movies are great fun. Harkins Theathers Flagstaff is q good location a bit far from town since they moved closer to the Mall but it’s comfortable, clean and the customer preferred card is a great way to get your seats and tickets from the comfort of your home before you go so bypassing the lines at the ticket stations and food court and the wait times is quite easy and painless.

Theater is clean and big. Just wish they would've remodeled the original location for all of us on the west side. I like the picking your own seats online so in case you're running late you still get a good seat. The new awards program is cool, you get a $5 reward for your birthday.

Comfortable seats with plenty of leg room (which lessens the chance of getting kicked). I loved the screen out front when buying tickets that allows you to pick your seats. Friendly concessions staff who moved quickly and kept lines moving.

Like the indoor self ticketing kiosks. Very convenient for arriving with no time to spare. Lots of associates working the snack bar today. The Harkins Awards program is a generous one. Comfortable seating. Very customer friendly service.

Nice theater but I do not like picking the seats. Hate that. I want to sit away from other people who might be crumpling paper, rattling candy boxes, slurping drinks, talking, using a cell phone, or chewing with an open mouth so that I could smell the chewed popcorn in his mouth. So I had to go up front and ask to change my seat, instead of just changing.
