Seats horrendous you can't see screen over or around anyone! Sound way too high ,hurts my babys 4,5,6 ears take travel pillow for sure and grab napkins no place for large soda, need earlier time for kids so adults can go without! Spendy and we dont get most hit movies. We eent from 2 times a week 10 years ago to once every 3 months,!

Always a great staff working, and love the reclining chairs. Hope to see reclining chairs in both of the theatres someday, and lower snack prices but oh well! Still love the popcorn and a slushie !

Normally I love the glacier cinemas, but the seating in theater one was very uncomfortable and I wish it was updated. Other than that I love the team of employees from when I walk in the door to concession to leaving after the movie. Thanks for bringing such great entertainment to the community!

Personally, i don't go to the movie theater to see commercials related to politics. I go to the movie theater to ESCAPE!!!! thankfully the movie was good enough to have me forget about the ad. Voting is important, the future of this Country and State are vital. But, once again I, and I hope others come to the movies for the movies, not politics.

My husband and I love going to movies on our date nights. It is really hard to sit in our theater for a long movie. However, the theater changed their seating and they are very comfortable. Can't wait to spend more time watching movies.

Great small town theater. New remodel of theaters with wider and reclining seats. Great deals to be had by a Home Run card and most nights become barging night price and get gift cards from Costco save even more

They are getting better. I am born and raised in Juneau. They have came a long way from when I grew up. They are still quite expensive, but we only have the 2 theaters in town

Really awesome theater. Prices are Juneau and movie prices so don't be surprised. You won't hear anything from the other theaters which is nice. It's also pretty clean and you can get your snacks and ticket very quick. Wish the people here were different though. If you go when it's really busy people here are loud and obnoxious. I don't go when it's busy anymore. Haven't seen it this bad in any other state.

Great movies and food but very annoying to try and get a hold of someone. You'd think they would have another direct line to either movie theater but nope just the annoying voice message. Oh and the corporate hours should be longer or transfer to the theater. Thanks

Good to have a 5 screen theater. Everything is expensive, everywhere you go these days. If you don't like it, wait for it to come out on DVD or Blu-ray. I love watching the big screen and the company. If you went to the bar instead you'd spend way more than you would at the theater. You can always get movie card at Costco and save 5 dollars too. 20 dollars for à 25 dollar card. Helps when you take the kids to Disney Movies. So if you bought 2 cards for 40 bucks you get 50 dollars to spend at the movies. Good deal and ways to save some hard earned money. Just sayin

Needs new comfortable, larger seats with extra money from super high food prices. In Nevada food prices are lower and seats recline and are large enough for all adults. There is NO excuse for sticky floors, tiny seats, and highest prices I have ever come up against. Gross, you need to welcome your guests, not punish them. Where is your money going? Not on customer or business in Juneau.

I love this place, most of my memories are from it, yeah concessions is pricey. So?, I been to many others down in the lower 48 and as pricey as it is, it's ridiculous delicious popcorn, something wrong with your drink, ask. Something wrong with the popcorn, you can get it replaced. The sound to me is great, the seats in screen 4 and 5, are great. The seats in the others are not so good, but. I'm there to watch a movie. And the customer service is grand, can't wait to go see deadpool 2 again.

Got food poisoning from their food and was given a free ticket. A refund would of been nice or maybe educating the young workers how to properly handle food.

the food is good but I do not like there popcorn I like the slushy's though there bad for you and the prices are high and the seats are small and uncomfortable but the they never have had any screen problems the many times I have been there so thats good. for the people that eat healthy and go to the movies they should have other options.
