I took my son to see Toy Story 4. Debit card machines not working. Out of popcorn with a movie starting in 20 minutes. With the business the casino does I expected better. Make the drive to Milton or to Pensacola to a real theater.

I drove to this cinema from pace fl. I had the worse experience that I have ever had. I took my 3 year old to see Beauty and the beast, and got the 30 minutes earlier for good seats. I got in the theater seat down and the movie came on needless to say it wasn't the movie I went to see. The movie they started playing was Get Out. That movie wasn't appropriate for a toddler to see. The first thing you hear is cussing and killing at the beginning of the movie. That isn't something I have ever experienced before. They didn't even act like it was a big deal the my child had to hear and see that. Never again will I waste my time or money to go to a theater that doesn't seem to care about the customers.

I wonder if Wind Creek Cinema has any special offers, such as, perhaps a monthly ticket for senior citizens over age 65, to attend perhaps two movies per week (afternoon matinees) at greatly reduced cost. I would subscribe to a monthly membership, or annual!

First show is $5.50 and the theater was ours! Very few people and no half hour of previews. The movie listed to start at 1:00 pm and it did. Comfortable seats too.

We love going here. If we spend a weekend, we really enjoy taking time out for a movie or two. Prices are very comperable to outside and actual better than some. Concession prices are as expected at a theater, a little high. Great choice of movies for all ages every time we've gone. Amusement arcade and bowling alley are within steps of the theater. Thanks for a great time. Ask about the punch card!!

There needs to be a usher here. There are too many people on their phones texting and checking Facebook during the movie. It's distracting, and ruins the movies I pay good money to see. And when the movie starts there needs to be a cut off on ticket sales. I typically get to a movie 30 mins before it starts , in other words I'm on time to see my movie so my experience shouldn't have to be ruined because others come in 10- 20 after the movie starts. Here's solution to the cell phone, make it so cell phones have no service inside of the theater, or make them turn off the cell phones before entering. Another issue is a bunch of people talking during the movie that is not in response to the movie.

Kinda mad. Paid to see a movie not to watch commercials and then black screen. Finally someone shows up to fix the problem and wow another 30 minutes of commercials before the movie starts. Did I mention it was 37 minutes late getting started. We could have saved that 42 bucks to watch commercials at the house.

This rating app popped up be for we got to our seats. WoW somebody wants a instance rating ! Well first let me watch something to rate, second the screen had been black going on 2+ minutes in the middle of the previews and is still nothing playing! Number 3, the food and drinks are a little pricey, if I had 4 kids and a wife and tried to come here I'd go broke and the movie is 7 minutes late on starting, black screen and no sound hey finally a human showed up to see what's wrong! There's my rating on this visit !

Nice place and clean. If you go during the week sometimes you are the only one in the theater but weekends are busy. Located inside the Wind Creek entertainment center, bowling alley and an arcade is in the same building. Building is attached to the casino so you also have 5 dining choices and yogurt/coffee shop.

Decent theater. On the small side but what really sucks is they don't show any trailers before the movies like they are supposed to. Trying to save money they don't care about your experience. And more than once have they cancelled a showing and no one working can explain why. Sat waiting on movie to start for almost an hour before some kid comes in an says sorry but we can't get film to work and one guy who knows how is not back until tomorrow. Refunded ticket prices but 30 bucks wasted on drinks and popcorn just to leave. And no offer to make anything up. Go to a real cinema. Trust me. Most of the positive posts are probably by employees or people running this place.

Restaurant changes often. The restaurant has been changed 4 times already. B.B. Kings restaurant is nice, but prices are high. You mit as well eat before you go to the movies . Popcorn and drinks around $15.
