I asked for an empty bag or small bowl to put some of my popcorn in to share with my 4 year old son, and they seriously told me I would have to pay for a whole other popcorn. Like I didn't already pay wayyy too much for the first popcorn and other concessions. Ridiculous!!! On top of that they gave me some insane excuse about having to keep track of the bags for inventory. Seriously??? Being cheap and rude is one thing, but assuming I'm an idiot really burns me. Last trip there.

Nice small-town theater with 10 screens. Not a big lobby area, so if there is a big premier or a lot of people waiting on food and tickets you may find yourself waiting outside. No bad movie experiences though.

Newer theater with good equipment and nice seats. Prices aren't too bad especially if you hit the matinee showtimes before 6pm. They used to do a bring your own bowl night where they'd fill whatever bowl you brought in. Not sure I'd they still do. Snack bar prices are high like most other theaters. 3D movies cost $1 or $2 more than regular movies. Movies are current with multiple showtimes and picture quality is terrific. The sound system is definitely loud. We enjoy it when we get to go.

Stopped in to see a late movie. Had always seen it there when traveling to the lake and decided to give it a shot on a slow night. Good movie selection and really liked how the seats are setup in the theater. Floor had a steep pitch meaning no heads to block the view. Would definitely go back when in town again.

Wonderful theatre!! Comfortable seats,and always have good movie to watch. The latest I seen was by Quentin Tarantino. "Once Upon A Time In Hollywood". Don't bribg your phone unless it's on silent. If your phone rings during the movie, you have to pay for everyone's tickets that is in the theater! I think that's awesome. The prices are affordable too, and you dont have to deal with Chattanooga or Huntsville traffic. You can't beat that!

I love this small-town theater! The staff is always polite and helpful and the place is always clean. It reminds me of the Galleria 10 in Hoover way back when. The screens are crisp and the sound will blow u away. It also has good movie variety and show times.

Surprisingly high quality theatre for a smaller town. Well worth the travel for me when good movies come out. Seating is great, picture and sound are great, but the concession is a little lacking. As someone who considers delicious popcorn and drink a big part of the experience, this place is quite lacking. Popcorn is often not very warm and butter is not really the "movie theater taste" I expect. Prices are also pretty high for such bland food. Service is not great either. The concession has often been closed before the movie is even halfway over. This wouldn't be a big deal if I wasn't missing out on my free refills: literally the only reason the prices are worth it. This effectively cuts the value in half but I'm still here paying $15 for a popcorn and drink. And on a few occasions I have had a bad experience with staff. But overall still a better theater than the options in my town.

They are completely incompetent. They have a ticket booth but nobody works in it. Instead they sell the tickets at the concession stand so that even if you just want to buy tickets and nothing else you will be late for your movie because of the ridiculous lines inside the building. The workers are slow and condescending and the management is rude. When you get in they don't shut off the lights for the first 10-20 minutes and if the movie is dark then prepare to not see any details other than blurred faces. If this weren't the only theatre in town more people would complain. You either miss the first 10-15 minutes of the movie or miss the matinee causing you to pay more money rather than buying the ticket AT THE TICKET BOOTH. Sometimes the screen isn't even on during parts of the movie. Went to see Pirates if the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales and had to walk out to tell the management the screen wasn't working just to have some little boy mouth off at me and then when the lights were coming on and off during dark parts of the movie the same little boy yelled at me and when I asked for a refund the management refused.

Coming from big cities with the latest movie experience to spoil our movie viewing..this was like jumping back in time. The prices were reasonable both the movie tickets and concessions. Even though the theater is a bit smaller than what we are used too, it was a nice experience. I don't know how long the Tuesday night special lasts..but movies after 7pm..bring your own container and popcorn is free.

I am updating this because they have fixed some things. They have changed some screens and fixed the messed up walls, at the ends of the hallways. People still sneak in tons of food, chairs are still the most uncomfortable chairs and some of them are torn and messed up. The sound is horrible. I hate to go to a theatre and hear EVERYONE around me talking. I go here because it is local and quick. One of the main screens, almost always, doesn't show a picture and the staff has to go work on it to make it come on. Some screens are messed up and all of the speakers are bad and they rattle. They really need updating since I can hear everyone around me. The wall is peeling at the ends of the hallways and alot of the chairs are tore or broken. So many people sneak in food from home and restaurants and make such loud noises with packages and opening cans. I have mentioned it to the staff so many times. Once I left crying because I was so upset by some teenagers making so many noises with wrappers and talking loudly. The staff knew what was going on too and did nothing about it. The only thing that was said was that people bringing in their own snacks is why they charge so much on theirs. In conclusion, if you can go somewhere else do.

Saw the movie I wanted to see Jumanji but like all movie theaters is way overpriced 6.50 ticket to get in and $10 for popcorn and a coke. Other than that it was okay.

Can’t complain. Reasonable prices decent quality. Only complaint is that the springs in the seats are too tight. My small kids have a very difficult time sitting in them comfortably without it trying to close on them.

Nice seating and the latest movies. The only con is you buy your tickets at the refreshment stand which really slows things down. My last visit we stood in line for about 30 minutes which made us about 15 minutes after the show started. This was unusual but it was a Monday and I do not think they took into account it was a holiday and they only had one poor guy up there. He had to sell tickets and get refreshments. We bought tickets for the next showing and when we came back the lines were not backed up. The wait is not usually that long.

This place is a hidden gem. We always go to Huntsville but I'm pretty sure the seats are as comfortable as the ones at the Monaco in Huntsville but the tickets are less than half price! I highly recommend this theater unless you just need the trip to Huntsville!

we went to see hustlers and they told us the concession stand was closed which was very odd..well we are sitting in the theater waiting for the movie to start then a man walks in with a slushy we asked where he got it and he said the concession stand so of course me and my group go back up there and asked why he got something but we couldn't (and we were there before him) the young man didn't really say anything but just acted like it was going to be the end of the world while he was grabbing us some drinks and candy
