One of our favorite movie venues! Standard theater is best!! You get heated, reclining seats with a partition behind you so no one will ever kick the back of your seat again!! It's genius! You can also order food ahead of time and have them deliver it to your seat. The ability to pick your assigned seats is really nice too!

We just saw the new Spiderman movie here. The theater was great, staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very clean and the new reclining chairs and reservation system for tickets are great! Keep up the good work and thank you for a good evening AMC Gateway IMAX in east Mesa.

My family and I enjoy the recliners but the concession is poorly run, there's never enough help and when you purchase it to be delivered because you don't want to wait it doesn't get delivered I had to get up and go to the concession stand and ask for the snacks.

I love this theater but this time when we went the customer service clerk was rude and unhelpful. Barely spoke to us and when he did it was degrading. Don't know his name but remembered he had a ponytail. All in all movie was good and love this theater it's just this guy had attitude.

Hmmm how to describe it.. Well, the theater itself is kinda small but nice. The line to get snacks is very slow though. Every time we go they seem to have a lack of people working behind the counter. I honestly haven't been there once where I didnt hear people complaining about it. On top of that, they have a VIP type of line and they get to go ahead of you. So, you have to basicly have to pay extra to be treated like a valued customer, otherwise your just one of the commoners lol. I will say that one good thing about this theater is that you get to pick your seat # when you buy your tickets. Its basicly reserved seats. But then again... out if the 4 times I've been there, twice there were people sitting our seats. One time we had to just sit in another seat because the people took over the entire row and if I asked them to move, me and my girlfriend would have been sitting in the middle of their group.. plus they had loud kids so.. ya. I'd honestly just stick to Harkens if I were you... I know I will when ever possible.

Probably the worst experience I've had at an AMC. They have automated screens for the concession stand and only one person so you are kinda forced to go to the screens. The screen kept reading our taps wrong. It became very frustrating to just order 2 sodas, pizza, and a popcorn. The thing took so long we were going to be late to the movie and I gave up on ordering the popcorn. After all that the machine had no paper and required us to go to customer service to get the receipt so that we can get our food and cups. There was no one around to help with machines so we were on our own. Bathrooms were filthy. Finally we got to the theater and my chair was broken. Because it was assigned seating we went to go change it. It took forever to find help. And they kept saying oh just sit anywhere. But it would be annoying if we ended up taking someone's seat and had to move again. Finally they changed our seats so we can finally get a working chair. And even that chair was working funny. At least this time it opened up.

This theater is now AMC. You would think that AMC would demand higher standards. Very dirty. The smell in the restrooms is horrible! Snacks are located in the front counters facing customers. Problem is, customers are standing in front of the counters. Can't get to the snacks! Service by employees is bad. They appear to be unhappy and not trained well. Theater is conveniently located but needs significant improvement as noted.

Fantastic theater too take in a movie. Used to live over here and would constantly see movies here because there's rarely a crowd. It's now an AMC, and I still come here regularly. My number 1 choice when I want to see a movie, I chose to come down here

First off it's not B&B anymore, it's AMC! I was very impressed by the new seats and updated lobby. The whole experience was great, until the end of the movie. It was a late movie so I get it, they wanted to go home, but it's kind of irritating that we missed the post credit scene because they cut it off early... This is the reason for not full 5 stars

Rude, rude, rude staff. We got there 20 minutes before the movie was to start and they didn't even have the lights on in the theater. Movie was supposed to start at 10 and lights finally came on at 10:02. Everyone had to use their phones to illuminate the way to their seats. Terrible popcorn and as with all movie theaters, outrageous prices for everything.

The employee working concessions (Ashley or Alyssa?) was extremely rude and mocked me because my Stubs Paid membership name was in all caps (likely an oversight when I created it). Her attitude oozed overpriveleged brat who is used to making fun of people on the regular which she probably gets away with... but at work? Not cool. You are there to collect my hard earned $ and deliver freshly prepared food which is at a way overcharged price so I can enjoy a night out with my husband. Her manager Maria was "off" tonight. I hope she tracks the reviews as she has problem teen employees acting like jerks when no one is monitoring. It's prime movie season. This will drive away good business as Harkins is a short trip and I'm sure to share this poor experience with others...get it together people :(

If you want to have a great movie experience, than you should go to the IMAX theater on signal Butte and Baseline. This theater is very clean and has just been remodeled. The price to get in is a little more than at a regular theater but worth every penny. We went to see Fantastic Beast movie, had seen the first and couldn't wait to see the second. The concession price are a little high, but you actually get a lot for your money. They also have 5 dollar Tuesday's and that is for all new releases.

Im a stubs member I think AMC is the best hands down. But this place infuriated me. I purchased my Pokemon tickets 2 weeks ago show up and find the kiosks to print my ticket are down...so I go to the front where one guy is working a Saturday line wait for me to get to the guy and he proceeds to tell me that "the projector broke and my movie was cancelled" so the three children that we're so hyped for this movie have now had their day ruined. He directs me to the manager for a refund. At which point I start searching for different show times I hear him turn away 7 other customers because of this "broken projector". Finally when I get inside to get my tickets refunded the manager tells me that this "broken projector" is the first she's heard about it and runs to find out what's going on. Comes back to tell me it's not broken they just aren't taking any more tickets for the show time. So now that my movie has started and I've wasted the 15 minutes that I allowed to show up early to now stand in line for concessions WHILE MY MOVIE HAS STARTED. I then go to the restroom which is down so I go to the other side of the lobby to find the only mens restroom that is open apparently had a flood because the ENTIRE floor is covered in water, was it sink water, dirty toliet water, did the fire department put out a fire in the urinal I DONT know! But once I'm done playing minesweeper walking between dry tiles I make it to my movie and have a good time....why two stars because of a bunch of minor inconveniences? Because shout out to AMC at Mesa Grand for having their sh#t together. So hey AMC Gateway 12 get your sh#t together.

Nice seats, comfortable auditoriums but the place is messy. Popcorn everywhere in the lobby, soda area is a mess with lids and straw wrappers everywhere. Condiment areas are gross, and the bathrooms aren't that great either. I thought with all these messes where are the staff? Hanging out behind the concessions counter just laughing and joking around. Someone needs to to get these employees cleaning up. The mess makes me not want to come here.

It's an amazing theater, very well put together. They made it look amazing and improved the overall experience. The seats also heat up, so that's a plus.

If you want to have a great movie experience, than you should go to the IMAX theater on signal Butte and Baseline. This theater is very clean and has just been remodeled. The price to get in is a little more than at a regular theater but worth every penny. We went to see Fantastic Beast movie, had seen the first and couldn't wait to see the second. The concession price are a little high, but you actually get a lot for your money. They also have 5 dollar Tuesday's and that is for all new releases.

Im a stubs member I think AMC is the best hands down. But this place infuriated me. I purchased my Pokemon tickets 2 weeks ago show up and find the kiosks to print my ticket are down...so I go to the front where one guy is working a Saturday line wait for me to get to the guy and he proceeds to tell me that "the projector broke and my movie was cancelled" so the three children that we're so hyped for this movie have now had their day ruined. He directs me to the manager for a refund. At which point I start searching for different show times I hear him turn away 7 other customers because of this "broken projector". Finally when I get inside to get my tickets refunded the manager tells me that this "broken projector" is the first she's heard about it and runs to find out what's going on. Comes back to tell me it's not broken they just aren't taking any more tickets for the show time. So now that my movie has started and I've wasted the 15 minutes that I allowed to show up early to now stand in line for concessions WHILE MY MOVIE HAS STARTED. I then go to the restroom which is down so I go to the other side of the lobby to find the only mens restroom that is open apparently had a flood because the ENTIRE floor is covered in water, was it sink water, dirty toliet water, did the fire department put out a fire in the urinal I DONT know! But once I'm done playing minesweeper walking between dry tiles I make it to my movie and have a good time....why two stars because of a bunch of minor inconveniences? Because shout out to AMC at Mesa Grand for having their sh#t together. So hey AMC Gateway 12 get your sh#t together.

At least the girl taking the tickets knew what to do. They need to step up their game for the price of their tickets.

It's a nice theater we went to the IMAX 3d the screen and the sound are really nice. The seats aren't the the recliner seats like some of the others at that theater but they are newer seats and are pretty comfortable. I would recommend going here. It also seems to be a little less crowded than some other theater's

This is a busy theatre. You may find some upgrades like assigned seats, but you'll understand why when you get to yours and discover those are actually recliners with electric controls. Purchasing your tickets online....early, for best seating choices. Sound levels are good. During the show lighting is adequate, should you need a trip for more snacks or the restroom. Parking is plentiful, but be prepared for a brief walk unless you arrive early. Popcorn and soda prices can add almost $20 to your visit - comparatively high.

Me my fiance and her brother also his son came to watch Avengers Endgame at a 10pm showing. So far so good but we decided to leave because my fiance nephew was getting to cold and sleepy, not only that two other couple's were vaping in the theater, I mean that's cool on your alone time but keep it at home. But as we were leaving we wanted our refund and the store manager Amber was by far one of the Rudest and unprofessional Manger's I've ever encountered at any AMC. She gave this huge attitude and was mad for whatever reason maybe she had a bad day but for a store manager she shouldn't treat us customers like that for whatever reason. We did not come up at her angry or mad we just wanted to leave because our nephew was cold and tired. We love AMC but this AMC location was very terrible with it's management.
