This theater is greatly understaffed. They opened the ticket office 10 minutes after the first movie of the day started. Also, no one checked our tickets before we entered the theater. As far as the movie part goes, the sound quality was horrible during the movie. The speakers buzzed with static constantly, which was annoying during quiet scenes. Lastly, the seats are so old and rusty, they squeal loud enough for people in the parking lot to hear whenever you move.

I’d rather go to the AMC movie theater. They wouldn’t allow me and my cousins to purchase a ticket just because some of them didn’t have an id and the manager was being completely rude about it. Oh yeah, just to let you know I am considered as an adult if I’m over “18”.That’s why y’all not making any money turning people around just to see a “KIDS MOVIE!”

No! No! No! Is all I can say. The times on the internet do not match the actual show times. We got there and the explained how the times were messed up and giving wrong information on the internet. So instead of seeing what we came all that way to see. We had to choose something else that was showing. They did not accommodate us for the confusion in any way... I will not go here again.

It's a movie theater.. I just wish they'd turn the brightness up or something.. the movies are always too dark and god forbid you have a scene that's really dark because you won't know what the heck is going on. And the sound could be louder (more bass). But other than those two gripes. It's a decent experience

Sort of a dead place, which can be nice. Their customer base has dimished over the years. They try to recoup their losses through higher ticker prices and tremendous prices on drinks and snacks. A family of four can expect to pay about 60.00 dollars or more for a movie, drinks and popcorn. Wait till it comes out on DVD and watch it in peace at home.

Went to go see Endgame, thought it was a bootleg. Screen had multiple dead spots, multiple patches of dead pixels and the top 1/3 of the screen was black. I wish I could snap to get my money back. Oh and if you have hearing problems, you will need the volume-up stone, least a chair rocking will drown the sound out.

Theater #5 is small. We saw a movie that's been out, Aquaman, including us there was only 9 watching. The popcorn tasted old with a little hint of burnt kernels flavor. I had to throw away almost a whole bag, wasted money but my icee was good. Regal is still behind in times, the cashier still makes your drinks for you therefore you wait in line longer. The seats are not comfortable, the padding in mine was about gone. I'm not sure if we'll return. Oh I can't forget the staff, they were friendly.

I always love going to this theater! There's something about the atmosphere of seeing a movie at the theater that you dont get at home. The popcorn with extra butter is AWESOME! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Good job on the place being clean too. There are specials on movies during the week and on Sundays.

Took forever to get our snacks. Managers did not even jump in to help. They new the employees were busy, but just kept their heads down while tending to the cash registers, then left. Never again, AMC is much better.

A cinephile dream location - historical/seasoned/authentic/vintage exterior, bowling alley carpet floors, throwback 70s-90s arcade, the shinning restroom decorations. Worth at least one movie viewing. NO SPOILERS -- This location has a very famous plaque on the wall. (DO NOT LOOK AT PICTURES IF YOU DON'T WANT SPOILERS) I travel from Gulfport, MS. to see this one. Movie watched: Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse 10/10 STARS! Pros: Empty theater. No reserved seating. 90 degree angled side chairs for complete viewing experience. Clean restrooms. Friendly staff at concession. Cons: Empty theaters. Vintage metal cushion seats. Audio is low and distorted - several subwoofers need repair or replacement. 3D was off (not sure if it was focus or the equipment). Rude staff at Box Office (tossing tickets and cards and just not very friendly) (I'm writing this as I'm getting sleepy. I will more than likely edit and add new information at a later date.)

Do not patronize this theater. If you do you're getting ripped off. You might as well be watching a bootleg movie for 13 dollars. While there I noticed that the peramiters and aspect ratio were completely askewed. I thought maybe it would only be the trailers unitil the movie was completely crooked. The projectionist should do their jobs and fix the regions of the peramiters. I complained to the manager and she said it was that specific theater. Gullible enough, I believed them. Until I got daring and peaked into other cinema screens and noticed the same thing in most all the theaters. Why would any movie going public want to pay for a screen that is completely off center? Upset at this fact I asked forfa refund.They refunded money and my other party patrons. I will not go back until they fix these technical aspects. I understand it's an old cinema, but if you spend the money on digital conversion and can't even fix the aspect, you should call a technical advisor and shut down until you do. I repeat, you're getting ripped off by going to this cinema..

The concession staff service is terrible. Long waits, eye rolls, incorrect orders, attitude. I am understanding of busy times and short staffing but the horrible attitudes and rude treatment is unacceptable. This theater needs an overhaul on seats and service.

Mold in the bathrooms, concessions dejectedly overpriced, staff is subpar, and I’ve had at least ten movies stop due to a computer issue. However, it deserves one star for being convenient to anyone who doesn’t want to go to that dreadful line of people at the theater in West Mobile.

There's this popular sitcom where the TV executive decides to design a couch so his company can control the entire chain that is watching TV. Turns out the couches are so terrible he ends up selling them as advanced interrogation devices to the US government. The seating in this theater must be an early prototype for that Couch. All four people in my party squirmed and complained of feet going to sleep. Otherwise if you don't care about that the experience was fine

Crazy high prices - just like every other movie theater. But this place is in desperate need of renovations. I did like how they kept it cool in the theater and it wasn't hot and sticky like other theaters usually are. A little renovation and a lowering of prices (unlikely) would bring a 5 star rating.

Don't get any of the "special" popcorn as it's old and sits around in bags for who knows how long. The rootbeer had more water in it than rootbeer. Takes way too long for some Cinnabon minis. I feel sorry for the people working the counter having to sell food like that. Other than that, the theater was clean and staff was nice. The temperature of the theater was spot on for me.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Tried to order the nachos, don't think the girl realized you can't sell cheese that hasn't been heated to the proper temperature, passed on that. Throughout the whole movie children were walking around the theater with their cell phone lights on and flashing them in peoples faces. There was a constant conversation about "the crazy white people" in the movie during the movie. Then to top it off, a group of people threw around 6 or 8 drinks from somewhere in the theater hitting multiple people with drink filled cups. Manager kinda brushed it off, kinda expected that reaction from someone that looked like a child. Regal needs to fix their issues with management and actually follow their policies of no one under 21 without an adult after 8 p.m. I'll be returning when they open to get a full refund for my ticket cost and concessions.

I've been going to this theatre for years! Its not as fancy as some theatres but the commercials are half as long, and its never super crowded. They also show outside the box movies on occasion like dragon ball Z and studio ghibli. I'd never go to another theatre!

Today was my first time going to this particular theater, and I can confidently say I will never go here again. The people were friendly, but in my opinion, it was obviously understaffed. There was no one checking if you even had tickets before you enter the theater. But the worst part was the lights were on when the movie started. I had to find someone to tell them to turn the lights off in the theater, and even then nothing was done. My wife had to go to complain a second time, after which somebody finally came to turn the lights off. We both had to miss important scenes in the movie because of this, which ultimately ruined the whole experience. I can understand them being understaffed and forgetting to turn the lights off, but it shouldn't take two separate complaints to finally fix the issue. I'm sure this isn't a common occurrence, but it was disappointing how the situation was handled. I wouldn't recommend going here.

Usually it is a great experience but this time, the line too long bc of cut back, no one was in ticket booth. The concession stand was where the tickets and food purchase. It would not have been so bad if they had more than one worker. Poor baby had to do it all. The wait was ugh bc I missed a lot of my show.

To be such a big city our theaters are terrible. Completely outdated.... sign halfway works... volume is either extremely loud (which is not a terrible thing) or there is a busted speaker making terrible static noises.... eh we can only hope for an Imax...

I paid for a live event here and it didn't start until almost 10 minutes later. Unacceptable. When is the last time this theater had a paint job? Tear this place down and rebuild it. It's a good thing it's dark inside so that we can't see how dirty the seats and carpet are. The whole place just felt grimy.

TURN UP THE VOLUME!!!! Watched a movie here on Sunday, and the volume was down too low. Couldn't hardly hear. When you go to a theater, you want the volume high, you want to enjoy the movie, and get the full experience of seeing a film in theaters. You turn the volume down when you want to focus on something else. And that's just what happens. You then focus on all the people talking, rattling their candy wrappers, coughing, moving around in their seats, I could even hear the movie next door over mine. I walk out front and told an employee the volume was down way too low, he got on the walkie talkie and told someone, I assume it was someone in charge. So I go back to the movie, and they never turned it up for us. It felt like such an insult, that they didn't give a dam* about their customers enough to check the volume at least. They need to take who ever was in charge that day, that made the decision to do nothing, and put them in the back moping floors.

1. EXPENSIVE for a family. $60 for two kids, 1 adult, small popcorn, bag of candy and a bottle of water. There was no sound in the movie for the first 10 minutes. An adult reported it 39 minutes prior. No one present over the age of 17 on staff. No contact number direct to the Theater. I purchased tickets on line- no one to check tickets- I could have walked right thru. Not a lot of people present for 7:30 on a Friday night. Sad but I see why. This is our last theatre showing current releases and I see it closing soon. I will not attend again. We will just wait until movies hit Amazon.

Hey Regal, just based on these reviews it looks like you need to update this place badly, hire more people and pay them more, you need staff training meetings at least once a month to address issues that arise frequently. It may also use a good cleaning. Visiting from out if state and I will not be spending my time or money here.

Christmas Day, Hollywood had evening showtimes later than AMC (cut off in 5 o'clock hour). The front was barricaded off, so accessing some reserved parking was more trouble, with a police officer moving the barricade to get in. Safer that way, so, fine. Also had ticket taker right at the door for safety. Very hard to find out whether they have Tuesday ticket deals though. Website no help and couldn't get them to answer the phone. So we paid way more than at AMC to see the Grinch, so we probably won't be back any time soon.
