How can you go wrong with their large cozy seating? There should be a special line at concessions just for refills. All Harkins have busy concessions so plan more time ahead of the movie.

Really nice theater for the west valley. Biggest draw back are trying to find parking on a Friday night. Seats are assigned and comfortably recumbent also secluded enough where if you needed to whisper something to your partner (I know big movies no no) your neighbor movie goers won't here you. P.S. avoid the first row whenever possible.

Harkins theatres are always clean and all employees are so friendly and helpful. Their popcorn is the best! I love the new cheeseburger and flat bread pizza. The price is just right. The assigned reclining leather seats are great! It makes me feel like I am at home in my recliner. This location has lots of parking which I also love.

This is our favorite Harkins location!! ALL of the seats are the nice new reclining seats. So I never miss anything of a show, I usually use the bathroom before I see a movie. The bathrooms are ALWAYS clean!!! I never see any overflowing trash cans throughout the theater. They are technology oriented- it is really easy to buy tickets through different apps, and just walk in and have your ticket on your phone scanned. We've never had any problems. It is nice to be able to reserve your seats before hand. We have a different Harkins theater gateway pavilion 18 near our home, but we always choose to drive the extra 15 mins to go to this location!

It's the best movie experience in town right now. My only complaint is that they built the auditoriums too small so it limits the number of people that can view a movie. Arrowhead has the same reclining seat features but has large auditoriums so has more available seating. I hope when they build in Laveen that they build it closer to the arrowhead footprint.

First time at Harkins Theatres and it was a great experience. Theaters are large and the seats are the new wide reclining feet up type. Enjoyed the theater and the seats. Can't race about the movie, John Wick 3. You will have to decide if it you're type of movie.

Great theater and always has the latest movies. Far west side of Phoenix on McDowell so eay to get to if you are on the west side. Theaters have reclining seats and seats are assigned so good idea to advance purchase. Limited food available at the usual ridiculous theater prices. Always a great way to get away from the summer heat for a couple aouple hours!!

Love this theatre. Airy, an never too cold. The employees hustle and are polite. Big..Big comfortable leather chairs, that reclines close to 15° degrees..almost flat. Huge amounts of leg room..enough for other movie patrons to pass..even if you are fully reclined. Parking can be problematic but a good movie will attract lots of movie goers.

I went on a Friday night and it was PACKED. I have never seen that many people at a theater before. It was difficult to find a parking spot and I recommend you buy tickets online before you get there. However the movie was really good and I loved the super comfy recliner seats.

This is our go to location for new movies. The chairs are comfortable the speakers aren't to loud and everything is pretty clear on the screens. It's usually pretty clean but there are always those people that leave their trash unfortunately. Over all I highly recommend this place.

Aside everyone leaving their trash inside the theatres every time we see a film here, it's always very clean and tidy, service is fast and movies have always been great. Food service can be slow but understandable because of how popular it is.

Harkins' are always well managed, and this one is no different. The food is good; you can see that the staff is treated fairly and are courteous to customer as a result; the theater is clean - for theater standards; the seating is luxurious with reclining chairs; the games are usually working; & the bar is a nice feature. It's always a better experience than AMC, and usually a little bit cheaper too.

The parking is amazingly horrible. Like how can so wine get it thst wrong with so much room? We were double parked when we left the theater. Waited 20 mins and got lucky with sk wine else moving a car. The parking killed it for me. The cleanliness and quality of the theater was great. The consessikm stands were busy but we only waited about 12 minutes. For a Saturday afternoon... I'll take it. The reason for the 3 star review is the parking. Oh my gosh!

OMG! This place is awesome!!! If you can, try to see a movie in theater 1! regardless, they're all pretty cool. Everything is perfect, it's crazy clean. the popcorn is amazing. The seats recline and are extra plush leather -this is not your typical movie theater. If you have T-Mobile, use the T-Mobile Tuesday app , they sometimes offer movie tickets for $4 as a bonus

Very good. Parking is difficult so arrive very early and be prepared to circle parking lot. They have a bar and a variety of both hot and cold meals and snacks. Reservations for seats can be made and tickets bought prior. 3D theaters for some movies. The movie I saw, Aladdin went black the last 15 minutes but they rewound the movie to show from when it got messed up. They have loyalty cups, shirts and club for more savings and past movies are shown for Cheaper on Tuesdays.

As a hearing impaired CC user, it's disappointing when somewhere offers CC services but fail to keep them in good working order. Often there's missed words or the unit doesn't work at all. The base of them isn't maintained at all so more then half of them don't even sit right (some at all) in the cup holders their designed to sit in. While their cup specials and popcorn refills are nice, it doesn't help someone with special needs when things offered aren't working.

Very modern, very clean, great seats and decent sized movie screens!. Cinema 1 is an extra large screen where they will premiere brand new movies for about a 5 or 6 day period. And they constantly switch them out. They also have excellent handicap accessibility throughout!

Great theater. Power reclining seats. There is a bar for adult beverages. All the amenities you'd expect from Harkins. The Cine1 screen is gargantuan, worth a couple extra bucks for those movies with great effects.

Went here with my son to see the new how to train your dragons movie. Had a wonderful time! Theater was clean and inviting and there were short concession lines. I would highly recommend going before matinee times as they tend to get very busy later in the evening.

Went there to see Aladdin with my family and had the worse experience ever! I rudely interrupted 30 minutes into the movie by Monique Mendoza with her flashlight due to myself and 3 children were wrongly seated. Monique was very rude and embarrassed myself and family after we paid $50 to watch the movie. Was treated like a common criminal by the staff Roberto Gonzalez treated me like I did not belong inside of the theatre and told me I could leave the establishment. Mind you my children are 2yrs old 4yrs old and 9yrs old. Don’t take your family there if you are a person of color bcuz u will be mistreated.

The main theater at this location has an extra large screen with large recliner-style seating making for a very nice experience. There's a bar in the lobby serving those old enough and while the concessions counter is almost always busy, the staff does a good job of keeping the lines moving. If you've been to a Harkins theater before you'll get what you'd expect but at a good level of quality. One of my favorite theater locations for viewing blockbuster films.

I live about 40 minutes from the theatre but I always come here because it's clean, you can pick your own seats ahead of time, and they have Cine 1, which is the WIDEST screen in Arizona. Personally I always buy my tickets for Cine 1 when ever a block buster comes out and it is worth it

We love coming to the movies here. I love that you can have a snack, drink and a lounge chair that makes the movie experience super comfortable. It makes it a true date place. That being said, I was hugely disappointed with the bar service. They usually allow you 2 drinks. I had never had a problem before, in 2 yrs we have been coming here. We were on a rare afternoon date. I was trying two different drinks because I couldn't decide. It's a good opportunity to try drinks I normally don't order. The bartender made me feel like a lush. She told me I couldn't have both unless my husband was buying one because of the high alcohol content. I had no idea they had high alcohol content. I ended up just buying 1 drink and just felt embarrassed. At that point I didn't even want the 1 I bought anymore. I will never buy alcoholic drinks here again. I don't always get alcoholic drinks when I come, so felt her response made me super uncomfortable.

First time at Harkins and was amazed at how efficient they are. Even the snack bar moves along. The theaters are large and have great reclining seats and not a bad seat in the house. Ample parking with a short walk to the ticket booth. If you have a weekend with nothing to do, take in a movie at Harkins, relax and enjoy.

Family movie night and u fortunately We had bad batch of Sprite 5 mins Into the movie my wife says hey Your the sacrifice. Kinda upset Walking to Sprite changed Walk right up to a gentleman " How can I help you?" Awesome theater complex. Huge concessions area, convenient outdoor ticket kiosks, roomy theaters with excellent sound systems. Popcorn is very good here and you have the option of adding butter yourself at the butter/salt station off to the sides of the concession area.

I was super excited to finally try this theater and do it the right way with the cine 1 experience on Thursday night for Avengers endgame. All the staff and management were on point. Management presence all throughout ensuring no one was spoiling the movie and that all the theaters were in great shape. Will be back for a second viewing of endgame this week! Thanks!

We love coming to the movies here. I love that you can have a snack, drink and a lounge chair that makes the movie experience super comfortable. It makes it a true date place. That being said, I was hugely disappointed with the bar service. They usually allow you 2 drinks. I had never had a problem before, in 2 yrs we have been coming here. We were on a rare afternoon date. I was trying two different drinks because I couldn't decide. It's a good opportunity to try drinks I normally don't order. The bartender made me feel like a lush. She told me I couldn't have both unless my husband was buying one because of the high alcohol content. I had no idea they had high alcohol content. I ended up just buying 1 drink and just felt embarrassed. At that point I didn't even want the 1 I bought anymore. I will never buy alcoholic drinks here again. I don't always get alcoholic drinks when I come, so felt her response made me super uncomfortable.

It's been awhile since I went to a movie at a theater, but things have changed. The seats are comfy, big and recline. The bar should have been thought of 20 years ago. Harkins was clean and very attractive. I felt the concessions lines were very slow moving but I guess with all of the choices of food and drinks, it's to be expected. Will definitely go again.

Absolutely outstanding. Upon arrival I was highly impressed with the quality and cleanliness. The theater had an abundance of parking which was nice and ticket purchase was simple and quick especially since its reserved seating. Once inside I was extremely satisfied with the amenities. Nice selection of food and snacks and the best part was the bar. Once in the theater room itself the satisfaction continued. The seats were so comfortable and functional along with being spacious and private. The bathrooms were nice and very clean. All In all, great experience and I highly recommend.

This is the only theater my husband and I go to anymore. You can buy your seats ahead of time online, so no need to get to the theater early to snag the seats you want. They send the tickets to your phone or email, so you can just walk in, have your phone or print out scanned, then get to your movie. We also use the reward cup, have a Popcorn Perk, and use their app/loyalty program. This makes concessions extremely affordable. The theater is always very clean and the staff friendly and polite. We love Harkins!
