First time here and my experience was horrible. The hot dogs were like warm, buns cold, and when the movie was supposed to start at 5:50 we were still in the lobby waiting..... for what I don’t know. We did not get into the theatre until 13 minutes after h movie was supposed to start. So unprofessional. It took away from my excitement of seeing Black Panther. They should have prepared better. This will be my last time coming here if I can help it. I will drive 55 minutes to Prattville to go to the movies.
