Its really good prices for our small town and getting popcorn is a breeze when you want a snack without seeing the movie there but in the comfort of your own home. Prices are so reasonable here with great staff. Great customer service

A nice place to watch a movie! I love the audio surround system. The staff are friendly, i don't mind the rules which are posted to govern other local patrons. I notice local patrons can become testy, rude and crude in manner because they don't want to follow the posted rules. Ex. Upon entering, one sign reads as follows, "turn off your cellphone or it will be confiscated!" Then I enter the theater and I see five other patrons with their phone on. Some local patrons I notice don't like to be told once about rules or courtesy for other patrons as they aren't very docile to be subjective for rules or authority. The employees have their hands full as they try to post rules which are ignored. Aside from rude patrons who make it hard for the employees. It is definitely a five star experience in satisfaction!

Theater is ok just needs an upgrade with surround sound and air vent was too loud. All n all its ok...

Rescinded my review because last night my family and I watched the incredibles 2 at this theater. Staff were polite had no problems and movie was great and seats are alot better. The prices are great because out in farmington or flagstaff you spend almost $80 on admission and snacks for a family of five and here it ranges between $40-47 dollars. Will be there again to watch jurassic world, and if it's a popular movie my advice would be to buy tickets online so you don't miss out. Picture and sound quality was great and maybe stadium style seating in the future will make it great too.

Just to check the time on my phone while it was in my chest pocket. Then I was told to walk outside and I was told to leave the theater because I checked the time on my phone. People are rude.

Staff is terrible only reason why this place even exists is because it's the only theater in a nearly 50 mile radius. Avoid if you can! If the staff would be more courteous the place would be great!

Employee rudly asked to take my phone.. Which was in my back pocket.. Employee said she seen me look at my phone.. Got escorted out and an employee tried to pat me down.. Ask to empty my pockets, all the while we had kids still inside the theater... SMH..

Did not like my experience there reason being I had my family there last night 3/9/17 we wanted to watch Logan but was told I needed legal documents for my family in order to watch that movie! I understand the rating but I had my nephew who's 16 and my wife's sister who's also 16 and the short lady who know us due to being married to my wife's cousin brother she told us that my nephews mother was required to be there in order for him to watch the film. This is ridiculous when did legal documents become part of watching a movie. I suggest this lady needs to be fired immediately for now we will never come back in the near future.

Great staff. Great popcorn. Great drinks. Staff listen and crack jokes. Go in with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE!! AND GET A POSITIVE OUTCOME FROM STAFF!! Beats going into Flagstaff, Farmington, etc. And great prices on food and drinks!! Who else charges $2.00 for the buckets and cups Thank you Black Mesa Twin Cinemas; for saving me $$$$$$.
